The conflict events that occurred in construction engineering project(CEP) bring about a lot of adverse influence on project implementation.Furthermore,there is a limitation for five modes used to deal with the conflicts in favor of the project management,which is proved by the practice.On the basis of investigation,the authors bring to light the multi-attributive characteristics of the conflict events through clustering analysis,and put forward a new concept as co-adaptability aiming at solving the conflict events in CEP,and building up a new project management mechanism based on the new concept and a new mode to deal with the conflict events based on the whole project benefit.So,this research offers not only a new idea but also a new method of solving conflict events in CEP.  相似文献

The value-at-risk(VaR) model is a statistical model to estimate and control financial risk,and used to measure the most probable loss on the next deal stage of financial asset portfolio.Based on the principle of the value-at-risk,in this paper the value-at-risk is to be applied to the risk evaluation of construction project.Assuming the sub-project prices abide by the BQ model are random variable which conform to normal distribution,this paper has built up the portfolio of project according to biding and quoted price of construction project,and adopted the variance-covariance method to measure the value-at-risk of the biding and quoted price in order to provide a feasible risk analysis tool for the evaluation of construction project bidding.  相似文献

Analysis of the mapping and transferring mechanism, and the sensitivity of quality characteristics of Complicated Electromechanical Products (CEP) reveal that the coupling of functionality and structure, and uncertainty in their mapping relations are important factors that influence the quality of CEP. By integrating the principals of Axiomatic Design (AD), this paper proposes a concept of decoupling design for quality characteristics of CEP. A model for decoupling control in the mapping processes of CEP is presented. In the model, formation-process of quality characteristics of CEP is transformed into iterative zigzagging decomposition and mapping between functional-domains. Then mapping matrixes are utilized to facilitate product designers to identify coupled quality characteristics in CEP, and to reduce complexity in function and physical structure and the product development. The model presented is used in the design of the transmission system in the first direct-drive hobbing machine in China, which effectively reduces the complexity of transmission system of hobbing machine and improved gear hobbing accuracy.  相似文献

There are many risks that influence freeway project financing and the influence of these risks differ by project stage. However, it is impossible to analyze the total risk of project financing objectively and accurately merely using the fuzzy or grey evaluation methods. These methods cannot reflect the dynamic characteristics of financing risks during freeway project construction. A dynamically grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was established and used to evaluate the financing risks of a freeway project. The results indicate that this method can not only make full use of the rich experience of the experts, but also reduce the influence of subjective factors. In addition, this method can reflect the dynamic characteristics of the financing risks during freeway project construction. Investors therefore can pertinently prevent and control financing risks based on the results of the evaluation of financing risks in every stage of the project. A demonstration shows that the method is suitable for comprehensive evaluation of financing risks of infrastructure projects such as freeways.  相似文献

构建土地整治重大项目社会稳定风险评估机制,对规范土地整治重大项目建设和土地整治相关管理具有重要的现实意义。本文立足重大项目的全生命周期管理要求,综合分析了土地整治重大项目社会稳定风险的内涵,提出了相应的风险评估过程,并采用PSR模型建立了风险评估体系。研究认为:(1)重大项目的社会稳定风险在项目的立项论证、建设实施和管护运营等阶段均能以不同形式存在,风险评估应根据项目各管理阶段的重点任务及特征,系统分析土地整治过程中可能存在的各类风险因素;(2)风险评估过程应包含风险调查、风险识别、风险评价及风险化解四个程序;(3)基于PSR模型的风险评估体系可反映出土地整治社会稳定风险的产生、传导、作用和控制过程,可为重大项目风险评估指标的选取提供逻辑框架。  相似文献

After analyzing the current researches with the three-major-goal management: quality,cost and time,on the construction project and aiming at the existing issues,this article puts forward a new method.This method identifies the reliability of every fundamental module(subsystem) suitably,which based on the current standards to analyze and classify the large construction procedure,and was constituted by the construction procedure.Also was considered the three-major-goal(quality,cost and time) of every module.Then the reliability of the large construction project was calculated,the qualified standards of reliability were evaluated,and the general and particular frame was optimized.Furthermore,it raises a new conception of the comprehensive control technique considering the reliability of the three-major-goal synthetically.This article explores a new way to ensure the three major unified goals: quality,cost and time,of the construction project management,and makes sure that the process of the construction project was in an ideal condition.  相似文献

