Aiming at the status quote of long time for methane extraction and slow speed for laneway excavating in coal seams of Liziya south 2JHJ well, abrasive water jet slotting technology is adopted to improve the methane desorption and increase excavating speed in semi-coal laneway. Through analyzing damage model and protection against outburst mechanism, the process of Coal-Rock Mass being cut and fractured is studied. Through lab test on abrasive water jet cutting coal-bed gangue, a new abrasive water jet cutting device is successfully designed and made and all parameters are determined. It is showed that abrasive water jet can cut through a coal-bed gangue with thickness 60~80 mm and uniaxial compressive strength 62 MPa. After cutting coal seams by abrasive water jet, the surface area for methane is enlarged and then coal seams pressure fell rapidly. Therefore the permeability and desorption of coal seams are greatly increased. The results are as follows: the average productivity of single-hole was enhanced by 2.83 times.  相似文献

Effect of Main Parameters on Cutting of the Pulsed Abrasive Water Jet   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The relationship between abrasive concentration, length of oscillating chamber, standoff distance and cutting depth, erosion rate as well as cutting specific energy was investigated by experiments in the submerge and surface conditions. The cutting and erosion capabilities of the pre-mixed abrasive water jet and the pulsed abrasive water jet were analyzed in contrast. It is shown that the maximum cutting depth and erosion rate of the pulsed abrasive water jet are respectively 1.67,1.72 and 1.39, 1.47 than the pre-mixed abrasive water jet in submerge and surface conditions. These results attained from the research are useful to increase the cutting efficiency, decrease the energy ratio and expand the application domains of the abrasive water jet.  相似文献

The deflective mechanism of the oscillating water jet is analyzed and the effects of jet deflection on the self oscillating water jet are investigated. It is experimentally shown that the deflective angle may reach 9.53 degree, the pressure fluctuation is more intensive and more regular and the jet can efficiently eliminate the water cushion effect and increase the ability in cutting.  相似文献

This paper uses ALE algorithm to develop a numerical model of breaking rock under high pressure water jet, in consideration of rock in a state of high ambient pressure. The simulation results show that damage evolution speed along axial direction of rock under high ambient pressure is lower than rock without ambient pressure, and ambient pressure has less impact on the damage evolution speed along radial direction. Through analyzing damage evolution of four typical element under water jet with different speed, it shows that increasing water jet speed can improve breaking rock efficiency. The relationship between water jet speed and performance of high pressure water jet breaking rock wis explained in theory.  相似文献

The method using the airlift and the self excited oscillation jet for exploiting deep beach placer has been presented. The physical and mathematical model of airlift is given in this paper. The feasibility of the self excited oscillation pulsed jet as breaker of the airlift is researched. It has been shown theoretically and experimentally that the self excited oscillation pulsed jet not only crushes and looses ore deposit under water, but also lifts particles of solid on the clay and sand bed. The tests for the effects of jet position on drag bit cutting process were described. The influence of jet position on rock chips formed ahead of bit was analyzed. And the effects of cutting depth,bit velocity on bit force reductions were discussed. One of the most interesting results is that the water jet has the largest effect on drag bit forces when it is directed towards the center beneath drag bit.  相似文献

On the base of the summarizing the relative researches, the complicated chemical effects of cavitating water jet, direct pyrogenation, free radicel oxidation and supercritical water oxidation, are investigated, which the local and instantaneous high temperature and pressure is generated as the bubbles in cavitating water jets collapse. The evolvement of rock damage struck by a high pressure water jet is characterized by nonlinear properties, thus making it a complicated dynamic problem. Based on a nonlinear finite element and elastic plasticity theory, a computational model was established. The dynamic load striking the rock by a high pressure water jet was simulated by the dynamic contact method. Furthermore, the propagation of a stress wave in the same rock was simulated at different impact velocities. The results show that the propagation velocity of a stress wave is proportional to the impact velocity of the high pressure water jet. The effects of a stress wave in sandstone and coal impacted by high pressure water jets of the same velocity were simulated.The effect of a stress wave in coal was stronger than in sandstone, while the region of propagation of stress wave in coal was smaller.  相似文献

