猪氟烷基因型的PCR检测及杂合子氟烷阳性猪的发现   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
对147头猪进行了氟烷测验,测得氟烷阳性猪3头,阳性率为2.04%。运用PCR-RFLP分析法对氟烷阳性猪及其同胞进行了基因型检测,结果4头被测猪中有2头为隐性纯合子,2头为杂合子。结合氟烷测验结果,2头隐性纯合子表现为氟烷阳性,符合一般规律;而2头杂合子中发现1头为氟烷阳性,此前尚未见报道,这一结果证明了氟烷表现与基因型并非完全对应  相似文献

通过氟烷基因基因型诊断方法选择大长二元杂交猪30头,公、母各半,其中HalNHalN基因型和HalNHaln基因型猪各15头,研究氟烷基因对猪肉贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:在肌肉Hart透过率、挥发性盐基氮含量方面,氟烷基因显性纯合子猪猪肉比杂合子猪要好(P<0.05);在肌肉丙二醛(MDA)含量和肌肉R值方面,2种氟烷基因型猪差异不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

运输应激对2种Hal基因型猪肌纤维特性的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以二花脸与皮特兰杂交F2代猪为研究对象,应用组织学、组织化学方法与电镜技术研究运输应激对2种猪背最长肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、糖原以及肌纤维超微结构的影响,并分析比较了2种氟烷基因(HalNN,Halnn)猪背最长肌各肌纤维类型。研究发现:(1)HalNN猪背最长肌SDH活性比Halnn猪的极显著高(P<0.01);(2)背最长肌LDH活性Halnn猪比HalNN猪的极显著高(P<0.01);(3)Halnn猪糖原含量比HalNN猪的显著高(P<0.05);(4)透射电镜显示HalNN猪背最长肌肌纤维超微结构形态较清晰完整,而Halnn猪肌纤维收缩剧烈,肌节混乱,明带暗带区分不明显,有的肌节甚至降解,线粒体不同程度肿胀和裂解,肌浆网不明显等。结果表明:氟烷基因野生型HalNN猪对运输应激相对不敏感;而阴性纯合子Halnn猪则对应激很敏感,其肌纤维损伤较大。  相似文献

猪应激综合征(Porcine Stress Syndrome,PSS)是受猪染色体上的隐性基因-氟烷基因控制,使得猪只在受到外界环境的刺激时,临床上出现发抖、呼吸急促、呼吸困难、皮肤变紫色、体温上升、肌肉硬化甚至死亡等一系列症状,外界压迫因素越大,对猪只造成的影响越强烈。文中综述氟烷基因对猪生长性能、繁殖性能以及猪肉品质的影响,以期为猪养殖者及实验室检测方面提供参考。  相似文献

96头始重(24.14±1.12)kg的杜长大三元杂交猪,随机分为4组。第1组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮(含氟量37.39mg/kg),第2、3、4组分别饲喂含氟(以NaF形式添加)量为100、150、200mg/kg的日粮,研究日粮中不同氟水平对猪生长性能和血清某些生化指标的影响,并探讨了氟在肝、肾和肌肉中的沉积,饲料氟和粪氟、血清氟、尿氟之间的相关关系。结果表明,第3、4组猪增重与对照组相比分别降低8.86%(P<0.05)和9.81%(P<0.05),料重比分别升高7.36%(P<0.05)和8.07%(P<0.05)。第4组血清钙、镁、白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶的活力与对照组相比分别降低了17.33%(P<0.01)、29.91%(P<0.01)、10.75%(P<0.05)和33.71%(P<0.01)。第3、4组肝、肾和肌肉氟含量与对照组相比显著增加(P<0.05)。各试验组粪氟、血清氟、尿氟含量随饲料中氟含量的增加而升高,且各组间差异极显著(P<0.001),饲料氟与粪氟、血清氟、尿氟含量相关系数分别为0.943(P<0.01)、0.911(P<0.01)和0.959(P<0.01)。  相似文献

