In order to improve the recognition rate of face recognition algorithm, a new algorithm of face recognition is proposed based on Gabor wavelet transform and Supervised Locally Linear Embedding (SLLE). Gabor wavelet is introduced as a method to extract Gabor magnitude features by convolving the normalized face image with multi scale and multi orientation Gabor filters. In the feature extraction module, the dimension of Gabor features is reduced by SLLE. A minimum distance classifier is trained for classification. With the test of the ORL and YALE face database, it is found that 3.5 %~37.8% increase in recognition rate can be achieved compared with other algorithms.  相似文献

To explore the characteristics of deformation of sandstone under cyclic pore water pressure, the experiments with different axial stresses (60%, 70% and 80% of peak intensity) of sandstone subjected to cyclic pore water loading are investigated by using MTS815 rock mechanics testing system, and irregular small deformation in deformation curve of sandstone are also processed by wavelet transformation of Matlab. The results show that with the increase of constant axial stress, fatigue deformation under cyclic pore water pressure will accelerate the failure of the sandstone. With the increase of the number of cyclic pore water pressure, the deformation evolution of the plastic-loop is illustrated as sparse-dense-sparse. The deformation curves of sandstone under cyclic pore water pressure affected by many factors are decomposed, reconfigurable processed and evaluated by using wavelet transformation, which indicates that the basic curve with optimal decomposition scale fits well with the experimental curves and reveals the deformation evolution of sandstone.  相似文献

According to its characteristics of multi-direction and multi-scale, Gabor wavelet is divided into 13 channels. Due to different contributions of different channels to the recognition rate, a fuzzy integral fusion approach for facial expression recognition is proposed based on optimal channels. Firstly, three optimal channels are selected according to three proposed principles. And then Gabor features of facial expressional images through those optimal channels are extracted with the dimensions reduction. Finally, each optimal channel is used as a classifier and three classifiers are fused based on multi-classifier combination with fuzzy integral. With the results on JAFFE database, it is found that the recognition rate of the proposed algorithm is 94.41%, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the different characteristics of white-noise interference in the signals of partial discharge (PD) after wavelet transform. There is high value in lots of scales for PD and white-noise interference is to zero with increasing scale. The threshold is set for wavelet coefficient in all scales. If the coefficient of signal is higher than the threshold, it is PD signal. Otherwise it is noise interference. A threshold-based wavelet packet transform (WPT) algorithm is put forward to suppress white noise interference in PD signals. The results testifies that it has a favorable adaptability to extract PD signals using WPT.  相似文献

Chongqing Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge is the world's longest-span arch bridge. The node connections on its main truss’s lower chords are to bear millions of large-amplitude stress cycles caused by automobile and light-rail train loads. However, there exists no referential designing and testing experience in such detailing on long-span steel bridges at home and abroad as yet. High-cycle fatigue behavior testing on a detailing model has been conducted to study the fatigue reliability of the bridge’s critical node connections. The testing cycling load on the model is determined according to conventional specifications and the expected traffic flow on the Bridge. The 1/2-scale detailing model is carefully fabricated to simulate the node prototype and undergo the 2 million-cycle testing with the design load. Through testing, fatigue reliability of Chaotianmen Yangtze River Bridge’s main-truss lower-chord node connections during the design service life is verified. In addition, static test data are compared with those calculated by finite element analysis to prove the validity of the node model. In the end, fatigue destruction test of the model was carried out to get the fatigue failure law of the node connection and provide necessary parameters and reference for designing and monitoring of this bridge in the future.  相似文献

The filter design is the key to 2-D image wavelet transform. Based on the studying of image properties and 1-D wavelet theory,the authors describe a parasymmetry boundary extension method and realize 2-D discrete wavelet transform by means of 1-D wavelet transform according to correlation of adjacent pixels. Also,it is proved that the discrete wavelet transform of inverse data stream in row and the sign of discrete detail signal will be inversed,and that a filter of wavelet transform based on symmetry of bi_orthogonal filter is constructed. A new de noising method based on parameter optimized Morlet wavelet is put forward. The Morlet wavelet is chosen as the mother wavelet because its shape is similar to the mechanical shock signals. The mother Morlet wavelet is improved by adding two parameters which decide the shape of the mother wavelet in time domain. The added parameters and the appropriate scale parameter for the wavelet transformation are designed by the cross validation method. Finally, the useful components of the signal can be obtained by the improved Morlet wavelet de noising method. The gear fault diagnosis experimental result shows that the proposed method has a good de nosing performance and it is effective in fault feature extraction.  相似文献

Complex wavelet transform can characterize the partial feature of the PD signal in time-domain and frequency-domain,and provides the unique phasic information.In this paper,the PD pulse waveforms which are created by 4 typical insulated defects are transformed by complex wavelet,and then the complex wavelet coefficient's real part,imaginary part and compound coefficient are clustered by the Fuzzy c-means,the energy of the cluster is the feature of pattern recognition.Discharge samples are got through large number of experiments,and BPNN can identify the PD created by 4 typical insulated defects effectively.The results show that the feature extracted from compound coefficient is better than the feature extracted form the real part and imaginary part of complex wavelet coefficient or wavelet coefficient.  相似文献

