从新疆喀什采集棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera Huebner)在室内建立实验种群,以点滴法测定了该种群对31种杀虫剂的敏感性毒力数据,对所测得的毒力基线进行了排队分析。结果表明,新疆喀什棉区棉铃虫对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂、部分有机磷酸酯类杀虫剂如久效磷、丙溴磷、辛硫磷、甲胺磷、蔬果磷和甲基对硫磷等表现敏感;对氨基甲酸酯类的灭多威敏感度接近敏感毒力基线。而对有机磷酸酯类的另一些品种如亚胺硫磷、氧乐果、倍硫磷、敌百虫及其他品种如硫双灭多威、异丙威和硫丹等却表现高度耐性。最后,就新疆棉区棉铃虫对杀虫剂敏感性基因保护进行了讨论。  相似文献

The present work was carried out to evaluate, the molluscicidal activity of cold water, boiled water, methanol, ethanol, acetone and chloroform extracts of some plant species against Biomphalaria alexandrina snails. Preliminary screening tests on 10 plant species showed that the highest molluscicidal potency was recorded for Euphorbia splendens, Atriplex stylosa and Guayacum officinalis. Exposure of B. alexandrina snails to plant’s methanol extracts led to a significant reduction in their survival and growth rates. In addition, newly hatched snails were susceptible to plant’s methanol extracts than elder ones. LC25 of methanol extract from these plants caused a considerable reduction in the infectivity of Schistosoma mansoni miracidia to the snails. It caused a reduction in number of cercariae per snail during the patent period and in the period of cercarial shedding. The results, also, revealed that the glucose concentration in treated snails was increased in haemolymph, while soft tissue glycogen decreased. The activities of glycogen phosphorylase, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), glucose-6-phosphatase and acetylcholinesterase (AchE) in homogenate of snail’s tissues were reduced (P < 0.001) in response to treatment with plants methanol extract, while glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD) activity increased (P < 0.001). It was concluded that the application of LC25 of methanol extracts of E. splendens, A. stylosa and G. officinalis may be helpful in snail control as it interferes with the snails’ biology and physiology.  相似文献

用点滴法和浸叶法监测棉铃虫抗药性的比较   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
本文分别采用点滴法和浸叶法,监测了山东省阳谷县、河南省新乡县、河北省邯郸市和安徽省萧县第2代棉铃虫对氯氰菊酯、灭多威及久效磷的抗性,并对这两种方法的监测结果进行了比较。从同一种药剂对4个地区棉铃虫毒力大小顺序来看,两种方法的测定结果基本一致。而从抗性倍数来看,点滴法与浸叶法的结果具有差异:点滴法测得的氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数(20.8~34.8倍)高于浸叶法测得的抗性倍数(2.0~18.7倍),对灭多威测得的抗性倍数(5.4~16.4倍)也高于浸叶法测得的抗性倍数(1.4~6.5倍);而浸叶法测得的对久效磷的抗性倍数(11.3~70.1倍)却明显高于点滴法测得的抗性倍数(2.8~9.3倍)。本文并对产生这种差异的原因进行了分析和讨论,建议对有机磷杀虫剂采用浸叶法作抗性监测比较确。  相似文献

Using techniques for treating the insects unanaesthetised, knockdown of aduit Musca domestica by pyrethrin I applied topically to or injected into the thorax was assessed by measuring the ED50s on 13 occasions 1 min-48 h after treatment. From 1 min to approximately 1 h after treatment, ED50s for topical application decreased quickly with increasing time. During this “knockdown phase” ED50 values were probably determined mainly by rate of penetration of the insecticide into the insect, but the rate of elimination of the insecticide probably determined the increasing ED50 values during the “recovery phase” which followed. ED50s for injected pyrethrin I were initially much smaller than after topical application but increased continuously until 24 h after treatment. From 100 min onwards ED50s by topical application and injection were similar. These results indicate (1) that the site affected during knockdown is within the insect rather than superficial, and (2) that detoxication and excretion processes determine the ultimate toxicity of the insecticide apparently independently of the method of treatment. Additional tests with a strain of flies having the penetration delaying factor and with the cockroach Periplaneta americana L. supported these conclusions. Speed of knockdown after topical treatment was also affected by the site of application and the solvent in which pyrethrin I was applied. Bioresmethrin was about as effective as pyrethrin I in knocking down flies when applied topically or when injected, but because the ED50 increased very little during the recovery phase it was ultimately much more toxic.  相似文献

