AIM: To evaluate the security of an anti-tumor angiogenesis complex peptide vaccine VBP3.METHODS: Three rabbits were tested for local irritation by local subcutaneous injection of the vaccine with a self comparison method on the left/right sides of the same body. The test of systemic anaphylaxis was performed in 28 guinea pigs, in which the animals were divided into 4 groups: normal saline (NS) group, bovine serum albumin (BSA) group, low-dose vaccine group and high-dose vaccine group. The other 4 guinea pigs, 2 received BSA and 2 received vaccine at a high dose, were activated directly without sensitization.RESULTS: No irritable and allergic reaction was observed in the test of all rabbits with local subcutaneous injection and most of the guinea pigs with systemic anaphylactic test. Only one guinea pig with slightly allergic response was found and spontaneously recovered soon.CONCLUSION: The complex peptide vaccine VBP3 for anti-tumor angiogenesis is safe under the experimental conditions.  相似文献

Trials with the fungicides Cuprozin WP (active ingredient copper hydroxide), Malvin WG (captan), Switch (cyprodinil and fludioxonil) and Signum (pyraclostrobin and boscalid) were conducted in two young blueberry orchards (variety ‘Duke’) severely affected by twig dieback. Treatments were sprayed twice during leaf fall in autumn 2011 or once during budding in spring 2012. No treatment had any effect against twig dieback. This result confirms earlier indications of winter frost damage of xylem tissue as the primary cause of these symptoms in Northern Germany. A colonisation of dead twigs by Godronia cassandrae was therefore probably the consequence, rather than cause, of dieback.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate whether Fas promoter-670 polymorphism is associated with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in Southern Chinese. METHODS: 103 SLE patients and 110 controls were studied. Fas promoter -670 polymorphism was typed by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). RESULTS: No statistically significant differences were found when Fas promoter -670 genotype and allele frequencies were compared between the SLE and the controls. Similarly, no significant differences were seen between the male and female SLE and the controls, the SLE with lupus nephritis (LN) and the controls, the SLE with LN and the SLE without LN. CONCLUSION: Fas promoter -670 polymorphism does not appear to be associated with susceptibility to SLE in Southern Chinese.  相似文献

穗丰8号是从浙江省农家品种红嘴燕中采用系统选育育成的油青豇豆新品种。该品种中早熟,播种至初收春栽55~60d(天),夏秋栽49~50d(天);生长势强,分枝2条,主蔓第1荚着生节位第5节,荚长60cm、厚0.85~0.90cm,单荚质量25g,荚色油青,有光泽,荚条均匀,不露仁,无鼠尾,品质爽甜,耐贮运。抗逆性强,抗枯萎病,耐雨水,前期产量500kg·(667m~2)~(-1),总产量1 500kg·(667m~2)~(-1)左右。适宜华南地区种植。  相似文献

AIM: To explore the association of rs9984765, rs2839356 and rs2186358 polymorphisms in S100B gene with the susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). METHODS: SLE patients (n=313) and age-and sex-matched healthy controls (n=396) were recruited in this study. The genotypes of the 3 sites were determined by single-base extension PCR (SBE-PCR) and DNA sequencing. RESULTS: No difference between the SLE patients and controls in the genotype and allele frequencies of rs9984765 and rs2186358 was observed. However, the frequency distribution of rs2839356 C allele was significantly different in the 2 groups (P=0.040). Stratification analysis showed that the frequency of rs2839356 C allele was higher in the patients with neurologic disorder than the patients without neurologic disorder (P=0.023).CONCLUSION: S100B gene rs9984765 and rs2186358 polymorphisms may not contribute to the susceptibility of SLE in Guangxi population. The rs2839356 C allele might be correlated with the SLE patients with neurologic disorder.  相似文献

AIM:To study the activation of T cells from local lymph node and peripheral blood early after allotransplantation.METHODS:Transplant of myocardio-tissue into mouse forearm subcutaneously was used as a model to analyze the expression of CD69 by T subpopulations from draining lymph node and peripheral blood by flow cytometry.RESULTS:The expression rates of CD69 by both CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells from the draining lymph node were raised (P<0.01) 72 h after allotransplantation, and it was higher on CD8+T cells than on CD4+T cells (P<0.01). No significant difference in CD69 expression was found on CD4+T and CD8+T cells from peripheral blood among the groups, topical complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) and systemic cyclosporin(CsA) enhanced and inhibited expression of CD69 by both CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells after allotransplantation, respectively (P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION:To detect the expression of CD69 by T cells from draining lymph node can keep insight to the allorecognition early after transplantation.  相似文献

