研究了旱作对籼、粳亚种间产量及其相关性状的影响,并用逐步回归分析法建立亚种间水稻旱作的产量回归模型。研究表明,旱作在生育期、分蘖数、有效穗、穗长、株高、总粒数、结实率、千粒重等性状上对籼型品种的影响较粳型品种的影响大。在旱作条件下,粳型产量总体表现比籼型品种高。  相似文献

Genetic differentiation among landraces of rice in northern Vietnam that lie in the centre of genetic diversity of Asian cultivated rice was analysed using DNA markers, and morphological and physiological traits to obtain an insight into the genetic differentiation of Asian rice. Principle coordinate analysis, based on nuclear RFLP data, divided Vietnamese rice varieties into three groups, designated A, B and C. Chloroplast DNA variation discriminated group A, which corresponded to the Indica rice varieties, from both groups B and C, which corresponded to the Japonica rice varieties. Physiological characteristics for Indica‐Japonica and tropical‐temperate Japonica discrimination suggested groups A and B consisted of typical Indica and Japonica varieties, respectively, while the characteristics of group C were distinct from those of the other two groups. This suggests that the genetic differences between groups B and C represent a new aspect of genetic variation that has not been previously reported in Japonica rice. Groups C and B corresponded with upland and lowland rice, respectively. Eight marker loci were associated with upland‐lowland differentiation in Japonica rice. Highlighted chromosomal regions might have been selected during the history of cultivation under different cultural conditions, and thus contain genes related to adaptation.  相似文献

用52个RAPD随机引物和53对SSR引物,分析了来自国内外的14个旱稻品种和4个杂交稻亲本的遗传差异。结果表明,供试旱稻品种可清楚地区分为籼、粳2个亚种。以4个旱稻品种和4个水稻品种为材料,按完全双列杂交设计,探讨了在旱种和水种条件下供试材料的配合力和反交效应特点。资料显示,在水、旱2种条件下,旱稻品种的产量和品质性状的一般配合力效应多数均未达显著水平,且明显低于水稻品种;株高、结实率、千粒重、整精米率、长宽比和直链淀粉含量的特殊配合力效应呈现旱稻/旱稻〉旱稻/水稻〉水稻/水稻的趋势。在旱种条件下,多数旱稻/水稻组合的糙米率、精米率和整精米率的反交效应达极显著水平。  相似文献

中籼水稻品种产量与株型演进特征研究   总被引:51,自引:11,他引:40  
以江苏省近60年生产上应用的16个代表性中籼品种(含杂交稻组合)为材料,依品种应用时期结合株型和基因型,将供试品种分为早期高秆(ET)、改良高秆(IT)、矮秆(DC)、半矮秆常规品种(SDC)、半矮秆杂交稻(SDH)和超级稻(SR)6个类型,研究其产量、源库关系和株型变化特性。结果表明,随着品种改良,籽粒产量逐步提高。这主要是由于总颖花量的增加,其关键在于每穗粒数的增多;结实率以DC最高,SR最低,千粒重变化不大。由ET到DC,植株高度降低,生物产量与收获指数同步提高,收获指数的提高更为明显。由DC到SR,植株高度略有增加,生物产量明显提高,抽穗后增加的量尤为显著,收获指数变化较小。品种改良明显减小了顶部3叶的着生角度,增加了抽穗期的叶面积,但颖花量的增加超过叶面积的增加,导致粒叶比(颖花数与叶面积之比)提高。随品种的演进,抽穗期根重以及根冠比提高,但根系伤流液量减少。抽穗至成熟根系伤流液和叶片中玉米素+玉米素核苷浓度下降的速度表现为SR>SDH>SDC。依据品种演进特征,对进一步提高产量的途径进行了讨论。  相似文献

水稻(Oryza sativa)的株型含株高、分蘖、穗型和叶型等性状,其表现与光合效率直接相关。一般地,籼稻(Oryza sativa ssp.xian)株型松散,而粳稻(Oryza sativa ssp.geng)更为紧凑。松散型的籼稻自身遮蔽少,通风好,植株光合效率高;紧凑株型的粳稻适应密植,通过提高单位面积植株数量提高总体光合效率。控制籼粳稻分蘖角度差异的主效基因是TAC1基因。相比TAC1xian,发生在tac1geng的3'非翻译区(3'UTR)的A→G突变导致mRNA稳定性下降,从而影响了粳稻的株型。2个等位基因分别属于单株高光效基因型和整体高光效基因型,处于杂合状态下还可互补,因此建立可精确选择TAC1等位基因的分子标记在育种实践中意义重大。本研究利用扩增受阻突变系统(amplification refractory mutation system,ARMS)的原理,开发出包含4条引物的共显性分子标记,鉴定TAC1的功能单核苷酸多态性(functional nucleotide polymorphism,FNP)。该分子标记命名为tac1fnp,同TAC1完全连锁,一次PCR反应即可精确区分2种等位基因及杂合基因,有助于水稻的高光效分子标记辅助选择育种。  相似文献

