Feature-based Surface Model Reconstruction Technique

Surface reconstruction is reproduction process of geometric topology information and feature bases on surface practicality model. The quality of surface reconstruction directly influences performance of production, analysis and manufacture. To improve quality of design and meet requirement of fair, precision, it's researched by the numbers the geometric modeling and constraint of surface reconstruction. Feature-based surface model reconstruction technique is discussed in this article. Combine with 3D model design of motor body covering, an engineering application is given finally.

Through a historical review of China old city reconstruction and practices in cityplanning,this paper presents six basic problems in old city reconstruction.     

Surface Reconstruction and Application Based on Shape Constraints

On the base of the fairing of free-form surface reconstruction from 3D data points, this paper probes one method based on shape constraints. By making physical model as objective function and using geometric constraints, free form surface reconstruction is realized based on the idea of energy optimization. This method is not only beneficial to the connection of the reconstruction surface and CAD/CAM system, but also to the integration of design, manufacturing and inspection.     

Research on the Relation between Motives and Performance of Reconstruction of Listed Companies in China

More and more reconstruction events happened in China, it becomes a hot point. Lots of literatures are about reconstruction theory, reconstruction motives, reconstruction modes, reconstruction performance, but no one is a bout the relation between reconstruction motives and its performance. This paper takes those companies in Shenzhen Exchange reconstructed in 1999 as study samples, groups them on its reconstruction motive and analyzes their reconstruction performance by financial data before and after reconstruction. It is pointed out that the relation between reconstruction motives and performance.     

Analysis of Urban Reconstruction Based on Game Theory

The management of urban reconstruction is a process of game between the government and developers.It is helpful that the interest and its equilibrium for the relative parties involved in the reconstruction process are considered during the formation of government policy.This paper analyzes the environment for the policy constitution and establishes a model for strategy making based on the game theory.This model provides a basic foundation to improve the management ability of the government in the reconstruction process.Finally,in this paper some strategic issues are suggested to cope with the challenges from urban reconstruction in China.

Countermeasure Research on the Drainage and Water-logging Prevention of Coastal Cities:A Case Study of Yingping District in Xiamen

According to the drainage problems emerging from the several torrential rainstorm in domestic coastal cities in the last two years, especially the issues that the drainage and waterlogging prevention of coastal cities are susceptible to the tide level of open seas, this paper took the reconstruction of Yingping District in Xiamen, a typical coastal area, as a case study, analyzed the main waterlogging causes of the district under the influences of the average annual tide level and storm tide caused by typhoon with the application of drainage model, and came up with reasonable implementation strategies for reconstruction;besides, this paper also assessed and divided the waterlogging risks of the district under the influences of storm tide and applied engineering measures as well as non-engineering measures to prevent the urban cities from water-logging hazards. It is expected that the study would provide reference for the reconstruction of coastal cities in drainage and water-logging prevention.     

Some Ideas on Reconstruction of Villages inside the City

In this paper, the historical reasons of formation of the village inside the city are analyzed. It is indicated that such situation for the villages inside the city are the result of joint action of both the villagers and the government. The foundation of villages inside the city laid on the simple compensation for farmers in confiscating the rural land and lack of intelligence aids. In this paper, the ideas and measures for their reconstruction are put forward based on consideration of the reasons of their formation and difficulties in the reconstruction.     

All-around 3D plant modeling system using multiple images and its composition

In this study, we developed an all-around 3D plant modeling system that operates using images and is capable of measuring plants non-destructively without any contact. During the fabrication of this device, we selected a method capable of performing 3D model reconstruction from multiple images. We then developed an improved SfM-MVS (Structure from Motion / Multi-View-Stereo) method that enables 3D reconstruction by simply capturing images with a camera. The resulting image-based method offers a high degree of freedom because the hardware and software can comprise commercially available products, and it permits the use of one or more cameras according to the shape and size of the plant. The advantages of the image-based method are that 3D reconstruction can be conducted at any time as long as the images are already taken, and that the desired locations can be observed, measured, and analyzed from 2D images and a 3D point cloud. The device we developed is capable of 3D measurements and modeling of plants from a few millimeters to 2.4 m of height using this method. This article explains this device, the principles of its composition, and the accuracy of the models obtained from it.

