采用玻片浸渍法,测定并筛选了25种具有代表性的香豆素类化合物对朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus雌成螨的触杀活性,并构建了一个预测能力较强的定量构效关系(QSAR)模型。结果表明:所有供试化合物对朱砂叶螨均具有触杀活性,且随着处理时间的延长活性升高。处理48 h后,LC50值低于1000 mg/L的化合物有8个,分别是3-(2-苯并咪唑)-7-(二乙氨基)香豆素(1)、3-(2-苯并噻唑)-7-(二乙氨基)香豆素(2)、3-氨基香豆素(3)、3-乙酰基香豆素(4)、4-甲氧基香豆素(5)、6-硝基香豆素(8)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(13)和7,8-二羟基香豆素(21),其中化合物1、2、3、5和13的杀螨活性优于药剂对照螺螨酯或与其活性相当;活性最好的化合物为13,处理48 h和72 h后LC50值分别为284.8和122.2 mg/L,其毒力约为螺螨酯的2倍。通过计算得到25种香豆素类化合物的34种物化参数,以此为描述子,经过SPSS相关性剔除、逐步回归分析和校正,得到一个以扭转力、取向力、总能量和分子半径为自变量的QSAR模型,该模型复相关系数R达到0.987,复判定系数R2也达到0.967,通过F检验证明上述模型具有较高的预测能力。 相似文献

采用多种溶剂和方法对地肤全株进行了提取,测定了其中杀螨活性最高的氯仿提取物的多种溶剂萃取物对二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch)和朱砂叶螨[Tetranychus cinnabarinus(Boisduval)]的生物活性。结果表明,氯仿提取物的生物活性显著高于石油醚和甲醇提取物,提取物的氯仿萃取物对2种螨的生物活性最强。本试验还对该种植物的杀螨活性有效成分进行了初步研究。氯仿萃取物经柱层分离得到流分112个,经薄层层析(TLC)检验后,相同成分者合并,最终得流分11个。生物活性测定结果表明,F9活性最高,其对二斑叶螨、朱砂叶螨和山楂叶螨的致死中浓度分别达到了0.390 3、0.298 1、0.256 8 mg /mL。 相似文献

为明确新型复配杀螨剂联肼·乙螨唑对目前蔬菜田常发生的2种优势叶螨二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae和截形叶螨T. truncatus的杀螨活性,于室内采用离体叶碟法测定其对这2种叶螨产卵及发育的影响,于室外采用活体植株评价该药剂对2种叶螨的田间防效。结果表明,经复配杀螨剂联肼·乙螨唑及其单剂处理2种叶螨雌成螨24 h后,死亡率为20.50%~54.98%,均显著高于清水对照;联肼·乙螨唑处理较清水对照显著降低了2种叶螨卵发育至若螨期的比率,联肼·乙螨唑处理后二斑叶螨和截形叶螨的若螨率分别为4.91%和1.63%。田间试验中联肼·乙螨唑对2种叶螨具有一定的速效性,药后3 d对二斑叶螨和截形叶螨的防效分别达95.74%和89.83%,药后7 d防效分别为98.03%和99.44%,显示了优良的防控效果及持效性。表明复配杀螨剂联肼·乙螨唑可用于田间蔬菜优势叶螨种群的高效防控。 相似文献

采自甘肃兰州兴隆山公园的二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae Koch),用雌雄单系培养敏感品系(S),用螺螨酯处理二斑叶螨种群培养抗性品系(SP R),用室内生测法对二斑叶螨S和SP R品系进行室内毒力测定。结果表明,二斑叶螨对螺螨酯抗性发展初期较慢,中期稳定,后期较快,选育至26代抗性指数(RI)达58.83。SP R对甲氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯有一定的交互抗性,RI分别为11.54和10.03;对苯丁锡、四螨嗪、苦皮藤生物碱、阿维菌素、氯氟氰菊酯、哒螨8226;四螨嗪、哒8226;水胺硫磷、三唑锡、三氯杀螨醇、哒螨灵、氧化乐果无交互抗性(1<RI<5.00);对浏阳霉素、毒死蜱、噻螨酮、柴油、哒螨灵、唑螨酯可能存在负交互抗性(RI<1)。 相似文献