Sixty-nine entire male pigs with different halothane genotype (homozygous halothane positive — nn-, n = 36; and homozygous halothane negative — NN-, n = 33) were fed with a supplementation of magnesium sulphate (Mg) and/or l-tryptophan (Trp) in the diet for 5 days before slaughter. Animals were housed individually and were submitted to stressful ante mortem conditions (mixed in the lorry according to treatments and transported 1 h on rough roads). Individual feed intake was recorded during the 5-d treatment. At the abattoir, pig behaviour was assessed in the raceway to the stunning system and during the stunning period by exposure to CO2. Muscle pH, colour, water holding capacity, texture and cathepsin activities were determined to assess meat quality. The number of pigs with an individual feed intake lower than 2 kg/day was significantly different among diets (P < 0.05; Control: 8.7%; Mg&Trp: 43.5%; Trp: 17.4%) and they were considered to have inadequate supplement intake. During the ante mortem period, 15.2% of pigs included in the experiment died, and this percentage decreased to 8.7% in those pigs with a feed intake > 2 kg/day, all of them from the stress-sensitive pigs (nn). In general, no differences were observed in the behaviour of pigs along the corridor leading to the stunning system and inside the CO2 stunning system. During the stunning procedure, Trp diet showed shorter periods of muscular excitation than control and Mg&Trp diets. The combination of a stressful ante mortem treatment and Mg&Trp supplementation led to carcasses with high incidence of severe skin lesions. Different meat quality results were found when considering all pigs or considering only those with adequate supplement intake. In this later case, Trp increased pH45 (6.15) vs Control diet (5.96) in the Longissimus thoracis (LT) muscle (P < 0.05) and pH at 24 h (Trp: 5.59 vs C: 5.47) led to a higher incidence of dark, firm and exudative (DFD) traits in SM muscle (P < 0.05). Genotype affected negatively all the meat quality traits. Seventy-five percent of LT and 60.0% of the SM muscles from nn pigs were classified as pale, soft and exudative (PSE), while none of the NN pigs showed these traits (P < 0.0001). No significant differences were found between genotypes on the incidence of DFD meat.Due to the negative effects observed in the Mg&Trp group in feed intake and carcass quality, the utilization of a mixture of magnesium sulphate and tryptophan is not recommended.  相似文献

文章旨在研究不同浓度的牛至油对肥育猪生长性能和肉质特性的影响。试验选择32头阉割公猪和32头后备母猪随机分成4个组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.2、0.4和0.8mg/kg牛至油,试验共开展5周。试验结束后禁食12h,称重后屠宰。经过一夜的冷却,从屠体上取50cm的腰肌(每组8头,4头公猪、4头母猪)。日粮中添加牛至精油对生长猪末重、日增重、屠宰率均无显著差异(P>0.05),同时各组最长肌嫩度、屠宰后45min和24h后的pH、肉色及感官特性也无显著差异(P>0.05)。此外,脂质氧化试验结果显示,日粮添加牛至油对肌肉无明显的抗氧化作用(P>0.05)。综上所述,由于胴体和肉质属性均无显著变化,说明本试验中日粮添加不同水平牛至油对猪的肉质参数没有影响。  相似文献

本试验研究基础日粮中添加不同水平的斜发沸石对育肥期苏淮猪生长性能、肉品质的影响,旨在获得苏淮猪育肥期斜发沸石的适宜添加量。选择体重相近(50 kg左右)、健康的苏淮阉公猪40头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组共4个处理组,每组10头。预试期10 d,所有猪自由采食对照组基础日粮;正试期64 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ至Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的斜发沸石。于试验结束屠宰全部试验猪,用于屠宰测定和肉质检测。结果表明:1)第1阶段(体重56~68 kg)和第2阶段(体重83~98 kg),终末体重、平均日增重、料重比均无显著差异;但斜发沸石水平对第1阶段和第2阶段平均日采食量影响显著(P<0.05)并呈线性(P=0.02,P=0.047)二次方升高趋势(P=0.01)。2)对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组苏淮猪的生长曲线拐点分别是:第50.26天86.06 kg、第40.22天87.15 kg、第38.27天89.69 kg和第45.98天89.02 kg;最大日增重分别是0.702、0.743、0.814和0.855 kg/d,说明在饲料中添加斜发沸石后,可延长育肥猪到达生长曲线拐点体重。3)斜发沸石水平对眼肌面积和肌内脂肪影响显著(P<0.05),眼肌面积随斜发沸石添加水平的升高,呈二次方(P=0.01)变化;肌内脂肪呈线性(P=0.01),二次方(P=0.03)升高;胴体重和系水力分别随斜发沸石添加水平的升高,呈线性(P=0.07,P=0.09)升高趋势。试验表明:苏淮育肥猪采食量、胴体重和肌内脂肪随日粮斜发沸石添加水平增加呈线性升高,系水力呈线性升高趋势,但眼肌面积随斜发沸石添加水平的升高,呈二次方变化,先升高后降低。因此,添加2%斜发沸石有利于采食量、胴体重和肌内脂升高,有助于系水力降低;但从增加眼肌面积的角度考虑,斜发沸石的适宜添加比例为1%。  相似文献

