The Effect on the Column Moment Considering Compress of Prestressed Concrete Beam

Axial compress is produced by the tension of prestressing beam, which engenders the third moment of column. And the third moment is always ignored in design. The thesis analyses elementarily the third moment of column and finds that the third moment must be taken seriously in some condition, and it is not the same value as the manner of tensions is different . As a result, some helpful conclusion and suggestion are presented.     

An Empirical Research on the Relationship Between the Manager Pay and Firm Performance of Chinese Public Companies

This paper introduces the theory and research result on the manager pay. The mutual effect between manager pay firm performance is analyzed, and the managerial shareholding has no significant effect on firm performance, but the managerial annual pay has significant positive effect on the firm performance in Chinese public companies. It is found that the board structure and the owner nature have different effect to the style of manager payment. Finally, we put forward some feasible suggestion of buillding up a set of payment mechanism for Chinese public companies.     

优质常规水稻油占8号“3414”试验研究

为探讨油占8号的最佳施肥量，进行本试验。结果表明：在一定范围内，N、P、K的增加对油占8号的产量有正效应，对其影响的敏感性为N〉K〉P，当超过一定水平，N、P、K对其产量有负效应，这种影响表现为N〉P〉K。N、P、K配施的比例由土壤养分供应量决定，对本地区的土壤建议施用量分别为N200kg／hm^2、P205100kg／hm^2、K20190kg／hm^2。     

Empirical Analysis of the Demand of Rail Freight Transport in China on Basis of VAR Model

With the rapid development of road and other transport modes in China, the railway freight transport is confronted with great challenge. So, the relations of rail freight transport, development of national economy and extension of railway become focuses. This paper makes a cointegreting VAR model according to the data from Chinese Statistical Year Book. On the basis of the model of the long-run and short-run equilibrium of rail freight demand are analyzed, The result shows that the rail freight transport in China has a stable and low elastic coefficient of income and a high but unstable elastic coefficient of supply in long-run. In short dynamics, the national economy is the first factor affecting rail freight demand and in the second term the innovation reaches a top point. Extension of railway has little effect on rail freight transport. The innovations from rail freight transport and railway extension has little impulse on national economy. Rail freight is the important factor affecting extension of rail-way with a third-term top, but GDP has a little impulse on it. Further analysis on the result and suggestion on policy are made.

根据新疆兵团新型团场信息化建设与发展的需要,分析了新疆兵团团场信息化的现状与问题,提出兵团与新型团场信息化发展与建设的建议;探索了新疆兵团新型团场信息化建设模式,在兵团新型团场信息化建设过程中,积极开展现农业信息的网络化和数字化建设,以农业信息化带动农村现代化,为实现兵团团场跨越式发展提供信息技术和信息系统的支撑。     

农村基层干部土地产权意愿研究-以重庆市璧山县大路镇调查为例

研究目的：了解农村基层干部土地产权意愿,为农村土地产权制度改革提供政策建议和改革方向。 研究方法：参与式快速农村评估。研究结果：农村基层干部普遍认为农村土地集体所有,集体成员处于动态变化之中,集体所有权权能不完善;耕地撂荒和土地细碎化严重,土地承包期太长。研究结论：坚持农村土地集体所有,建立农户退出机制,赋予所有者完整的所有权权能,建立动态化土地流转机制,建立农户分享发展成果机制。     

配方施肥对香蕉生物量及养分积累的影响

为探究配方施肥对香蕉植株生物量、各器官养分积累量及养分积累规律,对巴西蕉施肥后,彻底刨根、分解取样研究,得出香蕉生物量及各元素含量。结果表明：配方肥处理各元素吸收大小规律为K＞Si＞N＞Ca＞Mn＞Mg＞P＞Fe＞Zn＞B＞Cu。与常规施肥相比,配方施肥可增加香蕉生物量约69.47%,平均每株可增加N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、B、Si约75.98%、63.71%、5.07%、49.39%、82.85%、26.60%、76.24%、44.49%、152.50%、162.22%、81.18%。配方施肥能有效促进植株生长,提高果实和叶片养分积累,为科学制定香蕉养分综合管理技术提供参考。     

关于打造绿色品牌发展武汉都市农业的思考

作为现代农业的一种新形态,都市农业是城乡一体化的结果。21世纪初,武汉市开始进行都市农业的探索,经过几年的发展已初具规模,但在激烈的市场竞争中,绿色农产品品牌竞争力不强的问题,制约着武汉市都市农业的进一步发展。对武汉市绿色农产品品牌经营现状以及绿色品牌建设中存在的劣势进行了实证分析,并从发展名优产品农业、加大新品种开发力度、采用生物种植技术和推进农业标准化生产4个方面提出打造绿色品牌发展武汉都市农业对策建议。     

The Effect of Development Impact Fees on Land Values*

ABSTRACT This paper presents an empirical analysis of the effect of impact fees on the value of land used in residential development. A random effects model is estimated to examine the relationship between impact fees and land values using forty‐three Texas cities that impose impact fees. Prior research suggests that higher impact fees result in higher lot values, and the results of this research support this suggestion. Results indicate that for each $1,000 increase in impact fees, lot values increase by 1.3 percent. Additionally, these results suggest that developers are able to pass a small amount of the impact fee to the owners of developable land. However, for undeveloped land the results are mixed. For each $1,000 in assessed impact fees, undeveloped land values decrease by 0.042 percent. These results support prior evidence that suggests home buyers may ultimately bear the majority of the cost of impact fees.

分析了近年来我国农产品的安全状况及存在问题,包括农业生产过程中存在的食品安全问题,生产加工过程中存在的食品安全问题,仓储运输过程中造成的食品安全问题,批发市场存在的食品安全问题等。就加强我国农产品的安全提出建议,包括建立、健全法律法规和质量标准及时更新是食品安全控制的法律保障;完善对源头生产、流通、加工和销售过程的质量控制体系;完善产品市场准入、标志、追踪溯源和召回制度是食品安全控制的需要;独立的质量监督、检测体系是食品安全控制的外在保障;媒体的正面宣传和消费者控制体系是食品安全的重要内容。     

新农村建设中失地农民社会保障问题探要——昆山市失地农民社会保障问题调研及思考

随着中国城市化进程的加快,越来越多的土地被征用,大片农民成为失地农民,失地农民的生活急需保障。为了加强失地农民社会保障工作,进一步消除城乡二元发展的弊端,城乡一体化社会保障制度被提出并实践。通过对昆山这一社会保障领跑城市的调查和分析,总结了昆山社会保障的现状,归纳出该市城乡一体化进程中存在着户籍制度造成的城乡差距依然存在以及农民自我保障的能力相对不足两点问题,并基于这些不足,结合昆山市的实际情况,提出相应推进昆山市失地农民社会保障制度建设的几点意见,即加大财政投入力度、增加农村社保资金、建立地方性法规、建立最低生活保障、出台就业扶持政策、增强就业能力。
