研究了60Co γ辐照杀菌对核桃粉主要营养成分变化及感官品质的影响。结果表明:剂量为2.0~8.0kGy时,辐照对核桃粉中的总糖、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量无显著影响;辐照后的粗纤维含量有一定的增加,但不显著;辐照对核桃粉中的月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸含量基本没有影响,对棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、花生酸和亚麻酸含量有一定的影响,但不显著;辐照后核桃粉中的油酸含量随辐照剂量的上升而显著增加,剂量达到8.0kGy时,油酸含量增加了4.3%。8.0kGy以下辐照对核桃粉色泽、气味、口感无明显改变。可以得出结论低于8.0kGy的辐照不会对核桃粉的营养品质和感官品质有不良影响。  相似文献

The genus Nicotiana is a member of the nightshade (Solanaceae) family, and is comprised of 70 currently recognized, naturally occurring species. Genetic variability within N. tabacum L., the species of primary economic importance, was likely affected by several genetic bottlenecks. Nicotiana tabacum is a classic amphidiploid that arose after chance interspecific hybridization between N. sylvestris Spegazinni et Comes and a member of section Tomentosae, likely N. tomentosiformis Goodspeed, N. otophora Grisebach, or an introgressive hybrid between the two. Only a fraction of the genetic variability that existed in the diploid progenitor gene pools probably entered into N. tabacum. Genetic drift, coupled with natural and human selection, subsequently resulted in the formation of narrow genetic pools corresponding to modern commercial market classes. Genetic variability in Nicotiana has gained increased attention in recent years because of investment in Nicotiana genomics research, interest in development of tobacco products with reduced harm characteristics, and concentration on using Nicotiana species for plant-based production of commercially useful proteins. A storehouse of genetic diversity for N. tabacum is available in approximately 1,900 accessions maintained by the United States Nicotiana Germplasm Collection. Seeds of 224 accessions representing 59 wild Nicotiana species are also maintained. The collection is currently maintained by North Carolina State University and is part of the United States National Plant Germplasm System (NPGS). The collection’s curator satisfies hundreds of seed requests made annually by scientists using Nicotiana germplasm for basic biological investigations and by researchers in the area of applied tobacco science.  相似文献

The participation of anionic aluminum hydroxo complexes in the binding of phosphate anions on the surface of gibbsite has been shown. The succession of changes in the anionic aluminum phosphate complexes under increasing concentration of phosphate solution has been studied. It has been found that aluminum polyphosphate complexes responsible for the intensive dissolution of gibbsite are formed, along with aluminum orthophosphate complexes, at phosphate solution concentrations of 1 and 2 mol P/L. The decisive role of polyphosphate (P–O–P) groups in the ligand structure of anionic complexes in the transformation of gibbsite to a phosphate mineral (ammonium taranakite) has been revealed. The role of hydrogen bonds with the participation of ligand P(O)OH groups in the formation of ammonium taranakite crystals has been discussed.  相似文献

The presented study shows the results of measuring soil respiration in typical burozems (Dystric Cambisols) under mixed Korean pine–broadleaved forests in the southern part of the Primorskii (Far East) region of Russia growing under conditions of monsoon climate. The measurements were performed in 2014–2016 by the chamber method with the use of a portable infrared gas analyzer. Relative and total values of the CO2 efflux from the soil surface on four model plots were determined. The intensity of summer emission varied from 2.25 to 10.97 μmol/(m2 s), and the total CO2 efflux from the soils of four plots varied from 18.84 to 25.56 mol/m2. It is shown that a larger part of seasonal variability in the soil respiration is controlled by the soil temperature (R2 = 0.5–0.7); the soil water content also has a significant influence on the CO2 emission determining about 10% of its temporal variability. The daily dynamics of soil respiration under the old-age (200 yrs) forest have a significant relationship with the soil temperature (R2 = 0.51). The pyrogenic transformation of Pinus koraiensis forests into low-value oak forests is accompanied by an increase in the СО2 efflux from the soil.  相似文献