Rice is an important staple food and cash crop. Although many varieties of rice have been developed to date, few are adopted possibly because researchers did not take into account farmers’ preferences and perceptions on varieties during the development process. Because farmers increasingly rely on low-yielding landraces, production fails to meet demand. To provide an understanding of farmers’ preferences for rice cultivars and perceptions on drought stress and management practices as inputs to rice breeding research, this study was conducted in the Sikasso region of Mali in September 2005 using participatory rural appraisal approach. A total number of 125 farmers were randomly selected from 10 villages in three ecologies and interviewed individually and in groups. Results showed that farmers’ preferences, crop management practices and ranking of production constraints differed significantly across ecologies. Whereas farmers in the irrigated ecologies preferred high-yielding, long duration rice varieties, those in the upland and lowland ecologies preferred tall plants of short duration. While upland and lowland farmers preferred red and white long grains, respectively, irrigated ecologies were indifferent about grain colour. Farmers appeared willing to trade-off yield for grain quality and plant height, inconsistent with traditional breeders’ selection criteria. The high preference for tall varieties among farmers in the upland and lowland ecologies also contrasted sharply with the model of dwarf rice varieties responsible for the green revolution in Asia. The implication of these findings for rice breeders is that different plant idiotypes complemented by effective drought management practices should target different ecologies to increase impact.  相似文献

为筛选出陆稻苗期抗旱性鉴定指标,以24个云南陆稻品种为材料,采用反复干旱存活率作为标准,分析各测定指标与抗旱性的相关关系并对供试品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,心叶下倒1叶长、心叶下倒2叶长、心叶下倒2叶宽、根干重和根冠比等5个形态指标的相对值与反复干旱存活率呈显著或极显著的相关性,可作为苗期抗旱性鉴定的形态指标。以反复干旱存活率为因变量,5个综合指标为自变量建立的回归方程对24个供试品种的抗旱性进行预测,其结果与芽期抗旱鉴定呈显著相关关系。  相似文献

不同氮素水平下双季稻株型与冠层内光截获特征研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文旨在阐明双季稻株型与冠层内光合有效辐射截获的时空分布特征。选用4个不同株型早、晚稻品种,设置4个不同施氮水平,系统观测其植株形态和冠层内光合有效辐射截获率(IPAR)的时空分布状况。结果表明,施氮水平对早、晚稻株高、穗长、叶长和叶基角均有显著影响,均表现为随施氮水平的增加而增大;早、晚稻孕穗期的分层叶面积指数(LAI)和向上累积LAI大于抽穗后12 d,分层LAI呈冠层中部大于上部和下部的分布特征,最大分层LAI出现在0.58相对高度处;冠层上中部分层LAI和向上累积LAI随施氮水平的增加而增大;向上累积LAI随相对高度呈S型曲线分布,可用Logistic方程定量描述(R~2 0.99);早、晚稻孕穗期的冠层IPAR大于抽穗后12 d,且随施氮水平的增加而增大,其日变化表现为正午较小,早晚较大;株型紧凑的早、晚稻品种,冠层IPAR低;冠层IPAR与向下累积LAI之间的关系可用方程IPAR=a (1-e~(-b×LAI))定量描述(R~2 0.88);冠层内IPAR的三维空间分布表现为冠层上中部水平面上IPAR较低,光斑变化大,冠层下部水平面上IPAR较高,光斑变化较平缓,同一冠层高度水平面上的IPAR呈不均匀分布。研究结果可为双季稻高产栽培及理想株型的优化设计提供支撑。  相似文献

Summary NaCl-tolerant calli were selected from two Japonica and two Indica rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars on basal media containing 6,000, 9,000, 12,000 or 15,000 ppm NaCl. Frequency of callus formation decreased with the increase of NaCl in the medium, especially in Indica. About half of the calli of Japonica cultivars selected on NaCl-ammended media survived 20,000 ppm NaCl but none of the Indica callus survived. In Japonica, more plants were regenerated from calli selected on all concentrations of NaCl media than from NaCl-free medium. Concentration of Cl- in callus increased dramatically with increased NaCl content but peroxidase activity decreased.  相似文献

