饲用糙米、玉米对猪消化代谢性能的评价 总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6
通过常规消化代谢试验,以普通饲用玉米为对照,评价饲用糙米对猪消化代谢的影响。研究结果表明:饲用糙米可消化粗蛋白质为10050g/kg,较玉米高6556%;氮表观存留率为5489%,较玉米高4479%;表观蛋白质生物学价值为5890,较玉米高2749%;饲用糙米表观代谢能分别为1450MJ/kg,1423MJ/kg,高于玉米5%左右;饲用糙米主要养分及各种氨基酸表观消化率多数高于玉米。研究证实:饲用糙米是蛋白质含量高,品质好,低脂且脂肪酸饱和程度高的高能谷类饲料,结合营养价值优于玉米。 相似文献

牧草的饲用价值,应包括它的产量和质量两方面。那种单纯追求产量而不考虑质量的概念是不全面的。因此,必须树立一个既能反映产量又能反映质量的综合概念来评定,笔者认为这个综合概念可采用测定可消化干物质和可消化粗蛋白质量的方法。可消化干物质是饲用价值的重要部分。 相似文献

天然的植酸酶(Phytasw)存在于多种植物的籽实中,一些微生物也可以产生。在适宜的温度和水分条件下,植酸被植酸酶水解,释放出磷等元素,供种子发芽、生长。由于单胃动物(猪、鸡)消化道内不含植酸酶,导致无法或不能很好利用植物性饲料中的磷。磷元素对畜禽的重要作用不可替代,过去主要依靠磷酸氢钙等含磷饲料满足动物的需要;磷酸在影响矿物质消化利用的同时,还与钙、镁等元素以及氨基酸等形成难以消化的络合物,使消化率及矿物质、蛋白质生物有效性降低;植酸酶还可以与动物体内的蛋白质,如淀粉酶、胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和酸性磷酸… 相似文献

The aim of the experiment was to study the effect of dietary organic acids, fumaric and sorbic, on nitrogen corrected apparent metabolisable energy (AME(N)), metabolisability of nutrients, endogenous losses and performance on young broiler chickens. A total of 56 male Ross broilers were used in a growing experiment from 14 to 30d age. Seven experimental wheat-based (655g/kg) diets were formulated. The control diet did not contain organic acids. The other six diets were produced with the addition of fumaric or sorbic acids, replacing 0.5% , 1.0% or 1.5% of the wheat. The organic acid supplemented diets contained higher levels of AME(N) compared to the control diet. Overall, birds offered organic acids had lower feed intake. Dietary organic acids did not significantly affect weight gain or feed efficiency, however, birds offered supplemented diets had lower numbers of Lactic acid bacteria and Coliforms in the ileum and caeca. Birds offered organic acids had lower levels of endogenous losses compared to control fed birds. There was a negative relationship between AME(N) of the diets and excreted endogenous losses, measured as sialic acid. It can be concluded that the decrease in secretions from the gastrointestinal tract in the presence of fumaric and sorbic acids may be a mechanism involved in the mode of action of dietary organic acids. 相似文献

选择1日龄AA肉雏鸡440只,随机分为4组,每组110只。1组为玉米日粮组,2,3和4组依次以糙米取代日粮中玉米50%,70%和100%。饲养45d,结果表明:1,2,3和4组鸡平均体重分别为1.980,2.067,2.206和2.325kg;日增重依次为42.7,44.7,47.8和50.4g;与1组比较,2,3和4组鸡的日增重依次提高4.7%,11.9%和18.0%;料肉比依次下降0.5%,2.9%和7.1%;每千克增重耗料成本依次下降0.04元,0.13元和0.31元。说明,随日粮中糙米代用量的增加,试验鸡增重加快,料肉比和增重成本下降。说明糙米作为肉鸡的能量饲料是可行的、有益的。 相似文献

An experiment was conducted to evaluate poultry litter ash (PLA) at graded levels (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%) as a dietary substitute for dicalcium phosphate (dicalP) for broiler chickens, where PLA was substituted for dicalP on a wt/wt basis. A decreased BW gain was observed at 21 d from PLA at the 100% substitution rate when compared with the 25% substitution rate. No effects on BW gain, feed consumption, or FCR were incurred by study termination at 41 d, and the 100% substitution rate of dicalP did not cause any detrimental effects on the live performance in market age broilers. Although femur ash percentages decreased with increasing levels of PLA, bone integrity was not compromised by the addition of PLA to the diet. Dry matter digestibility of dietary Ca (26.32–58.65%) and P (30.23–42.68%) increased with increasing levels of PLA (0–100%), respectively, inferring that the Ca and P component of the diet was more efficiently used as the level of PLA increased. In conclusion, PLA resulting from the combustion of poultry litter can be used as a P and Ca source for broilers. 相似文献
