As a kind of data compression technique of high efficiency, arithmetic coding is widely used in image compressing. This paper introduces the adaptive binary arithmetic coding used in the new international standard of still image compression named jpeg2000. The implementation of arithmetic coding depends on high power digital signal processor.Fast adaptive binary arithmetic coding and optimized assembly program design are discussed, and its practicability and efficiency are proved.It also can be used in other fields that need compressing data.  相似文献

The extension methods of finite length signals for sub band coding associated with wavelet transformation are investigated.Considering the weakness of the existing extension methods,an extension method is presented which is named r factor pseudo circular extension method.It turns out theoretically that the input signal can be reconstructed exactly from the truncated section of the analyzed signals by our method and the method is better than other existing extension methods,as shown in many examples.A new valid way is provided for wavelet transform application in data compression.  相似文献

Summary A computer data base package, specifically designed to be used to store data collected from a plant breeding programme is described. The package will do many of the routine clerical operations involved in plant breeding, such as producing plot labels, field plans, genotype lists and data tabulations. It also has several statistical analysis routines, and routines which allow the user to examine and manipulate data. The package is user friendly since it was designed to be operated by plant breeders rather than computing specialists. Although it was written to handle data collected from a plant breeding programme, the package is flexible and could be used for a number of different applications.  相似文献

Incomplete information of the poker games make the research progress lags behind the chess games in AI. Although it is still very difficult to find a fast algorithm to solve a poker game with complete information which is the foundation of some advance researches. This paper gives a standard way to encode and store a game state into hash table, so the memory of hash table can be used more effectively and higher hit rate can be gotten in Scout search meth od. For the drawbacks of NativeXML, such as low data storage performance, low efficiency of querying and updating, a new kind of semi-structured information storage model, named WNXD, is proposed. The dynamic invert-sorting technique and data imaging mechanism are introduced to combine the record and the page storage mode, three structured indexes are established to achieve structural and dynamic growth with different ways. A practical storage mode is created to provide a comprehensive access strategy from global to local, and from elements, attributes to values, which guarantees effective and complete data storage, especially for the data with different types. The query number decreases I/O and the system performace is improved.  相似文献

A Context Model of Wavelet Coefficients for Image Compression   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Through the combination of the idea of the linear prediction used in the GlicBawls coding scheme and the idea of the quantization taken in the CALIC coding scheme to reduce the number of contexts, a new context model of wavelet coefficients for image compression is proposed. Wavelet coefficients are encoded by the arithmetic encoder, with the contexts formed by quantizing linear prediction values. Experimental results show that the model achieves higher lossless compression rate of image than lossless SPIHT and lossless EBCOT used in JPEG2000. In addition, by exploiting the multiresolution property of wavelet, the model can compress the transformed image for progressive resolution and earn higher compression rate for each scale of the image than EBCOT.  相似文献

A logistic map controlled secure arithmetic coding is proposed, the Logistic map is used to control the order of the symbols in the model and change the probabilities of the symbols, which is applied to the image encryption. The proposed scheme makes the image transmit more secure and comfortably on the Internet, and that is done at little expense in terms of coding efficiency. In the coding process, it ensures the uniformity of the model being changed by the chaotic sequence, thus to meet the security requirements of image compression. The algorithm can be applied to any arithmetic codec based on multimedia data including video, image and audio. Its most strength compared with other cipher mode is that, there is a significant reduction in the redundancy of information during the compression process, and it is robust when attempting to estimate the information of the image and discovering the key. The scheme can effectively resist differential analyses from both cryptography and coding.  相似文献

Analysts faced with the challenge of constructing a regional input-output table from partial or nonsurvey-based data typically adapt a national input-output table to reflect the regional economic structure. Detailed benchmark input-output tables with more than 500 industry sectors are compiled for years at five-year intervals, but are many years out of date by the time they are released. Annual updates are compiled for intervening years, but detail only 85 industry sectors. Analysts therefore must choose between the currency of the data and its detail in the national table that serves as the reference. This paper presents a table disaggregation and adjustment (TDA) method for combining the information from the detailed benchmark tables with the more current but aggregated data. Empirical tests demonstrate that the TDA method generates base data that analytically outperform the aggregated annual update data.  相似文献

