To counter the uncertainty of the processing time in the practical production process, this paper builds a single machine earliness/tarliness with fuzzy processing time. Optimum processing time is obtained and the minimum target function is got on the basis of taking penalty coefficients of the task, set-up time and value acquisition in the range of fuzzy processing time into consideration. The optimum processing sequence of the task is set by adopting the technique of simulated annealing and in the end in illustration of it a simulation case is put forward.  相似文献

Size, shape and topology optimizations are involved in the structural design of partial single layer reticulated shells. To meet the requirements of computation efficiency during preliminary design, a uniform design method was adopted to achieve multi level optimization. Only existing software packages for reticulated shells were used in the experiment design. By regressing the computing data, approximate functional relations between the indexes (steel weight, deflections, basic frequency, and minimal nonlinear buckling load) and variables (rise of the shell, single layer area, and design stress ratio for single layer members) were obtained. The best combination of the variables was acquired by solving a simple programming problem. Comparative design of a multipoint supported hexagonal reticulated shell verified the efficiency and reliability of this approach.  相似文献

为探索适宜棉花的ISSR-PCR反应体系,采用两轮均匀设计试验,对ISSR-PCR反应体系中Mg2+、dNTPs、模板DNA、引物、Taq DNA聚合酶的浓度或用量进行优化。结果表明,棉花20μL的ISSR反应体系的最佳组分包括2μL 10×PCR Buffer、0.5 U Taq DNA聚合酶、40 ng模板DNA、0.25 mmol.L-1 dNTPs、0.5μmol.L-1引物和2.0 mmol.L-1 Mg2+。利用8个棉花品种和三条不同引物验证该反应体系,结果表明,该反应体系的稳定性和重复性较好。  相似文献

配方均匀设计法优化挤压膨化物料配比   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用均匀设计软件生成的15种原料配比对其营养成分、膨化度和糊化度进行分析研究,以确定挤压膨化的最佳进料比。结果表明,豆粕中含有丰富的蛋白质,但其淀粉含量非常低,与小米和大麦恰好相反,配比7中蛋白质含量稍低;15种原料配比的膨化度和糊化度比较分析得出配比1优于其他配比。综合以上因素,选取原料的配比为8∶1∶1作为小米、大麦和豆粕复合挤压膨化的进料比。  相似文献

优选了超声波提取蜂胶精油工艺参数。以蜂胶精油得率为评价指标,采用均匀设计试验对超声波提取蜂胶精油提取工艺进行优选。结果表明,超声波辅助蜂胶精油提取的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度59℃,料液比为1:15,提取时间62 min,蜂胶精油得率达8.83%。  相似文献

How plants survive and adapt to microgravity environments is highlight problem in space biology. Research progress on influences of microgravity and simulated micrograviy on plant growth and development is reviewed. The advance in studies on physiological and biochemical characteristic changes in microgravity or simulated microgravity environments is specially discussed. Experment evidence shows that calcium concentration and distribution changed under microgravity stimulate and then Ca2+ as a second message in transmission related enzyme activity. It is pointed out that further researches should focus on difference express of involved genes and mechanism and applications in such fields as germination of aging seed , accumulation of secondary metabolite and protoplasm fusion under microgravity environments.  相似文献

After investigating into the design of classical FIR digital filter, a method of FIR filter design based on proximate best uniform approximation is proposed. The paper introduces the theoretical basis of the proximate best uniform approximation theory in detail, and applies it to the design of FIR digital filter. The procedure of designing a FIR filter with the proximate best uniform approximation method is given. The example shows that the filter designed by this method is of good performance in both pass band and eliminated band, and comparatively little calculation related, and hence it is of promising prospect to be applied.  相似文献

马铃薯贮藏库温度受室外温度、室内马铃薯呼吸释放温度、通风降温等因素的影响难以准确预测,提出了一种改进遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)优化支持向量回归机(Support Vector Regression,SVR)的马铃薯贮藏库温度预测方法。该方法针对支持向量回归机参数难以选择、容易陷入局部极小的缺点,引入了具有并行性、全局搜索能力强的GA算法,结合局部搜索能力强的模拟退火算法(Simulated Annealing,SA),实现支持向量回归机的自动寻优。以新疆某农产品加工公司马铃薯贮藏库实测温度数据为样本,建立SAGA-SVR马铃薯贮藏库温度预测模型,进行贮藏库温度准确的预测。仿真结果表明,与GA-SVR、反向传播(Back Propagation,BP)温度预测模型的预测结果相比较,SAGASVR预测结果优于GA-SVR、BP预测结果,具有良好的预测效果。该预测方法较好地解决了系统非线性、小样本等问题,为类似应用场合地温度预测提供参考。  相似文献

