Pond is the lung of city and a signifi cant ecological infrastructure on which sustainable development of the city relies, it plays an essential role in maintaining healthy development of the city. This paper, on the basis of landscape design theories, explored the means of restoring ecological conditions of abandoned ponds in the city, applied various approaches to create park green spaces with beautiful landscapes and complete functions. This article seeks to examine Fiji's current housing crisis against the backdrop of neoliberal urbanism. In doing so, the article offers a fresh new perspective on the marginalisation, displacement and outright exclusion of the urban poor from the inner city areas of Suva. Among the trademark growth problems experienced by neoliberal cities across the globe, the crisis of urban housing affordability is perhaps more pronounced in Suva given economies of scale and constraints in Fiji's land tenure system. This article seeks to highlight that Suva's inner city spaces are being transformed along the lines of market fundamentalism and that this will exacerbate the social exclusion and displacement of Suva's poor.  相似文献

摘 要:相较于中东地区,贵阳市大气环境较为清洁,且O3的变化有待开展深入研究。笔者通过对贵阳市环境保护局设置在市内和郊区的10个环境空气质量监测国控点近5年(2013年1月—2017年12月)的O3逐小时浓度资料及气象、地理资料分析了贵阳市O3浓度的时空分布特征,并探讨典型气象因素对O3浓度变化的作用。本文主要针对贵阳市大气污染物O3相对于其他污染物偏高,以及郊区比市区夜间的O3浓度明显偏高现象,主要从盆地特殊地形及风的作用对O3时空变化进行分析。结果表明:(1)贵阳市年平均O3浓度变化为逐年增加趋势,与排放源增加有关。O3的季节变化主要受天气气候条件影响,O3日变化与太阳辐射、气温等气象因子显著相关。(2)郊区O3浓度明显高于城区,且出现的时段多在夜间。这一现象与城区与郊区的排放源差异、下垫面性质和地形小气候特征有关。(3)在排放源一定的条件下,影响贵阳市城区和郊区O3浓度变化的主要因素是特殊的盆地地形构造和风速风向。冬半年和夏半年城区的O3小时浓度变化与风速显著正相关。冬半年郊区O3小时浓度变化与风速也呈正相关,但是在夏半年,郊区的O3小时浓度与风速呈显著性正相关,这是由郊区的谷地地形构造和风向造成。  相似文献

综合分析1985-2015年全国水稻主要品种推广及更替情况表明,我国水稻主栽品种更新速率明显放缓,主导品种经历了5~6次更新换代,其中,常规水稻品种经历了约5次更换过程,杂交水稻品种约经历了6次主要的更换过程,品种的抗病性等是主导品种更迭的主要原因,研究同时发现杂交水稻主导品种亲本同质化现象比较普遍。为进一步推动我国水稻品种更新换代,需发掘和创制新的种质资源及亲本,加强抗病性育种,更加注重主要性状的综合协调,选育、审定和推广更多优质、高产、多抗、广适于一体的优良品种。  相似文献

This paper introduced concept and modern thought of urban brownfield site and flexible landscape design, analyzed factors influencing the modernity, and pointed out significance and necessity of flexible landscape design. By analyzing realistic problems of urban brownfield site, this paper combined flexible design and renovation of brownfield landscape renovation, and proposed suggestions for the flexible landscape renovation of urban brownfield sites, so that renovation of urban brownfield landscape is not confined in renovation, but is more flexible and adaptive, and flexible design is positive for the renovation of urban brownfield landscapes.  相似文献

The rapid urbanization and new rural construction have being exerted serious impact on the renovation and protection of traditional water villages in Jiangnan area(the southern regions of the Yangtze River). More and more distinctive villages are losing their historical background and regional architectural culture in modern society. Taking the renovation planning of Wenchang village as a case study, its function structure and land use are determined by the theory of "three layers of HSR(high-speed rail) station" after deep mining its history and culture. Increasing attention is being paid to how workers in the creative industries negotiate transitions from amateur to professional status and seek opportunities for work and spaces for expression that suit artistic desires. The settings have usually been large cities with populations that can support diverse and specialised audiences and subcultural scenes. In this paper, we discuss research where we participated in a music scene, and talked to dance music disc jockeys and venue owners in a small, regional university city – Dunedin. In Dunedin opportunities for musical work are comparatively plentiful but are constrained in a number of ways. Disc jockeys negotiate audience demands, distances from key musical centres and associated infrastructure, and the shifting venues available for performance. We emphasise the importance of an ethnographic perspective to the study of musical work that remains attuned to the manner in which urban spaces are created, transformed, challenged and remade in the musical nightlife economy.  相似文献