本文采用联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐方法研究了20种中草药提取物对二斑叶螨Tethranychus urticaeKoch雌成螨与卵的毒性。研究结果表明大部分中草药提取物对雌成螨和卵显示出程度不等的毒性作用。其中北细辛Asarum heterotropoides var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag、黄连Coptis chinensis Franch、苦楝子Meliatoosendan Sieb.et Zucc、槟榔Areca catechu L.与苦参Sophora flavescens Ait.对雌成螨和卵均表现出很强的毒性作用,在提取物浓度为10 mg mL1、作用72 h后,雌成螨死亡率为100%;在提取物浓度为10 mg mL1,作用5 d后,卵孵化率小于40%。北细辛表现最为突出,对成螨与卵的LD50分别为0.57 mg mL1(1 d)和0.88mg mL1(5 d)。结果显示,北细辛、黄连与槟榔等中草药具有研究开发为植物源杀螨剂的潜力。 相似文献

本文试验了杀螨利果、西斗星、三氯杀螨醇、螨虫素、爱及咪、蚜螨灵、克螨特、尼索朗等8种药剂对二斑叶螨TetranychusurticaeKoch卵、幼若螨和成螨的杀虫效果。结果表明,上述8种药剂中,杀螨利果效果最好,供试的3种浓度1500、2500和4000倍对各虫态螨均有较好的杀虫效果,死亡率可达100%;三氯杀螨醇、西斗星、爱及咪次之;螨虫素、蚜螨灵杀幼若螨和成螨效果较好,但杀卵效果较差,分别仅为30%和60%左右,克螨特对各虫态的效果均较差,且作用较为缓慢;尼索朗杀成螨效果较差,不及50%,杀幼若螨效果一般,稀释1000倍液对幼若螨的死亡率为90%左右,但它具有很强的杀卵作用,用1000倍和2000倍液处理二斑叶螨卵,其死亡率均为99%以上,是一种较好的杀卵剂 相似文献

为探索瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)提取物对草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)的抑菌活性,采用生物活性跟踪法对瑞香狼毒的抑菌活性成分进行初步研究,柱层析法对其甲醇萃取物高活性成分进行分离,经LC-MS和核磁共振仪对最终成分进行结构鉴定,结果表明瑞香狼毒最高活性流份3的主要抑菌活性成分为伞形花内酯,并且随着浓度的提高,该活性成分对草莓灰霉病菌的抑制作用也增强,其抑菌中浓度为1.52 mg·mL-1。通过扫描电镜观察流份3对草莓灰霉病菌超微结构的影响,结果发现伞形花内酯严重破坏了草莓灰霉病菌孢子和菌丝体的形态结构。 相似文献

