Wheat was assessed at four crop growth stages for eyespot (anamorph Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides, teleomorph Tapesia yallundae) in a series of field trials that studied the effects on disease frequency of five wheat management techniques (sowing date and density, nitrogen fertiliser dose and form, removal/burial of cereal straw). An equation expressing disease level as a function of degree-days was fitted to the observed disease levels. This equation was based on eyespot epidemiology and depended on two parameters illustrating the importance of the primary and the secondary infection cycles respectively. Cultural practices were classified according to the importance of their effects on disease, and these effects could be related to infection cycles and host plant architecture. Sowing date had the earliest and strongest effect; early sowing always increased disease frequency through the primary infection cycle, and its influence on the secondary cycle was variable. Disease frequency was increased by high plant density and/or a low shoot number per plant through primary infection; the secondary cycle was, however, decreased by a low shoot number per plant, which reduced late disease development at high plant density. High nitrogen doses increased disease levels and the severity of both infection cycles, but this effect was partly hidden by a simultaneous stimulation of tillering and thus an indirect decrease of disease incidence. When significant, ammonium (vs ammonium nitrate) fertiliser decreased eyespot levels and infection cycles whereas straw treatment (burial vs removal of straw from the previous cereal crop) had no effect.  相似文献

Effects of benomyl on incidence of pathogens affecting the culm base of rye were studied in field trials and growth chamber experiments. Spraying of the crop with the fungicide at a high dosage (2.4 kg.ha–1) resulted in a tenfold increase of sharp eyespot caused byRhizoctonia cerealis and reduced foot rot symptoms caused by fusaria by 50%. In a field trial at a low dosage (0.24 kg.ha–1) a slight increase of sharp eyespot was observed. In one year, probably because of wet conditions during the infection period, sharp eyespot did not occur in either benomyl-treated or untreated plots, but eyespot caused byPseudocercosporella herpotrichoides was abundant. Its occurrence was reduced from 74% affected culm bases in untreated plots to 8% and 1% in plots that received 0.24 and 2.4 kg.ha–1 of the fungicide, respectively.In growth chambers seedlings were grown in two sandy soils inoculated withR. cerealis. The soil was kept dry at about 35% of the moisture holding capacity. In plots with benomyl (1 mg.kg–1; moisture content 11% of fresh weight), fewer seedlings emerged than in plots without the fungicide. This result was highly significant (P<0.01) for one soil but not for the other. The number of seedlings that remained free of disease symptoms was higher (P<0.01) in untreated than in fungicide-treated plots of both soils.Isolates of pathogens obtained from diseased culms were tested for their sensitivity to benomyl. Growth of all of them includingR. cerealis was inhibited, although not always completely suppressed, at 10 g.ml–1 on potato-dextrose agar. ED50 values of most isolates ofR. cerealis were between 2.2 and 3.1 g.ml–1. The fungus was slightly but consistently less sensitive thanF. culmorum. Mycelial growth ofF. nivale was appreciably more sensitive than that of the otherFusarium spp. from cereals.P. herpotrichoides andF. nivale were the most sensitive pathogens tested with ED50 values of <1 g.ml–1. Accordingly,F. nivale was absent on culms from treated plots. In a growth chamber experiment, seedlings were protected from infection by supplying the fungicide (1 mg.kg–1) to previously inoculated soil.In a laboratory assay the effect of benomyl on microbial antagonism toR. cerealis was estimated for rhizosphere soil. Enhanced incidence of sharp eyespot in treated crops was associated with adverese effects of the fungicide on microbial antagonism. There is presumptive evidence thatR. cerealis is