A spatial and sectoral reorganisation of producer services has begun to change the urban structure of Seoul. In addition to the existing centre of the CBD, two areas, Kangnam and Yongdeungpo, have emerged as the new centres of producer services in Seoul resulting from relocations from the CBD and the location of firm start-ups and spin-offs, so creating a multi-centred structure. There is a difference between the centres related to the fact that Kangnam is specialised in advanced services and has strong local networks among service firms, firms in Yongdeungpo have strong forward linkages to nearby manufacturing firms and to larger producer service firms, while firms in the CBD are relatively older and have much more intensive overseas ties. This outcome illustrates that shifts in the organisation of producer services in favour of outsourcing have been felt in shifts in spatial patterns. These new structures illustrate that producer service location and operation have a powerful influence upon the pattern of development in Seoul.  相似文献

以新城社区公园为研究对象,总结了新城社区公园的概念、特点,并以新城社区公园的特色营造为切入点,分别从景观要素和人文特色2个方面进行分析。在景观要素方面,通过对地形、道路、水体、植物景观的设计创造一个接近自然的社区环境;在人性关怀方面,通过对弱势群体的关怀和地域文化的挖掘体现新城的魅力。最后通过对新城社区公园建设的思考,总结出“以人为本”、“文化传承”、“公众参与”的建设原则,以期能对以后新城社区公园的规划提出一定的指导和借鉴意义。  相似文献

利用甘肃省张掖农业气象观测站 1986—2014年春小麦的观测资料和同期气象数据,采用相关分析、趋势分析和方差分析等方法,研究气候变暖背景下品种更新对河西地区春小麦生育期与产量的影响。结果表明:29年来该地区气温显著升高,递增率为0.81℃/10a;降水量减少,年递减率为2.09mm/10a,气候呈现变暖趋势。温度增加与品种更新均对生育期天数的减少有明显促进作用。通过分析产量与气象要素、产量要素及品种的关系,可以发现穗粒数和品种更新均导致了春小麦产量的显著提高。  相似文献

Blind number theory was used to evaluate water environmental carrying capacity (WECC) in mining cities of central Liaoning Province, P. R. China to prompt the balanced development of water environment with human activity. The research was based on the characteristics of water environment systems with numerous uncertainties such as random, fuzzy, and grey ones which may occur simultaneously or partially in a system. An indicator system for WECCs was established. The indicators were set as blind number and the WECC in mining cities of central Liaoning Province subsequently were calculated. Study results show that from 1997 to 2005, the WECCs in the mining cities Anshan and Fushun of central Liaoning Province were below the safe level, but the WECC in Benxi city was rather safe. By the comparative analysis of a system under uncertainty with that under a condition of certainty, the results of the blind number model regarding WECC was reasonable. The construction of small cities and towns can have congregation effect and scale benefit. The industry structure of country will be optimized in whole, management cost will be cut down, energy consumption will be reduced, pollution will be lowered and labor productivity will be increased. In this paper, the importance of town construction in economic development of China is elaborated. The achievement and problem in town construction are summarized. 推进城乡一体化发展是当前新农村建设的重要任务之一。当前,城乡一体化发展中存在着一些制约因素。户籍制度制约了城乡一体化,城乡一体化规划与土地使用缺乏规范,城乡二元分割格局还没有彻底打破,城市化水平偏低致使城市吸纳力不强,农村集体土地流转的法律规定不完善,城市边缘区的科学规划水平不高。为此,应积极推进户籍制度改革,优化城乡产业结构和布局,建立城乡统一市场,积极推进制度创新,正确处理政府与市场的关系,加快中心城市的现代化,推进农村地区的城镇化,推进城乡经济的高度发展,加快城乡生态一体化建设。  相似文献

综合人均建设用地标准法、闲置宅基地抽样调查法、城镇体系规划标准方案法得到重庆市荣昌县2011—2020年农村居民点整理潜力值。构建指标评价体系,运用统计学中的因子分析法对全县21个行政单元农村居民点整理优先度进行评价,以评价分值为依据,将全县划分为优先整理区、重点整理区和一般整理区,并提出各区农村居民点整理的对策和建议。结果表明:荣昌县农村居民点整理潜力为3120.71 hm2,该测算结果融合了不同测算方法的优点,更加合理;有4个主成分对荣昌县农村居民点整理优先度具有显著影响,即经济可行性、整理潜力大小、整理基础条件和农户意愿。农村居民点整理潜力测算及优先度评价避免了农村居民点整理项目布设的盲目性和随意性,有利于农村居民点整理的时序安排,对西南丘陵区的农村居民点整理具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献
