The Effects of Internal Governance Mechanism on Technological Innovation of the Stated-Owned Enterprises:An Empirical Study

Combining the resource-based view and corporate governance perspective and strategic management theory, the paper studies the effects of internal governance mechanism on technological innovation of the stated-owned enterprises. It is found that a significant and positive association among technological innovation, firm' s ROA, leadership structure and asset-debt ratio. Although the ownership concentration provides a negative effect, it is no evidence thats firm' s technological innovation is related to the firm' s shares holded by top management.     

Research on Market Targeting Model of Selecting Manager and Cooperation Mechanism in Commercial Bank Based on Stock Option

Selecting manager by market and improving team cooperation efficiency are two basal tasks to construct an effective human resource management system of commercial bank in China,but there are the limitations the traditional methods in explaining the players' cooperation.The paper constructs a market targeting model of selecting manager of commercial bank and a game model of team cooperation based on stock option,and then the talent identification mode and team cooperation mechanism in commercial bank are established.It is concluded that talented managers is selected but talent-less is refused owing to stock option incentive mechanism,and employee and managers holding stock plan is an incentive force to whole team if residual remains of shareholder is less than half team residual remains.     

Analysis of the Impact of Ownership Structure on the External Corporate Governance

Taking-over market, the main component of external corporate governance, affects the performance of corporate governance significantly. Through taking-over activities between companies, the market assumes its role in the governance mechanism. This paper analyzes the taking-over market of listed company in China from the view of ownership structure. By looking into the indirect taking-over activities between companies, the authors research the impact of specific ownership structure on the effectiveness of external corporate governance deriving from such activities. It is concluded that innovation of ownership structure is the key for taking-over market to take its role in external corporate governance more effectively.     

Preliminary Study of Relational Contract in Construction

The interest of the parties in construction industry is detached under the traditional contracting model.Non-cooperation,malignant competition and suits bring on high exchange cost,wasting of resources and higher risks.As a new contracting model,relational contract aggregates all parties' interest objective and circulates under a flexible agreement frame.It includes Partnering,Alliance,Long-term Contract and Joint-Venturing with their own characters and merits.This paper analyzed the obstacles of applying relational contract in practice in China and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.     

Analysis on the Ownership Structures of American Listed Companies and Its Enlightenments

The authors investigate the ownership structures about American stock corporations and think that the successful experiences based on institutional arrangements for the ownership structures of American listed companies and the way to carry out ownership authorities will give some following enlightenments for Chinese stock companies to perfect their ownership structures:Let all kinds of equity ownerships tradable completely,some ownership diffused or concentrated should be determined by market.To decentralize and transform the state-owned ownership through in the competitive industries,and the ownerships should be mainly holded among legal investors,strategic investors, individuals,employees,managers,foreign investors. The following results are realized to develop perfect law and regulate systems with the function enhancing fair competition and make ownership structure,corporate governance mechanism,all markets,corporate performance interact profitably.     

An Empirical Analysis on the Connection between China''s Stock Market and Economic Growth

The connection between China's Stock Market and Economic Growth is always regarded by economic and finances studies. For the time limit of the developing of stock market and the difficulty of data's collection, it is still in studying that the connection between stock market and economic growth, especially the causation versus regression. By the method of Demirguc - Kunt and Levine,this paper empirically tests the connection between China's stock market and economic growth on the season serial data from 1995 to 2000.The test indicates that there are insignificant between them.

The conclusion is that the relationship economic growth between stock market is unilateral.     

Empirical Analysis on Stock Market and Real Estate Market Wealth Effect in China

Based on the Modigliani's Life-Cycle Hypothesis of consumption,and relevant data,the paper empirically studies stock market and real estate market wealth effect in China by using the method of unit root test and cointegrating regression.The results show that,regardless of short-run effect and long-run effect,the stock market wealth has significantly negative effect on civil' consumption level,but real estate market wealth or housing market wealth has significantly positive effect on civil' consumption level.     

棉铃虫发生趋势的长期预测技术研究

本文以安徽省阜阳市１９７３～１９９３年棉铃虫发生趋势资料为原始数据,选用太阳黑子和自相关因子为预测因子,应用逐步回归分析技术,建立了阜阳市棉铃虫发生趋势的长期预测模型。通过对１９８５～１９９３年拟合检验,历史符合率达８８．８９％,对１９９４～１９９７年试报,准确率达１００％,为棉铃虫发生趋势的长期预报提供了一种新的研究途径。     

长期不同施肥对红壤微生物生长影响

研究长期不同施肥对农田生态系统土壤微生物的影响,为合理培肥提供理论支持。依托红壤旱地长期定位试验,取样分析土壤可培养细菌、真菌及防线菌含量。表明有机肥的长期施入增加了土壤可培养细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量。磷肥有助于土壤可培养细菌的生长,氮肥有助于真菌的生长,抑制好气性自生固氮菌的生长。土壤不平衡施肥对土壤微生物的生物量有很大的影响,对好气性纤维素分解菌的生长起抑制作用。施用有机肥有助于改善土壤微生物的生态结构,保持土壤微生物的生态环境,提高农田生态系统生产功能。     

Elementary Analysis on System Outlook of the Construction Supervision

This paper explains simply some system connotations on engineering project and probes into the system characteristics of the construction supervision. It dissects some basic system problems and provides references to help the engineers with setting up the system outlook, organizing construction supervision for large-scale and modern engineering project.     

