猪细颈囊尾蚴病寄生在猪、牛、羊、犬等多种主要的肉用动物体内,一定程度上降低了肉品品质,对人体健康构成一定的威胁.从南通市某定点屠宰场的统计资料看,该病的感染率有逐年上升的趋势,2000年为3.5%,2001年为4.3%,2002年为5.2%.因此当务之急是采取有效的办法,尽早预防和控制该病的发生.  相似文献

为进一步摸清长沙市牲猪细颈囊尾蚴病的感染情况和危害程度,控制本病在长沙的流行。对猪进行剖解,采用常规的寄生虫实验室检查法检测,所获虫体用75%的酒精保存。不同年份的牲猪细颈囊尾蚴检测率为:2005年1.52%,2006年1.89%,2007年1.07%。长沙市红星屠宰场猪细颈囊尾蚴仍有一定的感染率,应引起注意。  相似文献

Cysticercus tenuicollis is the larval stage of the canine tapeworm Taenia hydatigena, the presence of which has been reported in wild and domestic ruminants all over the world. It is a common parasite of small ruminants in the north of Portugal. C. tenuicollis is generally seen attached to the omenta, the mesenteries or also found in the liver. In the ewe, tissue lesions have been associated with degenerative cysts or with oncosphere migrations. Unusual locations of the cysticerci of T. hydatigena have been described. The most frequent unusual locations are in the lungs, the kidneys and the brain. Less common locations have been reported to occur in the ovaries, uterine tubes, uterus, cervix and vagina. In the case described here, and for the first time, an aberrant location of a C. tenuicollis vesicle was found inside the chorion‐allantoic membrane of a goat’s foetus, in a gemelar gestation of approximately 70 days. Finding a C. tenuicollis vesicle inside fetal membranes forewarns of the possibility of larval migrations into the fetal structures during pregnancy, which is particularly concerning in human populations that are infested.  相似文献

The pathology of Cysticercus tenuicollis in goats was studied on Days 7, 15, 30 and 60 post-infection. The characteristic gross lesions on the 15th day of infection included accumulation of a large quantity of serofibrinous fluid in the peritoneal and thoracic cavities and a large number of small-sized cysts floating in the fluid of the peritoneal cavity. Large circular brown to red areas with alternate areas of haemorrhages also appeared on the liver surface and in the parenchyma due to migrating C. tenuicollis. The microscopic lesions in the liver included cyst-like channels with a mass of fibrin and erythrocytes. Hepatic cells were mostly degenerated with focal areas of parenchymal destruction. Sinusoids were dilated and the bile ducts revealed degenerative changes. Lungs of animals killed on Day 15, revealed focal areas of emphysema and haemorrhages with lodged larvae of C. tenuicollis. Pleura appeared oedematous. Alveoli showed the presence of serous exudate.  相似文献

SGOT, SGPT and SOCT levels increased significantly in young goats infected with 5000 eggs of Taenia hydatigena. These enzymes showed an increase on Day 10 of infection and their level remained higher than those of controls until the end of the experiment. The increase in enzyme levels was essentially due to tissue damage caused by C. tenuicollis migrating through the visceral organs.  相似文献

为探讨我国细颈囊尾蚴种群之间的遗传相似性及与其他带科带属绦虫的亲缘关系,用线粒体细胞色素b(Cyt b)基因全序列研究了分离自我国四川和云南2省7地区猪、山羊和绵羊共33个细颈囊尾蚴的遗传变异,并用MEGA 4.0程序NJ法和PAUP 4.0程序MP法绘制种系发育树.本研究结果显示:细颈囊尾蚴分离株的Cyt b基因全长为1 068 bp,共检测到22个单倍型,单倍型间核苷酸相似性较高(97.3%~99.9%),其与带科带属其他5种绦虫的相似性均在82%以下.系统发育树显示,7个不同地域的细颈囊尾蚴聚为一支,分为3个亚群,且与地理区域、宿主没有直接的相关性,呈现混杂的分布格局,未形成明显的地理分支或宿主分支.研究结果表明:细颈囊尾蚴Cytb基因存在一定的遗传差异,但种内相对保守,与其他带科绦虫种间差异较大,故可作为种间遗传变异研究的标记,并为细颈囊尾蚴的种群遗传学研究及其与其他带科绦虫病的鉴别诊断的建立奠定基础.  相似文献