Starting from the chemical structure of the botanical aphicides 1,5-diphenyl-1-pentanone and 1,5-diphenyl-2-penten-1-one, extracted from Stellera chamaejasme L., the authors designed and synthesized a series of novel compounds following the concept of bioisosterism. Their structures were established on the basis of (1)H NMR and GC-MS spectra, and the insecticidal activities of the compounds were evaluated against Aphis gossypii Glover. The results demonstrated that the substitution of a heterocycle for the phenyl ring was favourable. Thus, further modification of compound 2n, containing a furan ring, which showed excellent activity (LC(50) = 0.85 g L(-1)), is of some promise. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Saponins are a class of secondary plant metabolites consisting of a sugar moiety glycosidically linked to a hydrophobic aglycone (sapogenin) that often possess insecticidal activities. Four saponins were selected: two triterpene saponins, Q. saponaria saponins and aescin, and two steroidal saponins, digitonin and diosgenin. Their effects were investigated on an important pest species and a model piercing‐sucking insect, the pea aphid Acyrthosiphon pisum. The triterpene Q. saponaria saponins bark saponin received special attention because of its high activity. Aphids were challenged by oral and contact exposure to demonstrate aphicidal activities, and in choice experiments to support use as a natural deterrent. RESULTS: When aphids were exposed to supplemented artificial diet for 3 days, a strong aphicidal activity was recorded for three of the four saponins, with an LC50 of 0.55 mg mL?1 for Q. saponaria saponins, 0.62 mg mL?1 for aescin and 0.45 mg mL?1 for digitonin. The LT50 values ranged between 1 and 4 days, depending on the dose. For diosgenin, only low toxicity (14%) was scored for concentrations up to 5 mg mL?1. In choice experiments with treated diet, a deterrence index of 0.97 was scored for Q. saponaria saponins at 1 mg mL?1. In contrast, direct contact showed no repellent effect. Spraying of faba bean plants with Q. saponaria saponins resulted in an LC50 of 8.2 mg mL?1. Finally, histological analysis in aphids fed with Q. saponaria saponins demonstrated strong aberrations of the aphid gut epithelium, and exposure of midgut CF‐203 cell lines to Q. saponaria saponins in vitro confirmed the cytotoxic effect. CONCLUSIONS: The present insect experiments provide strong evidence that saponins, as tested here with triterpene Q. saponaria saponins, can be useful as natural aphicides and deterrents. 瑞香狼毒素1,5-二苯基-3-羟基-1-戊酮,是本室从杀虫植物瑞香狼毒中分离得到的一个高活性化合物。本文研究了该活性成分对菜粉蝶幼虫的拒食作用和对乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的影响。采用浸渍叶碟饲喂法测得:在48h时瑞香狼毒素对3龄幼虫的非选择性和选择性拒食作用的拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为15.1mg/L和16.9mg/L。采用点滴法测得瑞香狼毒素对5龄幼虫的拒食作用的拒食中量(AFD50)为0.565μg/头。瑞香狼毒素对AChE活性的抵制率高达78.5%,表明该活性成分可显著抑制AChE活性。 相似文献

Stellera chamaejasme is a perennial weed with a wide geographic range that is found from the Altai of eastern Russia, northern China and Mongolia southwards as far as the western Himalayas of the Qinghai–Tibet and Yungui Plateaus. The genetic diversity and population structure of 17 populations of S. chamaejasme, represented by 349 individuals, were assessed by using amplified fragment length polymorphism markers. The results showed a relatively high level of genetic variation at the species level. The proportion of total diversity among populations was 0.4370, suggesting significant genetic differentiation and a low gene flow among the populations of this species. The Mantel test indicated that genetic differentiation among populations was significantly correlated with geographic distance. Genetic drift through range expansion and a low gene flow among populations might result in a lower diversity in peripheral populations, compared to central populations. A Bayesian analysis revealed two potential gene pools in S. chamaejasme, which was confirmed by neighbor‐joining clustering and principal coordinate analysis. These results demonstrate that it is necessary to develop suitable biocontrol agents for populations with different gene pools. 相似文献

[目的]明确不同蔬菜寄主对二斑叶螨解毒酶活性的诱导影响,为叶螨的寄主适应性及叶螨对寄主的抗性机制研究提供基础.[方法]将饲养在菜豆上的二斑叶螨分别转移到黄瓜、甘蓝和茄子上饲养3代后,测定包括菜豆在内的4种不同寄主植物对叶螨体内解毒酶系活性的诱导影响.[结果]取食不同寄主植物的二斑叶螨体内解毒酶系活性差异显著.从菜豆寄主转养到黄瓜、甘蓝和茄子上后,后3个寄主上叶螨种群体内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)活性显著下降,茄子上种群活性最低,菜豆种群是茄子种群的2.75倍;而后3个寄主种群的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)比活力显著上升,茄子种群最高,是菜豆种群的6.03倍.4种供试寄主植物的二斑叶螨种群中,在黄瓜寄主上羧酸酯酶(CarE)和多功能氧化酶(MFO)活性显著高于其他3种寄主植物,CarE活性的高低顺序为黄瓜>菜豆和甘蓝>茄子,而MFO活性为黄瓜>茄子和菜豆>甘蓝.[结论]取食不同寄主植物可诱导二斑叶螨体内的解毒酶系活性发生不同程度的变异,这可能是二斑叶螨对寄主具有广泛适应性的生理基础之一. 相似文献