A field study was conducted to examine the competition of barnyardgrass with various rice varieties and its effect on propanil effectiveness. Six rice varieties, Ispaniki A', Strymonas and Roxani (Japonica type) and Rea, Skybonnet and Blue belle (Indica type), were grown in a silty loam soil, in 1994 and 1995. The varieties had different 1000 seed weights, which varied from 24 to 40 g. The herbicide propanil was applied at the four-leaf stage of barnyardgrass on half the plot area. Japonica type varieties emerged earlier and had lower numbers of barnyardgrass plants compared to Indica varieties. The time of seedling emergence was significantly and negatively correlated with the seed weight and positively with the number of barnyardgrass plants. The delayed establishment of Indica type varieties favoured rapid barnyardgrass growth at the early stages and resulted in lower effectiveness of propanil, compared to Japonica type varieties. Thus, in controlling barnyardgrass in rice fields it is necessary to take into account the variety grown in order to reduce production costs and the pollution risk to the environment.  相似文献

Magnitudes of genetic variation within each of major varietal groups of cultivated rice were surveyed in terms of isozyme polymorphism and allelic differentiation of hybrid sterility loci, both of which are considered to have litt le selective value. Allelic differences for 20 isozyme loci were examined in a total of 337 accessions, including Indica and Japonica rices. Aus cultivars from India, Javanica cultivars and both landraces and cultivars from China. Eleven out of the 20 isozyme loci were polymorphic. The Aus cultivars contained more alleles per locus than others. The hybrid sterilities in the crosses among Chinese cultivars, Indica and Japonica cultivars were mainly controlled by locus S-5, whereas the hybrid sterilities of Aus cultivars, when they were crossed to Indica, Japonica or Javanica cultivars, were found to be controlled by allelic interaction at hybrid sterility loci S-5, S-7, S-9 and S-15. Also in terms of the number of alleles at S-5 and S-7, Aus cultivars contained more alleles than others. While the Aus group showed an extreme diversity for both hybrid sterility alleles and isozymes, modern cultivars from the south of YangZi River in China were classified into Indica type and those from the north were into Japonica, which were almost the same as those in Japan. On the basis of the measured polymorphism the Indica-Japonica differentiation was explained by founder effects, i.e., through selection and distribution of two original sources each with a unique set of markers. Contrastingly, the continuous and pronounced diversity in the Aus group was attributed to the absence of such a process. The intermediate groups in Yunnan province and Tai-hu Lake region of China are considered to be isolated from such founder effects, retaining an intermediate diversity in terms of isozymes and hybrid sterility genes. Since hybrid sterility hampers the exchange of genes between cultivars of different groups, the understanding of its genetic basis will be important in rice breeding, particularly in hybrid rice breeding. 对黄淮稻区的129个粳稻品种(品系)进行了株型、产量和品质的观察测定。通过产量聚类分析,将供试品种分成超高产、高产、中产、中低产及低产5种类型。超高产类型品种占3.1%,低产类型品种占14.7%,其他3类品种占82.2%。超高产水稻品种多为半直立大穗型、叶片挺立,具有较高的干物质生产能力、较高的粒重、结实率和经济系数。优质米品种在高产和中高产类型中较多,在超高产和低产类型中很少。垩白米率高是超高产品种米质的主要问题。提出了黄淮地区超高产(>12 t hm-2)中粳水稻品种的株型和产量构成指标,即株高1.00~1.08 m,全生育期150~155 d,穗型半直立,有效穗320~340个 m-2,穗长0.17~0.18 m,一次枝梗12~15个,二次枝梗30~38个;每穗160~180粒,结实率>85%,千粒重26~27 g;倒1、2、3叶叶长分别为0.26~0.28、0.35~0.40和0.32~0.38 m,剑叶角度<20º,收获指数>0.50。  相似文献

为探明机械化种植杂交籼稻高产群体的株型特征, 以F优498为材料, 采用二因素裂区设计, 研究了不同穴苗数与播期下机直播、机插、手插3种种植方式的株型特征及其与产量构成的关系。结果表明: (1) 不同种植方式株型特征差异显著, 机直播和机插上三叶叶长、叶宽和叶间距大, 但叶基角和披垂度也较大; 手插上三叶大小适宜, 叶片厚而挺直; 机直播和机插株高和着生高度显著大于手插, 但手插比叶重、单株穗数和总叶片数显著高于机械化种植; 机直播的茎蘖夹角、穗粒数和单穗重显著低于机插和手插。推迟播期和低苗处理均使叶片增大, 比叶重、粒叶比、单株穗数、穗粒数和结实率随播期延迟显著降低。单穗重与上三叶长度、宽度、着生高度和株高均呈显著或极显著正相关, 以机插最高, 手插次之, 机直播最低。(2) 机直播产量显著低于机插和手插, 且随播期延迟和穴苗数减少显著降低。产量及其构成与株型特征密切相关, 机械化种植杂交籼稻高产株型的显著特征为适宜的株高、上三叶长度、群体LAI和茎集散度; 叶宽、比叶重、叶间距大和直立性好。足穗和大穗的统一是实现水稻高产的关键, 塑造个体优良的株型与优化群体结构是增产的前提, 机械化种植杂交籼稻应在时间允许的条件下尽早播栽, 穴苗数以3苗左右为宜。  相似文献

