本文介绍了虹鳟鱼在双层浮球式生物滤器封闭循环式养殖系统中的养殖试验。该养殖系统主要包括射流暴气增氧、沉淀分离和双层浮球生物过滤器过滤,过滤悬浮物能力达到90%,氨氮处理能力达到149~(gm-3.d-1)(在养殖水体15度条件下),利用臭氧催化氧化法完成杀菌、消毒及二次去除氨氮作用。在8个养殖水体为1m~3的养殖池,放养1015尾平均体重240g虹鳟鱼的循环水养殖系统中,应用动力为0.75kW、处理能力为20 T/h的BAF—20型双层浮球生物过滤设备进行循环养殖水体的处理。在养殖试验过程中,对养殖水体的pH、DO、COD、悬浮物、氨氮、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐等水化学指标进行了监测,并对虹鳟鱼在养殖过程中不同阶段的生长情况进行了测量。结果表明,在水体循环周期为2次/h,换水周期为一次/每两周的条件下COD≤15mg/l、氨氮≤1mg/l、亚硝酸盐≤0.13mg/l、硝酸盐≤24mg/l,经对比养殖试验表明,没有循环鱼池的水体和经过浮球式生物滤器封闭循环系统的循环水体的各项指标具有明显的差别。试验表明浮球式生物滤器封闭循环水系统完全满足虹鳟鱼工厂化养殖生产的要求,确保虹鳟鱼养殖水体的水质和鱼类生长环境,达到良好养殖效果。 相似文献

Inbreeding depression and heterosis in various quantitative traits of the guppy, Poecilia reticulata

The present study examines the effects of inbreeding and crossing on various quantitative traits in the guppy, Poecilia reticulata. Effects of inbreeding and crossing were examined in six quantitative traits; body length at birth, survival at day 120, undwarf rate at day 120, body length at day 120, salinity tolerance and high temperature tolerance. Full-sib matings revealed that the amount of inbreeding depression varied from −1.0% to 24.6% among the traits and a significant decrease in survival at day 120 and salinity tolerance was observed. This result indicates that inbreeding reduces the performance for some of the quantitative traits but not all. On the other hand, crosses between genetically different strains showed that the amount of heterosis varied from −1.3% to 42.2% among the six quantitative traits and a significant increase in survival at day 120 and salinity tolerance was observed. The relationship between the amount of inbreeding depression and heterosis supports the theory that the phenomenon of heterosis is the reverse of inbreeding depression, indicating that the traits which have decreased by inbreeding can be recovered by means of crossing. 相似文献

Bovine plasma powder, whey protein concentrate and would potato powder were compared with purified bovine serum albumin, chicken egg albumin and a-lactalbumin as protease inhibitors in Pacific whiting surimi. Spectrophotometric and sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoretic analyses demonstrated that the extent of proteolysis in samples containing the purified albumins was, in all cases, equal to the control. The same test also showed that at equal concentrations, whole plasma powder was a more effective inhibitor of proteolysis than whey protein concentrate or potato powder. However, electrophortic gels and punch test scores indicated that at higher concentrations, whey protein concentrate and potato powder could substitute for plasma powder in directly heat set gels, but not in suwari gels. 相似文献

A study was conducted to determine apparent digestibility coefficients for dry matter (ADMD), crude protein (ACPD) and gross energy (AED) of selected ingredients in diets for juvenile Penaeus setiferus . Ingredients tested were corn grain, cottonseed meal, crab meal, grain sorghum, meat and bone meal, menhaden fish meal, rice bran, rice grain, shrimp meal, soybean meal, squid liver powder, wheat flour, wheat gluten, wheat middlings and wheat shorts. ADMD coefficients of test ingredients ranged from 22% to 100% and appeared to be related to the fibre, ash and starch content of the ingredient. ACPD coefficients ranged from 58% to 100%. Plant protein supplements (soybean meal and cottonseed meal) were utilized as efficiently as, or better than, animal protein supplements (squid liver powder, menhaden fish meal, meat and bone meal, shrimp meal and crab meal). ACPD coefficients for meat and bone meal, shrimp meal and crab meal (58–59%) were significantly lower than those for menhaden fish meal (76%) and squid liver powder (82%). AED coefficients (44–100%) varied significantly among plant products of similar proximate composition. Corn grain and wheat flour were better utilized by P. setiferus than other high-starch energy supplements. 一种贝类(ASL)不仅蛋白质含量高,氨基酸组成也比较全面,高不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,甜菜碱含量高达289mg/g。向饲料中添加1%的ASL粉,发现其对金鱼的诱食活性不仅显著高于空白对照组,而且显著高于化十香组;饲料中添加03%的ASL粉,异育银鲫摄食量显著高于对照组,六周增重率比对照组提高33%,这些结果表明ASL作为水产动物诱食剂具有很高的开发利用价值。 相似文献

