Continuously variable transmissions have attracted a great deal of interest in recent years because they shift with very little shock and offer significant advantages of acceleration performance and fuel economy for automobile.The slide angle is very important physical parameter in belt study. It's magnitude expresses the changing of direction of friction force's and makes the distribution of force very complicated. In this paper,the reason of the slide angle has been discussed. The formulae of wrapping angle relation with slide angle is put forward. The magnitude of slide angle is computed by used the Runge Kutta method in different speed ratios. On the basis of study a new descrete numerical analyse approach is proposed to analysis and calculate the tension and thrust of the key work piece's the metal rings and the metal blocks of the metal pushing type continuously variable transmission respectively under different speed ratios and torque ratios. The research result in this paper can be used to analyse the strength of the metal rings and the metal blocks and improve the load capability of the CVT gearbox. [WT5HZ]  相似文献

The efficiency of the steel pushing V belt continuously variable transmission is an important factor for weighing CVT performance.Based on the mechanical analysis,by synthetically considering the effect of the viscosity lubricant on the power loss of CVT, the calculation formulae of efficiency have been found. The calculation simulationof efficiency is done, qetting two efficiency trend charts. One is efficiency with torque and rotational speed variation .The other is efficienccy with torque and ratio variation. The two charts have a guiding function in formulating matching and a control strategy and in an efficiency experiment.  相似文献

The double drive hoist reducer developed in the planetary gear is a new generation of energy saving and environment protecting hoist product. The multi flow transmission system theory of hoist is analyzed. With the theory and method of bond graph,a bond graph model with coupled vibration is established for hoist multi flow transmission system for the first time. The state equation of the system is developed and dynamic simulation analysis is also carried out. The internal changing law and relationship of the system for the state variable are got. Therefore, the dynamic properties and gearing features of this system are revealed comprehensively. Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. The dynamic simulation model is established and integrated control strategy of standing start is proposed for dual mode CVT vehicle, aiming at automatic vehicle with torque converter as a starter and metal pushing belt as a higher transmission equipment (Dual mode CVT vehicle), on the base of engine and torque converter performance experiment. Simulation result shows that vehicle performance can be improved by using the control strategy proposed. Continuously variable transmission (CVT) is the ideal transmission for automobile, it is also one of the most important research items of researchers and automobile companies all over the world. By studying the force relationship of metal V-belt type continuously variable transmission, an optimum pitch radius is derived to maximize torque capacity, also a design procedure for optimum pitch radius is listed. The design procedure is applied for the true application, the calculation result shows that the torque capacity of belt transmission can be improved by optimization of the pitch radius. As metal Belt CVT(Continuously Variable Trans mission) acts as a kind of friction transmission, friction coefficient is a key parameter of CVT. The friction characters of CVTF(Continuously Variable Transmission Fluid) are mainly determined by fluid and contact state. The contact between belt and pulley can be regarded as a kind of contact between cylinder and cone. As their contact line is short, the curvature change of pulley along the contact line can be neglected. Then the contact problem of belt and pulley was reasonably simplified as a contact between cylinder and cylinder. Under the state of equivalent maximum stress, the contact friction condition of metal belt and pulley was simulated by the contact of ring and block in Timken Friction Test Machine.  相似文献

Continuously Variable Transmission which is the ideal transmission for automobile can improve dynamical and economical performance and reduce pollution emission effectively. Vehicle equipped with CVT where hydraulic torque converter is acted as start clutch have better acceleration performance and its starting control is very simple. Based on performance test of hydraulic torque converter and simulation on lock-up dynamic process of torque converter clutch, matching characteristic between engine and torque converter is evaluated , and the lock-up control rule of torque converter clutch and the control strategy of standing start of vehicle equipped with Continuously Variable Transmission with torque converter is proposed. By computer simulation on start process, vehicle equipped with CVT have better acceleration performance than equipped with five-speed MT.  相似文献

During the process of developing the Car Continuously Variable Transmission, the Control rule of the system is so complicated that we have to adjust and modificate the control parameters often. Direct debugging and empoldering by using singlechip system will result in long empoldering period and low efficiency. The present article presents an empolder scheme based on the control of Personal Computer. In the empoldering process we will predigest the Car Transmission Control Unit of the Continuously Variable Transmission into an extension which is only used for parameter tracking and measurement, while the matching control of the system and the parameter monitor is achieved with the host computer. Serial communication is carried out in the communication between the host computer and the extension. In addition, we have developed the corresponding monitoring and debugging software with Visual C++ 6.0 also. The practice shows that the system has successfully realized the empoldering of the TCU(Transmission Control Unit) with great efficiency.  相似文献

Based on the kinematic and kinetic characteristics, the friction model of a metal pushing V(belt continuously variable transmission (CVT) is established in this paper. The relation between applied forces and speed ratio as well as transmitted torque is analysed. The coputational formulas on the tension forces of steel ring and compression forces between metal blocks are derived. On the basis of a planetary transmission, a novel hydrodynamic speed controlled transmission system for wind turbines with large capacity is presented. The new drive train consists of wind rotors, planet accelerators, hydro-mechanical and synchronous generators. The dynamic mathematical model of the drive train is established. The digital simulation of speed regulation characteristics for hydrodynamic speed controlled system is studied by using Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that continuously variable transmission and fixed speed control can be achieved, and the drive train works well in stability and dynamic performances. They can increase the power yield from the wind, smooth the electric power output, and alleviate the load peak in the new drive train .  相似文献

Electro-mechanical coupling facts about transmission system influence dynamic characteristic and response characteristic of servo system. The coupling factors of precision transmission system are put forward, and the modelling methods of electro-mechanical system are analyzed. Based on the large-scale precise horizontal machining center, the dynamic chart of servo feed system is gained through analyzing mathematical model of the taehes, and the influence on transmission stiffness and transmission error is simulated in precision transmission system. A nonlinear dynamics bond graph model of gear pair system is established including the time-varying gear mesh stiffness, transmission error and tooth surface conditions. A capacitive component c is introduced to represent the loads and tooth elastic deformation, while the capacity parameter Kj is expressed by time-varying mesh stiffness, and flow Sf represents the influences of the gear transmission error on the system dynamic equations. Then the tooth surface friction bond graph model involving the relationship between the relative velocity and the direction of friction are presented. According to the causal relations and the power flow, the state-space equations of the gear bond graph model are obtained. Research results show that bond graph modeling method can solve the modeling problem of the gear nonlinear dynamics, and this paper is a kind of basis work of the complex mechanical system modeling and the development of bond graph modeling theory.  相似文献

A visualized analysis system of leak current fault transmission graph is developed. Its functions, program structure and programming principle are described.The system is composed of fault diagnosing module and man machine exchanging module, which make the generation and analysis of leak current fault transmission graph for lauch vehicle controlling system simple and visualized. The system could automatically recognize the picture of transmission and analyze both qualitatively and quantitatively only by drawing it on the monitor by the mouse. Based on model parameters estimating, a kind of algorithm of pole-zero placement self-adaptive temperature control is put forward according to closed loop apices distribution of resistance furnace temperature control. The mathematic model is presented by discursion for the controlled object, at the same time, the algorithm is illustrated identification method of model parameters, compute formula and simulation result of controlled parameters. Simulations and practices of the model proved that the algorithm is of rapid constringency speed , satisfactory effect on the object with time changing especially for the controlled objects of the high current and low voltage characteristics. The algorithm has been applied in the temperature control of intelligent slag measurement equipment of a iron-steel graduate school.  相似文献
