The conception of virtual logistics and virtual logistics enterprise are introduced,and the importance of information technology in virtual logistics organization is indicated.Then the four layer structure of the support system of virtual logistics enterprise is propaed,which are information collection technical,information share technical,information disposal technical and the theory and methods of information management.The five-layer construction of information system of virtual logistics enterprises is built.This paper can be of instructive significance to the building of the virtual logistics enterprise's information platform.     

Exploration of Constructions of Enterprise Knowledge Management Systems

knowledge management is an effective method to improve the enterprise's competitive ability. To construct knowledge system is the base for the performance of knowledge management. According to the theory and method of system engineering, information system and information management, this paper gives an architecture of enterprise knowledge management system basing on management information system. The architecture includes several main parts, such as knowledge base, knowledge base management system, people for knowledge management and users. A function structure of knowledge management system is given too.     

Enterprise Information Engineering Model and Its Integrated Support Environment

By analyzing the process of enterprise information engineering construction and intra relationship among information system requirement, business process modeling, application system constructing and project management, one of 4 meta model composed of requirement engineering, process engineering, application system engineering and support engineering is proposed for enterprise information engineering. The developments and applications of the business processes and its application systems are integrated into the same development space and application space. Basing on this, a prototype system composed of requirement modeling environment, business process modeling environment, application system modeling environment, and support engineering environment has been designed and built, which is used for supporting enterprise information engineering constructing. It is valued for the enterprise information engineering construction in our country.     

上海都市现代农产品市场渠道拓展的研究进展

为了拓展适合上海现代农产品市场流通渠道的方法,从农产品运销组织、批发市场、配送中心、物流龙头企业、物流运输等角度,对上海现代农产品市场物流组织的现状进行了归纳整理。通过实地调查分析,指出上海农产品市场物流存在着营销企业规模小、缺乏规范运作能力,缺少第三方大型农产品物流企业,冷链、保鲜技术相对滞后,组织化水平较低、缺少农民专业营销合作组织等的主要问题。最终提出了合理发展新型农产品物流业态、发展专业农协组织物流、培育第三方物流企业、扶持农产品物流运输业、加强农产品物流供应链科学管理、提高农业物流企业管理人员素质等的拓展现代农产品市场流通渠道的综合对策,供政府和农业流通企业的决策参考。     

Performance Evaluating Index and Method on Inventory Management of Supply Chain

The inventory management in supply chain is one of the most important aspect of supply chain management. As the organization and the management mode of the enterprise in supply chain has changed, the inventory management in supply chain is different from the traditional inventory management for single enterprise. The effective inventory management in supply chain can improve the agility and more quickly response to the market. Considering the present problems in the inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method. It is evaluated the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method, and it is applied to an example.     

虚拟物流在国际配送中的应用研究

为了有效整合社会闲散的物流资源,提高企业的国际竞争力,实现高速、安全、低成本的虚拟国际配送,运用SWOT分析法论证了虚拟物流应用于国际配送的可行性,并系统的描述了虚拟国际配送中心的运作模式、业务流程、组织结构设计和运作流程,最后提出从企业和政府两个方面来构建虚拟物流应用于国际配送中的保障措施。     

Integration framework and implementation technologies of integrated workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise

According to the urgent need for motorcycle parts enterprise to improve the ability of information exchange and business collaboration between the production process and other links such as the marketing, design, production planning, outsourcing, purchasing and delivering, an integration framework of the intergraded workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise is presented. It can be integrated with the designing and production planning management systems upwards, the workshop equipments and workers downwards, and the subcontract production and supply chain management systems outwards. Then, some key technologies are studied, such as the realization scheme of system integration based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the data integration and sharing mechanism of heterogeneous information system based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and the real-time interaction technology of workshop information based on the multi-functional interactive information terminals, etc. Finally, the system is developed and successfully applied in a motorcycle parts enterprise, and good results are obtained.     

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Efficiency of Business Process

Efficiency of business process has a direct impact on the performance of the enterprise, and accordingly it is also influenced by the multiple factors within the enterprise. The article, with a structured method, analyzed various kinds of problems in the operations of business processes, and illustrated the influences between and among strategy, organization structure, management pattern, human resource and technology, etc. As to the approach of influences of relevant factors on process, the article discussed a basic thought to implement business process improvement, and put for ward an integrated solution involving enterprise strategy planning, business process, and organizational facilities. Meanwhile, a concise analysis was made on relationship between process analysis and informatization. It was given that business improvement was a fundamental and important part of the informatization of the enterprise.     