中小型民营食品企业人才需求的调查研究——基于陕西省大荔县民营食品企业的调研分析

为了解民营食品企业人才需求、人员流动的现状,使食品专业学生对企业用人状态有一个基本了解,陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院暑期社会实践团队全体成员对陕西省食品工业强县大荔县的7家标志性民营食品企业进行参观调研,采用座谈调查的方式对不同岗位人员、规模企业进行信息收集。同时查阅相关文献,以大荔县食品企业为代表的地县级中小型民营食品企业在人才流失及需求现状,同时结合现有专业知识,对当地食品企业招纳人才、留住人才提出一些合理化建议。     

Analysis on the Bioleaching Mechanism of Heavy Metal in Sludge by Composite Thiobacillus

The variation of heavy metal speciation during the bioleaching of sludge were carried out. By virtue of heavy metal speciation transformation pattern, the transformation mechanism of heavy metal speciation during the bioleaching could be judged indirectly. The test results show that the bioleaching process of Cu, Ni, Cd are mainly dominated by direct mechanism, the bioleaching process of Zn is mainly dominated by indirect mechanism, and bioleaching process of Cr, Pb are mainly dominated by combined mechanism, while the chemical principle between Cr and Pb are different.     

The Necessity of Establishing the Mechanism of RegulationStandards on Construction Engineering Quality

On the basis of quaility accident cases in engineering, this paper presents the necessity of establishing the mechanism of regulation standards on engineering quaility for whole construction work. This paper compares the technology standards with regulation standards on engineering quaility, puts forward the idea of regulation standards on engineering quaility for whole construction, analyses and studies the procedure norm, accounting system, management mechanism,auditing supervision and risk forecasting technique on engineering quaility in entity related with whole construction, under consideration with the reality of interaction relationship on engineering quaility and engineering financing in our county, finally ,explores and illustrates the positive appoarch which is used for establishing the mechanism of regulation standards on construction engineering quaility.     

Analysis on the Force-Transferring Mechanism of the Earthquake-Resistant Reinforced Concrete Frame Joints

On the basis of a summary of achievements from a large quantity of experimental studies both at home and abroad, in combination with the authors'experience in the experimental works on the reinforced concrete frame joints, their force-transferring characteristics are fully studied. The important fact that there is also a confined mechanism besides the inclined compressive strut and the truss mechanisms,is clearly pointed out. The influences of the three mechanisms upon the mechanical behaviors of the joint core concrete, the transverse and the vertical reinforcements,as well as upon the failure characteristics of the joint are also explored. Mechanical behaviors of the inclined concrete compressive strut and the factors causing its failure are specially discussed. These analyses provide theoretical bases for establishing more rational earthquake-resistant design criterion for reinforced concrete frame joints.     

基于DEA模型的重庆市建设用地利用效率时空分析

提高建设用地利用效率是实现土地资源可持续利用的必然选择。笔者在分析重庆市建设用地现状及变化情况基础上,运用数据包络分析（DEA）的C2R模型,对重庆市40个区县2000-2008年建设用地在区域经济增长中的利用效率值进行测度。结果表明,重庆市各区县建设用地投入在经济增长中的效率水平在空间上与区域经济发展差异及城镇体系发展格局具有一致性;在时间上,2000-2004年期间整体效率水平有所提升,但2004-2008年期间降低,与重庆市产业结构演进和建设用地供需结构变化一致;各区县经济增长中建设用地和劳动力投入均存在纯超量投入松弛,要素间配置状况不佳。最后结合重庆市未来发展提出了促进建设用地利用效率提高的建议。     

Experimental Analysis on the Behavior of Panel-to-lumber NailedJoints in Light Wood Frame Construction

To study their resistance performance, totally 222 specimens of panel-to-lumber nailed joints, in different configurations and used in light wood frame construction, were manufactured and tested under monotonic load. There are five kinds of destruction produced with nailed joints,which are model M-c1, rupture of panel, shear failure of panel, wood tear-off and push-through of nail. The resistance of nailed joints with vertical nailing is higher than that with toe-nailing, while the stiffness is almost the same. The angle between the panel orientation and dimension lumber wood grain affects the resistance and the stiffness of nailed joints little, while the angle between loading and dimension lumber wood grain affects the stiffness but not the resistance. The empirical equations to calculate the stiffness of the nailed joints are derived, thus providing reference for evaluating the performance of shear walls and diaphragm (floor and roof) in design of light wood frame structures.
