我国蔬菜物流现状与发展对策

蔬菜物流是联系蔬菜生产与供应的桥梁和纽带,构建高效的蔬菜物流体系对于保障蔬菜产业健康发展和丰富人们的菜篮子具有重要意义。本文分析了我国蔬菜物流的特点、发展现状和存在的问题,并提出了发展具有中国特色现代蔬菜物流的对策。     

Building Mode of Informationization in Manufacturing Enterprises on Condition of Chongqing Industrial Cluster

Chongqing, the old industry base of China, whose main economic support is mass manufacturing that make up of traditional industries such as mechanism, enginery and metallurgy. This mass has come into being middle system organizations whose core is some big firms like Changan and Jialing, in addition, many related kit factories act as branches. These organizations have agility operation and high efficiency, but there are problems because of technology asymmetry which leads to low efficiency of the industry gathers supply chain when facing high informationization market cornpetition. By analyzing the character and deficiency of the Chongqing manufacturing industry gathers, through providing a framework of information service platform to enhance the mid-rain enterprises innovation capability and complex competition. Research on building method and operation method of enterprises informationization platform has been done successfully.     

社会共治背景下临期食品安全问题法律规制探究

对临期食品行业中存在的货源混乱、混同销售、篡改生产日期问题进行概述,并就此分析制约临期食品安全社会共治的因素,即政府监管体系中的漏洞,食品安全行业协会作用难以发挥,新闻媒体和公众参与缺乏制度保障以及信息公开不到位。为解决上述制约因素,提出了加强临期食品安全社会共治的建议,即在完善相关法律规范的前提下,健全政府、行业协会、新闻媒体和公众积极参与的社会共治体系,充分发挥多方主体的积极作用,以保障临期食品的安全。     

Architecture of Networked Manufacturing Based on Supply Chain

The combinationof networked manufacturing and supply chain can integrate the design resource, intelligenceresource and manufacturing resource more efficaciously. Based on the compareand analysisof characteristics of the networked manufacturing and supply chain, the mode of networked manufacturing based on supply chain is brought forward, it combines and integrates supply chain and networked manufacturing to attain the effects of the complementarityof the dominanceof each other, and makes the reality of networked manufacturing more convenience, shortcutand efficiency. Based on the solution, the architecture and an operation mode of networked manufacturing based on supply chain are put forward. Finally, the applicationof networked manufacturing based on supply chain to ceramics industry is studied. Through the implementof the networked manufacturing which is based on the Supply chain dynamic allianceof ceramics industry, the process of from gaining demand information to putting products in the market is finished.

天津农产品加工业进入新的发展时期,在原料供给、发展规模、产业结构调整和科技创新等方面表现出新的特点和趋势,也面临着发展理念落后、原料有限、成本价格高、质量安全、地区竞争、政策扶持等问题和劣势。为进一步做强做大天津农产品加工业,在广泛调查研究的基础上,提出了发展天津农产品加工业的思路、重点发展领域和对策建议,为政府决策和产业规划提供依据和参考。     

An Investigation on Power Distribution Model of Intelligent Building''s Computer Room

In this paper, some problems such as circuit jam, mutual disturbance of signals, bad operation reliability and so on were analyzed, which resulted from the deficiency of integral electric and computer systems design and installation. It discusses mainly such problems as power supply, separation of alternating and direct currents, ground connection, undisturbed signal lines and so on. Then it puts forward a reference model for computer room's synthetical power distribution.     

河南省中牟县、杞县和山东省金乡县大蒜产业发展状况的对比研究

为了寻找中牟大蒜产业自己的特色发展之路,通过两省三地的产业历程、特色、政策、规模、品牌、创汇以及有机大蒜种植等比较,借鉴河南省杞县和山东省金乡县大蒜产业发展的成功经验,总结探索出中牟大蒜的发展之路,并进而提出了营造环境,加强供给侧改革,规划和培育大蒜基地和龙头企业,完善市场体系,搭建线上线下平台,加大资金投入,建设专项基金等加快中牟大蒜产业化进程的有益建议。     

山西瑞光电厂建设环境保护和水土流失防治对策

随着山西省电力项目大力建设,整个区域的生态环境也随之恶化,个别地区引发水土流失。此文通过对山西瑞光电厂项目建设过程中对环境的影响和水土流失产生特点的分析,结合电力项目本身特点,对电厂厂区、施工生产生活区、厂外运输道路、贮灰场及供、排水管线施工过程中产生的水土流失提出相应的工程和植物防护措施,有效地防治了项目建设产生的水土流失,并同时美化了项目区生态环境,以供山西省电力及其它同类项目参考,共建环境和谐性社会     

