针对我国尚无结构集成材足尺检测基础数据的现状,重点开展足尺材料测试和评价研究。研究以普遍应用的落叶松集成材为对象,按GB/T26899-2011《结构用集成材》国家标准对3种国际通用规格的结构集成材进行足尺承载特性测试。依据检测结果,按美国ASTM D2915-10《结构用木材和木质产品抽样和数据分析标准》规定的非参数法和参数法统计分析方式,确立了落叶松集成材抗弯弹性模量(MOE)和抗弯强度(MOR)的特征值数据及正态分布、对数分布和威布尔分布下的拟合优度;确定了各规格结构集成材MOE、MOR的变化趋势。针对不同组别之间MOE及MOR的尺寸效应,利用回归分析方法确立了MOE和MOR的关系;初步确定了结构用集成材的特征值和承载特性的评价方式,为国产树种结构集成材的设计和应用提供了重要的理论支撑。 相似文献

Adhesion problems sometimes occur during the production of laminated wood products. To minimize such quality problems, there
is a need for a nondestructive test that can provide continuous control of the process and the product. This study presents
results from measurements performed to evaluate the potential of pulse thermography as a method to detect glue deficiency
in laminated wood. Defect depth, defect size, and degree of glue deficiency have been varied. The surface layer was made of
merbau (Intsia bijuga) and the substrate of Scots pine (Pinus silvestris). The results showed that pulse thermography is a promising tool for detecting glue deficiency underneath the thin laminated
wood surface layers, mainly because of the short inspection time. Lack of glue with a minimum thermal defect size of 3 was
detectable (thermal defect size is defined as the quotient of defect size and defect depth). The penetration depth was 1.0 mm
and the highest contrast, 0.62°C, was achieved for one of the largest defects (24 mm) below the thinnest (0.5 mm) surface
layer after 1 second. Starved glue joints showed about half the contrast compared to areas with total lack of glue.

Summary This paper highlights a number of articles on research and development on wood composites. The coefficient of variation in the mechanical properties of wood components tends to decrease when the thickness of the wood elements decreases. This finding was utilized in the manufacture of hollow cylindrical columns of laminated veneer lumber (LVL) from Cryptomeria plantation thinnings. In the future, the marketing of wood composite boards will tend toward two types: thick boards with low density properties and thin boards with fiber orientation. For the production of thick boards, fundamental parameters and application of steam-injection pressing have been studied, and continuous steam-injection pressing has been developed. For thin board production, generation principles of aligning torque in high-voltage system and the application has been studied. A new oriented mat former with electrodes positioned only at the reverse side of a forming belt has been developed. Various synthetic resins of low-molecular weight have been applied to improve dimensional stability of laminated products, such as LVLs and particleboards. Acetylation and formalyzation of fibers and particles were investigated to provide stabilized panels. High pressure steam treatment during pressing of wood composites has been studied and the process has been found effective and promising.The authors wish to thank Mr. Dwight A.