The increased concentration of an element in plant biomass compared to the soil mass is an essential condition for the differentiated spatial distribution and status of the element on the aggregate level. Two forms of this differentiation have been revealed for 137Cs and 90Sr. Transfer of 137Cs from plant roots and concentration on the surface of soil aggregates have been established experimentally. Indirect data also point to the potential localization of 137Cs on the surface of intraaggregate pores. The effect of radionuclide concentrating on the outer and inner surfaces of aggregates is due to the rapid and strong fixation of cesium microamounts by mineral soil components. 137Cs from the surface of aggregates is more available for the repeated uptake by plant roots than from the intraped mass. The distortion of this spatial differentiation mainly occurs during the reaggregation of soil mass, which in turn decreases the availability of the radionuclide to plants. For 90Sr, its elevated concentration in the form of organic residues has been revealed in the inter- and intraaggregate pore space. However, due to the high diffusion rate, 90Sr is relatively rapidly (during several months under pot experimental conditions) redistributed throughout the entire volume of soil aggregates and its major part gradually passes into the phase of humic compounds, to which the radionuclide is bound by exchange sorption. The high level of the next root uptake (higher than for 137Cs by one to two orders of magnitude) favors the permanent renewal of loci with increased 90Sr concentrations in the inter- and intraaggregate pore space in the form of plant residues.  相似文献

Citrullus colocynthis is a desert plant with a rich history as an important medicinal plant and as a source of valuable oil. Its small seeds appear in several early Egyptian, Lybian and Near Eastern sites from about 4000 BC. Sequence information deduced from several polymorphic intergenic cpDNA regions and a relatively large intron (0.6 kb) at the transit sequence of single-copy nuclear gene G3pdh showed clear geographical structure among C. colocynthis accessions. Region specific haplotypes with different nucleotide substitution rates were observed. The highest number of substitution events occurred in C. colocynthis selections from India and Pakistan, the lowest number in accessions from the Middle Eastern and West Asian region (Iran, Israel, and Afghanistan). Population level variation at the noncoding cpDNA and G3pdh intron are congruent. Indels at two cpDNA regions and unique nuclear and cpDNA substitutions indicate the direction of migration from the African continent into the Middle East and the Far East. C. colocynthis collected in Australia showed the highest sequence homology with accessions from Cyprus and Morocco. Divergent lineages are restricted to portions of the species range. Possible causes of this pattern include restricted migration and gene flow between regions, and differences in population size of divergent haplotypes based on differential patterns of environmental adaptation.  相似文献

The numerous feedback loops between roots, microorganisms, soil chemical and physical properties, and environmental variables result in spatial parameter patterns which are highly dynamic in time. In order to improve our understanding of the related rhizosphere processes and their relevance at the soil–plant system scale, experimental platforms are required. Those platforms should enable (1) to relate small scale observations (nm to dm) to system behaviour, (2) the integration of physical, chemical and biological sampling approaches within the same experiment, and (3) sampling at different time points during the life cycle of the system in question. Here we describe what requirements have to be met and to what extent this has been achieved in practice by the experimental platforms which were set up within the framework of DFG priority programme 2089 “Rhizosphere Spatiotemporal Organisation—a key to rhizosphere functions”. It is discussed to what extent theoretical considerations could be accommodated, in particular for the comparison across scales, i.e., from laboratory to field scale. The latter scale is of utmost importance to overcome the trade‐off between fraction of life cycle covered and the avoidance of unrealistic root length densities.  相似文献

The effects of four humic substance (HS) samples, a soil humic acid and two humic acids and one fulvic acid isolated from a composting substrate, were evaluated on the mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis (FOM) and F. oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL). In general, any HS treatment reduced significantly the radial growth of the FOM mycelium either in normal [potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium] or sub-optimal (water–agar medium) nutritional conditions. Differently, the FOL growth, which was tested only on PDA, was either inhibited or stimulated on dependence of the HS treatment used. The HS fractions isolated from the composting substrate were the most effective inhibitors of mycelial growth of both fungi. Furthermore, any HS treatment was also able to alter the germination process of FOL in aqueous medium, not only by reducing significantly the number of viable germinating conidia but also by generally decreasing the rate of conidial germ-tube elongation. Apparently, the extent of the inhibitory action was related to some chemical and functional properties of HS, such as the COOH group content and elemental composition.  相似文献

