In point of view of the system, the characteristic of leak current fault diagnosis in launch vehicle controlling system is analyzed. It is presented that the fault is a connecting way for sytem factors. By building some basic concepts such as componts, syptoms, observation and faults, the system model is turned into graph, where nodes represent components and edges represent fault transmission among components. Besides,designing rule, that is, bisection rule for diagnosing alglorithm is given based on the information theory. Operating feasibility and entropy function characteristic are analyzed using component trade-off value to substitute component entropy, giving fault problem-solving way based on the drawing model.  相似文献

Considering the difficult of acquiring and transmission the signal from the moving equipment, a new fault diagnosis monitoring system is presented. The system acquires the state signal from the moving equipment by data acquisition module that based in W77E58 high-speed SCM, and transmits the data fast by wireless mode. The signal data can be use for fault diagnosis and precise analysis. The system has the ability for acquiring abundance of data with a high speed, the ability for high accuracy data conversion, and has a function of programme controlling gain and programme controlling low-pass filtering. The successful application of this system on the vibration monitor about the material-transporting bogie in an iron works of a domestic steel enterprise proves the stability and credibility about the design project, also testifies its practical value and versatility.  相似文献

In order to solve the incipient fault diagnose problem of the transmission system, a networking condition monitoring and failure diagnosis system based on B/S and C/S hybrid architecture for wind turbine transmission system is designed in the paper. Firstly, the paper analyzes the demands of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for wind turbine transmission system, and designs its overall framework and function modules. Then, combining with the data acquisition equipment, by the .NET and SQL Server platform, the paper designs condition monitoring and failure diagnosis system for wind turbine transmission system, which includes the functions of networking data acquisition, remote condition monitoring, signal analysis, fault diagnosis and database as well. The system has been successfully applied to a condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbine transmission system.  相似文献

A data recording system for fault diagnosis of hybrid electric vehicles was studied by taking the integrated starter and generator (ISG) hybrid electric vehicle as the investigation object. The fault diagnosis communication net was established using a CAN bus and a K line. As designed, the system hardware structure included a CPU processing module, a communication module, and a USB recording module. With the system requirements and characteristics in mind, special circuit design and analysis of USB mass storage module were carried out based on the hardware scheme and software design. In the running test, the fault data recording system worked stably, and the data was recorded integrally and correctly. At the same time, the online display data accurately reflected the vehicle's running status.  相似文献

By analyzing shortages of current MSPCA model, an on line multi variable statistical process monitoring method is proposed, which uses some concepts from online multi scale filtering and can be applied to sensor fault diagnosis. In the method, wavelet decomposition is employed to the signals using edge correction filter in a fixed length data window, and then wavelet denoising is conducted with wavelet threshold filtering. Next, an on line multi scale model is constructed for data combining wavelet transformation and adaptive PCA in the previous data window. This model avoids time waste in direct signal denoising and reduces time cost in multi scale data with conventional PCA, which eventually increases accuracy in fault diagnosis. Experiments on eight vibration signals of 6135D diesel engine under severe leak condition prove the practicability and feasibility of the proposed method.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. A novel method for power transmission line monitoring and fault diagnosis is proposed based on non linear frequency response analysis. The power line carrier signal has been used for on line monitoring of power transmission line. As the non linear frequency response function describes the system inherent characterization, different frequency response patterns corresponding to different operation states of transmission line can be established. Based on the analysis of transmission line characteristics of fault modes, various fault features can be extracted, thereby achieve online monitoring and fault diagnosis on transmission line. Continuously variable transmission is the ideal transmission mode, the Metal Pushing Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) is the most mature CVT used in vehicle at present. By studying the transmission mechanism and ratio change characteristics of Metal Pushing Continuously Variable Transmission system, and using the bond graph theory, a bond graph model of continuously variable transmission is established in this paper, and the state space function is derived. Based on the model, The simulation of transmission characteristics of a CVT car is studied, the simulation result shows that the dynamic characteristics of continuously variable transmission could be expressed in this model. Aimed at solving the insufficiency problem in the current intelligent fault diagnosis system, such as lack of development tools, inference oversimplification, and developed a kind of diagnosis system based on network and KBE graph. The system is simple and easy to establish, modify, expand and maintain and does not need further coding. In addition, it can significantly save time and reduce the chance of failure. The integration of expert rules, fuzzy logic and nerve network enables the system to adapt to those complicated systems which involve in multi-variable, multi-parameter, multi-object and multi-process. As an example, an on-line detection system for simulate-on rotor test bench has been established and typical faults were successfully diagnosed through it, which proved the validity and reliability of the system. 比较了成熟期27个梨品种的果胶含量、半乳糖醛酸含量、果肉硬度和可溶性固形物含量,并分析果胶含量与果实品质特性的相关性。结果表明,不同梨品种间的果肉硬度、可溶性固形物、果胶、半乳糖醛酸含量4个指标的差异性都达到极显著水平(P0.01),果肉硬度均值为2.76 kg·cm-2,F值为47.03;半乳糖醛酸含量为0.64%~1.73%,F值为89.24,品种间差异最大;可溶性固形物含量为9.41%~15.19%,F值为17.66,品种间差异最小;果胶含量为0.23%~1.02%,与可溶性固形物和半乳糖醛酸含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01),Pearson相关系数分别为0.618和0.680。  相似文献

