选择松辽黑猪、大白×松辽黑猪。长白山野猪X松辽黑猪×松辽黑猪、巴克夏×松辽黑猪组合的育肥猪各16头,饲养于同一条件,测定生长性能,达到100kg左右体重时每个组合选择3头猪进行屠宰,测定胴体性能取肉样进行肉质测定。结果表明,大白×松辽黑猪组合生长速度最快,长白山野猪×松辽黑猪×松辽黑猪组合生长最慢;大白×松辽黑猪组合屠宰率最高,松辽黑猪屠宰率最低,瘦肉率各组差异不显著;各组肉质指标均达到优质水平,松辽黑猪失水率显著低于杂交组合组。建议大中小型养殖企业生产优质肉猪选用大白×松辽黑猪组合;中小型企业生产特色肉猪选甩长白山野猪×松辽黑猪×松辽黑猪组合;大中型养殖企业生产高档猪肉选用巴克夏×松辽黑猪组合。 相似文献

试验选用外来长白公猪、大约克公猪和皮特兰公猪与嘉兴黑猪新品系母猪进行二元杂交并进行育肥对比试验。结果表明 :(1)嘉兴黑猪新品系母猪与外来公猪杂交 ,可显著提高杂种猪的瘦肉率 ,平均为 5 5 .4 5 % ,与当前生产上广泛推广应用的杜长嘉三元杂种猪瘦肉率 (5 5 % )相当。 (2 )在所有杂交组合中 ,以长白公猪×嘉兴黑猪新品系母猪的杂交组合效果最佳 ,表现为生长快 (日增重 6 34.15 9g) ,每 kg增重耗料最低 (3.0 73kg) ,瘦肉率较高 (5 5 .4 3% )。 相似文献

试验随机选取6头关中黑猪育肥猪进行屠宰,测定其屠宰性能和肉质性状,为关中黑猪的提纯复壮和保种利用提供指导依据.结果表明,屠宰体重为95.29 kg时,屠宰率为74.61%,腿臀比例为27.23%;瘦肉率和脂肪率分别为48.96%,33.96%,背膘厚为37.46mm,眼肌面积为24.20 cm2.关中黑猪肉色评分3.53,大理石纹3.75;肌内脂肪含量为5.2%,肌纤维直径为64.8μm;关中黑猪肌内脂肪酸主要有十六酸和十八酸组成,饱和脂肪酸含量、单不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为41.43%,55.22%,3.37%;关中黑猪背最长肌氨基酸中必需氨基酸占34%,鲜味氨基酸占39%.试验结果提示,关中黑猪胴体性能的一些指标较早期研究有所退化,但仍保持了其肉质优良的特性. 相似文献

为更好地保护和开发利用湖北省优良地方猪种,满足优质种猪需求及多元化优质猪肉消费市场需求,本研究以地方品种恩施黑猪为基础,引入梅山猪和培育品种湖北白猪血缘,开展了硒都黑猪新品种培育。通过杂交亲本选择、杂交育种、基础群组建及6个世代的持续选育,新品种初产母猪总产仔数11.29±2.16头/窝、产活仔数10.74±2.06头/窝,经产母猪总产仔数12.67±2.43头/窝、产活仔数11.71±2.27头/窝;达90 kg体重日龄178.3±14.16 d,育肥期日增重646.77±47.16 g、饲料转化率2.84±0.22;体重达100 kg左右时屠宰,屠宰率70.63±2.14%,瘦肉率52.96±2.45%,肌内脂肪含量3.42±0.34%。硒都黑猪新品种的培育完全利用国内自有资源,充分发挥了亲本优势,繁殖性能好、生长速度适中、肉质优良,且耐粗饲、适应性良好,其育成将给我国地方猪的开发与利用、发展优质猪生产提供新的思路。 相似文献

为了比较松辽黑猪、雷香猪、杜长大白猪肉质性状及肌肉营养成分,选取松辽黑猪、雷香猪、杜长大白猪进行屠宰,对肉质性状、肌肉氨基酸及脂肪酸含量进行测定,结果表明:松辽黑猪剪切力、肌内脂肪含量显著高于杜长大白猪(P<0.05),熟肉率显著高于雷香猪(P<0.05),雷香猪剪切力、肌内脂肪含量极显著高于杜长大白猪(P<0.01);松辽黑猪和雷香猪肌肉中丙氨酸含量极显著高于杜长大白猪(P<0.01),甘氨酸含量松辽黑猪显著高于雷香猪(P<0.05),极显著高于杜长大白猪(P<0.01);雷香猪亚油酸含量显著低于杜长大白猪(P<0.05)。文章对优质高端黑猪肉生产群体的选择提供了参考。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to examine the health and meat production of cloned sows
and their progenies in order to demonstrate the application of somatic cell cloning to the
pig industry. This study compared the growth, reproductive performance, carcass
characteristics and meat quality of Landrace cloned sows, F1 progenies and F2 progenies.
We measured their body weight, growth rate and feed conversion and performed a
pathological analysis of their anatomy to detect abnormalities. Three of the five cloned
pigs were used for a growth test. Cloned pigs grew normally and had characteristics
similar to those of the control purebred Landrace pigs. Two cloned gilts were bred with a
Landrace boar and used for a progeny test. F1 progenies had characteristics similar to
those of the controls. Two of the F1 progeny gilts were bred with a Duroc or Large White
boar and used for the progeny test. F2 progenies grew normally. There were no biological
differences in growth, carcass characteristics and amino acid composition among cloned
sows, F1 progenies, F2 progenies and conventional pigs. The cloned sows and F1 progenies
showed normal reproductive performance. No specific abnormalities were observed by
pathological analysis, with the exception of periarteritis in the F1 progenies. All pigs
had a normal karyotype. These results demonstrate that cloned female pigs and their
progenies have similar growth, reproductive performance and carcass quality
characteristics and that somatic cell cloning could be a useful technique for conserving

This study aims to compare the meat quality of Shaziling and Yorkshire pigs and to find the potential indicator in serum for superior meat quality. The objective of this study was to obtain heritability estimates for longevity (length of life, length of productive life, number of litters) and lifetime productivity traits (lifetime pig production, lifetime pig efficiency, lifetime litter efficiency) and genetic correlation between them and litter size at first farrowing, growth (ADG), backfat thickness (BF), loin depth, lean meat percentage (LMP), phenotypic selection index (PSI), and exterior in 19423 Polish Landrace (L) and 16049 Polish Large White (LW) sows. Heritabilities for longevity and lifetime productivity traits were 0.10–0.13 for L sows and 0.09–0.11 for LW sows depending on the trait definition. The genetic correlations among these traits were all high and positive, ranging from 0.76 to 0.99. Antagonistic genetic correlations (?0.21 to ?0.26) were found between longevity traits and PSI and LMP in LW sows, while in L sows the respective parameters were lower and not significant for length of productive life. The number of live‐born piglets in the first litter was positively correlated with lifetime pig production and lifetime pig efficiency in both breeds. The genetic correlations of longevity and lifetime pig production with ADG, BF, loin depth and exterior were small, and in most cases, not significant. 相似文献
