中国农业信息系统应用现状及前景分析

从中国农业信息化发展战略、农业信息网络发展及应用现状、农业信息系统在中国农业上的应用情况及基本评价等方面,对中国农业信息系统的应用现状进行了多角度的分析,并在总结了当前发达国家农业信息系统发展热点的基础上,就中国国情下农业信息系统的发展方向及应用前景做了初步的分析预测。

土地利用总体规划后评估的指标体系构建

笔者主要采用文献资料法和系统工程分析法,构建土地利用总体规划后评估的指标体系,旨在通过土地利用总体规划实施情况评估、规划实施效益评估、土地资源节约集约评估等建立规划后评估体系,全面分析和掌握现行土地利用总体规划的实施情况和效益情况,确认规划的合理性,提高土地利用规划编制的科学性和权威性,促进社会经济全面协调发展。     

中国集约高产农田生态健康评价方法及指标体系初探

如何科学评价目前中国粮食主产区高产农田的生态健康现状与问题,为制定科学合理的对策,促进中国粮食主产区农业可持续健康发展、保障国家粮食安全是当务之急。目前关于农田生态系统健康评价从土壤-作物-环境三大子系统综合考虑构建评价指标体系的研究很少,没有比较完善的、为大家公认的关于农田生态健康状况评价的指标体系。采用总体分析法,查阅统计了国内外关于农田生态健康评价研究的相关指标。在此基础上,为了使评价指标更加切合中国三大平原粮食主产区高产农田土壤、作物以及环境的健康问题,采用专家问卷调查法,最终初步确定了中国农田生态健康评价指标体系,每个区域的评价体系都有22个指标,三大平原指标之间有所区别,充分体现了整体的一致性和区域的特殊性,使得指标体系更具实用性和针对性,可为该领域的研究与决策提供科学参考。

Research on the Ecology Benefit Compensate System of Water of West China

The ecological environment of west region is an important part of the whole ecological environment system of China. The west region has plentiful water resource. But the ecology of water is anxious, it is urgent to protect the water. A consummation ecology benefit compensate of water has significances for west China. This paper summaries the positive role of the ecology benefit compensate system for west China , and analyze the present situation of ecology benefit compensate system in west China, giving some suggestion on its establishment and consummation.     

System Platform of Auto Industry Based ASP and SRM

In view of the situation of auto industry, a system platform is given based on ASP and SRM. For the Co-management and information exchange of SRM, dynamic co-mode and estimated principium are designed. Based on four influence factors of auto industry, focuses on the process of supply not the result. Based on problem definition, formulation of criteria, qualification and choice, the process of estimate is improved. Implementation result shows that this kind of system platform can improve the efficiency of information exchange and achieve the goal of Co-management.     

Development and Application of the Modelbase in Water Pollution Control Planning Geographic Information System

Modelbase(MB) takes an important role in Water Pollution Control Planning Geographic Information System(WPCPGIS),which endows the system with functions of water environmental simulation,data analysis,predicting,and providing feasible advices.Modelbase(MB) is the focus of this paper,with VB as the programme language,GeoMedia as the system developing platform and Microsoft Access as the database software.At the same time,the WPCPGIS Modelbase is applied in the water pollution control planning of Daxi River in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region,the water environment system relatively is simulated well,provicling planning-maker and decision-maker numerous useful informations:the distribution of pollution source,the situation of water quality,the environmental capacity of water,the situation of water quality in designing year,etc.The result of Modelbase can also be visually displayed in the digital map of GIS,therefore WPCPGIS can be directly applied to the decision-making of Water Pollution Control Planning.

Study on ES Based Generation System Planning

Based on the analysis of expert experience on generation system planning(GPS), the theory of knowledge based method is introduced into GPS to express the constraints of engineering(viz. Expert experience of engineering), and to discard abundant improper program during the earlier stage of GPS. In this situation, the difficulty degree of optimizing calculation in the later stage of GPS is lessened. And then, integrating expert system with production simulation in a method of GPS is proposed and is verified with an example. The results show that the method presented is effective.

A Study of the Index System for Sustainable Development of a Town

The sustainable development of a town is a comprehensive concept often considered in terms of several aspects such as economical, environmental, ecological, social and cultural. In this paper, the index system for sustainable development of a town is set up from three aspects: economical, social life and resource and environment, taking account of the situation in China. Finally, a pilot study is carried out with a town in Chongqing as an example, an evaluation system of sustainable development is developed for efficient and accurate evaluation of the development of a town.     

Experimental Setup of Rotating Air bearing Table System for Active Vibration Control of Flexible Structure

In accordance with the present situation that there is a lack of deeper investigation of active vibration control of rigid flexible coupled structures with rotating rigid base,the significance of the buildup of experiment system is emphasized,and every component and its function of the experiment system is introduced in detail.The experimental setup has been finished so as to make rigid base rotate within some range at some different angular speed in the state of air bearing.     

农产品质量追溯体系建设现状与问题及对策

目前中国农产品质量追溯体系建设的现状与存在的问题,已经成为政府和学术界关心的热门话题。通过对中国现有的农产品质量追溯体系的现状与问题进行分析,总结出中国农产品质量追溯体系建设的成果和不足,通过对发达国家农产品质量追溯体系的研究与分析,指出发挥政府和大型生产的作用,以及追溯体系从畜牧开始是发达国家农产品质量安全追溯体系建设的特点。在研究和分析的基础上,提出了完善中国农产品质量追溯体系的对策。     

Voting Model Design for Group Decisionn Support System

In the group decision supporting system, no matter how excellent the individual decision terminal is, it's difficult to ensure the correction of the final decision without a efficient and reliable GDSS coordinated system.Since the voting instrument is the key part of the GDSS, the efficiency and the reliability of the system are very important and must be programmed specially. Under the common situation, the voting instrument is produced by the pure software method. However, the pure software method is liable to be attacked and destroyed by the computer virus and hacker program in the circumstance of the network group decision system. While, the voting model based on the hardware logic method takes the advantage of the speed and reliability over the software model.     

论中国农业标准化体系的建立与完善

我国加入WTO后,必须参照国际惯例和准则,立足国情,广泛开展农业标准化工作,以适应WTO有关规则和农业发展的需要。本文在界定农业标准化的基础上,充分论证了我国实施农业标准化的必要性,考察了农业标准化的现状,并从六个方面提出了建立农业标准化体系的设想。     

论预制菜的安全追溯体系

预制菜行业发展迅速,但与之配套的安全追溯体系却未能及时建立。实践中,预制菜的安全追溯体系面临着主体分工不明确,追溯范围不清晰以及识别技术不统一等问题。为了预制菜行业的可持续发展,实现预制菜去向可追、来源可查、责任可定,有必要建立起预制菜的安全追溯体系。分析了预制菜行业的食品安全问题,总结了现行食品安全追溯体系的现状与不足,并提出了完善预制菜安全追溯体系的路径,指出应在食品安全法律规范的基础上,明确预制菜安全追溯体系的追溯主体、追溯范围和识别技术,以期推动预制菜行业健康发展,使预制菜吃得放心,用得安心。     

新时期中国农业科技推广体系建设与创新模式探讨

建立符合中国国情的农业科技推广体系,加大农业科技的引进与推广力度,促进科技进步是推动中国农业发展的根本出路。针对中国农业科技推广体系的发展现状,借鉴农业发达国家的经验,结合中国的基本国情,建立和完善以政府为主导、非政府机构积极参与的多元化农业科技推广创新模式,应该是中国农业科技推广体系建设的发展方向。