以西科麦4号、N 48和铭贤169为材料,探究退火温度Tm对小麦SSR扩增结果的影响.在最佳PCR扩增体系下,55对小麦SSR的Xgwm引物中,除去18对无扩增产物的引物外,余下可以分为Tm对扩增结果无影响和Tm对扩增结果有不同影响2大类.结果表明,退火温度Tm对扩增结果有影响且每对引物都有其扩增的合适扩增温度.  相似文献

农田土壤盐碱化已经成为影响小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的一个重要因素。利用NaCl和Na2CO3模拟盐碱胁迫对小麦种子萌发期茎长生长的影响实验表明,4种小麦的茎长生长在大部分复合浓度条件下表现出显著差异,并随着浓度的增加而表现出降低的趋势,与无盐碱胁迫的茎长生长表现相一致,其幼苗茎长生长的耐盐碱性高低次序为:济南17>淄麦12>邯6172>泰山9818。在单一盐或碱胁迫条件下,小麦的茎长生长总是随着NaCl或Na2CO3浓度的增加而表现出不同程度的降低。无论以NaC l浓度增加为主还是以Na2CO3浓度增加为主的情况下,小麦幼苗的茎长生长均随着浓度的增加受到明显的抑制作用。盐碱复合胁迫对小麦幼苗期茎长生长的影响机理还缺乏生物学及生理学上的解释,仍需要进行深入研究。  相似文献

为探寻出更适宜大蒜的ISSR反应体系,以‘弥渡紫皮’大蒜为试材,对ISSR-PCR反应体系中的5个主要因素(dNTPs、Taq酶、Mg2+、引物浓度、模板DNA)在4个不同水平上进行正交设计L16(45)优化。结果表明,含10×PCR Buffer 2.5 μL、2.5 mmol Mg2+、0.15 mmol dNTPs、1.5 U Taq DNA聚合酶、0.4 μmol引物、20 ng/μL模扳DNA的25 μL反应体系为大蒜的最佳反应体系。利用新建立的反应体系对20个不同大蒜品种进行扩增,具有极好的稳定性和重复性。  相似文献

[Objective] To inspect the influence of Veratrum Nigrum on the body resistance strengthening function of Panax Ginseng with different proportion and dosages. [Methods] ICR mice were divided,according to their weights,into normal group,model group and Panax Ginseng group of different dosagess. Immunocompromised mouse were constructed by intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide(45 mg/kg,qod × 3). Medicines were administrated since the first day of modeling,once per day for 7 days in total,so as to find out the effective dose range of Panax Ginseng. With uniform design and medicine administration with 2 factors 11 levels,observing the influences of different proportions and dosages of combined decoctions of Panax Ginseng and Veratrum Nigrum through the index of immune organs(spleen and thymus),ability of carbon clearance and blood routine of the modeling mice. [Results]Comparing with the mice in nnormal group,ones in modeling group had obvious reduction in the body mass,visceral index,phagocytic function and blood routine. Splenic index,phagocytic correction index,WBC,RBC and Hb increased significantly with only using Panax Ginseng(0. 5- 8. 0 g /kg). Evaluation of the influence of Veratrum Nigrum on the body resistance strengthening function of Panax Ginseng based on uniform design:(1) Influence on the index of immune organs:Decoctions(Veratrum Nigrum + Panax Ginseng 0. 53- 8. 05 g /kg) had no obvious effect on the index of immune organs of immunocompromised mice.(2) Influence on the ability of carbon clearance: Veratrum Nigrum could reduce the ability of Ginseng to enhance the phagocytic function(Panax Ginseng∶ Veratrum Nigrum 100 ∶1) in direct proportion. The strongest antagonistic effect of Veratrum Nigrum would be achieved when the total dose of decoctions was 3. 08 g/kg(Panax Ginseng∶Veratrum Nigrum =9∶1).(3) Influence on blood routine: if Panax Ginseng∶Veratrum Nigrum 100∶1,the effect of Ginseng to increase WBC and RBC would be counteracted by Veratrum Nigrum(0. 034-0. 13 g/kg)without influencing the dose-effect curve of Ginseng. The strongest antagonistic effect of Veratrum Nigrum would be achieved when the total dose of decoctions was 4. 58 and 3. 48 g /kg(Panax Ginseng∶ Veratrum Nigrum = 9∶1). The effect of Ginseng to increase Hb would also be counteracted by Veratrum Nigrum but the dose-effect curve of Panax Ginseng would decline. [Conclusions]Within the dose range stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia,the body resistance strengthening function of Panax Ginseng may be reduced or counteracted by Veratrum Nigrum,and the intensity of effect changed with the imparity of proportions and dosages.  相似文献