The paper discusses a wavelet network for the ECG data compression and proposes the method for choosing its wavelet neuron.According to the spectrum range of the ECG data,we decide the time-frequency field of ECG.And the time-frequency field of wavelet is also determined by the spectrum range of it.The wavelet neuron is fixed preliminarily by the first two steps.Then the preliminary wavelet neuron is screened by using OLS algorithm.We choose Morlet as the mother wavelet,and use the ECG signal to validate by the method.The result demonstrates that the number of Morlet whose spectrums locate at the ECG's is up to 152.But after screening by the OLS algorithm,it reduces sharply.This method can make the size of the wavelet network driving to optimum and also reduce the training time of the wavelet network sharply.  相似文献

The inter-symbol interference in the nonlinear time-varying channel is a serious problem in the wireless communication. In order to overcome it, wavelet neural network equalizer using error feedback is employed to cut the auto-correlation of the error signal. Exploiting the decent time-frequency localization of the wavelet analysis, as well as the self-training feature of the neural network, a quicker convergent nalysis and computer simulation confirm the effectiveness of the equalizer and a lower BER are attained. 为了区分鉴别8种根茎类作物,通过采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合小波变换(WI)、主成分分析(PCA)和聚类分析(HCA)的方法,测试研究了8种根茎类作物40个样品的红外光谱。结果表明:8种样品红外图谱相似,但在1800~700 cm-1范围内,红外光谱的峰位、峰形及吸收强度差异明显。对此范围内的原始红外光谱进行连续小波和离散小波变换。提取连续小波变换的第15层系数和离散小波变换的第5尺度细节系数数据,进行主成分分析和聚类分析。连续小波和离散小波的前3个主成分的累计贡献率分别为93.12%、89.78%,主成分分析和聚类分析正确率为100%。最终结果显示:傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合小波变换的方法可以区分鉴别不同种的根茎类作物。  相似文献

Wavelet analyses have been used for many fields deeply, especially , the wavelet transforms on compact support sets have been applied to signal dealing and image compression etc. However, the constructing of wavelet base is a hard work to do. In this paper, for N=2k the analysis structure of wavelet base on compact support sets are found successful. The Mexican hat mother wavelet used in optic realization is analysed. Its characteristics on time frequency domain localization, accurate reconstruction condition, regularity order and orthonormality are discussed. The error concept for the Mexican hat wavelet that the non tensor product two dimensional form of mother wavelet is obtained from the turning of its one dimensional form is corrected. The reason is explained for that the Mexican hat mother wavelet can't be used in conventional discrete wavelet transform for image data compression,but when it is used in 2 D image wavelet transform realized by optic way, it features excellent energy localization.  相似文献

The wavelet transform is a new subject developed quickly in the past ten years. Compared with the Fourier transform, the wavelet transform is a part of time-frequency transform. The most important character is that it can be used to transform a signal into basic units at different scales and location, each unit represents a component of original signal difference from others. The R-wave of ECG signal represents the electrical activation of the ventricles, which initiates ventricle contraction, and the typical peak value singular signal, so the R-wave of ECG signal is localized precisely and analyzed accurately using the wavelet transform. The principium of the precise detection method for R-wave in ECG signal is researched. The special properties of Mexican hat wavelet in time-domain are analyzed, too. This wavelet has every order continuity, symmetry, exponential attenuation and one vanishing moment. For this reason, the mexican hat wavelet basis has the excellent localization and analyzing precision. Using the MIT/BIH (Massachusetts Institute of Technology / Boston's Beth Israel Hospital) Arrhythmia Database and the applications in clinic, the precise detection method can detect accurately and localize precisely to the R-wave in ECG signal in the serious noise signal. This method has the quite high locating precision (its error is not more than one sampling point and the points of the R-wave in ECG signal about 80 percent are localized precisely) and analyzing accuracy (no accumulative error). The real-time of the method is excellent, and the real-time detection to the R-wave of ECG signal can achieve using this method.  相似文献

In order to investigate the issue in the field of the application of CFG pile application of CFG pile composite foundation technology in deep embedded secret passage of such special structure ground treatment, the settlement deformation of CFG pile composite foundation according to deep are studied and detailed analysis are given in the field test and indoor model test of the gravel cushion with different thickness. Moreover it points out that the cushion compressive deformation must be taken into account, and that the settlement deformation calculation cannot simply consider the amendments of composite foundation. The amendments of cushion deformation must be considered. The effect of the different thickness of cushion on pile-soil stress ratio, total settlement of composite foundation, cushion compression and axial stress of pile body were analysed by using ABAQUS finite element method. Through the analysis of the field test, indoor model test and the numerical simulation of CFG piles-gravel cushion composite foundation of the deep embedded secret passage, a settlement deformation monitoring method has been described and the selection principle of the cushion has determined so as to provide the cushion design basis in the process of composite foundation design.  相似文献
