In this paper, based on the structure characters and load applying means, a method called as curvature force method is put forward and proved in the nonlinear analysis of bonded prestressed concrete frame. Based on the nonlinear program, the simulation calculation was carried out on test results of two prestressed concrete frames by this method. The results from calculation are identical with the experiment ones. So it may be added to the methods for the nonlinear analysis of prestressed concrete frame.  相似文献

To accurately simulate prestressed construction process of large-span suspendome, the initial state of construction process according to practical construction sequence is established, and the construction mechanical analysis for prestressed construction process is especially studied. Features of prestressed construction process of large-span suspendome are summarized, and the insufficiencies of the application of state variable superposition method, back analysis method, birth and death element method are analyzed. Combined with nonlinear finite element analysis method, forward algorithm for prestressed construction process based on the equivalent pre-tension is proposed, and the specific application method and procedure are given. Changzhou stadium steel roof engineering is taken as an example to verify the practicability and applicability of forward algorithm for prestressed construction process. The conclusion is that, using forward algorithm for prestressed construction process based on the equivalent pre-tension, the structure state of each construction phase can be accurately tracked, and the nonlinear contact of strut and rigid framework, interactive impact of cable force, conversion of temporary structure system, and structural geometric nonlinearity can be comprehensively considered.  相似文献

Considering the large negative bending moment at the end of frame beam and low tensile strength of concrete,a new composite steel-concrete frame beam(CSCFB),reinforced by a T shape steel beam at the negative bending regions,was brought forward.Through two full-scale of single-layer CSCFB frame models experiment,the load-displacement curves of CSCFB and strain distribution at cross section were obtained.Compared with the ordinary composite beam,the T shape reinforcing section can enhance the beam stiffness effectively,and make it distribute reasonably.The segment flexural rigidity method is presented and validated.  相似文献

进行了大跨径预应力混凝土刚构桥腹板开裂机理研究,基于弹性力学平面问题分析方法,推导了集中荷载作用下的板件应力函数表达式,绘制了不同受压边长与集中荷载长度比(d/a)下的横向应力曲线,拟合了集中荷载作用下构件的横向应力求解函数,构造了混凝土刚构桥腹板在预应力集中荷载作用下等效压力矩形的选取方法,并基于平面应力的表达式提出了在三维情况下沿预应力轴线的横向应力计算方法。通过建立某预应力混凝土刚构桥0~3#段实体有限元模型,分析施工过程中刚构桥混凝土腹板在不同等级预应力作用下的开裂情况。结果显示:有限元裂缝模拟与实桥腹板开裂范围一致,有限元应力分析结果下限值与推导的横向应力求解函数计算结果接近,变化趋势一致,印证了横向应力函数求解方法的正确性。  相似文献

"Strong column with weak beam","strong beam with weak column" and"column & beam with equal strength"can be existed in one-storey prestressed concrete frames and the top storey of mult-storey prestressed concrete frames.Through the test of four prestressed concrete frames under vertical load,three kinds of prestressed concrete frames performances are studied,such as ultimate load,deflection,displacement ductility,redistribution of internal force.When the relative height of equivalent compression zone is smaller enough,the test proves that three kinds of prestressed concrete frames can realize full redistribution of internal force and have better displacement ductility,the width of cracks and deflections can satisfy the rules of code for design of concrete structures.  相似文献

Based on the discussion of the simulation for the cable prestress, the rigidity theory was used to identify the geometrical dimensions of semi-rigid structures in zero state. When the structural geometry in initial state is given, the geometrical dimension in zero state is determined by the initial prestress distribution. The contribution-matrix method is firstly applied to get the initial lack of fit. However, the influencing factor of initial lack of fit on the displacement of control point is linear superposition, that is, the structural response is linear, and it is irreconcilable with the geometry nonlinear of semi-rigid structure. In order to reduce the error of nonlinear structural response, the influencing factor in the contribution-matrix method is revised, and modified contribution-matrix method is put forward. Programs by ANSYS parameter design language APDL are worked out for the form-finding analysis of beam-string structure of a practical project. The numerical results show that the modified contribution-matrix method reduces the errors of the assumption of structural linear response. And it can be applied to the form-finding of semi-rigid structures with small stiffness.  相似文献

To deal with failure of wet joint between a closure segment and its neighboring segments of main girder in an existing prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge, the technology on replacement of closure segment was presented. In order to analyze structural characteristics of this technology, its technical approaches and construction key points were introduced. Then a FEM model for a typical prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge was established, and a construction stage analysis method was given in detail, including establishing a structural basement calculation model for replacement of closure segment and simulating its construction procedures. Based upon calculation results, variations of some structural state parameters with construction stages, such as deck deflection of main girder, longitudinal horizontal displacement at the top of pylons, cable forces, were analyzed. The results showed, this method could reflect actual change process of structural state and existing inspected results of cable-stayed bridge, and FEM results could well meet with construction monitoring results during replacement of closure segment. Thus variations of structural characteristics with construction stages could actually be revealed. This method could provide references for design and construction control of replacement of closure segment in existing prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridges.  相似文献