AIM:To analyse the cause of allergic reaction during the treatment with synthetic peptide allergen IPC-1/IPC-2 (ALLERVAX CAT).METHODS:The measurement of allergen-specific IgE(as-IgE)level be fore and after the inject ion of IPC-1/IPC-2 and placebo in 27 cats allergic patients.Detection of the as-IgG,as-IgG4,as-IgE,T-IgE and histamine for one supernormal allergic person.RESULTS: No statistically significance were found in IgE in both IPC-1/IPC-2 and placebo groups. There were some obvious changes in the histamine, IgG and IgG4 levels, and not in IgE for this supernormal patient. CONCLUSION: IPC-1/IPC-2 has no effect on the IgE. Hypernormal reaction is not related to IgE during the hyposensitization. It may be related to the IgG, especially to the IgG4 which induce the histamine release that is non-IgE-dependent.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the underlying genetic changes of a Chinese patient with infantile malignant osteopetrosis (IMO). IMO is a monogenic disease, mostly caused by mutations of TCIRG1 and CLCN7 genes. The former is believed a homozygous gene and only cause the disease in homozygous or compound heterozygous status. However, it has been reported that heterozygous mutations also cause the disease in 6 non-Chinese cases. METHODS: Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood of the patient and his parents. All exons and splice sites of TCIRG1 and CLCN7 genes were amplified by PCR followed by Sanger sequencing. Mutation detection in the 2 genes was also investigated in the parents. Haplotypes were constructed by variations obtained in mutation detection and microsatillites flanking TCIRG1 gene in the family by Cyrillic. Chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) was performed to detect copy number variations (CNV) of the patient and his mother. RESULTS: A novel mutation c.449_452delAGAG (p.Gln149Glnfs16) was detected in the patient. This mutation truncated 666 amino acids at the C terminal of the V-ATPase 116 kD isoform a3 protein. It wiped out the entire ATPase V0 complex and was predicted to result in total loss of protein function. This mutation was also detected in the patient's father. No pathogenic mutation was detected in CLCN7 gene. CMA did not reveal any CNV involving TCIRG1 or CLCN7 gene. CONCLUSION: We reported a novel heterozygous mutation of TCIRG1 gene causing IMO. This represents the first IMO case in China caused by heterozygous TCIRG1 gene mutation.  相似文献

为了筛选节瓜枯萎病抗性材料,采用浸根法对20份节瓜资源(经多代自交、分离并最终稳定的自交系)进行枯萎病评价,结果表明:在20份材料中,1号节瓜枯萎病病情指数最高(86.34),13号最低(35.65),1号、20号、3号、9号材料之间病情指数没有显著差异。6个材料(1号、20号、3号、9号、5号和11号)对节瓜枯萎病表现为高感;4个材料(19号、4号、2号和6号)表现为感病;10个材料(15号、7号、10号、16号、8号、12号、18号、17号、14号、13号)表现为中抗,占50%。其中七星节瓜类型发病比较严重,而江心节瓜类型表现较好;因此,江心节瓜类型筛选获得高抗水平节瓜的可能性较高。  相似文献

兰州百合2号是从兰州百合栽培群体中优选出的一批自然变异单株,经过复选、组培快繁、品种比较试验、区域试验及生产试验选育出的优良品种。植株生长势强,鳞茎口杯形,商品百合单个鳞茎质量200~280g。鳞片长,包合紧实,色泽洁白,肉质肥厚、细腻,味极甜美,纤维少,蔗糖8.75%,淀粉11.44%,蛋白质3.26%,脂肪0.14%,钾0.36%,锌0.39%,VB2含量1000mg·kg-1。每667m2产量1800~2500kg。抗灰霉病、疫病和枯萎病,适应性较广,在兰州及周边海拔1500~3000m的山地均可栽培。  相似文献

The inheritance of resistance to systemic infection by bacterial blight disease (blight) caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. dieffenbachiae in anthurium (Anthurium andraeanum Hort.) was investigated in 83 biparental crosses involving 39 anthurium cultivars, using a green fluorescent protein-based screening method. Genetic analysis was based on North Carolina mating design II analysis, combining ability analysis and parent–offspring regression analysis. The results showed a role for both additive and non-additive effects in the inheritance of systemic resistance to blight, although the former was predominant and between four- to five-fold larger than the latter. General combining ability (GCA) of the parents was able to fairly accurately predict the performance of progeny in 15 of the 17 M × N (‘M’ male cultivars crossed with ‘N’ female cultivars) mating designs. The highly resistant cultivars were the best general combiners, while the susceptible cultivars generally produced negative GCA values. Dominance was in the direction of susceptibility. Narrow sense heritability (h2) based on North Carolina mating design II analysis, was 42.5%, with broad sense heritability (H2) of 96.5%. The estimate of h2 based on mid-parent–offspring regression analysis was slightly higher (58–62%). In conclusion, the results indicated that resistance to systemic blight is governed by both additive and non-additive genetic effects with the former playing a larger role. Clonal breeding for systemic resistance to blight using a family selection approach is suggested.  相似文献

