In order to improve the existing method of electric network reliability evaluation, the basic concepts, for example, the flow through the failure events, the sent ends and received ends of these failure events, the load curtailment region of the received ends and the degree of the load curtailment, are defined. With these concepts, the connotation of LCSN (Load Curtail Strategy by Near) is enriched and algorithms of the load curtailment region are conducted. The theory foundation for further exploring LCSN is created. The results show that the algorithm can quickly and effectively make reliability assessment of power systems.  相似文献

This paper presents a decomposed optimization model for power network planning. The planning problem is divided into master problem to determine the investment decisions and subproblems to deterimne the operation decisions. In the proposed model, the effects of multi load levels,stochastic line outages,power loss cost and load curtailment cost on the investment decisions are considered. The results of the examples prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献

The study for dealing with the load model in composite system reliability evaluation is almost at a standstill because of the inherent computational complexity. In this paper, an algorithm for composite system reliability evaluation considering load model is proposed. This method is powerful in computation because it can avoid unnecessary state enumeration by means of the relationship among basic reliability informations of load levels. As an example, the IEEE 24-node Reliability Test System is tested on VAX-11/750 computer. The average CPU time to calculate the reliability indices of the system corresponding to a load level is about 5 seconds.  相似文献

The purpose of a power system is to deliver the power the customers require in real time, on demand, within acceptable voltage and frequency limit, and in a reliable and economic manner. Using NLPNN (New Linear Programming Neural Network) model, the behavior analysis of power system under fault conditions is carried through. The stability and convergence theorems are set up to obtain the resolution for the problem of the load curtailment strategy. A new way is open up to evaluate the reliability of power systems and the great progress in calculation analysis model is achieved. Based on the gray forecast theory, this paper studies the principle and deficiency in power load forecasting by the basic grey model and other improved models, and introduces a new method -the combination grey model to forecast the long-medium power load. Based on an example, the basic grey model, other improved models and combination grey model are used to forecast power load and results of all models are analyzed and compared. The calculation results show that forecasting power load by grey theory is credible and simple. For this type of complex problems such as forecasting the long-medium power load, the combination grey model is specially useful because of it's high precision and facility. The method can be used as one of the tools of forecasting the long-medium power load.  相似文献

An A. C. load flow analysis of the reliability evaluation of composite generation and transmission systems is presented on the basis of a fast outage simulation algorithm and an optimal model of active and reactive power adjustment after outage contingencies. The information of the first -level outage events is utilized for simulating higher -level outage events in the fast outage simulation algorithm ; the optimal model is satisfactory in speed and accuracy with the application of concentric relaxation and linear increment constraint on the comprehensive adjustment of active and reactive power. As an example. the IEEE Reliability Test System is tested and the results show that the method is accurate and well-matched in speed with the method studied by R. Bllinton, et al.  相似文献

An optimal active power adjustment model is deve in this paper for hybrid AC/DC systems after outage contingencies. The objective of the model is to minimize the rejection of load when some elements are out of service, with adjustment strategy approaching practical system operation. A large number of outage contingencies are simulated when the Monte-Carlo Method is emyloyed to evaluate the system reliability, requiring fast calculation of each simulation. The model and computer method proposed in this paper satisfy such a requirment because of the application of concentric relaxation, recursive branch constraint treatment in linear programming and a direct method for B-1 matrix modification. This paper is concerned with the simplified steady state conditions of the system based on DC load-flow, which implies the reliability indices calculated are the measures about static loss of load. The results for a 14-bus hybrid AC/DC system are given.  相似文献

In order to calculate and analyze the effect of two transmission lines in parallel on the reliability evaluation of bulk power system, a model including independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of these lines is deduced and a new algorithm corresponding to the model is presented. Two transmission lines in parallel including common mode outages and dependent outages can be really simulated as a multi-state component. While reliability indices are calculated, the probability and frequency of independent outage, common mode outage and dependent outage of a system failure state can be calculated at the same time, and computation complexity is reduced. The proposed model and algorithm are applied to the RBTS system, IEEE One Area RTS96 system and a real power system for reliability computation and analysis. Results show that the new algorithm is credible and validity.  相似文献