suppressed by bacteria after wet periods during the vegetation period of the crop and by fungi after dry periods. Only fungal antagonism, which may be less effective, is affected by benomyl. The response to benomyl of the microflora in different soils varied. Reasons for this inconsistency are suggested.Samenvatting In veldproeven en in een klimaatkamer werd de invloed van benomyl op het optreden van voetziekten in rogge onderzocht. In veldjes die bespoten waren met een hoge dosis van het fungicide (in totaal 2.4 kg.ha–1) bleken tienmaal zoveel halmen met scherpe oogvlekken, veroorzaakt doorRhizoctonia cerealis, voor te komen dan in onbespoten veldjes. Daarentegen was voetrot veroorzaakt doorFusarium-soorten met 50% verminderd. In een volgende veldproef, waarbij een voor de praktijk geadviseerde dosis (0.24 kg.ha–1) was toegepast, werd een lichte toename van scherpe oogvlekken waargenomen.In een ander jaar trad scherpe oogvlekkenziekte in het geheel niet op, ook niet in met benomyl behandelde veldjes. De vochtige omstandigheden tijdens de infectieperiode zijn daarvan waarschijnlijk de oorzaak. Daarentegen werd de oogvlekkenziekte, welke doorPseudocercosporella herpotrichoides werd veroorzaakt, veel aangetroffen. In de onbehandelde veldjes waren 74% van de halmen aangetast tegen 8 en 1% in de veldjes die met het fungicide waren behandeld in doseringen van 0.24 en 2.4 kg.ha–1.De invloed van het fungicide op de aantasting van kiemplanten werd in klimaatkamerproeven onderzocht. Daartoe werden twee zandgronden metR. cerealis geënt. De grond werd droog gehouden (op 35% van het waterhoudend vermogen). In grond met fungicide (1 mg.kg–1) was de opkomst minder dan in grond zonder fungicide. Dit was zeer significant (P<0.01) voor één van de beide zandgronden, maar niet voor de andere. Het aantal gezonde kiemplanten was in beide gevallen duidelijk hoger (P<0.01) voor de onbehandelde grond.De isolaten van ziekteverwekkers uit aangetaste halmen werden op hun gevoeligheid voor het fungicide getoetst. Op aardappel-glucoseagar werden alle isolaten in hun groei geremd bij een benomyl-concentratie van 10 g.ml–1.R. cerealis was iets minder gevoelig danF. culmorum. Voor het overgrote deel van de isolaten vanR. cerealis lag de ED50 waarde tussen 2,2 en 3,1 g.ml–1. De myceliumgroei vanF. nivale werd meer geremd dan die van de andereFusarium-soorten.P. herpotrichoides enF. nivale waren met een ED50 waarde van <1 g.m.–1 de gevoeligste pathogenen die uit de halmvoeten werden geïsoleerd. Dat de populatie vanF. nivale in benomylhoudende grond wordt onderdrukt, blijkt uit (1) het feit dat de schimmel niet voorkwam op halmen uit behandelde veldjes en (2) de bescherming tegen infectie van kiemplanten als aan de besmette grond fungicide (1 mg.kg–1) was toegevoegd.In laboratoriumproeven werd de invloed van benomyl op het microbiële antagonisme in rhizosfeergrond tegenR. cerealis bepaald. Een toename in het optreden van scherpe oogvlekkenziekte in behandelde gewassen bleek gepaard te gaan met een remming van het antagonisme tegen de ziekteverwekker. Er zijn sterke aanwijzingen datR. cerealis na vochtige perioden tijdens de vegetatieperiode door bacteriën wordt onderdrukt en na droge perioden door schimmels. Het antagonisme van de laatste groep lijkt minder effectief te zijn en alleen dit antagonisme wordt door benomyl verlaagd. Tenslotte wordt een mogelijke oorzaak aangegeven voor de ongelijke respons op het fungicide van het microbieel antagonisme in verschillende gronden.  相似文献

耕作措施对宁南山区缓坡地土壤团聚体及作物产量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为探讨不同耕作措施对宁南山区缓坡耕地轮作体系土壤团聚体特征及作物产量的影响,在2015—2016年期间,开展了玉米-马铃薯轮作条件下传统平作(CK)、垄沟不覆膜(NH)、垄沟半覆膜(HP)和垄沟全覆膜(WP)4种不同耕作措施试验研究。结果表明:不同耕作措施对表层0~20 cm土壤机械稳定性团聚体和水稳性团聚体影响均较为显著,对20~40 cm土层影响不显著;CK、WP和HP处理下0~20 cm土层范围内均为>5 mm和2~5 mm土壤机械稳定性团聚体含量高,而NH处理下为1~2 mm和0.5~1 mm土壤机械稳定性团聚体含量高,分别为16.25%、13.38%。CK处理下>5 mm土壤机械稳定性团聚体占比为30.99%,显著高于其他三种耕作方式,而NH处理下1~2 mm、0.5~1 mm和0.25~0.5 mm的土壤机械稳定性团聚体含量显著高于其他三种耕作方式。水稳性团聚体则表现为各处理>5 mm所占比例急剧下降。CK处理下显著低于其他处理,含量为1.96%。土壤机械稳定性团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)在NH、HP和WP处理下表层0~20 cm和底层20~40 cm显著...  相似文献