Uptake of the mosquito larvicide temefos (Abate) by the salt march snail (Melampus bidentatus Say) in New Jersey was measured by gas-chromatographic analysis. Measurable quantities of temefos were found in the snails within 1 day after the first treatment with a 2% granular formulation but 3 weeks elapsed before uptake occurred following treatment with a temefos emulsion. Residues in the snails exposed to the granular formulation were generally more than 10 times higher than those in snails exposed to the emulsion although application rates of the granular formulation were only about three times higher than those of the emulsion. Residues in snails exposed to the emulsion fell below detectable levels less than 3 weeks after cessation of treatments although measurable amounts were found in snails exposed to the granular formulation for more than 5 weeks after the last treatment. The persistence of temefos in M. bidentatus suggests the potential for its movement through food webs exposed to the granular formulation.  相似文献

采用急性毒性试验方法,研究了3种常用农药毒死蜱、丁草胺和三唑酮对3种本地底栖生物环棱螺Bellamya quadrata、圆田螺Cipangopaludina cathayensis和河蚬Corbicula fluminea的毒性效应,同时测定了螺类不同大小个体对供试农药的敏感性。结果显示:毒死蜱、丁草胺和三唑酮对环棱螺的96 h-LC50值分别为4.32、3.62和15.2 mg/L,对圆田螺的96 h-LC50值分别为6.31、4.31和16.9 mg/L,对河蚬的96 h-LC50值分别为8.75、6.83和26.5 mg/L;毒死蜱和丁草胺对3种供试生物均为中等毒性,三唑酮属低毒。环棱螺幼螺对毒死蜱、丁草胺和三唑酮的敏感性分别比大螺高2.52、1.84和1.72倍,圆田螺幼螺对毒死蜱、丁草胺和三唑酮的敏感性分别比大螺高2.26、2.26和2.67倍。因此,在田间使用3种供试农药时需注意对供试底栖生物尤其是其幼体的保护。  相似文献

Aquatic environments get contaminated with pesticides residues that result from the application of pesticides in agricultural practices. The present study aimed to evaluate the pesticides Malathion and Deltamethrin on biological and biochemical parameters of Helisoma duryi snails. The results showed that LC10 of the two pesticides caused considerable reduction in survival rates and egg production of treated snails. Glucose concentration in hemolymph of the exposed snails showed a significant increase. On the other hand, albumin in hemolymph and glycogen contents as well as the activities of enzymes in tissues of snails including lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), arginase, and ornithine aminotransferase (OAT) were significantly inhibited. Meanwhile, the activity of AMP deaminase of the exposed snails was significantly increased in the hemolymph in response to treatment. The electrophoretic pattern of total protein showed differences in number and molecular weights of protein bands. DNA concentration was investigated by measuring the intensity of the genomic bands and its showed its increase in the treated snails. It was concluded that the residues of Malathion and Deltamethrin pesticides in aquatic environments have toxic effects on non-target organism, e.g. H. duryi snails.  相似文献