The paper proposes an image compression and coding scheme based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT), which makes the best of the relativities among original image and coefficients of wavelet, the relativities among pixels of subimages, the relativities among directions of subimages. Human visual specialities were considered, so the compression scheme leads up to make full use of the statistical redundancy and visual redundancy of image. To get high compression ratio and good quality of image, the coefficients of image working on the quality of image greatly were reserved accurately, but the coefficients of image working on the quality of image slightly were quantified roughly. Also, the regrouping and coding of the coefficients could be used universally. The experimental results show that the compression method is provided with simply calculating, little time for coding and decoding and satisfying quality companied with high compression ratio.  相似文献

基于压缩编码的加密方式能够同时完成加密和压缩的功能,通过压缩减少了信息的冗余,同时引入加密使对试图推测出明文信息和找到密钥的攻击具有非常好的鲁棒性。提出了一种基于随机区间置换的安全算术编码,在编码过程中通过随机密钥保证图像压缩编码的安全性,且不影响编码的效率,使其方便在网络中安全传输。实验结果和安全性分析表明该安全算术编码有较好的安全性和加密效率。  相似文献

Wavelets have been widely applied in such research areas as image processing, computer vision, network management and data mining. Wavelets have many favorable properties, which are hierarchical and multiresolution decomposition structure, linear time and space complexity of the transformations. The paper presents wavelet application on the algorithms of data mining, in cluding as clustering, classification, distributed data mining, similarity search, approximate query processing, visualization and so on. 以竖向荷载和水平地震作用组合下的钢筋混凝土柱和钢柱为对象,研究了失效方程中荷载相关特性对柱承载力抗震可靠性的影响。根据现行《混凝土结构设计规范》和《钢结构设计规范》分析了不同柱弯矩轴力相关曲线的特性。结合多个框架结构实例,对比了柱失效方程中荷载相关曲线与规范考虑情形的异同。实例分析表明:水平地震和竖向荷载组合作用下,小偏压RC柱和工字型钢柱的荷载相关曲线与规范考虑的情形较为符合,均近似为负相关的直线;水平地震和竖向荷载组合作用下,大偏压RC柱的荷载相关曲线则与规范考虑的情形有较大出入,存在明显的正相关段部分。在此基础上,考虑失效方程复杂特性,依据已有的荷载和抗力变量概率模型,采用Monte Carlo法分析了水平地震和竖向荷载组合作用下柱的可靠性。结果表明:钢柱和小偏压RC柱的承载力抗震可靠度随轴压力荷载效应比值的变化幅度较小,与规范模式计算结果较接近;大偏压RC柱的承载力抗震可靠度随轴压力荷载效应比值的变化会有较大幅度波动,与规范模式计算结果差异较大;当轴压力荷载效应比值为负时,大偏压RC柱的承载力抗震可靠度会低于规范计算值较多,现行柱可靠性设计方法会偏于不安全。  相似文献

长链非编码RNA(Long non-codingRNA,lncRNA)是一类长度在200 nt以上的非编码RNA。它不具备蛋白质编码功能,但在生物体中以RNA分子的形式参与众多生物过程。利用实验室前期获得的陆地棉茎尖转录组数据,鉴定了8044条lncRNA,其中3691条分布于At亚组,2852条分布于Dt亚组;通过基因组共定位、碱基互补配对等生物信息学方法对其中2227条lncRNA进行功能注释,其中1875条位于编码基因上下游,可能通过与编码基因的顺式作用元件或3’UTR区结合,在转录或者转录后水平调控基因表达;317条反义lncRNA与正义链的mRNA存在互作,通过碱基互补配对调控基因沉默、转录及mRNA的稳定性;20条lncRNA预测为microRNA的前体;5条lncRNA注释到4个lncRNA家族。功能注释表明,这些lncRNA主要参与转录调节、代谢、激素应答和信号转导等生物过程。本研究为充分利用高通量测序数据研究棉花lncRNA提供了新思路。  相似文献