Two rice ecotypes, the so-called lowland and upland populations, which carry different isozyme genotypes mostly at a single locus, are cultivated in Japan. The aim of this study was to examine the origin and the mechanism for keeping these genetic differences. The upland population is cultivated in upland fields and carries a different allele for a particular isozyme gene, Pgd-1, which has never been found in the lowland population. RFLP markers showed a weak trend for genetic differentiation between the two ecotypes. On the other hand, morphological, and physiological traits showed marked differences between the two ecotypes. Furthermore, based on the genotypic difference, two Japonica subgroups are defined in the upland population. Subgroup I is the minor group and carries key lowland characters, including the genotype for PGD. Subgroup II carries different traits and the genotype for PGD of the alternative subgroup. As an allelic difference for Pgd-1 is known to occur between the two ecospecies, Tropical (Tr) and Temperate (Tm) Japonicas, upland cultivars can be classified by diagnostic characters which distinguish a variety into Tr or Tm type. The upland population consists of three types of cultivars, Tr-, Tm- and intermediate-type. In contrast, the lowland population consists of a uniform Tm type Japonicas. As Japanese upland cultivars still have an isozyme allele specific to the Tr type, the upland population has a rather complex constitution which is presumably now being introgressed by lowland genetic material, but still represents a major difference at some genetic levels. Upland rice carries several stress-resistant genes which would be useful for lowland rice breeding. The genetic difference would be efficient for tagging upland specific traits by upland specific genetic markers. 以30年来南疆自育的33个新陆中品种为研究对象,通过聚类研究发现:33个自育品种通过聚类被明显地划分为两大类,第2类群自育品种遗传基础较第1类群品种有所拓展和丰富,基础遗传组分呈现逐渐拓宽的趋势。同一个育种单位选育的品种均聚为同一类,说明不同育种单位在常年选育过程中积累形成了本单位的优势和各自育种方向特点。通过遗传多样性研究发现:随着新疆栽培模式的变化,自育品种株型由紧凑型向松散型转变,果枝由短果枝向Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型中长果枝类型转变,蕾铃分布由内围铃向外围扩展,蕾铃空间结构更加合理。自育品种在产量性状上仍有很大的提升空间,单株铃数呈现递增趋势,铃重从大铃逐步向适中的铃重范围靠近,衣分提高的潜力巨大。早熟性状选择进一步加强,这为产量的持续提高奠定了基础。自育品种的纤维品质性状在育种演变进程中继续得到保持和加强,品质优势较为明显。  相似文献

以长中胚轴/短中胚轴杂交组合的两个亲本、F1、B1、B2和F2为试验材料,在小型人工气候箱黑暗条件下培养幼苗,对水稻中胚轴伸长特性的遗传规律进行了研究。结果表明,中胚轴伸长特性受两对隐性基因控制。F2群体中长、短中胚轴植株在节间长度、穗长、株高和剑叶长等性状上均存在较明显的差异,而中胚轴伸长特性与节间粗、剑叶宽、单株穗数、每穗总粒数、结实率、千粒重和单株产量等性状关系不明显。还对水稻中胚轴伸长特性的遗传改良以及长中胚轴材料在直播稻育种上的利用进行了探讨。  相似文献

江淮稻区不同穗型粳稻品种主要农艺和品质特性的比较分析   总被引:15,自引:1,他引:15  
依据着粒密度,对江淮稻区大面积生产应用的和新近育成的36个粳稻品种(系)进行聚类分析。结果表明,供试品种可分成半密穗型(Ⅰ)、偏密穗型(Ⅱ)和密穗型(Ⅲ)三类。随着水稻品种由散穗型向半密穗型、偏密穗型和密穗型的演变,产量性状、品质性状、形态性状和部分生理、生化性状发生了明显的变化,产量、每穗总粒数和实粒数显著增加,而穗数/m2、千粒重和结实率呈下降趋势;株高增加,上部三张叶片变长、变宽,生物日产量增高;穗部一、二次枝梗数增多,着粒密度变大;抽穗期和成熟期叶片、茎秆的含氮量和叶片叶绿素含量增高;糙米率和整精米率下降、垩白粒率降低、胶稠度变硬、蛋白质含量呈上升的趋势。  相似文献