通过在陕西关中平原地区连续7年的田间定位试验,运用多元方差分析及因子分析法比较评价了冬小麦-夏玉米轮作体系下4种耕作措施(深松、旋耕、免耕、传统耕作)及2种秸秆管理措施(玉米秸秆还田、不还田)对土壤质量的影响。结果表明:玉米收获后0~20 cm土壤容重免耕处理最大,旋耕、翻耕处理次之,深松处理最小;秸秆还田0~10 cm土壤容重较不还田处理降低2.33%,达显著水平。小麦、玉米收获后0~20 cm土壤养分组、有机质环境组及酶活性组指标变量受不同耕作措施的影响均大于受秸秆管理措施的影响。传统耕作两季土壤质量均最差。深松、旋耕有一定后效,且有机质养分因子得分较高,免耕则相反。综合土壤质量、作物产量及经济效益,玉米秸秆还田/深松/旋耕/播种小麦-小麦秸秆高留茬/免耕/播种玉米模式适宜在该区推广。  相似文献

在冬小麦-夏玉米轮作条件下,以小麦品种矮抗58和玉米品种郑单958为材料,研究了不同耕作方式(小麦季深耕、玉米季免耕;小麦季旋耕、玉米季免耕)及不同氮肥总量(540,420,300 kg·hm~(-2))和不同氮肥运筹方式(不同追肥比例及追肥时期)对豫东潮土和豫南砂姜黑土物理性状及氮含量的周年变化以及作物产量的影响。结果表明:深耕能显著降低潮土和砂姜黑土20~40 cm土层土壤容重,显著提高两类土壤20~40 cm土层土壤总孔隙度以及田间持水量,且深耕处理下两类土壤周年作物产量分别比旋耕处理增加4.30%和2.63%;土壤全氮以及碱解氮含量均随着氮肥施用总量的增加而升高,在氮肥施用量相同条件下,追施氮肥前土壤全氮和碱解氮含量随着底施氮量的增加而升高,追施氮肥后随着追氮量的增加而增加。研究认为,本试验条件下,考虑到经济效益,建议采用小麦季隔年深耕而玉米季免耕直播的耕作方式,在潮土区的B1C3(小麦季300 kg·hm~(-2)纯氮,按照底肥与拔节期追肥之比为1∶1施入,玉米季240 kg·hm~(-2)纯氮,按底肥与拔节期追肥大喇叭口期追肥之比为2∶1∶1施入)施肥模式,和砂浆黑土地区的B2C1(小麦季240 kg·hm~(-2)全底施,玉米季180 kg·hm~(-2)纯氮,底肥与拔节期追肥之比3∶1施入)施肥模式为两地最优的氮肥施用模式。  相似文献

基于8年(2007—2015)定位试验,在小麦-玉米轮作下研究了免耕-深松(NS)、深松-翻耕(SC)、翻耕-免耕(CN)和连年免耕(NN)、深松(SS)、翻耕(CC)等轮耕措施对土壤养分分布及作物产量的影响。结果表明:深松处理(连年深松、免耕-深松)使表层(0~10 cm)土壤与底层(10~20、20~35、35~50 cm)土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速效磷、速效钾等养分含量差异更大,翻耕或免耕的相对差异较小;在0~50 cm的土层中,硝态氮含量在20~35 cm土层相对较高,且以翻耕(CC)处理的含量最高;铵态氮含量在10~20 cm土层相对较高,以免耕-深松(NS)处理的含量最高;连年深松(SS)处理使土壤全钾表层含量较高。免耕-深松(NS)措施在6种耕作措施中小麦和玉米产量均为最高,显著高于翻耕(CC)、免耕(NN)措施。  相似文献