基于SWOT-PEST分析的中国热带作物产业发展策略研究

热带作物产业是中国农业的重要组成部分,对保障国家资源安全、乡村振兴、民族团结和服务外交等方面具有重要意义。运用SWOT-PEST方法,结合中国热带作物产业发展现状,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个方面对中国热带作物产业的内部优势、劣势以及面临的外部机遇、挑战进行分析,并构建了分析矩阵,研究表明中国热带作物产业拥有政府重视程度高、自然资源丰富、区位优、较好的产业发展基础和科技力量储备等内部优势,同时也存在扶持力度相对不足、经营水平发展较为滞后、资源环境约束和生产成本的压力较大和科技进步贡献率较低等自身劣势。建议综合运用中国热带作物产业发展的增长型、扭转型、多元化和防御型4种策略,以“一带一路”倡议、乡村振兴战略和持续对外开放政策为契机,利用好国内市场需求旺盛、多元化需求不断增长、新技术应用力度加大的发展机遇,在充分挖掘和发挥内部优势的基础上,通过呼吁政府进一步加强对热带作物产业的政策支持力度、完善热带作物产业经营体系建设、推动热带作物企业“走出去”、科技创新驱动产业延链升级等方式补齐自身短板,减少或避免国际热带农产品市场对国内的冲击、供给安全的不确定性以及科技创新供给不足的威胁,全面提高中国热带作物产业的国际竞争力。     

中美贸易摩擦对深圳市生物农业发展的启示

文章回顾了自2018年3月以来,美国根据“301调查”结果对中国发起贸易战的始末。分析了随着贸易战的不断升级,大豆、玉米等农产品国内供给不足、进口依赖程度高等问题带来的一系列负面影响,倒逼中国生物农业技术改革创新。随着生物农业成为新的经济增长点,深圳市将生物农业作为实施创新驱动发展战略、培育战略性新兴产业的重要内容之一。结合此次中美贸易摩擦对国内生物农业的影响,得出深圳市作为国内生物农业创新发展的领头羊,需着力深化农业供给侧结构性改革,促进资源要素高效配置,大力发展生物农业科学技术,培育创新型生物农业企业,推动生物农业产业化发展。     

Trade Reorientation and Its Effects on Regional Port Systems: The Korea‐China Link along the Yellow Sea Rim

ABSTRACT Owing to its competitive labor costs, its open‐market policy, and a substantial amount of capital investments, China has become a global manufacturing pole and an export‐based economy replicating the conventional Asian model but on a much wider scale. This is creating acute competition on other Asian export‐based economies such as Korea that have to adapt to the “China effect.” Consequently, many Korean manufacturing companies have repositioned their capital and equipment in China to enlarge their market potential as well as to reduce their production costs. Because Korea is adjacent to China—both are sharing the Yellow Sea Rim—this shift is creating a unique geographical dimension with a high level of functional integration of Sino‐Korean manufacturing supply chains. This transition has also brought substantial changes in the regional logistic network by organizing new flows of raw materials, parts, and final products, most of them along the Yellow Sea Rim. New logistic flows have given substantial influences on regional port competition by creating diverse links. These changes are bringing a reorientation of the regional maritime industry and of the port system.     

罗非鱼供给侧结构改革的思考

为了提高罗非鱼养殖的三大效益,总结了罗非鱼产业供给侧存在的突出问题如供需失衡、生产成本持续上涨、市场结构单一,抗风险能力小等,分析其成因包括中国罗非鱼主要依赖出口市场,出口消费不景气、加工厂盲目扩大产能,产品附加值低等。笔者从罗非鱼苗种生产、成鱼养殖,产品加工和出口贸易四个产业主要环节概述了中国罗非鱼产业生产现状,提出了罗非鱼供给侧结构改革的技术经济与政策路径,即通过推广健康养殖模式、加强加工产品关键配套技术研发、加大产品质量安全检测力度、开拓国内市场和大力发展产业化经营组织等措施,以促进罗非鱼产业的健康可持续发展。     

Problems and Countermeasures of Water Supply System in Small Towns

Water supply in small towns is one of the important components of the small towns' economy and society development.Based on the actual condition of water supply system,this paper analyzes the problems existed in water supply system of small towns,such as gradually polluted sources,imperfect water supply facilities,smaller scales,unreasonable quantity and so on.In addition,the corresponding measures are put forward to guarantee water supply system develop speed in small towns.Those countermeasures are launching sources protection work to guarantee the drinking water safety according to the character of the small town,then adopts reasonable water supply style,chooses economy water processing method,optimizes water network system construction;selects reasonable quantity consumption quota,and carries out gradually the regional water supply mode in conditional small towns.     