ISSR molecular markers have been used to investigate genetic diversity of oca (Oxalis tuberosa Mol.), an Andean neglected tuber crop species. Sampling procedure allowed a preliminary study of the genetic diversity at the intra- and intervarietal levels. Twenty tuber lots conserved in situ in the microcentre of Candelaria and ex situ in the Toralapa Centre (Bolivia) were identified. Four ISSR primers amplified a total of 25 fragments of which 17 (68%) were polymorphic. These experiments show that the structure of oca varieties is mainly based upon vernacular names with a greater differentiation among tuber lots than within them, supporting agromorphological data. ISSR technique enlightened the existence of heterogeneous varieties in oca and divergence between in situ and ex situ conservation strategies. These observations are potentially linked to the different ways of management of tubers in these two conservation systems.  相似文献

Seasonal changes of the soil CO2 concentration and the rate of CO2 fluxes emission from the soil formed on the sediments of the former Lake Texcoco, which occupied a significant part of the Mexico Valley until the mid-17th century, were studied. The soils (Fluvic Endogleyic Phaeozems) were characterized by a low CO2 fluxes rate, which is related to their high alkalinity. The mean values of soil respiration were 6.0–14.1 mg C/(m2 h) depending on vegetation type, which corresponds to 60–157 g C/(m2 yr). The contribution of plants to the CO2 fluxes insignificantly varied by seasons and depended on the species composition of vegetation. The soil CO2 concentration and soil respiration in eucalypt (Eucalyptus globulus Labill.) plantation were two times higher than those in the grass–subshrub area, the ground cover of which consisted of Distichlis spicata (L.) Greene and Suaeda nigra (Raf.) J.F. Macbr. species. This can be related to the significant volumes of gas production during the respiration of eucalypt roots and associated rhizosphere community. The contribution of the root systems of grass cover to the soil CO2 fluxes in eucalypt plantation slightly varied within the year and was equal to 24% on the average. In the grass–subshrub area, its value varied from 41% in the cold season to 60% in the warm season. The spatial variability of soil CO2 concentration and its flux rate to the atmosphere was due to the differences in plant species composition and hydrothermal conditions, and their temporal trend was closely related to the seasonal accumulation of plant biomass and soil temperature.  相似文献