There is a number of bad data in the load database produced, thus the data must be cleaned before it is used to forecasting electric load or performing power system analysis. The WKFCM measures distance by kernel functions instead of the complicated Euclidean distance and this kernel based distance is used as dissimilarity function of target clustering formula which can reduce the calculation complexity. After the clustering, a super circle covering neural network based identification model for load data is proposed, and the bad data is modified. The utilization of Flexible AC Transimssion System(FACTS)technology has significant impact on power system reliability performance.Series FACTS devices such as Thyristor Controlled Phase Shifting Transformers(TCPSTs) and Thyristor Controlled Series Compensators(TCSCs) can change the natural allocation of the power flow and effectively alleviate transmission congestion.Parallel FACTS devices such as Static Var Compensators(SVCs)can provide reactive power support and maintain voltage stability.So it is important to quantitatively evaluate their benefits to the power system reliability.The traditional models of the composite generation and transmission system reliability evaluation are mainly focused on conventional generation and transmission facilities.This paper researches the power flow model of TCPST and TCSC,and then presents the optimal load shedding model incorporating TCPSTs,TCSCs and SVCs and effectively incorporates them into the reliability evaluation model.The proposed method is tested on the RBTS and the obtained results show that the system reliability can be improved effectually by FACTS devices.  相似文献

A new method was presented for power load forecasting.Based on the fuzzyclustering technique,the historical samples of power load and its relative environmental factors wereclassified into several typical categories,the fuzzy numbers and sets were then used to describe thepatterns of load variation and the features of the environmental factors for every class. Finally,byunderstanding the state of future environmental factors, the future power load can be predictedthrough determining the category of load variation pottern. This paper reports on application of network flow programming to the real power economic redispatch with security constraints. For the contingency state which violates the line security constraints , the re-dispatching is performed by eliminating the curtailment of real loads. The network flow model is incremental, and is solved by OKA. Therefore, it is very simple, fast and accurate. The model and its solution algorithm are tested on JEEE 30 bus system and the encouraging results are obtained.  相似文献

为缓解大电网可靠性评估的计算复杂性,采取等值参数联合概率密度分布建模的方式开展了外网静态等值研究。在常规确定性静态Ward等值技术基础上,考虑外部区域发电机和线路随机故障,通过计算各种随机故障状态下的外网等值参数,即外网等值注入功率和外网等值串联支路阻抗,基于概率密度估计技术建立了等值参数的联合概率密度分布。外网静态概率等值模型克服了常规确定性静态Ward等值技术的不足,充分计入外网等值参数的随机性,减少了电网可靠性评估计算时间的同时提高了计算精度。对两区域RBTS系统和RTS79系统研究验证了其有效性和准确性。  相似文献

Decomposed discrete models, can be used to design load frequency' controllers in multi-area power systems.Considering the exchanging real power in tie-lines as a measurable disturbance, the multi-area power system is decomposed into several subsystems.On the basis of generalized minimum variance control principles, an expanded control rule is induced. Using discrete models, the proposed method greatly decreases the number of varialles in be measured and simplifies the control system. The calculating burden of the decoupling judgement of multi-area power system load frequeney centrel is very large by tranditional methods. This paper changcs the decoupling judgement problem into a minimum cost network flow problem. The solution algorithm is out-of-kilter . algorithm which is characterized by simple manipaultion, fast and reliable convergence. In the paper, we discuss and calculate the decoupling problem of two arca power system load frequency control. The results show that the proposed approach is feasible and effective.  相似文献

When contactless power transmission (CPT) systems are operating normally, load variation will cause the system operating frequency to drift and the resonance frequency scope to deviate from the desired level. These fluctuations in turn cause the system to vary substantially and affect its normal operation. Considering the slip road track of the primary circuit and the phase angle change between the front of the sub network rectifier circuit current and the voltage, we employ different circuit models to analyze the nature and size of the load for the two types of anti perceptual situations. An algorithm is derived to calculate the junior circuit parameters with the load on the rails. Simulation analysis for the load identification under two different load conditions is conducted, and the expected results achieved.  相似文献

With the increasement of the harmonic quantity in power system ,single phase harmonic power flow calculation can't meet the needs. This paper discusses the components model in detail under harmonic condition in three phase distribution power system, include generator,transformer,line and load. Particularly, the transformer model considers the winding connection, the phase shifting among primary and secondary windings, and the off-normal tapping.The three-phase model of transformer, used in traditional harmonic power flow, may the preuent the model from converging, so the paper proposes a three phase back forward sweep harmonic load flow algorithm based on phase-components. At last, a test example was used to prove the algorithm. The results indicate that the proposed method is efficient.  相似文献