Rice crops grown under irrigated conditions were inoculated withPyricularia oryzae during early growth stages to study the effect of leaf blast on yield formation. The inoculations led to severe epidemics of leaf blast around maximum tillering, characterized by the presence of typical blast lesions and an accelerated senescence of heavily infested leaf tissue. Leaf blast led to a prolonged tillering and a delay in flowering and maturity.Crop growth rate and leaf area formation declined sharply during establishment of the disease and continued to be reduced till maturity. This resulted in a marked reduction of total dry matter production and grain yield. Dry matter distribution was not affected. Leaf blast reduced spikelet number, 1000 grain weight, and the fraction filled grains. From this last observation it was concluded that the reduction in grain yield was exclusively source determined.Nitrogen uptake of the inoculated crops before flowering was reduced compared to the N uptake of the control crop, but shoot N content of the inoculated crops at flowering was higher. Uptake of nitrogen after flowering was negligible in both healthy and inoculated crops. Redistribution from vegetative tissue was therefore the main source of N for grain growth. The higher N content of the shoot organs in the inoculated crops during ripening led to the conclusion that the reduced N uptake was not responsible for the yield reduction observed. Consequently, the reduction in grain yield was solely determined by a reduced carbohydrate supply.  相似文献

为研究转cry1Ac基因抗虫玉米Bt-799老熟叶片降解过程中对土壤动物群落结构的影响,采用凋落物分解袋法,调查了Bt-799及其对应的非转基因对照郑58和当地主栽常规品种郑单958共3个品种(系)玉米田自然条件下的土壤动物群落组成、类群丰富度和个体数,比较分析了土壤动物群落各特征参数。结果显示,共采集土壤动物42 540头,隶属6纲11目,其中Bt-799田7 481头,隶属4纲8目,郑58田8 994头,隶属5纲8目,郑单958田26 062头,隶属6纲8目,3个品种(系)在土壤动物群落组成上除少数稀有类群存在差异外,其优势类群均为蜱螨目和弹尾纲。Bt-799及其对照郑58的田间土壤动物类群丰富度、多度、Pielou均匀度指数、Simpson优势度指数、ShannonWiener多样性指数分别是3.49、138.54、0.50、0.33、0.76和3.30、166.56、0.46、0.29、0.73,均无显著差异,郑单958田间土壤动物群落各特征参数则分别是2.67、489.46、0.47、0.30、0.68,与Bt-799及其对照郑58相比只有类群丰富度和多度存在显著差异,其它特征参数均无显著差异。初步判定转基因玉米Bt-799叶片残体降解不会对土壤动物群落结构造成影响。  相似文献

Surveys of 94 artichoke fields throughout the artichoke production areas of Comunidad Valenciana (eastern Spain) were conducted from 1999 to 2002 to determine the incidence and distribution of Verticillium wilt.Verticillium dahliae was isolated from 80.9% of the sampled fields, and detected in all artichoke-growing areas, with a mean disease incidence of 53.8% infected plants. The disease was found to cause severe damage to cv. ‘Blanca de Tudela’, which is the most important artichoke cultivar grown in Spain, and was also observed on the seed-propagated cv. ‘Imperial Star’. In field trials to study the role of infected planting material and soil inoculum on infection of artichoke plants during the cropping season,V. dahliae was transmitted from infected stumps to the plants, confirming that the use of infected stumps could have greatly contributed to the dissemination of the pathogen. Inoculum density ofV. dahliae in soil had an effect on crop infection, in that a higher number of microsclerotia per gram of soil resulted in a higher percentage of infected plants. In addition, yield of cv. Cercospora heliotropii-bocconii is a fungal pathogen of the ephemeral annual weedHeliotropium europaeum. The effects of wetness period and inoculum concentration on disease severity were studied under controlled conditions. The fungus was grown on different artificial culture media and carrot juice agar with 5 g l–1 yeast extract was found to be the most suitable medium for conidial production under artificial conditions. Abundant disease symptoms only occurred after 8 h of wetness at 20°C. The minimum incubation period before disease symptoms appeared was 8 days following a wetness period of at least 40 h. Inoculum concentration of 1×104 conidia per ml killed plants in less than one month and reduced seed production by two thirds. These results suggest that this pathogen has the potential to reduce plant survival and seed bank replenishment of this annual weed species.  相似文献