在水温26.0~27.5℃的室内静水条件下,用平均体重(8.5±0.3)g/尾、平均体长(8.7±0.2)cm/尾的福瑞鲤(FFRC strain common carp,Cyprinus carpio)进行6种常用渔药的急性毒性试验。结果表明:硫酸铜、富氯、阿苯达唑、溴氯海因、敌百虫、灭孢灵的安全浓度分别为0.17、3.86、7.35、11.70、18.05、70.80 mg/L,6种渔药对福瑞鲤鱼种的毒性大小依次为:硫酸铜>富氯>阿苯达唑>溴氯海因>敌百虫>灭孢灵。富氯、溴氯海因、敌百虫和灭孢灵4种药物的安全浓度均显著高于目前生产使用的常用剂量,在福瑞鲤苗种培育和养殖过程中可以安全使用;硫酸铜的安全浓度显著低于生产使用的剂量,在养殖生产中应减少使用剂量;关于阿苯达唑药浴使用剂量的研究未见报道,试验结果可为今后其生产使用提供参考。 相似文献

随着海洋开发活动的不断深入,天津围填海工程正在进一步加大.从2003-2012年,天津市海洋捕捞产量呈逐年下降的趋势,其中以2008年下降的最为严重,这也与2007年进行的大规模的围填海活动相吻合.本研究结合室内模拟实验,拟对围填海工程对底栖生物、浮游生物、鱼卵和仔稚鱼、游泳动物等海洋生物资源的影响进行研究.研究表明,(1)吹填淤泥对毛蚶(Scapharca subcrenata)和四角蛤蜊(Mactra veneriformis)的掩埋实验结果显示,两种经济贝类被掩埋后均表现出垂直迁移行为.毛蚶比四角蛤蜊的垂直迁移能力弱.随着体长的增加,生物迁移能力增强;随着掩埋深度的增加,死亡率也逐渐增加.(2)悬浮物对卤虫无节幼体的急性毒性实验表明,悬浮物溶液对卤虫无节幼体的96 h半致死浓度LC50为271 mg/L;安全浓度为27.1 mg/L.悬浮物对于生物的危害性随着时间的延长不断增加.(3)悬浮物对两种经济鱼类的急性毒性实验表明,随着悬浮物暴露时间的延长,幼鱼对悬浮物的敏感性逐渐增强;水温可影响幼鱼对悬浮物的耐受能力,随着水温的升高,其耐受能力逐渐降低;生物品种不同,其对悬浮物的耐受能力亦有较大差异. 相似文献

以南极冰鱼为原料,研究了制作香酥鱼块最适宜的腌制工艺。通过感官评价为考察指标,探讨五香粉添加量、蔗糖添加量、食盐添加量等关键因素对产品品质的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L^9(3^4)正交表进行腌制工艺参数优化试验,结果表明,腌制的最佳工艺条件为五香粉添加量0.05%、蔗糖添加量2%、食盐添加量1.25%,在此最优组合参数下,南极冰鱼香酥鱼块的感官评分为9.54±0.02,此时制作的香酥鱼块咸淡适中,鲜香味美,有鱼肉特有的滋味,外酥里嫩,外表金黄,色泽均匀,产品品质好。研究表明适宜的腌制工艺对南极冰鱼香酥鱼块的品质至关重要。 相似文献