A new type of watering device ,self exited oscillation vortex chamber watering device, is put forward.The jet is controlled by a circular vortex chamber,and self exited oscillation occurs due to a pressure difference between the left and right parts of vortex chamber. By the momentum balance of jet and the masses of air flowing into or out the chamber though air hole,the critical pressure and the time required for reaching the critical pressure can be calculated. 为分析2012 年1 月13—15 日广西暴雨过程的水汽来源、急流的输送作用和水汽饱和程度等特征,使用天气学分析和动力诊断的方法分析NCEP/NCAR 1°×1°再分析资料、红外云图等资料。结果表明:孟加拉湾和南海是本次暴雨过程的2 个水汽源地,500~700 hPa 中低空西南急流的建立和加强使孟加拉湾成为主要水源地,加强了暴雨区的水汽供应。而这支急流的维持依赖于200 hPa加强的副热带锋区西风急流入口区南侧的强辐散作用。不同源地的水汽输送高度不同,水汽通量中心出现在700 hPa。600 hPa 以下为水汽通量辐合层,700~850 hPa 辐合强度远大于925~1000 hPa;水汽通量中心在暴雨区的上风方,水汽辐合中心在水汽通量中心沿气流去向的一侧,700~850 hPa 叠加的辐合中心处即为暴雨区,辐合高度的升高、湿层剧烈向上扩展都可作为暴雨征兆。以上分析得出了冬季暴雨过程中水汽条件的形成机制,得出预报着眼点,对提高此类暴雨预报准确率有较大作用。  相似文献

Safe production and procedures at the driving face are restricted in mines of Guizhou province by the long periods required for rock cross-cut coal uncovering in high gas coal seam group. A new method is proposed to solve this problem using high pressure water jet slotting in penetration boreholes. This is proposed to increase the gas desorption rate and reduce drilling hole, which will shorten the cycle of rock cross-cut coal uncovering. Numerical simulation is used to compare the pressure relief effects of different slotting methods in penetration boreholes. The results show that the pressure relief effect of slotting all coal seams is more ideal. Field application indicates that high pressure water jet slotting has good effect of the pressure relief in coal seam group. The drilling number is reduced by 30, the drilling length is shortened by 610 m and the standard time of gas pre-pumping decreases by 39 days.  相似文献

High pressure pulsed water jet (HPWJ) is a new technology of effectively improving coal seam permeability. However, the mechanism of increased permeability is not yet clear, which restricts the application of HPWJ in different coal seams. From the perspective of improving permeability by coal matrix shrinkage, the impelled dynamic equations is established based on analysis of coal dynamic effects by water jet. According to theoretical analysis of the stress state of coal matrix, it is concluded that HPWJ can promote coal matrix shrinkage, and the relationship equation between jet impact-coal matrix is derived. Besides, the gas seepage function in the coal slotted by the HPWJ is gained by using PM model, which provides theoretical support for generalizing the technology in the coal mine.  相似文献

Based on the theory of boundary layer theory and vortex theory of fluid mechanics, a self-suction self-excited oscillation pulsed jet aerator is introduced . This new type of jet aerator adopts self-excited oscillation cavity to replace the traditional mixing tube, and forces air and oxygen-demand water to intermix, compound and oxygenize violently in the cavity under the effect of self-excited oscillation, eject through the special shaped tail tube in the pulsed mode. Theoretical analysis and preliminary industrial experiments show that the new type of jet aerator has an excellent effect of intermixing, compounding and aerating, and that the oxygen-demand water ejected through the special shaped tail tube has an intensive pulsation effect.  相似文献

Abrasive water jets can incise objects with strong rigidity under water. The analytical means of kinetic theory is optimal for theoretical problems of submerged abrasive water jets. The flow characteristics in submerged abrasive water jets were analyzed based on kinetic theory for multiphase flows. The impact characteristics of every phase in submerged abrasive water jets was analyzed and continuity and momentum equations subsequently were developed for solid, gas and liquids in submerged abrasive water jets. It is shown that if the distributing function of every phase were given, the law of its movement could be ascertained.  相似文献

The self-excited oscillation pulsed jet nozzle which proposed makes the continuous jet transform into pulsed jet . Comparing with general continuous jet, the pulsed jet has a higher peak of pressure and larger volume of erosion , therefore it increases the effective distance off of the jet under the same conditions. A new pulsed jet device is presented which can produce oscillatory pulsed wafergas jet. This device is used in the erasive experiment on the while sandbrick whose compressive resistance is 30 Mpa. The curves of the erasive effects of the oscillatory pulsed water-gas jet.the oscillatory pulsed jet and the ordinary jet are drawn in order to be compared.which are changed as the distances of the targets are changed. Based on references [1, 2, 3], we designed a set of device of the self-excited oscillation cavitating jet. Its cavitation mechanism and the result of jet impact block are analysed. With erosive volume as the object, the effect of the self-excited oscillation cavitating jet is compared with that of conventional continuous jet under the same condition. It is found cxperimeetally that the position of suction air and the air quantities and the geometrical parameters of the device have great effect on the erosive effects of the self-excited oscillation cavitating jet. In certain range of stand off distance, it's not obvious that the erosive effects of the self-excited oscillation cavitating jet changed with stand off distance for pulse cavitating jet and cavitation bubblies and droplet impinging on the target. Compared with continuous jet, the erosive vo-l ume and area of the self-excited oscillation cavitating jet is more than one time larger than the continuous jet.  相似文献