Utilizing Industry Solid Wastes as Resource of Building Material in Chongqing

To embed or heap industry solid wastes somewhere will occupy the earth and pollute the environment seriously. So utilizing the industry solid wastes as regeneration resource is important for sustainable development of city. Based on application and research for years in utilizing industry wastes and widely investigation, the produce status of industry solid wastes in Chongqing such as fly ash, desulfuration gypsum, blastfurnace slag and chromium slag are introduced. At the same time,this paper introduces application and research on these wastes in field of building material in Chongqing. Analyze problems and countermeasures during utilizing industry solid wastes as regeneration resource in Chongqing. As a further the prospect of utilizing industry solid wastes as regeneration resource of building material is discussed.     

Design for Precision Measurement System Based on Machine Vision

It is difficult to measure the geometric quantity of small parts in finishing, assembling and measuring, because it's easy to break the workpieces' surface and alter their position by means of traditional contact measuring methods.There are some non contact measurers, such as,light feeler pin and interference microscope etc., because of it's high price and strict working conditions,so it's difficult to promote them in widely use. Precision measurement system based on machine vision has the advantages of non contact measuring as well as high performance and low price. Some problems, such as light source, algorithm of edge fitting, auto focusing,are discussed.

Discussion of the Key Techniques of Implementing the Single Point Buying in Manufacturing Industry under ERP

Currently ,single point buying is implemented by more and more enterprises ,but the consequence is not satisfied. So the buying model of manufacturing industry and the concept of single point buying are discussed in this paper primarily, at the same time , the key techniques of implementing single point buying in manufacturing industry such as: the standardization of the enterprise information, the integrated evaluate system of the supplier and the standard system based on the supply chain are researched under ERP circumstances. The conclusion are also made as following : for implementing single point buying ,the standardization of the enterprise information is the basis, and the improved suppliers management ,the reduction of the purchase expense, improved purchase quality are the key and target.     

农业生态系统安全性预警与预警系统的建立

分析农业生态系统面临的威胁，提出农业生态系统进行安全性预警必要性，探讨了预警指标、模型和预警类型的选择和及农业生态预警系统建立等研究状况。预警指标的选择主要考虑受人类直接或间接影响后而容易发生退化的因子,主要有土壤肥力质量指标和土壤环境质量指标等; 模型在生态安全预警研究中具有预测、解释和推断功能，在不同预警指标中将会采用不同的模型；预警的类型包括对农业生态系统恶化的程度和状态，趋势，速度等预警；WebGIS技术的运用为建立包括不同尺度和时间的预警，单项因子预警信息、子系统预警信息和系统总体预警提供了有力的技术支撑。     

解放初期奶业发展的政策措施概述

随着中国奶业生产和消费的快速发展,对奶业发展史的研究越来越受到学术界的重视。本研究利用各地档案馆保存的奶业档案资料,深入分析了解放初期中国推行的奶业政策措施对奶业发展的促进作用。指出了当时推行的干部薪酬供给制对奶牛养殖业的推动,揭示了中国的奶业合作化和奶业公私合营的社会主义改造以及计划经济制度下国营奶业的真实历程,为研究中国现代奶业史的演变提供珍贵的历史资料和参考借鉴。     

中国种业发展现状问题及其政策建议

中国种业发展经历计划经济和市场经济两个发展阶段,进入市场经济后,国外垄断种子企业进入中国市场,给中国种业发展带来巨大的压力。因此,从中国种业的发展背景、种业市场的概况、科研概况、种业企业概况等几个方面阐述中国种业的发展现状;指出了种业发展中存在科技创新能力不足、科技研发基础薄弱、科技成果转化困难等问题;提出了要加强种业知识产权保护、促成企业的合理转型和资源重新配置、引导公共部门管理体制改革和经费分配制度改革、加强育种人才培养等建议,供有关部门参考。