联合局部和全局稀疏表示的磁共振图像重建方法

针对在压缩传感中独立使用全局或局部稀疏字典所分别导致的图像细节或整体图像结构信息的丢失,提出了一种联合利用局部和全局稀疏约束来捕捉磁共振图像细节和整体结构信息的磁共振图像重建算法。该算法首先从特定的磁共振图像中训练出稀疏字典,然后利用该字典进行局部稀疏编码。其次,利用预定义的全局字典来加强磁共振图像的全局稀疏性。最后,在局部和全局稀疏的共同约束下,利用非线性共轭梯度算法来对重建模型进行求解。整个重建过程可以重复迭代以逐步改善重建质量。实验结果表明：当下采样因子达到10时,相比于字典学习算法（dictionary learning MRI,DLMRI）,提出的算法在重建质量上可以提高1-6 dB。

在搭建乡村振兴战略视野下的文化转型理论框架基础上,进行乡村文化现代性重塑问题分析,探索乡村文化的现代性重塑路径。通过分析乡村文化现代性重塑的内在契合逻辑,分析乡村文化现代性重塑的必要性和紧迫性,按照明晰主体、确定目标、探索路径的逻辑思路,建立起符合中国国情且具有操作性的意识形态共识、制度安排、政策实施和治理运行的乡村文化自信重塑策略体系;明确“现代乡民”是乡村文化重塑的主体,通过增强文化认同、培育“现代乡民”、文化创新与文化整合并重等方式,达成文化自信。     

非稳沉采煤沉陷区生态修复探讨

以淮南市为例分析非稳沉采煤沉陷区的地表沉陷及其对生态环境影响,充分、科学、合理的利用沉陷区受损废弃的水土资源,将生态重构与环境治理修复及农业发展紧密结合,在调查分析淮南市土地沉陷与治理现状的基础上,提出非稳沉采煤沉陷区生态重构应遵循的基本原则,探索非稳沉采煤沉陷区生态修复、生态农业及生态景观的构建模式,力求实现生态环境修复与农业发展和生态景观的优化耦合,促进生态功能提升,为安徽省乃至全国同类地区的生态修复提供示范。     

灾区农民心理对农业重建的影响及对策

摘要： 作者根据一年来在地震灾区的农业重建和新品种、新技术推广工作体会,以及对广大村民认真的分类调查研究,归纳出当前农村尤其是灾区农民的社会心理状态对农业重建和新品种、新技术推广的影响 ,并提出相应的对策和措施。这对于今后在广大农村,特别是在灾区从事农业重建及农技推广工作的社会机构和人员,有一定的参考价值。     

Analysis of cross-plane electrode arrays for electrical impedance tomography

A cross-plane electrical impedance tomography system is constructed to solve the problem of the conventional planar electrode array. This system consists of four planar and eight axial cross imaging planes composing from 65 electrodes. The Tikhonov regularization algorithm is adopted for image reconstruction in simulation and flume experiment. Comparison between the reconstruction result and the original object shows that the cross-plane reconstruction method in three-dimensional space provides higher spatial resolution and position accuracy. In addition, it effectively reduces the amount of computation, and reveals great prospect for the application of clinical examination and monitoring.     

An Image Reconstruction Fast Algorithm Based on Orthogonal Wavelets Derived from Symmetric Scale Functions

A new image reconstruction algorithm is presented, based on orthogonal wavelets derived from symmetric scale functions. The analysis and practice show that the method lessens greatly the computational time,and improves the reconstruction quality.

Regeneration -degree is the reflection of rationality in urban regeneration, which contains the degree of preserving the current situation and the achieved degree after regeneration. Application and Test Analysis of Anti-float Anchor in Submerged Square

In this paper, based on the reconstruction project of the bar in Shekou, Shenzhen, under the action of circular loads, the ultimate bearing capacity and the stress along the anti-float anchor were tested and the change of the loading was analyzed in an in-situ test, which may be taken as reference for other similar projects with the same strata.     

Energy Efficiency Analysis of Heating System in the Birdhouse

In this paper the problem of energy consumption and environment in the birdhouse is introduced and the reconstructive measures aiming at energy savings are recommended. The measures include the limitation of temperature region, reconstruction of the building envelop and using the sunny board at the south side of the birdhouse roof. Finally, the energy efficiency of the reconstructive project is estimated.
