我国动物缺硒病的流行分布范围很广。形成由东北向西南斜行的缺硒带,黑龙江、湖北、陕西、四川等省有大面积缺硒地区,土壤中硒含量低于0.05ppm。饲料中硒含量低于0.05ppm时就会引起40多种动物的20多种缺硒病的发生,但饲料中硒含量高于0.5ppm时则可发生硒中毒,我国陕西省紫阳县、湖北省施恩县的部分地区为高硒地区,畜禽常见患硒中毒病,严重时致死。在缺硒地区或选用来自缺硒地区饲料原料,为防缺硒病添加硒化合物,但一般饲料厂是很难将0.1ppm浓度的硒化合物均匀混合于配合饲料中,即使混合均匀,饲料经包装、运输、饲喂等工序后,由于饲料原料粗细不同,比重不同而发生质地分离,使原来混合均匀的 相似文献

Selenium may be related to the hepatic metabolism of the coumarin compounds aflatoxin B1 and warfarin. Selenium evidently increased the pharmacologic activity of warfarin, probably due to a displacement of warfarin from albumin by selenium, the close relationship among selenium, vitamin E, and sulphur-containing groups (eg, glutathione), or the antioxidant effect of selenium. A diet containing selenium in a concentration of 2.5 mg/kg of feed was protective against the toxic effects of both coumarins in pigs given 4 daily oral doses of 0.2 mg/kg of body weight. Selenium, as glutathione peroxidase, at least in part, protects the hepatic cells against the toxic effects of aflatoxin B1 and warfarin. The protection was demonstrated by alteration of clinical responses and hematologic (prothrombin times), electrophoretic, and clinical chemistry values. It also was demonstrated that selenium at 2.5 mg/kg of feed does not produce toxic effects; however, dietary selenium at a concentration of 5 mg/kg (and in the presence of both toxic agents) was toxic for young pigs within the 3-week experimental period. 硒通过参与硒蛋白的合成在猪营养中发挥重要作用。硒蛋白是调节体内抗氧化系统的中心,其中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶是猪抗氧化功能研究最多的硒蛋白。但其他硒蛋白在公猪精液生产和维持精液质量中也有重要作用。公猪精液的特点是含有大量易氧化的长链多不饱和脂肪酸,需要有效的抗氧化防御。猪对硒的需求因环境和其他条件的不同而不同,同时处于繁殖期的公猪对硒缺乏特别敏感,因此,满足硒的需求具有重要意义。但在许多情况下,原料中硒水平没有精确定量,很难判断基础日粮是否缺乏硒。本文对目前市面上的硒来源及其对公猪营养和繁殖的生理作用进行综述,旨在为生产上有效利用硒提供理论依据。

(1) Selenium (Se) is an essential part of numerous selenoproteins, most of which are involved in the antioxidant system of the body. It is also required by poultry for the maintenance of optimal health and meat quality. This paper reports data from a study examining the effect of dietary source and concentration of selenium on broiler performance and meat quality. (2) Increased dietary selenium content markedly reduced feed conversion ratio (FCR) as a result of significantly lower feed intakes of birds while maintaining the same weight gains. (3) Selenium supplementation increased feathering, with organic selenium (selenised yeast) being superior to inorganic selenium (sodium selenite). (4) Birds receiving organic selenium in their diets had improved eviscerated weight, breast yield and reduced drip loss. (5) There were significant concentration x source interactions on yields of breasts and marylands (thigh plus drumstick), with elevated levels of organic selenium increasing the yields, whereas the opposite was true for the inorganic selenium. 相似文献

This paper describes 3 experiments comparing the effect of 10, 25 and 40 mg Se/kg, as sodium selenite, in mineral mixtures and salt licks fed to sheep. The supplement was given during the indoor season from October to May to 7 different flocks, each consisting of 50 to 100 sheep, in areas with selenium deficiency problems. The average selenium level in the basic diets did not exceed 0.05 mg/kg. Selenium status was monitored in the blood of ewes and lambs, and in milk. Blood selenium in lambs correlated well with blood selenium in their dams (r = 0.85). Selenium levels in milk on day 1 (colostrum) correlated well with selenium levels in dams (r = 0.92) and in offspring (r = 0.87). Statistically significant differences were found between the different flocks. In areas with extreme selenium deficiency, 10 mg Se/kg in mineral mixtures and salt licks proved insufficient. A content of 25 mg Se/kg, providing a daily intake of about 0.4 mg selenium, resulted in selenium levels in ewes’ blood, ewes’ milk and in the offspring that should prevent selenium deficiency disease without causing any toxic effects. 相似文献
