Carburization is a complex manufacturing process with serious disturbance and time delay,which is multi-variable and uncertain.It is difficult to set up an exact mathematic model.Moreover,by means of conventional control methods and experience,satisfying control result can't be obtained.In this paper,according to the characteristic of controlled-object,Fuzzy control method has been chosen to design a Fuzzy-PI controller and a mixed-PID Fuzzy controller.The result of simulation shows that the robust performance and control result of the new Fuzzy controllers is better than the conventional PID controller.The overshoot is smaller.It is helpful to improve the quality of carburizing workpieces.  相似文献

Fuzzy c-means (FCM) algorithm is dynamic cluster algorithm whose result often is local optimal decision. There often exists insignificant clustering in the result of Fuzzy c-means algorithm when traditional union, Intersection and inclusion work in fuzzy set. Our research indicates there are no insignificant clustering in the result of Fuzzy c-means algorithm over genetic algorithm and partial optimal solution can be avoided with this algorithm to a certain extent. The coding, select, corresponding crossover and mutation operators are designed. Finally we compared the performance of GFCM and FCM with testing data. Results show that the performance of GFCM is far better than FCM.  相似文献

Basing on Fuzzy reasoning technology, this paper introduces the work flow of Gas water heater, and the trait of papilionaceous valve. It also describes the designing process of Fuzzy controller, its theory and the method of making parameter. The experiment results show that this temperature control system has better characteristics such as high- precision, good dynamic performance, excellent control effect, and so on. This paper introduces the development of the electronic throttle control system (ETCS) , the structure and the principle of the system are also involved. After analyzing the nonlinearity problem existing in the mechanical structure of the system, a mathematical model of the ETCS is built up. Then three controllers (PID controller, Fuzzy controller, sliding mode controller) were designed and simulated in the matlab simulink. The result indicates that the PID controller has an overshoot,but the Fuzzy controller and the sliding mode controller can settle the nonlinearity problem better.  相似文献

It is very difficult to simulate the motion process of drill by accurate mathematics model for the complexity and invisibility of stratum. The fault of drill is usually identified and disposed by personal experience so far. This means it can not estimate the trend of the equipment running good or not and the reason conduced the fault or location and degree of fault by data measured. Farther, it can not give the expert suggestions. Based on the studying of drill fault, artificial intelligence and expert system have been used in the petroleum drilling engineering, the theory and method of fault diagnosis intelligence system for drill have been studied. It also constitutes the expert knowledge database of graphic Fuzzy Neural Network for the familiar fault of drill. The intelligence reasoning machine which consists of expert rule, Fuzzy logic and artificial Neural Network have been bring forward. And the fault diagnosis system it makes for drill can be applied in complex system which includes multi-variable, multi-parameter and multi-process.  相似文献

在GIS的支持下采用图形叠置划分法划分土地评价单元,运用特尔斐法、层次分析法、模糊数学法结合ArcGIS软件快速准确地完成耕地地力评价,且分析其评价结果及空间分布,以期进一步了解舟曲的耕地地力现状。结果表明:舟曲县耕地总面积为15081.28 hm2,其耕地地力可划分为四等,一至四等地分别占耕地总面积的10.12%、31.52%、34.08%、24.28%。将评级结果属较低等级(二至四等)的耕地划定为中低产田,且中低产田占耕地总面积的89.88%,说明该地区的耕地质量的总体水平比较低。针对不同等级地力水平进行分析,找出其主要的限制因素,从而确定其土壤改良利用的方法和措施。  相似文献

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is an effective method to evaluate many comprehensive problems and is widely used in environmental engineering, mining engineering and so on. The popular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is analyzed and some irrationality is found in its max-min algorithm and maximal subordinate degree principle. An altered arithmetic is proposed, and a technique of synthetic grade is introduced as the final evaluating result. 利用模糊综合评判方法对广西17个龙眼品种(单株)加工果汁进行整体评价。结果表明,根据果实品质或果汁的个别性状无法对果汁综合水平进行全面的评价,某一性状表现良好的其它性状不一定表现也好;车站、迟白露与大乌圆(容县)加工果汁的综合性状较好,有进一步开展研究及应用的潜力。  相似文献