A new distributed equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis network system based on an RS485 field bus and an industrial ethernet was designed for the main drive system of a hot strip mill. The system structure and composition were studied. The following problems were resolved: communication of an intelligence data acquisition module with RS485 interface; communication between a server, clients and a light emitting diode; and point to point communication between a programmable logic controller and server. Real time signals of 24 radial run out, 12 axial drifting can be synchronously acquisitioned and stored in a database. System operation is satisfactory and can be used to identify the causes of rolling mill halt and transmission slip brake, and to improve sheet metal quality.  相似文献

Causality diagram methodology is a probabilistic reasoning, which can be applied to fault analysis. However, it lacks analysis on the importance of failure mode. The importance of failure mode is introduced to develop causality diagram methodology, which is successfully applied in fault analysis of gas explosion in colliery. The study shows that causality diagram based on importance of failure mode is an effective qualitative and quantitative method to analyse faulty, evaluate system safety and provide feasible countermeasures to prevent accidents.  相似文献

The best chance to extinguish the fire in commercial buildings is at the initial stage of a fire.For the problems during extinguishments at the initial stage of fire,a fire extinguishment system model at initial stage of fire in commercial buildings is designed.The fire data come from the fire cases in Chinese commercial buildings.The expected value and Variance of probability of basic events are calculated by using Bayesian statistical analysis method,which has overcome the difficulty from inefficient fire datum and obtaining repeated fire experience.Then the failure probability of extinguishments system at initial stage of fire is concluded from fault tree analysis and the error propagation analysis of fault tree is made.A systematic strategic decision has been made finally.  相似文献

Taking the hybrid electric vehicle as the investigation subject, this paper studies the remote data acquisition, supervisory control and redisplay system of the hybrid electric vehicle fault diagnosis. The system gathers the simulate CAN BUS data through serial ports by the data acquisition device and send data to the remote web servers by the GPRS wireless communication module. For the demands and features, the paper makes the module selection and design the hardware of lower computer ,and the software on the host computer and lower computer. It takes several notebooks as the simulate vehicle date emission source to make an experiment, achieving the function of wireless data transfer, data acquisition, supervisory, redisplay for multi hybrid electric vehicles at the same time, and protocol setting up. Especially the function of wireless data transfer and protocol setting up, make a big progress on the common use and convenience of fault diagnosis system.  相似文献

为了解决墒情监测中便携式监测仪数据存储、发送困难及墒情实时监测和分析等问题,建立了基于无线传感器网络和WebGIS的墒情监测系统。系统以STC单片机为核心芯片,结合GPRS模块、GPS模块,通过无线传感器网络技术,实现土壤水分数据的实时监测及无线传送。建立了数据库,接收监测点数据。并以SuperMap IS.NET和SQL Server 2005为开发平台进行二次开发,将GIS技术与墒情监测结合起来,根据作物耕作深度、作物生长期对土壤含水量进行判断,得出墒情结果。实现墒情监测点信息、土壤含水量曲线图、等值线分布图在Web服务器上的显示。墒情监测系统的建立和使用,对农业生产有深远的意义。  相似文献

To solve the problem that the existing method of extracting fault components is easily affected by power system swing,a new methed has been proposed in this paper,which can be used in high speed protection of transmission lines. This proped method ean greatly decrease unbal-ance outputs under power swing condilions without frequency tracking circuits,therefore it can make the protection using fault compnents operate correctly.  相似文献