In a long term field experiment the influence of crop rotation and the application of insecticides and herbicides on soil arthropods (mesofauna), nematodes, soil fungi and weeds was investigated. Possible changes in numbers of not only pathogenic organisms, but also of predators or parasites of pathogens, could affect seedling establishment and/or yield of sugar beet. In soil samples taken during the spring, high population of the springtailOnychiurus armatus ware detected which caused considerable damage in the first two years. Later also rather severe infestations byAtomaria linearis occurred, probably caused by frequent sugar beet cropping.No significant influence of crop rotation on damage caused by soil arthropods could be detected yet, but in the 1/3 sugar beet and 2/3 winter wheat rotation more micro-arthropods and a higher diversity of species were found than in the blocks with continuous sugar beet growing. In the latter ones the numbers ofHeterodera schachtii increased and in 1980 the tolerance level was exceeded. On the contrary in the 1/3 sugar beet blocksPratylenchus spp. were dominant. Since a number of perennial weeds cannot be controlled sufficiently in sugar beet, some of them created a problem in the 1/1 sugar beet blocks.In the plots not treated with a soil herbicide large numbers of annual weeds provided alternative native food forO. armatus, which resulted in less plant damage. No significant effect of chloridazon on the micro-arthropod fauna could be detected. The insecticides lindane and aldicarb controlledO. armatus andA. linearis partially, and improved seedling emergence and to a lesser extent yield. Both insecticides had a variable effect on the relative abundancy ofCollembola and in addition lindane suppressed numbers ofAcariformes and aldicarb those ofParasitiformes. No negative influence on the species diversity could be detected. All effects did not last long and varied considerably from year to year.Indications were found that, if species ofCollembola, which could act as predators of nematodes, were suppressed, the numbers ofPratylenchus spp. andH. schachtii increased.Samenvatting In een veeljarig proefveld (1976–1979) werd de invloed van de vruchtopvolging en toepassing van insecticiden en herbiciden op bodemarthropoden (mesofauna), nematoden, bodemschimmels en onkruiden onderzocht. Niet alleen mogelijke veranderingen in de aantallen schadeverwekkers, maar ook in de aantallen predatoren en pathogenen van bodemplagen zouden het plantbestand en/of de opbrengst van suikerbieten kunnen beïnvloeden.Gedurende de eerste twee jaar van de proef werden in grondmonsters, die gedurende het voorjaar werden genomen, grote aantallen springstaarten (Onychiurus armatus) aangetroffen, die aanzienlijke schade veroorzaakten. Later kwamen eveneens aantastingen door het bietekevertje (Atomaria linearis) voor, waardoor in meerdere of mindere mate planten wegvielen.Er kon nog geen duidelijke invloed van de vruchtopvolging op de schade door bodemarthropoden worden vastgesteld, maar in de rotatie met 1/3 suikerbieten en 2/3 wintertarwe werden meer micro-arthropoden en een grotere soortenrijkdom gevonden dan in de gedeelten met een continuteelt van suikerbieten. In laatstgenoemde veldjes zijn de aantallen bietecystenaaltjes (Heterodera schachtii) toegenomen, waarbij in 1980 de tolerantiegrens werd overschreden. Daarentegen vond in de veldjes met 1/3 suikerbieten in de rotatie een sterkere vermeerdering vanPratylenchus spp. plaats dan in de continuteelt. Aangezien een aantal wortelonkruiden in suikerbieten niet voldoende kan worden bestreden, veroorzaakten enkele na enige jaren een probleem in de continue bietenteelt.In de veldjes die niet met een bodemherbicide waren behandeld vormden grote aantallen zaadonkruiden een alternatieve voedselbron voorOnychiurus armatus, wat een geringere aantasting van kiemplanten tot gevolg had. Er werd geen aantoonbaar effect van chloridazon op de micro-arthropoden vastgesteld.De insecticiden lindaan en aldicarb konden schade doorOnychiurus armatus enAtomaria linearis slechts gedeeltelijk voorkomen; er werd een duidelijk betere opkomst en soms ook een hogere opbrengst verkregen. Beide insecticiden hadden een wisselende invloed op de relatieve talrijkheid vanCollembola en bovendien onderdrukte lindaan de aantallenAcariformes en aldicarb deParasitiformes. Er kon geen negatieve invloed op de soortenrijkdom worden vastgesteld. Al deze effecten waren niet van langdurige aard en verschilden sterk van jaar to jaar.Er werden aanwijzingen gevonden dat, indien bepaalde soortenCollembola, die als predatoren van nematoden kunnen optreden, werden onderdrukt, de aantallenPratylenchus spp. enHeterodera schachtii toenamen.  相似文献

