中国渔政管理指挥系统总体架构设计

中国渔政管理指挥系统是服务于渔业管理业务的大型管理信息系统,随着信息化建设的深入和需求的提高,越来越多的管理业务将纳入到系统中来,系统的运行效率与业务协同性将会面临挑战。笔者通过架构设计关键技术的分析研究,基于企业架构(EA)和面向服务的体系结构(SOA)技术,提出了面向渔业管理的系统架构框架,优化了中国渔政管理指挥系统的总体设计方案。总体设计根据业务需求和管理战略从全局的角度对系统的业务架构、应用架构、数据架构、技术架构进行设计,构建基于SOA的业务服务技术架构,以解决系统的灵活性与可扩展性,满足不断发展的信息化需求,为系统信息共享、互联互通和业务协同提供技术模型,为系统的可持续建设提供技术保障。     

Analysis and Design of the Architecture for TPL System

Architecture of Logistics system is the interior operation environment and business platform for Logistics companies, which is to steer to build special logistics system and tactics frame-saw to realize the company's objectives. Further more, characteristic and design principle of architecture are mentioned. There are 4 levels in this article to discuss the architecture of TPL system. Six elements contained in the architecture are mentioned: information platform, tech-equipment platform, knowledge platform, organization platform, business platform and functional platform, Furthermore, the mutual connection among which is analyzed as a whole. In conclusion, measure of the transfer from traditional storage and transportation to modern logistics is discussed.

[目的]为探讨海南农垦橡胶生产管理制度的优化路径,[方法]基于海胶集团橡胶生产激励制度的现状分析,采用分布函数的参数化方法构建了委托-代理模型,[结果]研究表明海南农垦橡胶生产管理制度需要优化,应适当控制激励,加大保障。并在此基础上提出了海南农垦橡胶生产激励制度优化的建议：[结论]改进工资方案,为割胶工人设立基本工资,降低上缴份额;优化公司与职工的利益关系,努力确保胶工收入。     

Analysis of Incentive and Supervisory Control for Project Supervision under Asymmetric Information

Under the asymmetric information,the owner undertakes moral risk,which is caused by supervisor in the case of project supervision.This paper analyzes the benefit conflict while entrusting because of asymmetric information,discusses how to bring incentive and supervisory control mechanism into project supervision entrust-contract by mathematics model.Then,the design and improvement of the supervision reward in contract are discussed.     

Strategies of Foreign Market Entry on the Basis of Strategic Alliance

By analyzing the achievements the TTX company and QI company gained on the basis of strategic alliance, this paper proves that strategic alliance is an effective mode of foreign market entry by Chinese enterprises, especially, private, small and medium enterprises, and they can actually promote their competence and acquire profit upon restricted resources by making an alliance with partners. This paper also discusses the problems exist in the alliance and the threat TTX faces, and put forward effective countermeasures.

土壤信息系统在国民经济和解决农业问题中发挥着重要作用。利用地理信息系统（GIS）技术和计算机技术构建土壤信息系统（SIS）是近年来国内外土壤学的研究热点和前沿之一。以安徽省为例,采用组件式地理信息系统（GIS）和计算机技术,并从系统的软硬件设计、系统总体结构设计、系统的功能设计等方面,探讨了安徽省1：50万土壤信息系统的设计与开发。     

Design of Information Technology Application System for Automotive Industry

以农产品市场体系的基本结构为基础，分析了农产品市场体系与食品安全和农民增收之间的关系；介绍了中国农产品市场发展已经取得的成就和现存问题；最后提出了兼顾食品安全和农民增收完善农产品市场体系的措施：优化农产品市场体系的基础条件，培育不同层次不同规模的农产品交易场所，建立各农产品交易场所的有机连接，完善农产品物流配送体系，加强科技投入，政府适时、适地进行宏观调控，等等。     

On the Regional Culture Features of the Traditional Folk Housing Architecture of Huizhou Style

The traditional architecture of Huizhou style with its unique regional cultural features makes a well- developed genre of architecture in late ancient China. Especially, the traditional folk housing of Huizhou style is the most vivid embodiment of Huizhou culture, reflecting the social history and culture in Huizhou area. The location and setting of the traditional folk housing in ancient Huizhou is greatly influenced by the geomantic theory, a fact that can be best detected in the practice of building artificial landscapes at the accesses to villages. The internal structure of the traditional folk housing of Huizhou style vividly reveals the ideology and the system of the patriarchy in ancient Huizhou. Being traders but sticking to the identity and temperament of Confucian scholars, local merchants of ancient Huizhou fostered a unique culture, which has shaped an distinctive artistic charm found in the internal decoration and furnishings of the traditional folk housing in ancient Huizhou.

基于县级土地利用总体规划的业务需求,针对Client／Server和Browser／Server两种系统结构的特点．对基于这两种系统结构的县级土地利用总体规划管理信息系统各自的优劣做出详细的分析和比较,以选择适合当前信息化建设需要的土地规划管理信息系统的系统架构。     

Method for Dynamic Tasks Allocation in Automatic Shop Based-on the Idea of AM

A distributed scheduling method in a networked manufacturing enviroment is given. A allocation algorithm for dynamic tasks in distributed systems based on LAN information in factories is introduced. The design goal is to obtain some better comprehensive targets, such as cost price, load balance, waiting time and efficient of systems.
