香蕉副产品综合利用研究进展

中国是香蕉种植大国,香蕉茎叶等副产品是一种很有开发潜力的农作物资源,但还没有形成一套成熟的处理和利用技术。该文阐述了香蕉茎叶等副产品在直接还田、堆制有机肥料、纤维利用、资源化、饲料化和食用菌培养基等方面的处理和利用研究进展。     

非计算机专VFP程序设计语言教学实践与探索

VFP程序设计语言是一种能处理大量的数据和进行管理系统开发的常用工具。它是很多高校非计算机专业的计算机基础课程，如何教好这门课程是计算机基础课教师非常关心的问题。本文对重视课前准备，精心制作多媒体课件、注重课堂教学，激发学习兴趣、重视上机实验指导、“无纸化”上机考核方式等几个方面进行了探讨。     

Liquid hydrogen as a fuel for the future

The use of liquid hydrogen as a long-term replacement for hydrocarbon fuel for land and air transportation seems technically feasible. It is an ideal fuel from the standpoint of a completely cyclic system, serving as a "working substance" in a closed chemical and thermodynamic cycle. The energy-per-unit-weight advantage (a factor of 3) over gasoline or any other hydrocarbon fuel makes liquid hydrogen particularly advantageous for air craft and long-range land transport. As a pollution-free fuel, it must be seriously considered as the logical replacement for hydrocarbons in the 21st century.     

A user-centric approach for information modelling in arable farming

Agriculture and farmers face a great challenge in effectively manage information both internally and externally in order to improve the economic and operational efficiency of operations, reduce environmental impact and comply with various documentation requirements. As a part of meeting this challenge, the flow of information between decisions processes defined as realizing a decision must be analyzed and modelled as a prerequisite for the subsequent design, construction and implementation of information systems.This paper defines the actors, their role and communication specifics associated with the various decision and control processes in farmers’ information management. Core-task analysis and core task demands from earlier research are utilised as premises for the modelling of information flow from the farmers’ point of view. A user-friendly generic FMIS design reference model is the primary objective for the study in which planning, execution and evaluation measures have been incorporated.A user-centric approach to model the information flows for targeted field operations is presented. The information models are centred around the farmer as the principal decision maker and involves external entities as well as mobile unit entities as the main information producers. This is a detailed approach to information modelling that will enable the generation of a Farm Management Information System in crop production.     

北京市农机小额贷款现状调查与发展建议

对北京市郊区县农机户、农机服务组织、农村商业银行、农机管理部门人员进行电话调研,了解了各类主体对农机小额贷款的需求、看法,以及小额贷款运行情况。经分析,认为农机户有较强的贷款潜在需求,但现实贷款利率高、担保难、贷款手续繁琐,以及银行认为农机行业较种养业回收期长不愿意放贷等因素制约着贷款需求的满足。要解决贷款难的问题,就要重点从降低贷款使用成本和银行贷款风险入手,通过建立第3方担保和补贴机制,兼顾贷款供需双方利益,从而让银行愿意放贷,农民能够贷到款,达到农机户小额贷款供需的平衡。     

Hyperbaric oxygenation: the eye as a limiting factor

In dogs exposed to 100 percent oxygen at 3 atmospheres absolute pressure for more than 4 hours, a characteristic retinal lesion, manifested as the cytoid-body change, occurs. The selectivity of this injury suggests that the eye may be used as a sensitive indicator and as a site for study of oxygen toxicity. The cytoid body, an entity of disputed genesis, was produced experimentally for the first time.

在森林资源永续的基础上,提出了可持续林业的林龄向量特征基础假设、数学模型、可持续程度及以抚育择伐为决策变量的森林资源可持续目标结构的逐步调整模型,就实现可持续森林结构调整模式的基本条件和构造前提进行了论证。     

Ngnochannel array glass

The fabrication and characterization of a glass containing a regular parallel array of submicrometer channels or capillaries are described. The capillaries are arranged in a two-dimensional hexagonal close packing configuration with channel diameters as small as 33 nanometers and packing densities as high as 3 x 10(10) channels per square centimeter. The high-temperature stability of the nanochannel glass array is well suited as a host or template for the formation of quantum confined semiconductor structures or as a mask for massively parallel patterned lithographic applications.     

源分离尿液替代化肥农业利用的前景及存在问题

源分离尿液中含有大量的氮、磷、钾等营养物质,具有资源性和污染性的双重特征。本文阐述了源分离尿液的特征,归纳了源分离尿液营养物质的回收以及尿液还田对农作物生长的影响,明确了现阶段人尿在农业利用上对土壤理化、药物积累等方面产生的主要问题,最后对源分离尿液替代化肥农业利用的前景进行了展望,指出源分离尿液在农业利用中的潜力,为人尿用作液体肥料科学还田提供了指导和借鉴。     

高校服务吉林省新农村建设的探讨

在吉林省大力推进新农村建设的背景下,通过对高校服务于新农村建设的情况进行调查和大量借鉴其它省份高校服务新农村建设的成功实例,总结出我省高校在服务新农村建设中存在的问题,提出一系列建议和对策,为我省高校服务新农村建设提供理论依据和实践参考。     

