三种水产药物对虹鳟幼鱼的急性毒性 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
本文研究了水产常规药物高锰酸钾、孔雀石绿、久效磷晶体敌百虫对虹鳟幼鱼的急性毒性。实验发现虹鳟幼鱼对高锰酸钾溶液24、48、96h的中间忍受限(TLM)分别为1.65、1.56和0.35mg/L,高锰酸钾对虹鳟幼鱼的安全浓度为0.035mg/L,虹鳟幼鱼对孔雀石绿溶液12、24、38、96h的中间忍受限分别为0.280、0.250、0.126、0.100mg/L。孔雀石绿对虹鳟幼鱼的安全浓度为0.010mg/L。虹鳟幼鱼对久效磷敌百虫中性溶液12、24、48、96h的中间忍受限分别为6.68、3.74、1.57、0.49mg/L,敌百虫对虹鳟幼鱼的安全浓度为0.049mg/L。 相似文献

对2003、2004年不同日龄虹鳟仔鱼生长的研究结果表明:在16~17.5℃水温下,破膜仔鱼的平均全长1.382 cm,6日龄上浮,上浮仔鱼平均全长2.090 cm,14日龄平均全长达3.905 cm,平均日增长0.180 cm。日龄与全长的关系呈线性正相关,2003、2004年的表达式分别为:L=0.1324T 1.2812(R2=0.9854)、L=0.1364T 1.3523(R2=0.9814)。24~日龄的全长特定生长率较高,5~11日龄的全长特定生长率较低,12日龄以后的全长特定生长率又升高。 相似文献

虹鳟稚鱼伞长、体重生长速度随着放养密度的增大而降低,而这种差异随着生长时问的延长,表现更为显著稚鱼体重持定生长率随着放养密度的增大而降低,两者间存在着显著的负相关关系;Y=-5.0979X+36.727(R2=0.9844),Y代表体重特定生长率,X代表放养密度.日增重、饵料转化丰随着放养密度的增大而降低.净增重随着放养密度的增大而增加. 相似文献

应用重复力模型估计虹鳟生长性状的遗传力和育种值 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
采用单性状重复观测值动物模型(重复力模型)对中国水产科学研究院黑龙江水产研究所渤海冷水性鱼类试验站5个品系后代的4026尾虹鳟 (Onchorynchus mykiss) 的生长性状(体重、体长和肥满度)进行了遗传参数和育种值的估计,并对各个性状的表型和遗传趋势进行预测。在此模型中考虑了年份-季节固定效应、父本固定效应和母本固定效应;随机效应有个体的加性效应和个体永久环境效应。结果表明:该5个品系虹鳟及后代体重的遗传力为0.35,体长为0.10、肥满度为0.34。个体间的育种值差异较大,仅排名前20位相差近10倍;从不同评定方法的秩相关来看,用综合育种值法与单个性状方法之间存在极显著的相关,其相关度分别为0.998, 0.877, 0.85. -0.071, -0.064和-0.13。用综合育种值对虹鳟个体的选择价值的评定和名次排列, 以及与单个性状的评定名次有着一定程度上的差别。体重、体长和肥满度性状,其表型趋势与遗传趋势基本一致的品系,均可通过表型值进行选择。 相似文献

本文研究了蛋氨酸—金属螯合物添加剂对虹鳟幼鱼生长的影响。结果表明,该添加剂组增重比基础饵料组和市售无机盐组略高,饵料系数比其它两组略低。经t测验检验,三组之间的差异不显著,还需要对杂食性或植食性鱼类进一步的实验。 相似文献