Goal, Scope and Background  Situated in the transboundary belt between Montenegro and Albania, Lake Skadar is the largest freshwater reservoir in Southeastern Europe. Because of the wide range of endemic, rare or endangered plant and animal species it supports, Lake Skadar and its extensive adjacent wetlands are internationally recognised as a site of significance and importance (Ramsar site). Within the last 10 to 20 years, Lake Skadar was exposed to intensive pollution. For the assessment of the ecotoxic load of the sediments sampled in Lake Skadar, a triad approach was recently applied. Overall, a complex spectrum of ecotoxic loads was elucidated. The aim of the present study was to use plant-based bioassays for assessing the sediment quality of Lake Skadar in order to facilitate and complement the triad test battery. The newly developed sediment contact test with Myriophyllum aquaticum and the aquatic growth inhibition test with Lemna minor were applied to native sediments and pore water, respectively, allowing the investigation of different toxicity-effects caused by particle-bound pollutants as well as pollutants in the interstitial water. This investigation is the first application of the novel sediment contact test with Myriophyllum aquaticum to lake sediments. Methods  Sediment samples were taken from nine selected sites at Lake Skadar and investigated by the sediment contact assay with Myriophyllum aquaticum. The pore water was extracted from these sediment samples to be analysed in the aquatic growth inhibition test with Lemna minor. The results of the sediment contact tests were compared with each other and with those of the aquatic growth inhibition test. Results and Discussion  Both applied macrophyte biotests revealed distinct changes in the growth behaviour of the two macrophytes subsequent to the exposure to the investigated natural sediments of Lake Skadar. The Myriophyllum sediment contact test revealed significant toxicity in the sediment samples from Radus and Kamenik, whereas the aquatic Lemna test showed inhibition effects for the samples from Sterbeq, Plavnica and Kamice. Data obtained with the newly developed Danio rerio contact test and the Arthrobacter globiformis contact test confirmed the Myriophyllum results. Analyses of the heavy metal content in the sediments revealed low or moderate contamination levels. Correlation analyses between the content of heavy metals in the sediments and growth inhibition of Myriophyllum aquaticum showed a significant correlation between Cr concentrations and growth inhibition. Comparable findings are available for a German river system. In contrast, no significant correlation between inhibition rates and concentration of metals could be observed with Lemna minor. Conclusions  It was shown that the newly developed sediment contact test with Myriophyllum aquaticum is applicable to lake sediments. In both the sediment contact test with Myriophyllum aquaticum on whole sediments and the aquatic growth inhibition test with Lemna minor on pore water, plant growth was influenced by the natural sediments and its components. Therefore, both test systems were found to be suitable for the detection of phytotoxic effects upon exposure to sediments. Myriophyllum aquaticum as test organism of the contact test grows directly in the sediment without an additional water-layer. Thus, it is able to detect toxicity caused by particle-bound phytotoxic substances as well as pore water-related contamination, while the floating Lemna minor can only detect effects emanating from pore water. Significant differences of the results were observed between these two test systems and, accordingly, the two different exposure scenarios. Hence, none of the tests can replace the other one and, as a consequence, both should be included into a test battery for the assessment of sediment toxicity. Recommendations and Perspectives  Both plant assays were shown to be reliable tools for the evaluation of the eco-toxicological risk potentials of pore water and solid-phase sediment. They should become a complement to the standardised test battery generally used for comprehensive hazard assessment. The seed protein contents of 179 accessions belonging to ten species of genus Fagopyrum were determined by means of the Kjeldahl method. The results indicated that there are significant differences of seed protein content among different accessions within the same species. The average protein content of F. esculentum is 12.94%, ranging from 8.81–18.71%, and the protein content of Sibano is the highest, up to 18.71%, Gantian 1 the lowest with 8.81%. The average protein content of tartary buckwheat is 12.17%, with the range from 7.82–18.94%, and the protein content of cultivated tartary buckwheat Qianku 2 is the highest (18.59%), and that of Ganku 1 (7.82%) the lowest. Moreover, there are significant differences of seed protein content among different buckwheat species and between the different buckwheat types (between common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat, between the diploid and the tetraploid, between the cultivated and the wild, and between the big-achene group and the small-achene group). The average seed protein content of F. giganteum is the highest in all tested species, up to 17.81% with the range of 13.91–21.27%, and that of F. callianthum the lowest, only 8.31%. Three concentrations of Pasteuria spores applied to soil and some agricultural practices were evaluated for their effects on spore attachment to nematodes and biocontrol of Meloidogyne incognita on tomato in a microplot experiment. Applications of Pasteuria at concentrations of 5᎒10 spores/m2 increased tomato fruit yield per plant by 46% compared to non-Pasteuria treatments but also increased nematode densities in soil at harvest time. M. incognita juveniles recovered from plots where Pasteuria was applied at 5᎒10 spores/m2 showed greater spore attachment than those with application rates of 2.5᎒9 spores/m2 or 5᎒9 spores/m2. Pasteuria spores penetrated to 30-40 cm soil depth in a volcanic ash sandy soil after application of spore suspensions to the soil surface. Densities of over 2.5᎒4 spores/g of soil were reached at 0-30 cm soil depth only when the application rate was 5᎒10 spores/m2, but at harvest and after fallow densities of about 2.5᎒4 spores/g of soil were also reached in the top 10 cm of soil at 2.5᎒9 and 5᎒9 spores/m2 application rates. Spore densities in soil decreased after 6 months of fallow when densities at harvest time were higher than 105 spores/g of soil. Tillage and additional watering 2 days after spore application increased spore densities in soil at harvest throughout the soil depth (0-40 cm).  相似文献