以PCR-RFLPs法为检测方法,针对氟烷基因开展无应激皮特兰猪的分子选育,共检测从2003-2007年若干世代共28批次皮特兰猪。结果显示,在所检测的共994头样本中,具NN基因型的为361头,具Nn基因型的为374头,具nn基因型的为259头。试验结果表明,随着世代选育的进展,群体中N基因和NN基因型的频率逐渐升高,至第17批次时均达100%,后均维持在较高水平,Hard-Weinberg平衡亦呈现平衡-不平衡-平衡的现象,直至此基因最终在群体中失去平衡。试验结果还表明,利用基因技术对家畜进行分子育种是可行的。  相似文献

To evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with a marine algae product (MA) containing a high level of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) on heavy pig production performances (including meat and subcutaneous fat quality), a trial was conducted on sixty Landrace × Large White barrows with a starting average body weight (BW) of 118 kg. Pigs were allocated to four experimental groups: a control group (A) fed a maize/soybean diet and three treatment groups in which MA was added at 2.5 g kg− 1 over the last 8 weeks prior to slaughtering (group B) or at 5 and 2.5 g kg− 1 over the last 4 weeks prior to slaughtering (groups C and D, respectively). Vitamin E was added at 12.5 mg kg− 1 in the diets for groups B and D and at 25 mg kg− 1 in the diet of group C. The four diets were formulated so as to supply the same amount of nutrients, with exception of vitamin E. Pigs were fed at a rate of 9% of their metabolic BW (BW0.75) up to a maximum of 2.9 kg of dry matter per pig per day. Pigs were slaughtered at about 160 kg BW. The dietary treatment did not affect either the growth or slaughtering parameters of pigs. No significant differences were observed with respect to pH values, meat colour, loin composition and the iodine number of subcutaneous fat. Pigs on MA diets showed a significant (P < 0.01) improvement in DHA levels both in loin and in subcutaneous fat. No significant differences in relative fatty acid composition were observed between pigs receiving the MA supplement at the lower level (2.5 g kg− 1) over an 8-week period (group B) and pigs receiving the higher MA supplement (5.0 g kg− 1) over a 4-week period prior to slaughter (group C).  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary lysine/protein ratio and fat levels on the growth, carcass characteristics and meat quality of finishing pigs fed feed made from food waste, including noodles and chocolate. Four dietary treatments, 2 levels of lysine/protein ratio (0.035 and 0.046) and 2 levels of fat (3.3% and 6.0%), were adapted to a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement. Each diet for the finishing pigs contained the same levels of adequate crude protein (16%) and lysine (0.58–0.75%), and similar levels of high total digestible nutrients (90.2–92.6%). In total, 32 LWD pigs with an average body weight of 57.2 kg were assigned to 4 dietary groups. The pigs were slaughtered at about 115 kg. Growth performance was not influenced by the dietary treatments. Carcass characteristics were slightly influenced by the dietary fat level. As the dietary lysine/protein ratio decreased, the marbling score of Longissimus dorsi muscle increased and the intramuscular fat (IMF) increased from 6.82% to 9.46%. Marbling score was not significantly influenced by the dietary fat level. These results indicate that IMF increased without adverse effects on growth, carcass characteristics and meat quality, when pigs were fed a diet with low lysine/protein ratio.  相似文献