Field efficacy of five insecticides to a greenhouse strain ofFrankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) of known resistance status was studied. In a greenhouse trial, the mortality of aF. occidentalis strain (Uncali) which exhibited resistance only against cypermethrin in laboratory assays, reached 56%, 68%, 82%, 94% and 99%, 24 h after application of abamectin, cypermethrin, endosulfan, malathion and methomyl, respectively. In the laboratory, for larval mortality equal to that achieved in the field, much lower doses — half of the field dose of cypermethrin and endosulfan, and one-third and one-sixth of malathion and methomyl, respectively, were required in topical application. Because of differences between laboratory and field responses ofF. occidentalis to insecticides, a sound resistance evaluation program to determine field efficacy of insecticides is needed. Resistance increased 28.0- and 139.3-fold at LC50 in theF. occidentalis strain subjected to 27 and 44 cycles of cypermethrin selection, respectively. Pythium helicoides, P. aphanidermatum and P. myriotylum are important pathogens that cause root rot of several crops in hydroponic culture and in ebb-and-flow irrigation systems. These species belong to a group of Pythium species that can grow at temperatures higher than 40°C. We developed a method for baiting these high-temperature Pythium species and evaluated its practicality to monitor their presence in nutrient solutions. Seeds of cucumber, tomato, radish, hemp, perilla and millet and leaves of bent grass and rose were tested as baits in hydroponic systems. Hemp, perilla and radish seeds and bent grass and rose leaves were more effective than the other baits for Pythium zoospores, and bent grass leaves were the most effective. In a sensitivity test, bent grass leaf traps (BLTs) detected three Pythium species after only a 1 day exposure to suspensions of 40 zoospores per liter of water, and the frequency of detection increased with zoospore density and with baiting period. A temperature of 38°C was optimum for the selective reisolation of the high-temperature Pythium species from the BLTs. The BLT was also tested with inoculated and noninoculated miniature roses that shared a recirculating nutrient solution. The pathogen was detected in the nutrient solution 23 days before the disease spread to the noninoculated roses. In addition, P. helicoides was detected 30 days before the disease was evident in a commercial greenhouse. The baiting method described here will be useful for monitoring high-temperature Pythium species in recirculating hydroponic culture systems.  相似文献

Samples of housefly (Musca domestica) field populations were collected from Danish livestock farms in 1997. The tolerance of the first‐generation offspring was determined for a number of insecticides. Dose‐response values were obtained by topical application for the pyrethroids bioresmethrin and pyrethrum, both synergised with piperonyl butoxide, and the organophosphate dimethoate. The organophosphates azamethiphos and propetamphos and the carbamate methomyl were tested in discriminating dose feeding bioassays. Resistance was low to moderate in most of the populations for most of the compounds tested, but this study also revealed the existence of high resistance to pyrethroid, organophosphate and carbamate insecticides in some populations. The resistance factors at LD50 for bioresmethrin/piperonyl butoxide ranged between 2 and 98, and for pyrethrum/piperonyl butoxide between 2 and 29. Our results indicate that pyrethroid resistance in Denmark is increasing, since four of the 21 farms showed more than 100‐fold resistance at LD95, a level of resistance only observed once before. Resistance factors at LD50 for dimethoate ranged from 9 to 100, and showed two distinct trends: populations with either decreasing or increasing resistance. Resistance to azamethiphos was found to be widespread and high. Although two strains with high methomyl and propetamphos resistance were observed, methomyl and propetamphos resistance is moderate and appears not to be increasing. © 2001 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

1996-1997年用诊断剂地监测,证明冀鲁豫6个棉铃虫种群对三氟氯氰菊酯,氯氰菊酯,灭多威,久效磷和辛硫磷已有较高的抗性效率。其中33%的样本抗性频率顷50%以上,51%的样本抗性频率在20%-50%之间,只有16%的样本抗性频率在20%以上。点滴法测定结果表明,棉铃虫对三氟氯氰菊酯的抗性指数在47.倍以上,最高达195.6倍。  相似文献

Nine compounds and three modes of applications were tested to improve the control of twoCapnodis spp.,C. tenebrionis L. and C.carbonaria Klug (Coleoptera: Buprestidae), in local stone-fruit plantations. The best result was obtained by azinphos-methyl applied as a foliar spray. Suitable chemicals for dusting were methiocarb, azinphos-methyl and carbosulfan applied to the stem in late spring or prior to fruit harvest. Soil application of imidacloprid as a systemic insecticide is successful for protection of young plantations and nurseries. C.tenebrionis was less susceptible thanC. carbonaria to the tested insecticides.  相似文献