云南省低成本农业农村信息化模式研究

云南省受经济水平、基础设施以及农民科技素质的限制,农业农村信息化建设相对落后。本研究总结形成了以政府为主导的和以企业为主导的2种农业农村低成本信息化模式。以政府为主导的信息化模式是以县域为中心,构建县域农业科技信息服务平台和信息服务体系,以网络、短信、硬盘播放器等多技术融合为手段,以项目共建共享为途径,采用一站多用方式,实现信息进村入户;以企业为主导的信息化模式,是针对云南省网络覆盖不全面地区,以企业为中心,围绕农业标准化生产和产业化发展需求,建设企业集群服务器和信息服务平台,采用无线通信技术和无线覆盖技术,实现对企业生产基地和加盟农户的网络信息全覆盖。2种模式相互结合,较好地解决了西部边疆民族地区因经济条件、基础设施和农民素质造成的信息化建设最后一公里问题。     

VMI Model Based on Internet/Intranet

Vendor managed inventory(VMI) embodies the integrated idea of the supply chain management system, and it will reduce the cost of consumer and supplier if the VMI is applied successfully. The work efficiency is greatly affected because the allied suppliers must send people to the enterprise to manage inventory, implement the decision of the stock-in-trade and distill the payment for goods in the traditional VMI model. The decisions are always different because of analyzing the inventory information asynchronously between the main enterprise and the suppliers. A new VMI model based on Internet/Intranet was presented and introduced the framework,functions,the characters of technologies and hiberarchies in detail by analyzing the existing problems from the traditional VMI model. Finally the application of VMI is presented on the background of the enterprise.     

The Multi-view Concept Model and Operation Mode of Agile Virtual Enterprise

Agile virtual enterprise (AVE) is an important organization mode of 21 st century and an important method to response quickly to the changes of the market as well. Based on the analysis of the connotation of AVE and the differences between traditional enterprises and AVE, through a variety of views including function view, human/organization view, process/control view, information view, and resources view, the concept model of AVE is established. A variety of issues during the lifecycle of the AVE are also researched. The operation mode of the AVE and the questions that must be paid attention to are presented. This is helpful to understand and master the meaning and feathers of AVE, and to the practice of AVE in China, which will contribute to the improvement of compete ability of Chinese enterprises.

This article summarizes the theory achievements,arguments,the investment and ownership concentration model which studied in investment-cash flow and the stockholder's rights structure questions.The financing restraint is explained.The special social stratum shareholder is elaborated which influences relation between investment and internal cash flow by the financing restraint existing in the enterprise,the management opportunism hypothesis and the information assymetrical theory separately.Finally the authors induce and study the real diagnosis model of the supposition(above).The model is important for the empirical study of ownership structure influencing to corporate investment.

Concurrent Design of the Petroleum Equipment CAD System

Military petroleum equipment is one of main logistical equipment. The characteristics and organization of the petroleum equipment are analyzed and the design flow chart and concurrent design frame of the petroleum equipment CAD system is built up . The CAD system includes three subsystems, which are engineering subsystem, management subsystem and supporting environmental system. A solid model, assembly structure and strength of oil tank in vehicle are analyzed by integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software I-DEAS. Through concurrent design environment, design efficiency and quality of petroleum equipment are greatly improved.     

Enterprise Resouce Planning and the Data Warehouse

The traditional Enterprise Resouce Planning system belongs to the typical on-line transaction processing (OLTP) system. It just offers a management platform where enterprise policy-making level and staff can make decisions, but it can not offer necessary information satisfied for making decisions directly. The traditional ERP system is a very good back-office management system, but the developing enterprises need the ERP system with the front-office management function at the same time. The traditional ERP system integrated with data warehouse can realize the function change greatly because DW can remedy the limitations of the traditional ERP system. DW, integrated with the traditional ERP system in the way of system structure, can analyze the data drew from the ERP system, and deposit these sample data and analyzed results into itself so that users can inquire these later. It can help users find the potential value of data accumulated in the traditional ERP system, and then it can help enterprise gain extensive competition advantages for a long time.     

Key Technologies and Application Study on Networked Roadway Design Project Management

Aiming at the urgent requirements of project management from roadway design enterprises, key technologies and application of networked roadway design project management are studied. First, requirements analysis and a general technology scheme are proposed for networked roadway design project management. Next, key technologies are studied systematically, including workflow analysis and improvement, networked and dynamic project monitoring and coordinating, and integrated project information management. Based on the key technologies, an application system of networked roadway design project management is developed and applied in some real projects of roadway engineering design. A case study is presented to illustrate the management process based on the networked project management system. The engineering applications show that the system can effectively improve the management efficiency, reasonably configure and optimize design resource, monitor and coordinate project plan and schedule, and accurately evaluate the performance of design team members.     

北京郊区自然资源与社会经济信息管理平台建设的研究

为提高北京农村和农业的决策分析能力,进一步整合与开发郊区信息资源,建设了北京郊区自然资源与社会经济信息管理平台。首先,从结构体系、数据组织、功能模块、监测范围和监测内容方面详细阐述了系统平台结构与内容;其次,开展了数据标准化处理、多源异构数据融合、空间一体化存储与管理、数据快速采集与更新等平台技术体系研究;最后,指出了平台运行与日常维护工作并讨论了平台建设存在的问题。结果表明：系统平台经过5年建设与运行实现了郊区信息资源的定性分析、定量计算和直观展示相结合的空间一体化管理模式,对北京社会主义新农村建设和基层三农发展具有重要的现实意义。     

Dynamic Management of Engineering Cost Based on Internet in Construction Company