应用氨基酸分析技术识别进口鱼粉掺假的方法研究

应用氨基酸分析技术,不同国家（或地区）的不同种类鱼粉及其氨基酸组分、特征、规律与鱼粉的加工工艺,结果创立了以检测鱼粉中的特征氨基酸作为鱼粉中是否掺假的方法途径和技术步骤;系统地主有关研究鉴定进口鱼粉掺假的实验方法,分析依据、界定指标和测定验证结论为识别掺假鱼粉提供了可靠的检测手段和品质控制保证,对进口鱼粉的质量安全和检验工作具有直接的指导意义和实用价值。     

地方大学教师专业发展的叙事研究——以某省属大学Y教师为个案

采用个案研究与叙事研究相结合的方法,描述某省属大学Y教师从适应到提升五个阶段的专业发展历程,并对其专业发展的若干重要主题进行反思,得出相应的启示与建议。对于地方大学教师专业发展,教师个人的教师责任意识是根本,自主发展意识是关键,专业创新意识是动力。同时,地方高校及院（部）系应该完善岗位培训机制,提供科研条件和组织关怀,创造教育培训和进修机会,为本单位教师专业发展提供良好的外部环境。     

广东高等农业院校参与公益性农技推广人员培训的模式探索

农业现代化的发展和农业的创收在很大程度上取决于广大农技推广人员的科技水平.面对急需培训的农技推广人员队伍,在分析国内外高等农业院校参与公益性农技推广人员培训模式的基础上,提出依托广东高等农业院校成功的继续教育模式,建立农村远程培训的长效机制,建立农技人员培训网络平台,建设农技培训网络教学资源库,以及组织大型专题培训,普及推广现代农业技能等对策,从而解决目前培训模式中存在的时空限制、规模过小、互动性缺乏等问题.     

苹果用地适宜性评价——以甘肃为例

苹果生产和发展应遵循自然法则,作到适地适栽,才能发挥其高产优质的特点。苹果对气候 条件的要求,是长期发育过程中习得的一种特性,所以,常常从研究其原产地及分布地区的气候特点, 以及在各地生长结果表现,来决定各种苹果生长的适应范围,作为苹果的区划和发展时的参考。     

Sindbis virus mutants selected for rapid growth in cell culture display attenuated virulence in animals

Mutants of Sindbis virus were selected for rapid growth in baby hamster kidney (BHK) cell cultures and screened for attenuation of virulence in suckling mice. Comparisons among independently isolated virulent and attenuated strains, as well as a classical reversion analysis, showed that accelerated penetration of BHK cells was correlated with attenuation in vivo. Both phenotypic changes resulted from a reorganization of virion structure as detected by monoclonal antibodies. These results suggest that mutants selected for rapid growth in cell culture may be useful as attenuated vaccines and for studies of the molecular basis of virus pathogenesis.     

基于乡村发展的乡村景观多元价值体系构建研究

乡村景观多元价值体系是以乡村发展为主体的,以乡村景观作为价值客体的研究体系。它是乡村景观相关研究的基础性工作,是乡村景观评价的标准和乡村景观规划设计的理论基础。本文以乡村发展作为出发点和目标,从乡村发展的内在和外在需要,基于乡村发展的乡村景观价值、以及乡村景观价值取向的变迁和局限三个大的方面进行研究,最终构建具有科学性、实用性和可操作性的乡村景观多元价值体系所涵盖的四个价值领域。     

Ferroelectricity in ultrathin perovskite films

Understanding the suppression of ferroelectricity in perovskite thin films is a fundamental issue that has remained unresolved for decades. We report a synchrotron x-ray study of lead titanate as a function of temperature and film thickness for films as thin as a single unit cell. At room temperature, the ferroelectric phase is stable for thicknesses down to 3 unit cells (1.2 nanometers). Our results imply that no thickness limit is imposed on practical devices by an intrinsic ferroelectric size effect.

榕树的栽培史与榕树文化现象

中国南方地区有着悠久的植榕历史,文献资料考证始于汉代,历代得到广泛种植。在长期的植榕历史过程中,形成了一种独特的榕树文化现象。主要体现在：1．榕树崇拜：视榕树为神树、社树、风水树、佛教圣树、村落标志树、迁民怀祖树、吉祥及爱情树象征而祭拜;2．榕树文学：视榕树为表达情感的符号;3．榕树艺术：绘画、盆景艺术的表现题材;4．榕树地名：用榕树作某一地名的符号。     

论高粱的抗旱性及在旱区农业中的地位

 本文以笔者研究组多年研究结果为基础,以玉米为主要参比作物,就干旱逆境下高粱的产量表现、水分利用及抗旱特性进行了论述。认为高粱是一种综合抗旱能力很强的作物,尤其具有低耗水、高水分利用效率特性,其耐旱性显著高于玉米,也高于谷子和苜蓿,属于一种典型的模式抗旱作物,具有重要的生产和研究价值。指出高粱作为抗逆性很强的粮饲酿兼用作物,特别是作为一种能源植物,仍具良好的发展前景。建议今后在降水量低于450 mm、热量可满足生长的地区扩大高粱种植面积,同时加强对其整体抗旱性机理及抗旱基因组的研究。
