The dynamic characteristic of active isolation atuator on flexible foundations was studied under the installation of parallel structure and foundation cancellation.The influencing relationships between active isolation force of the different installation ways and passive isolation system and flexible foundation were analyzed and compared.Scientific basis for selecting installation ways of active isolator is provided in this paper.  相似文献

In this paper, a solution of propagation wave in an. unconstrained damping viscoelastic cylindrical shells of infinte length under forced vibration is derived by Fourier integral transform techniques. The power flow transmitted along it is analysed. The power flow in an elastic cylindrical shell and that in a viscoelastic shell are compared. The effects of vibration reduction in two viscoelastic shells with different thickness are compared. The results provide a reference for designer in structural vibration reduction.  相似文献

Two dimensional solid phononic crystals such as plates, shells can be widely applied to the control of vibration and noise as a kind of structural materials. It is very significant to study the band gaps in two dimensional phononic crystals to apply them in the vibration and noise control for structures and as a filter for acoustical signal. The multiple-scattering theory is integrated with wave equations to study the elastic wave band gaps in two-dimensional phononic crystals. The carbon/proxy system is used as numerical example. The results show that a full band gap is presented when carbon cylinder with high propagation velocity is arranged periodically in proxy with low propagation velocity.  相似文献

Continuous industries CIMS is a complex system consists of human and machines under certain environment. It has been proved that there is limitation to only pursue high degree intelligent system, so the idea of human machine can be used to research CIMS under system theory viewpoint. Combining advanced multi agent technology and theory, a human machine cooperation mechanism with agent as the middle medium is presented which can provide a more flexible information mutual interface. The robust control theory is used to solve the uncertainty of the optical extra-precise vibration isolation system. The wavelet theory is used to analyze the random vibration signal in the time-frequency domain and get the low frequency signal from the random vibration signal. The robust controller designed by the robust control theory is used to restrain the low frequency vibration. The active vibration isolation exploits the theory of robust control, which overcomes the uncertainty of model and the disturbance, and makes the control system to restrain the uncertainty of the model and the disturbance of the vibration. The simulation results prove that this method has shown good robustness and control precision in the vibration isolation of the optical extra-precise instrument and have good performance on restraining the low frequency vibration.  相似文献

Since the wind turbines are installed on the flexible support tower, the drive train of the wind turbines runs under severe work conditions with varying wind directions and loads. So its failure rate is high and it is the bottle neck of the wind power development. This work presents a study which takes the coupling effect of oscillating of tower barrel and the twisting vibration of driven train into account. Using the lumped parameter method, a coupled dynamic model for the megawatt wind turbine drive train is built by considering the flexible tower barrel support effects. Then, the dynamic characteristics of the megawatt wind turbine drive train are analyzed. The Campbell chart is used in this research to analyze the potential resonance points. And the potential resonance frequencies between the cutting in and cutting out rotational speed of the drive train are obtained. Finally, Simpack is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of drive train and verify the correctness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The evolvement of rock damage struck by a high pressure water jet is characterized by nonlinear properties, thus making it a complicated dynamic problem. Based on a nonlinear finite element and elastic plasticity theory, a computational model was established. The dynamic load striking the rock by a high pressure water jet was simulated by the dynamic contact method. Furthermore, the propagation of a stress wave in the same rock was simulated at different impact velocities. The results show that the propagation velocity of a stress wave is proportional to the impact velocity of the high pressure water jet. The effects of a stress wave in sandstone and coal impacted by high pressure water jets of the same velocity were simulated.The effect of a stress wave in coal was stronger than in sandstone, while the region of propagation of stress wave in coal was smaller.  相似文献

A power model of a CNC machine tool feed system is proposed based on analyzing the power characteristic of each component in the CNC machine tool feed system. And the tarepower characteristic and its dominant affecting factors are analyzed by using the power model. The analysis results show that the tarepower of feed system is a monotone increasing quadratic function in term of the feed speed. Meanwhile, the feed speed and load mass both affect tarepower, but the influence of load mass is minuteness. Some experiments are conducted on a 3-axis CNC milling and the experimental results justify the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

A novel method simulating a brushless direct current(DC) motor was presented, based on principles of hybrid system modeling and finite state machine theory. Brushless DC motor control mainly focuses on controlling the on/off condition and power switch duration. Modes of control therefore can be defined by corresponding states, and the states can be combined as a finite state machine. This approach uses the popular Simulink/Stateflow simulation method to control brushless DC motor loops. A three phase brushless DC motor was analyzed to illustrate the process of model building with Simulink/Stateflow. The analysis demonstrates the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

针对一级行星两级平行轴风电齿轮传动系统,综合考虑齿轮时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、传递误差等因素,建立31个自由度的弯扭轴耦合集中参数动力学模型,采用变步长Runge-Kutta法对系统动力学微分方程进行求解,得出齿轮传动系统各级传动误差;借助软件建立风电齿轮箱刚柔耦合动力学模型,并导入传动误差,采用模态叠加法求得齿轮箱轴承支反力,并将其作为声振耦合模型的边界条件,采用声学有限元法对风电齿轮箱进行振动噪声预估,并与试验结果对比分析,两者吻合良好。  相似文献