With quick expansion of city scale and large occupation of land for urban construction, the contradiction between land resource shortage and people's living needs becomes more and more prominent. Every sort of financial indexes of the construction project is a value occurred in future. It has a random character, so the estimation of these indexes in early stage is surely a matter of risk. In practice, the investors often choose a construction project only by simple estimation rather by deep financial evaluation and risk analysis. In this paper, taking the project NPV as an example and applying risk analysis to its estimation, the authors develop a totally new economic evaluation method for construction projects.  相似文献

Since the implementation of the new construction system in 1988 in China, this system has gone through three phases: trial phase(1988-1993),development phase(1993-1995),and comprehensive application phase from 1996.Construction supervision as a new management system has profound effects to the whole process of a construction project, in particular, to the three conventional objectives, that is quality, cost and construction time. The new management system has to a large extent brought the traditional problems of extended construction time, uncontrollable cost and unsecured quality to a normal practice. Construction supervision is a management activity with request of high intelligence. The performance of this activity is closely related to the quality of project general supervision engineer. This paper identifies the basic elements that a proper project general supervision must have. By applying the fuzzy analysis principle, this paper presents a quantitative model for evaluating the quality of project general supervision engineer.It provides an applicable approach for project clients when general supervision engineers are to be chosen.  相似文献

This article states systematically the fundamental conception of the mode of construction management general contract, the contract structure and the organization structure through the analysis of the construction characteristics of Shanghai large-scale projects, considering the situation of China and the characteristics of this line. It also summarizes the characteristics of the mode of construction management general contract through the example of the Pudong International Airport Construction. The mode of construction management general contract not only meets the needs of construction technique in bettering the design of construction project building, but also releases the pressure in middle and later management of construction project building and overcomes the deficiency of the long-term building period, hard-to-control investigation brought by the problem of design, purchase, construction divided from and restricted by each other existed in the traditional contract mode. It also helps the contractor to provide socialized, specialized, commoditized service for the contractor. Helps to overall arrangement, economized investment, management level improve ment can be given. Jigong Mountain Tunnel is a controlled project in the reconstruction of Xinyang-Chenjiahe section.Based on hydrogeological investigation,tunnel's hydrogeology character such as geological structure,development of surface water and underground water,recharge of surface water and groundwater is evaluated,and normal and maximum water yield are predicted in the way of groundwater runoff modulus.It has been shown that normal and maximum water yield are equal to 860 m3/d and 1 283 m3/d,so the whole tunnel is a poor water section,while the speculated are ebbing water ones.  相似文献

为了量化武清区冬小麦各生育期灌溉指标,利用天津市武清区2009-2016年气象监测资料,1988-2016年农业气象观测资料,采用美国农业部土壤保持局推荐方法计算了有效降水量,应用FAO推荐的Penman-Monteith方法,并引进土壤修正系数,计算了武清区冬小麦8个生育阶段需水量及灌溉需水量。结果表明:近8年天津市武清区有效降水呈现降低趋势,冬小麦在播种至成熟阶段,水分亏缺较为严重,各生育阶段灌溉需水量具有明显差异。其中,返青至拔节期及开花至乳熟期需水量最多,灌溉量分别为56.48mm及53.71mm。其次是分蘖至越冬期、拔节至抽穗期,灌溉量分别为37.96mm、31.27mm。为满足冬小麦生产用水,冬小麦全生育期需水量为251.94-328.00mm,灌溉需水量为189.65-292.53mm。武清区冬小麦需水量及灌溉量在时间上具有隔年增加趋势,但在空间上差异不明显。  相似文献

水资源平衡分析是耕地整治项目的规划设计的重要依据。针对著名景区龙胜龙脊梯田的灌溉特点,充分考虑水源林的可供水量,按月对龙脊梯田整治项目区的可供水量和整治后需水量进行了计算分析。结果表明,通过加强项目区水利基础设施建设,提高渠系水利用系数,项目区总的水源能够满足农田灌溉和当地村寨居民及游客的生活用水需要,各个月份供水量也均可满足用水量的要求,为实施龙脊梯田整治提供了科学依据,也为山区梯田水资源平衡分析提供了借鉴。  相似文献
