提出了一种基于卡尔曼滤波的TOA估计算法,充分利用了卡尔曼滤波的预测功能,以预测值为中心对接收信号进行加窗处理,对此窗口内的接收信号作主成份分析得到测量值,然后对预测值进行修正.实验结果表明,与传统的TOA估计算法相比,该算法不仅使信噪比提高了约8~12 dB、均方误差降低了3~4个数量级,而且更便于实时实现.
Abstract:
In this paper,we propose a TOA estimation algorithm based on the Kalman filter in UWB systems.With the predictive function of the Kalman filter,this method processes the received signals in a window whose center is the predictive value.After we get the measured TOA from the received signals of this window by PCA,the estimated TOA can be revised.Extensive experiment results show that not only does the proposed algorithm increase the signal to noise ratio(SNR)by about 8-12 dB and decrease the mean square error by 3~4 orders compared with the traditional algorithms,it also is suitable for real-time implementation.  相似文献

In this paper, we give a generalized modulus method to solve the linear complementarity problems based on a new equivalent fixed-point equation. Convergence for this new method is analyzed under suitable conditions.Moreover, the contraction factor of the method is derived. A simple and efficient method for cloning the flanking genomic sequences of a known DNA region is reported in this study. This method combined partial restriction endonuclease digestion, adaptor ligation, and a single round polymerase chain reaction. Total genomic DNA was partially digested with the frequent-cutting restriction enzyme Mse I. The partially digested products were ligated to an unphosphorylated adaptor. A hot start PCR amplification with Taq polymerase and dNTP was performed with a DNA-specific primer and the adaptor primer complementary to the adaptor and the Mse I recognition site. The amplified products were fractionated, cloned and sequenced. By this method, we cloned the downstream region of a gynoecious marker TG/CAC234 from cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.).  相似文献

Assimilating Sentinel-2 images with the CERES-Wheat model can improve the precision of winter wheat yield estimates at a regional scale. To verify this method, we applied the ensemble Kalman filter(EnKF) to assimilate the leaf area index(LAI) derived from Sentinel-2 data and simulated by the CERES-Wheat model. From this, we obtained the assimilated daily LAI during the growth stage of winter wheat across three counties located in the southeast of the Loess Plateau in China: Xiangfen, Xinjiang, and Wenxi. We assigned LAI weights at different growth stages by comparing the improved analytic hierarchy method, the entropy method, and the normalized combination weighting method, and constructed a yield estimation model with the measurements to accurately estimate the yield of winter wheat. We found that the changes of assimilated LAI during the growth stage of winter wheat strongly agreed with the simulated LAI. With the correction of the derived LAI from the Sentinel-2 images, the LAI from the green-up stage to the heading–filling stage was enhanced, while the LAI decrease from the milking stage was slowed down, which was more in line with the actual changes of LAI for winter wheat. We also compared the simulated and derived LAI and found the assimilated LAI had reduced the root mean square error(RMSE) by 0.43 and 0.29 m2 m–2, respectively, based on the measured LAI. The assimilation improved the estimation accuracy of the LAI time series. The highest determination coefficient(R2) was 0.8627 and the lowest RMSE was 472.92 kg ha–1 in the regression of the yields estimated by the normalized weighted assimilated LAI method and measurements. The relative error of the estimated yield of winter wheat in the study counties was less than 1%, suggesting that Sentinel-2 data with high spatial-temporal resolution can be assimilated with the CERES-Wheat model to obtain more accurate regional yield estimates.  相似文献

In 2013, a human influenza outbreak caused by a novel H7N9 virus occurred in China. Recently, the H7N9 virus acquired multiple basic amino acids at its hemagglutinin(HA) cleavage site, leading to the emergence of a highly pathogenic virus. The development of an effective diagnostic method is imperative for the prevention and control of highly pathogenic H7N9 influenza. Here, we designed and synthesized three pairs of primers based on the nucleotide sequence at the HA cleavage site of the newly emerged highly pathogenic H7N9 influenza virus. One of the primer pairs and the corresponding probe displayed a high level of amplification efficiency on which a real-time RT-PCR method was established. Amplification using this method resulted in a fluorescent signal for only the highly pathogenic H7N9 virus, and not for any of the H1–H15 subtype reference strains, thus demonstrating high specificity. The method detected as low as 39.1 copies of HA-positive plasmid and exhibited similar sensitivity to the virus isolation method using embryonated chicken eggs. Importantly, the real-time RT-PCR method exhibited 100% consistency with the virus isolation method in the diagnosis of field samples. Collectively, our data demonstrate that this real-time RT-PCR assay is a rapid, sensitive and specific method, and the application will greatly aid the surveillance, prevention, and control of highly pathogenic H7N9 influenza viruses.  相似文献