AIM:To determine the expression level of F as molecules on the T cells isolated from systemic lupus erythematosu s (SLE) patients.METHODS:The expression of Fas on T cells and the apoptotic rate of 3 6 patients with SLE in active phase and 18 normal people were determined with fl ow cytometry.The patients were treated with impact therapy of prednisone,methy lprednisolone or cyclophosphamide,respectively,according to their conditions.W ithin 3 days after admission,immediately before discharging (the average days i n hospital is 22.6 d),and 4 weeks after discharging,the amount of Fas molecul es expressed on T cell surface was determined respectively with flow cytometry i n each patient.RESULTS:There was a positive correlation between SLEDAI,apopto tic rate of T cells and Fas molecules on T cells in SLE patients of active phase (P<0.01).After corti costeroid or immunosuppressant treatment in active phase of SLE patients,when d ischarging from hospital,the amount of Fas molecules on T cell significantly in creased (Fas+T),and 4 weeks after discharging,the Fas molecules on T cells w ere decreased.CONCLUSIONS:The amount of Fas molecules expressed on T cell fro m SLE patients increases.The Fas-mediated apoptosis in T cells stimulates th e body to generate many kinds of autoantibody,such as anti-dsDNA,which perhaps is the main cause that leads to the immune dysfunction of SLE.The density of F as molecules on T cell surface may be a main parameter in evaluating the reactiv eness of SLE and clinic therapeutic effect.  相似文献

以同一品种的未后熟的青香蕉和已黄熟的香蕉为材料,测定了接种炭疽病菌5d内果皮PPO、POD、SOD、PAL和LOX活性的变化,探讨与香蕉抗病性相关的酶类。结果表明,不论接种与否,青香蕉果皮中的PPO、POD和SOD的活性明显低于黄熟香蕉,而PAL和LOX活性高于黄熟香蕉;接种对PPO、POD和LOX活性影响不大,但引起SOD和PAL活性下降。青香蕉果皮中较低的PPO、POD和SOD的活性有利于活性氧和酚类物质的积累而产生过敏性反应,较高的PAL和LOX活性则利于苯丙烷类代谢和脂质过氧化,有利于抗病物质的形成。PAL和LOX是香蕉抗病性形成的关键酶。  相似文献

 用0.5 mmol/L BTH (苯并噻二唑) 溶液在接种黄瓜霜霉病菌前4、8、12、24、48、96、168 h (7 d) 和接种后2、4 d处理二叶期的黄瓜幼苗, 结果表明BTH对霜霉病菌无直接的抑制作用, 但能诱导黄瓜幼苗对霜霉病产生局部和系统的抗性, 系统抗性的表达在处理后48 h产生并持续7 d以上。几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性测定结果表明, BTH处理可系统性地增强这两种酶的活性, 且与黄瓜对霜霉病的诱导抗性密切相关。  相似文献

为筛选出适宜宁夏地区日光温室生产的保温被,选用PE 4层黑色针织毛毡(1号)、PE 3层黑色针织毛毡(2号)、镀铝膜保温被(3号)及宁夏常用无纺布保温被(CK)作为试验材料,研究了4种保温被对日光温室气温和土温的影响,以期减少日光温室前屋面散热量,提高温室冬季保温性。结果表明:晴天时1号保温被夜间气温、地温与CK形成显著性差异;阴天时1号夜间气温、地温与2~3号及CK形成显著差异。1~3号及CK在极端天气下最低温度平均值为3.7、3.4、3.3、3.1℃,≤5℃平均延续时长为3.9、4.2、4.4、4.6 h,节能率为3%、2%、1%。试验期间,1~3号及CK温室夜间平均气温分别为14.6、13.6、13.0、12.6℃,夜间平均地温为17.5、16.6、16.1、15.6℃,1号保温性最佳,2号、3号次之,CK最差。  相似文献

本试验对12个供试品种,从早熟性、丰产性、品质、抗性、耐贮性五个方面综合分析、比较研究,选择适于大栅栽培的优良品种。结果表明:宝交早生表现最好,是供试品种中最适于大棚栽培的品种;索非亚和大叶鸡冠表现最差,不适于大棚栽培;苏维尼尔和红色刚特利德,可视实际情况适量发展;春香值得探讨;丹东大果、鲁迅公园、保定鸡心、大鸡心、紫晶和郑州早红表现好或较好,也适于大棚栽培。  相似文献