通过一年两季(春季和冬季)的田间试验,采用C18固相萃取-高效液相色谱分析方法,研究了苦参碱在小白菜及土壤中的残留和消解动态。方法验证试验表明:在0.02~0.5mg/kg添加水平下,苦参碱在小白菜和土壤中的平均回收率为71%~87%,相对标准偏差为5.7%~14%,在小白菜与土壤中的定量限(LOQ)均为0.02mg/kg。消解动态试验结果表明:苦参碱在小白菜及土壤中的消解过程均符合一级动力学方程,消解半衰期分别为1.0d(春季,小白菜)、1.5d(冬季,小白菜)、1.4d(春季,土壤)和1.6d(冬季,土壤)。最终残留结果显示:距最后一次施药7d后,高浓度(有效成分6.71g/hm2)和低浓度(有效成分4.47g/hm2)苦参碱在春季和冬季小白菜中的最终残留量在0.061~0.074mg/kg之间;在土壤中的最终残留量在未检出~0.075mg/kg之间。可见,苦参碱在小白菜及土壤中易消解,为保障小白菜食用安全,建议可将0.1mg/kg作为其最大残留限量,安全间隔期不小于3d。  相似文献

Fusarium wilt of basil (Ocimum basilicum), caused byFusarium oxysporum f.sp.basilici, is reported for the first time in Greece. Foliage inoculation of young plants resulted in a downward movement of the pathogen to the crown and roots and 20–30% plant mortality. 通过田间植株直接施药、定期采样后,采用高效液相色谱法检测人参及其土壤中申嗪霉素的残留量,研究了其在人参及田间土壤中的消解动态和最终残留量,并在室内模拟环境条件下,初步探讨了土壤类型及含水量、微生物、温度因素对其在土壤中降解的影响。结果表明:1%申嗪霉素悬浮剂在人参叶片及其田间土壤中的消解动态均符合一级动力学方程,消解半衰期分别为3.4和3.0d;以推荐高剂量有效成分用量18g/hm2(制剂用量为1.8kg/hm2)和推荐高剂量的1.5倍有效成分用量27g/hm2(制剂用量为2.7kg/hm2)2个施药剂量喷雾施药,距最后一次施药后7、14和21d采收的人参鲜根和干根中申嗪霉素的最终残留量均低于检测限(0.002mg/kg);室内模拟环境条件下,微生物作用增强、有机质含量高、温度升高和含水量增加,均可有效促进土壤中申嗪霉素的降解。  相似文献