A mathematical model of rock breaking under pulsed jet is established by introducing the Johnson-Holmquist-Concrete constitutive relation and the smoothed particle hydrodynamics method. Based on this model, the formation, propagation and attenuation of stress wave during rock breaking by pulsed jet are simulated. The relations between pressure and time at different points on rock surface and the curve of peak stress wave versus distance to action spot are obtained. Destruction behaviors of rock under pulsed jet and effects on stress wave effect from jet velocity and lithology are studied according to the above calculation results, analysis results show that stress wave effect of pulsed jet acts locally and the peak stress wave shrinks sharply as the acting distance increases. The rock breaking mechanism of stress wave is tensile failure during the high speed process of load-unload. Power and effect range of stress wave is in high direct proportion with jet velocity. There is a threshold velocity before the macroscopic failure. Rocks of different lithologies have different destruction types under pulsed stress wave of pulsed jet. Destruction type of low strength rock like sandstone is crack propagation under the tensile stress during the high speed process of load-unload, while the destruction type of high strength brittle rocks like granite and limestone is vertical failure of stress concentration.  相似文献

The cable's motion was modeled by a spring-mass-damper system. The flow field was calculated by RSM combined with the enhanced wall function model and the vibration equation of the cable was solved by the Four Step Runge-Kutta Algorithm, which was written into FLUENT software to be analyzed. It was adopted to analyse the factors influencing vortex-induced vibration of submerged floating tunnel cable, such as mass ratio, damping ratio of the cable and whether to consider streamline movement. The main conclusion included: mass ratio has little influence on the transverse vortex induced vibration amplitude of the cable, but has a big influence on the region of the reduced velocity; damping ratio almost has little influence on the region of the reduced velocity of cable's viv, but has an influence on the cable's vibration amplitude significantly; In the case of low-mass ratio, considered the impact of the cable streamline movement, the transverse vortex-induced vibration amplitude is bigger than not considered the case.  相似文献

The effect of damping on vibration is analyzed during the suspension deformation based on the 1/4 vehicle model. The Fuzzy logic control strategy for the semi-active suspension was proposed. By means of dissipating the energy of vibration and decreasing the peak value of the body acceleration via the action of damping, the parameter-self-adjust fuzzy controller was established. The united simulation of ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink were used for demonstrating the efficiency of the controller. Comparing with the practical passive suspension possessing the nonlinear character and the present fuzzy controller, the control system based on the new-style strategy provides better ride comfort and road handling.  相似文献

The application of non-linear load produces a mass of harmonics. The AC voltage meter and the AC current meter used in power system are usually rectifying instruments, which adopt principle of responding to the average value of voltage and current and get the virtual value by using of the proportion between the average value and it. Because they are designed based on the 50 Hz standard sinuous wave, the principle error will occur when the voltageof power system and the current of loads include harmonic. Based on their working principle, this kind of error is analyzed quantificationally. And the result shows that it can not be neglected. Monolayer cable net system for point - supported glass facade is a kind of flexible tension structures with relatively strong nonlinearity. Its stiffness greatly depends on the pretension in cables. Yet there are few literatures at present reported on its dynamic properties. The characteristic of modal analysis for flexible pre - stressed structures such as cable structures is expatiated herein. Corresponding program was developed to analyze two important factors such as pretension and geometric nonlinearity for dynamic behaviors of cable net herein. It is demonstrated that large errors are brought about by omitting nonlinearity. There exists apparent nonlinear relationship between vibration frequency and pretension in cables. The influence of pretension and geometric nonlinearity on the dynamic properties of cable net is in coordination with each other.  相似文献

Low strain dynamic testing on actual pile was conducted to investigate if the wave velocity is varied in the installed pre-cast pile.It was found that the wave velocity of the pile is raised along with time.The analysis has been carried out through with one dimension and three dimension stress wave propagation theories.Among various factors influencing the rise of wave velocity,the factor of the side soil contribution is the chief one.The soil around the pile works jointly with the pile,as if to enlarge the section size of the pile.Both the increase of wave velocity and the bearing capacity of pile are consistent.So the time effect of wave velocity can be used to study the time effect of bearing capacity of the pile and to determine the bearing capacity of piles.  相似文献

Cone enveloping cylindrical worm in traction machine as instance, theoretical analysis on cylindrical worm transmission has been theoretically analyzed, and efficiency test and load capability test of traction machine with YJ240 cylindrical worm have been done on open power gear experimental instrument. According to the experimental data, it indicates cylindrical worm have some weaknesses on load capability, efficiency, adjustment possibility of tooth backlash and so on. Therefore, on purpose of improving integral performance of traction machine, face worm with variable tooth thickness may be used as primary drive mechanism in traction machine instead of cylindrical worm.  相似文献

为研究辛夷滤嘴降低卷烟烟气中的有害成分,将辛夷滤嘴卷烟与空白样进行对比分析;用吸烟机捕集卷烟烟气,收集主流烟气的总粒相物,用超声波萃取方法对收集烟气粒相物的剑桥滤片进行萃取,分析烟气中的常规成分(烟碱、焦油、水分),并用GC/MS联用仪定量、定性分析烟气化学成分;与空白样对比,辛夷滤嘴卷烟对烟碱、总粒相物、焦油量有降低作用,降低率分别为8.14% 、12.62%和14.54%;对烟气中的一些有害成分,特别是促癌、致癌的酚类物质的截留效果比较明显,苯酚降低56.8%,对甲苯酚降低32.8%,4-乙基间苯二酚降低50%,2,2'-亚甲基双-(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)降低-29.0%;结果表明,添加辛夷的卷烟滤棒能有效的降低烟气中的有害成分,符合“中式卷烟”的发展方向。  相似文献