For prestressed frames, the axial compression ratio will affect not only the ductility of structures but also the structural internal force.Based on the computer-calculation for four groups of 24 prestressed frames combined with the references, in this paper, the effects of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames are studied and discussed through three aspects: the second-order effect, the axial deformation of frame-columns and the comparison with ordinary concrete frames.The study results show that the effects of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames and the ordinary concrete frames are basically consistent, but there are some self-born characteristics.As a whole, the effect of axial compression ratio on the prestressed frames is more notable than that on the ordinary concrete frames, but under common situation the effect is small.  相似文献

In order to investigate the effect of prestressed binding bars on axial compressive behavior of rectangular concrete-filled tubular (CFT) short columns, five rectangular CFT short columns, three with prestressed binding bars, one with ordinary binding bars, the other with no binding bars, were constructed and tested under axial compressive loads. The binding bars were made up with high-strength bolts. As used for ordinary binding bars, the high-strength bolts were welded to the steel tube before the column was loaded to axial compressive force. As used for prestressed binding bars, the high-strength bolts were first tensed by screwed screw cap down to bring force to prestress the steel tube and its core concrete, then welded to the steel tube before the column was loaded to axial compressive force. Test results indicate that the bearing capacity and ductility of rectangular CFT short columns are increased by setting binding bars. Compared to ordinary binding bars, the prestressed binding bars can decrease the longitudinal displacements corresponding to ultimate strength, but have little effect on the ultimate strength and displacement capacity after ultimate strength of the columns. The longitudinal displacements corresponding to ultimate strength of the columns decrease with the decreasing of space between binding bars. With the same section width and amount of binding bars, the bearing capacity of the columns improves with the increase of section long-broad-ratio, while displacement capacity after ultimate strength decreases with the increase of section long-broad-ratio.  相似文献

By the experimental study on a full-dimensioned prestressed frame of two spans, the relative factors are analyzed such as relative height of equivalent compression zone in critical section, secondary moment, ratio of beam rigidity to column and development of cracks in the top of columns etc., which influence the moment distribution of the post-tensioned prestressed concrete frame from the side of internal force redistribution. It is believed that that the factors of relative height of concrete equivalent compression zone and secondary moment influence the moment modulation in most degree, and ratio of column rigidity to beam also plays a part in the moment modulation to some extent. Second, the plastic joints of frame with excessive spans exit in the span which endure the whole load, at last the whole frame is destroyed because of the destruction of the loading frame, the influence to the non-loading span is little.  相似文献

为研究T形板肋对预制带肋底板混凝土叠合板弯曲疲劳性能的影响,对3块T形肋底板叠合板和1块整浇板进行弯曲疲劳性能对比试验,主要考察T形板肋与疲劳荷载幅值对试件疲劳破坏形态及疲劳损伤程度的影响,得到了在不同疲劳循环加载次数下的跨中动位移、混凝土应变、预应力筋应变、残余变形等,分析了在不同疲劳循环加载次数下的刚度退化情况、荷载-应变分布规律、裂缝分布规律及剩余承载力等。研究结果表明,经历200万次疲劳循环加载后,T形肋底板叠合板无明显的刚度和强度退化,增设T形板肋的叠合板能达到与整浇板相同的弯曲疲劳性能;T形肋底板叠合板正截面弯曲疲劳强度计算可采用普通预应力混凝土受弯构件正截面疲劳应力验算的4个假定,最终以此建立了其正截面弯曲疲劳强度验算方法。  相似文献

Traditional structural design emphasizes checking whether a loaded structure satisfies design requirements without considering the construction process. There is a great difference in structures between the states in construction processes and design, however. To solve the above problems, a method of nonlinear time varying mechanics was adopted to analyze the construction process of a structure. The structural characteristics in each construction stage were analyzed by time varying mechanics and the variations of internal force and displacements obtained. We conclude that designs will not be safe if the time varying effect in the construction process analysis is not considered. We offer advice on the design and construction of large span structures.  相似文献

A creative test method for post-tensioned prestressed frame is presented in this paper. In the test, the stationary supports at the column base are simulated and the forces at the column base can be tested while the two column bases are not connected with concrete beam. The prestressed secondary moment and the weight-produced moment are established by adjusting the support device at the column base. In this paper, the necessary conditions of the method and the basic process are recommended. It is proved theoretically that the prestressed concrete frame built by this method is equivalent to that used in practice.  相似文献

Based on the experimental study of two prestressed frames in redistribution of Internal force, it can be concluded that the dominating influence factors on moment modulation are the relative height of equivalent compression zone, the secondary moment, the ratio of beam rigidity to column and development of cracks in the top of columns.The secondary moment is very important in modulation of frames. This paper presents a matrix structural analysis of variable stiffness on the complete loading history of prestressed concrete grids with unbonded tendons. A model of torsional rigidity affected by moment is derived by the analogy of space truss, and the effect of torque on flexural rigidity is also studied. In order to calculate the increment of stresses in tendons, a corresponding equation is created. Comparison of calculation shows well agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

In this paper, the energy method has been used to study the change of the secondary moment of unbonded prestressed concrete continuous beams and it has been contrasted with bonded prestressed beams. The question, whether the secondary moment changes or not while loading, was answered. It shows that the primary secondary moment does not change when increment method is adopted to study the beams, but the total secondary moment will change while the force in prestressed reinforcement changes.  相似文献