用点滴法测定了 13种杀虫剂对中华草蛉 (Chrysopa sinia (Jieder) )幼虫的毒力 ,按敏感性由高至低依次为 :久效磷、氯氟氰菊酯、灭多威、丙溴磷、辛硫磷 >氧乐果、甲基对硫磷、甲基毒死蜱 >硫丙磷 >抑太保 >氰戊菊酯 >阿维菌素及硫丹。同时测定了多种药剂对棉铃虫 (H elicoverp a armigera Hübner)、棉蚜 (Aphis gossyp ii Glover)的毒力 ,证明多数有机磷杀虫剂及灭多威为非选择性药剂 ;具有选择性的药剂中 ,硫丹选择性最高 ,其次为氰戊菊酯。氯氟氰菊酯对中华草蛉与棉铃虫表现出一定程度的选择性 ,但对中华草蛉与棉蚜则表现为非选择性 ;随棉蚜抗药性提高 ,各药剂选择性降低。  相似文献

Cross-resistance of a fenvalerate-resistant (R-fenvalerate) strain and an imidacloprid-resistant (R-imidacloprid) strain of the cotton aphidAphis gossypii Glover to methomyl, endosulfan and omethoate was determined on cotton and cucumber in the laboratory. The R-fenvalerate strain had been selected for 16 consecutive generations on cotton, and the R-imidacloprid strain for 12. Compared with the susceptible (S) strains, the resistance in the 17th generation of the R-fenvalerate strain to fenvalerate was 29,035-fold on cotton and 700-fold on cucumber, whereas the resistance in the 13th generation of the R-imidacioprid strain to imidacloprid was 4.7-fold on cotton and 3.6-fold on cucumber. The R-fenvalerate strain did not show any cross-resistance to imidacloprid, methomyl or omethoate on cotton and cucumber, but became slightly cross-resistant to endosulfan (RR [resistance ratio] = 5.8 and 7.4 on cotton and cucumber, respectively). On cotton the R-imidacloprid strain became highly cross-resistant to fenvalerate (RR = 108.9) and slightly cross-resistant to methomyl, endosulfan and omethoate (RR = 6.3, 3.0 and 8.5, respectively). In contrast, on cucumber the R-imidacloprid strain became highly cross-resistant to fenvalerate (RR = 33.5) and slightly cross-resistant to methomyl and omethoate (RR = 7.0 and 3.3, respectively), but did not show any cross-resistance to endosulfan. It appears thatA. gossypii of both resistant strains was more resistant to the tested insecticides on cotton than on cucumber, except for imidacloprid —where the resistance on cotton was not significantly different from that on cucumber.  相似文献

The use of snails as biocontrol agents against other snails and against aquatic weeds is reviewed, evaluating their success and their impacts on non-target organisms. The predatory snail Euglandina rosea (and other species), although widely used against Achatina fulica (the giant African land snail) on Pacific and Indian Ocean islands, has not been shown to control A. fulica but has seriously impacted endemic island species. The facultative predator Rumina decollata , used in California against Helix aspersa (brown garden snail), is widely considered to be environmentally benign. However, evidence of its effectiveness is weak and it will also consume native snails. Ampullariid and thiarid freshwater snails have been used as competitors (and incidental predators) of snail vectors of human schistosomes, the parasites causing schistosomiasis (bilharzia). Successful control has been reported but impacts on native biotas have been essentially ignored. Ampullariids have been used in attempts to control aquatic weeds, sometimes successfully, but again with little consideration of impacts on native biota. Most snails have generalist feeding habits. Thus they are inappropriate biocontrol agents because of their potential nontarget effects. Rarely has adequate pre-release testing of snails been undertaken and post-release monitoring of non-target impacts has always been incidental. The use of non-native snails for biocontrol purposes is poorly regulated; many introductions are unofficial and sometimes illegal. Use of snails as biocontrol agents, if implemented, must be based on adequate pre-release testing, post-release monitoring and genuine concern for preservation of native biodiversity.  相似文献