为明确寄生性天敌烟蚜茧蜂Aphidius gifuensis基因组中的微卫星分布特点并开发其分子标记,基于烟蚜茧蜂基因组草图,利用生物信息学方法分析其微卫星的分布特点并开发微卫星位点,采用PCR技术对获得的位点进行验证,获得高分辨率的分子标记位点。结果表明,烟蚜茧蜂基因组中共有360 199个微卫星,平均分布密度为1 787.93个/Mb,单碱基微卫星数量最多,占微卫星总数的81.46%,其中片段短于20 bp的微卫星居多,而数量最多的是单碱基(A)n,其次是二碱基的(AT)n和(AC)n,以及三碱基的(AAT)n和(ATC)n。选取设计的45对微卫星引物进行PCR扩增,其中有21对引物能稳定扩增出清晰的条带。基于烟蚜茧蜂山东泰安种群24个个体的遗传多样性检测结果显示,筛选出的21个微卫星位点的平均观测杂合度、期望杂合度和多态性信息含量分别为0.48、0.57和0.50,其中位点S6的多态性最低,多态性信息含量为0.04,另有4个位点S12、S20、S29和S35显著偏离哈迪-温伯格平衡。结合PCR验证结果和遗传多样性分析结果筛选和开发出16个烟蚜茧蜂的有效微卫星位点,可作为有效的分子标记用于烟蚜茧蜂种群遗传学研究。  相似文献

Organic soil amendments including composted cotton gin trash, composted poultry manure, an incorporated rye-vetch green manure, or synthetic fertilizer were applied to subplots, and main plots were either tilled frequently or surface-mulched in experimental field plots between 1997 and 2004. Soil from each replication of the tillage and fertility treatments was sampled in August of 2001, 2002, and 2003, brought to the greenhouse, and infested with Phytophthora capsici to study the effect of previous soil treatments on disease incidence and dispersal of the pathogen. Both the previous tillage and fertility amendments affected the incidence of disease and dispersal of the pathogen. Final disease incidence, AUDPC and the distance of pathogen spread were significantly greater in soils with previous surface mulch applications than in frequently tilled soils. Final disease incidence, AUDPC and the distance of pathogen spread were also significantly higher in soils amended with cotton gin trash, than rye-vetch green manure, poultry manure, or synthetic fertilizer. Soils amended with cotton gin trash had higher soil water content, lower bulk density, higher humic matter content, higher porosity and higher levels of mineralizable N, than soils with other fertility amendments. Soil water content, soil porosity, humic matter content, and net mineralizable levels nitrogen were positively correlated and bulk density was negatively correlated with final incidence of disease.  相似文献

以4个品种转Bt基因抗虫棉及其对照常规棉为研究对象,采用ELISA试剂盒法检测其在不同生育期根际土壤Bt蛋白残留,同时比较速效养分含量的变化。结果表明:(1)棉花根际土壤中Bt蛋白的残留量在蕾期达到最大;在整个生育期4个品种转基因抗虫棉根际土壤中Bt蛋白的含量均显著高于对照常规棉(P<0.05),其中鲁棉研28号在蕾期显著高于对照常规棉1 029.66%,鲁棉研36号在蕾期显著高于对照常规棉2 573.45%,山农棉8号在苗期显著高于对照常规棉1 208.89%,鑫秋4号在花铃期显著高于对照常规棉793.18%。(2)棉花根际土壤中硝态氮含量在苗期最高,吐絮期最低,且在部分生育期转基因抗虫棉与对照常规棉差异显著;铵态氮含量在苗期最高,吐絮期最低,4个品种转基因抗虫棉在蕾期、花铃期均与对照常规棉差异显著;速效磷含量在苗期最低,吐絮期最高,其中鲁棉研28号在蕾期显著高于对照常规棉10.29%,鲁棉研36号在苗期显著高于对照常规棉6.77%。研究表明,转基因抗虫棉的种植和生育期是影响棉花根际Bt蛋白残留量、速效养分含量的主要因子。  相似文献