为研究纳米锌及纳米锌多糖复合体对虹鳟生长及免疫功能的影响,选取平均体质量(120.0±3.0) g的虹鳟300尾,随机分成5组,每组3个平行,每个平行20尾,按1μL/g进行尾部肌肉注射纳米锌及纳米锌多糖复合体溶液,含量分别为1000、3000 mg/kg,试验周期为10 d。试验结果显示,纳米锌及纳米锌多糖复合体可不同程度提高虹鳟特定生长率(P>0.05)。1000 mg/kg纳米锌多糖复合体组虹鳟血液NBT阳性细胞数量百分比在第3 d最高,达22.3%(P<0.05);3000 mg/kg纳米锌多糖复合体组白细胞吞噬能力在第6 d最强(P<0.05)。3000 mg/kg纳米锌组虹鳟血清杀菌能力第3 d最高(19.4%),而3000 mg/kg纳米锌多糖复合体组血清杀菌能力第6 d最高,达32.43%(P<0.05)。第3 d,1000 mg/kg纳米锌多糖复合体组过氧化氢酶活性、一氧化氮合成酶活性分别为26.39、43.38 U/mL (P<0.05);第6 d,超氧化物歧化酶、酸性磷酸酶活性最高,分别为29.91 U/mL、201.4 U/L(P<0.05),微量丙二醛浓度最低,为3.19 nmol/mL。试验结束后通过杀鲑气单胞菌攻毒感染,7 d内观察虹鳟累积死亡率,1000 mg/kg纳米锌多糖复合体组累积死亡率仅30%。由试验结果可知,纳米锌和纳米锌多糖复合体均能对虹鳟免疫功能产生促进作用,以1000 mg/kg纳米锌多糖复合体效果最佳。 相似文献

The views of Danish processors were sought in an attempt to identify criteria considered important for fresh pan-sized rainbow trout Onchorhynchus mykiss. Principle component regression (PCR) analysis, carried out on the survey data revealed that two components accounted for 55% of the parameter variance. The first component, describing morphometric characteristics, explained 33% of variance and the second, describing skin appearance, explained 22% of the variance. A significant correlation (P < 0.001) was obtained between fillet colour and fillet colour appeal, with preference for white flesh in fish fed unpigmented feed. 相似文献

对4批1881尾不同规格的虹鳟进行由淡水过渡到海水的驯养试验。过渡时间5-7天,最小体长3.5cm,过渡成活率99.5%。在海水中饲养64天,增重率为80%。利用对虾育苗池进行的自然水温海水越冬试验,存活率87%。1985年底专家鉴定认为,本研究成果处于国内同类研究先水平。 相似文献

Barley concentrations ranging from 0% to 32% were incorporated into rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) diets. The effect of barley concentration on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant activity of fish fillets were analyzed. Results showed that the inclusion of barley in rainbow trout diets had an inhibitory effect on lipid oxidation, probably associated with certain bioactive compounds in barley that could interact with scavenging and reducing metabolites involved in lipid oxidation. Concentrations up to 8% of barley produced fish fillets with high antioxidant activity and higher levels of alpha-tocopherol. 相似文献

Today, due to the rapid spoilage of fish, the use of natural preservatives is a priority over those of synthetic varieties. Also, the natural antimicrobial effects of essential oils can help to increase shelf life. There are very few studies concerning the use of essential oils in this regard. In the present study, the antibacterial effect of chitosan coated with Heracleum persicum oil was investigated on the quality of rainbow trout. The control and the coated fish samples were analyzed periodically by generalized estimating equation (GEE) for total viable count (TVC), psychrophilic bacteria, total volatile base nitrogen (TVB-N), polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), texture, taste, odor, and overall acceptance parameters. The results showed that by increasing the amount of chitosan, TVC, psychrophilic bacteria, and TVB-N decreased while PUFA, texture, taste, odor, and overall acceptance parameters increased. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe diffusion properties of sodium chloride in rainbow trout muscle during dry salting at 10°C were investigated. The average initial dry matter content of the samples increased from 27.80 ± 0.10 to 36.01 ± 0.16%, and the average salt content increased to 17.98 ± 0.38 g NaCl/100 g dry matter at the end of the 10-h dry salting process. The analytical solution of Fick’s second law considering one-dimensional diffusion through an infinite slab was used to calculate effective salt diffusion coefficients (Deff). The Deff values in rainbow trout fillets decreased with increasing salting time and ranged from 6.64 × 10?10 to 16.45 × 10?10 m2/s. 相似文献