Green lacewings, includingChrysoperla rufilabris (Burmeister) andCeraeochrysa cubana (Hagen), are predators of small, soft-bodied insects including whiteflies. The silverleaf whitefly,Bemisia argentifolii Bellows & Perring [formerlyB. tabaci (Gennadius) strain B], is an important pest of agronomic, vegetable and ornamental crops. Practical use of these lacewings as biological control agents would be facilitated by better understanding of their responses to both biorational (selective) and broad-spectrum insecticides. The topical and residual toxicity of azadirachtin (Azatin-ECTM), insecticidal soap (M-PedeTM), paraffinic oil (Sunspray Ultra-Fine Spray OilTM) and the pyrethroid bifenthrin (BrigadeTM) to eggs, larvae and adults of the lacewings were studied in the laboratory. Larvae ofC. cubana were much more tolerant to residues of bifenthrin than wasC. rufilabris and were somewhat more tolerant to topically applied soap. At normal field concentrations, azadirachtin (0.005%, by wt a.i.), paraffinic oil (1.0% by volume) and soap (1.0% by volume) were not toxic to larvae or adults of either species either topically or residually. Oil was toxic topically to eggs but azadirachtin and soap were not. Bifenthrin was toxic topically and residually to larvae and adults but was not so toxic to eggs as was oil. Thus, selectivity of all materials tested was relative to lacewing species and lifestage. The relative tolerance to insecticide residues exhibited byC. cubana larvae may be related to its trash-carrying habit, suggesting that use of trash-carrying chrysopids in place of non-trash carriers for augmentative biological control would increase options for non-disruptive chemical intervention when necessary.  相似文献

The effectiveness of two synthetic pyrethroids, cypermethrin and fenvalerate, and of methomyl applied to cabbage plants was tested against the cabbage aphid, Brevicoryne brassicae (L.), and its parasitoid, Diaeretiella rapae (M'Intosh). Dosage rates chosen were equivalent to the manufacturer's maximum and minimum recommendations. Methomyl was considerably more toxic to B. brassicae adults than the two synthetic pyrethroids used. Fenvalerate, at the lowest rate used (71 g ha?1), showed satisfactory effectiveness in reducing aphid adult population on treated plants by c. 77% below that of the control. All insecticides and rates used significantly reduced the emergence of parasitoid adult D. rapae from mummified aphids compared to the control. Fenvalerate clearly had less impact on emergence than cypermethrin or methomyl at any dosage used, while methomyl has appeared to be the most toxic compound in this respect. Longevity of parasitoid adults was highly affected by insecticide application, particularly those adults emerging from mummified aphids exposed to methomyl or cypermethrin. However, only a slight difference in longevity was seen at the lower rate of 71 g ha?1 of fenvalerate. At the lowest dosage rates used, methomyl and cypermethrin reduced the F1-progeny of adult parasitoid females by 70.5% and 58.3%, respectively, of the control, whereas fenvalerate reduced the progeny by only 36.4%.  相似文献

A series of 2-amino-5-substituted pyridine derivatives was synthesized and their molluscicidal activity against white garden, Theba pisana (Müller), and brown garden, Helix aspersa (Müller), snails was investigated by two methods of application. Some of these compounds showed strong activity under laboratory conditions against the two types of snail. T pisana was more sensitive to the tested compounds than H aspersa. The most effective compounds were 2-amino-5-(benzotriazole-1-ylmethyl)-3-methylpyridine, 2-amino-5-[1-(benzotriazole-1-yl)nonyl]-3-methylpyridine and 2-[(1,2,4-triazole-1-ylmethyl)amino]-3-methylpyridine which exhibited high molluscicidal activity. 对40种药用或有毒植物甲醇提取物的室内杀螺活性测定结果表明:木荷、黄姜、博落回等3种植物提取物在浓度为100mg/L时,浸杀福寿螺幼螺48h,死亡率为100%;50mg/L时,浸杀72h,死亡率为98.28%以上。其中木荷、博落回对福寿螺有良好的抑制上爬作用,具有进一步研究价值。  相似文献

Poisons used in bait to control rats are of two kinds; single-dose acute poisons and those with a slow or cumulative action lethal only if two or more daily doses are consumed. The two types require different baiting techniques and different methods must be used for testing them in the field. For acute poisons, the relative sizes of rat infestations have to be measured by baiting with unpoisoned bait both before and after poison baiting and the pre-treatment sizes taken into account when analysing the results. When testing possible cumulative or multiple-dose poisons, pre-treatment baiting is unnecessary and the method used was that originally devised for field testing for anticoagulant resistance in rats. Examples of published results of field trials of both types of poison are discussed.  相似文献