为了解橡胶树2种炭疽病菌的侵染结构发育分化过程,采用平板菌落生长速率法测定了3株胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides和3株尖孢炭疽菌C.acutatum的菌丝生长速率,测量其分生孢子大小,显微观察2种炭疽菌在疏水表面诱导下侵染结构的发育分化过程。结果表明,胶孢炭疽菌菌丝生长速率为0.96~1.36 cm/d,显著高于尖孢炭疽菌的菌丝生长速率0.72~0.89 cm/d,但二者分生孢子大小无显著差异。在疏水表面诱导下,2种炭疽菌分生孢子在接种2~6 h后开始萌发,12 h孢子萌发率为71.70%~88.05%,13~16 h开始分化附着胞,24 h附着胞形成率为48.99%~70.74%,36 h菌丝诱发形成大量附着枝,48 h后分生孢子产生的次生菌丝也可诱发形成附着枝,附着枝呈圆形、姜瓣形、梨形或不规则形。分生孢子极易产生,可在菌丝顶端成簇或菌丝侧面排列产生,也可由分生孢子形成的芽管产生,或在芽管分化附着胞过程分枝形成分生孢子;附着胞多着生于芽管顶端,少数附着胞顶端可继续萌发类似短芽管结构,再次分化形成可黑色化的次级附着胞。表明橡胶树2种炭疽菌不同菌株间分生孢子萌发时间、孢子萌发率、附着胞形成时间和形成率有一定差异,但种间无明显差异;橡胶树炭疽菌分生孢子极易形成,在疏水表面容易分化形成附着胞和附着枝,说明具有极强的适生性。  相似文献

Various disturbance factors on different spatial scales can lead to the creation of canopy gaps in forest ecosystems. In this study, we investigated the role of root rot fungi in the formation of canopy gaps in the Swiss National Park in the Central Alps. Dying or recently dead mountain pine (Pinus mugo subsp. uncinata trees (n = 172) and saplings (n = 192) from 42 canopy gaps were assessed for Armillaria and Annosum root rot. Heterobasidion annosum s.str. proved to be the dominant pathogen and was isolated from 49% of the trees and 64% of the saplings. Armillaria was found on 13% of the trees and 20% of the saplings. Three Armillaria species, A. borealis, A. cepistipes, and A. ostoyae, were identified. Armillaria ostoyae was the most frequent species, accounting for 72% of all Armillaria isolates. A total of 31 (74%) gaps were associated with H. annosum, and six (14%) with A. ostoyae. The remaining gaps were either associated with both pathogens (7%) or with other, unknown, factors (5%). Our findings suggest that the two pathogenic fungi, H. annosum s.str. and A. ostoyae, are the main reason for the large-scale mortality of mountain pines and the creation of canopy gaps in high elevation forests of the Swiss National Park.  相似文献

The influence of transition from night to day temperature 3 h before, 1 h before, 1h after and 3 h after sunrise on the incidence ofDidymella bryoniae was studied both on inoculated and on uninoculated glasshouse-grown cucumber plants. The effect of inoculation on plant growth and fruit production was studied as well.The later the transition to day temperature took place, the longer were the periods with a high relative air humidity and of condensation of water on fruits.The time of transition had no effect on plant growth, yield, disease incidence on growing tips, number of lesions on the main stems of uninoculated plants and external fruit rot. The later the transition to day temperature took place, the more lesions on the main stem of inoculated plants appeared and the higher was the incidence of internal fruit rot.Inoculation of plants increased the number of lesions on the main stem, the disease incidence on growing tips, the production of misshapen fruits and the internal and external fruit rot. The number of secondary side shoots was incrreased but the total number of their internodes was reduced by inoculation.Inoculation caused an 18% reduction in number of internodes over a period of four weeks and a 10% reduction in number of fruits in the corresponding harvest period.The consequences of a more humid glasshouse climate and of a high infection pressure ofD. bryoniae for the grower are briefly discussed.Samenvatting De invloed van het 3 uur vóór, 1 urr vóór, 1 uur na en 3 uur na zonsopgang overgaan van de nacht-naar de dagtemperatuur op het optreden vanDidymella bryoniae werd zowel op geïnoculleerde als op niet-geïnocullerde planten van kaskomkommers onderzocht. Hoe later naar de dagtemperatuur werd overgegaan, hoe meer lesies na vier weken op de hoofdstengel van geïnoculeerde planten en hoe meer vruchten met inwendig rot voorkwamen.Door inoculatie van de planten nam het aantal lesies op de hoofdstengel, de aantasting van groeipunten, de produktie van stekvruchten en het aantal vruchten met inen uitwendig rot toe. Het aantal zijscheuten van de tweede orde nam toe, maar het totaal aantal internodiën ervan nam door inoculatie af. Inoculatie reduceerde het aantal internodiën met 18% over een periode van vier weken en die van het aantal vruchten met 10% in de overeenkomstige oogstperiode.