提出了一种用于边缘提取的细胞神经网络(CNN)模板的设计方法,该方法在基本粒子群算法的基础上引入模拟退火机制,形成模拟退火粒子群算法(SA-PSO)对模板参数值进行搜寻。在搜索过程中,用退火温度调节粒子的突跳概率,轮盘赌策略确定粒子的全局最优的替代值,这样能有效避免基本PSO算法容易陷入局部最优解的问题。同时,为了保证每轮搜寻产生的解均能使CNN网络稳定,用CNN反馈模板的研究结论对粒子群解空间进行约束。模拟实验表明,文章算法设计出的CNN模板有良好的边缘提取能力。  相似文献

This paper puts forward an improved fast-LADT arithmetic in application of electrocardiogram(ECG) compression.The arithmetic has much less mathematical operation and much easier to be implemented in hardware.With the artificial and experimental verification,it turns to be that the arithmetic keeps rather high compress ratio,has the advantages of small distortion and has the nicer results in real tine.The hardware system of ECG data compression is designed,implements the improved fast-LADT arithmetic,the experiment of ECG data compression also has been carried out,and the experiment results prove the validity of the arithmetic.  相似文献

 以5个不同颜色棉花品种为材料,通过不同pH值的模拟酸雨处理棉花种子,分别测定了发芽势、发芽率及POD活性、SOD活性和可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明,不同的pH值模拟酸雨对5个品种的发芽势、发芽率均有一定的影响,发芽势均高于各自的对照,发芽率均低于对照,且随着模拟酸雨酸性的增强而降低。POD和SOD活性的变化也有一定的规律,pH值从高到低,POD活性呈现先降后升的趋势;SOD活性变化呈现先升后降的趋势,表明模拟酸雨对棉花幼苗的细胞发生了实质损伤,其酶活性不可逆下降。5个品种幼苗也受一定的模拟酸雨胁迫,叶片中可溶性糖含量有所增加,表明其对模拟酸雨胁迫的抵抗能力。结果显示酸雨对不同颜色棉花种子萌发与幼苗生理特性能造成一定的影响和危害。  相似文献

新疆距内地较远,鲜杏在运输过程中品质劣变加速,货架期短。以新疆“赛买提杏”为试材,模拟采后鲜杏冷链运输过程,以1~2℃和4~6℃为对照,研究近冰温(-1.6~-1.1℃)冷链运输对杏果实货架期品质的影响。结果表明,将近冰温贮藏42 d的杏果实经低温冷链方式出库后,近冰温冷链运输处理的杏果实在17~18℃下的货架期可达6 d,延缓了硬度、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸和抗坏血酸含量的下降及色泽的转变,货架第6天时,硬度为5.04 N,商品率达62.22%。与1~2℃和4~6℃冷链运输组相比,近冰温组感官品质保持最佳,货架期最长。  相似文献

The design of multi-controller and multi-mode control law is presented for the three-link Acrobot on horizontal bar by employing Human simulated intelligent control method based on sensory-motor Schema.Imitated the characteristics of gymnast's swing-up and handstand movement,the control process of robot is divided by six sequence phase.Then the sensory cell and motor cell and the group of sensory-motor schema is designed based on the analysis of quality-quantity combination.The simulation results show that the controller ensures the gesture and the energy to the desired goal,farther more the motion control of giant swing backword is realized in the simulation.  相似文献

为了研究四川桤木不同品系对光的响应,为其引种和扩大栽培提供理论依据,对模拟光条件下H1、H12、J5、J10品系光合特性进行了研究,结果表明:(1)4个桤木品系具有较低的LCP(介于3.16~50.61μmol/-2·s-1>之间)和较高的LSP(>800μmol/-2·S-1>),其LCP、LSP的大小排序均为J10>H12>J5>H1;4个品系能适应多种光照环境。H12、J10强光利用效率高,其生长速度高于H1、J5品系,H1、J5品系利用弱光能力较强;(2)表观量子效率为0.0303~0.0495mol/mol,与自然条件下一般植物的表观量子效率(0.03~0.05mol/mol)基本一致;(3)影响其净光合速率(Pn)主要生理生态因子是气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和光照强度等,J5、J10品系Pn还受到CO2R较大的影响;而Tleaf、Vpdl对H1、H12品系的Pn影响比较明显。  相似文献