Selenium (Se) is an essential micronutrient for humans, animals, and certain lower plants, but at higher concentrations Se becomes toxic to organisms. The boundary between the Se beneficial effect and its toxicity is narrow and depends on its chemical form, applied concentration, and other environmentally regulating factors. Due to the potential risk of toxicity in higher concentration, the aim of this study was to estimate the impact of increased concentrations of different forms of Se on the response of the wheat–soil–earthworm system. Soil, earthworms, and wheat grains were exposed to the Se in form of selenite and selenate in concentrations of 0.01, 0.1, and 1 mg kg−1. As an indicator of oxidative stress in wheat, lipid peroxidation levels (LPO) and total H2O2 content were determined, while antioxidative response was determined by catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), and glutathione reductase (GR) activities. The biomarker responses in earthworms were determined by acetylcholinesterase (AChE), carboxylesterase (CES), and antioxidative enzymes (CAT and glutathione S‐transferase) activities. Selenite and selenate increased Se content in the wheat and earthworms, while selenate application was more efficient, indicating higher bioaccumulation of this Se form. Both Se forms did not cause significant changes in the LPO level and H2O2 content, while GPX activities were elevated in all treatments, suggesting that oxidative stress was not induced in wheat. In earthworms, Se significantly reduced activities of AChE and CAT at some concentrations, while CES activity was increased at all concentrations applied. This study showed significant impact of Se on measured biochemical responses in wheat and earthworms, indicating the disruption of homeostasis. Obtained results can serve as basis for further studies on Se effects and will help in including different aspects necessary for understanding of Se impact on different components of soil ecosystems.  相似文献

Morphology of ripe lodicules in wheat taxonomic species was analyzed for all ploidy levels. From the initial set of sixteen characters, the best representatives and discriminants were selected. Length of main lobe and hairiness of this lobe as well as cushion appeared as the most stable selected characters. A non-metric multidimensional scaling procedure distinguished wheat diploids in the ordination space with Triticum urartu in a separate position. Other wheats, which were recognized as narrow endemics or hybrid recombinants, were seen as extremes in this space and they surround the centre with most of threshable taxa. Morphology of the lodicule differs between unthreshable and threshable wheats as well as between units having AABB and AAGG genomes. The development of hairs, lateral lobe and cushion is a factor creating main differences between lodicules of various taxa. Wheat species characterized by the best discriminants create in the space an original sphere of points described by correlation and regression parameters of three ordination axes. Large intra-specific variation of lodicule morphology is a source of flexibility of wheat breeding system.  相似文献

The spatial-temporal features of the radioactive contamination of terrestrial ecosystem components caused by the deterioration of the multibarrier protection of regional radioactive waste storages of the State Research Center of the Russian Federation-Leipunskii Institute of Physics and Power Engineering at the input of radionuclides into the soil and ground water were studied. The composition of the radioactive contamination was determined, and the hydrological and geochemical processes resulting in the formation of large radioactive sources were described. The natural features of the radioactive waste storage areas favoring the entry of 90Sr, 137Cs, and 226Ra into the soils and their inclusion in the biological turnover were characterized. The directions of the horizontal migration of 90Sr, 137Cs, and 226Ra and the sites of their accumulation within the superaquatic and aquatic landscapes of a near-terrace depression were studied; the factors of the 90Sr accumulation in plants and cockles were calculated. The results of the studies expand the theoretical concepts of the mechanisms, processes, and factors controlling the behavior of radionuclides at the deterioration of the multibarrier protection of radioactive waste storages. The presented experimental data can be used for solving practical problems related to environmental protection in the areas of industrial nuclear complexes.  相似文献

Glasshouse experiments were conducted to assess the influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi (Glomus mosseae and Gigaspora margarita) and organic fertilizers (cow dung, horse dung, goat dung and poultry manure) alone and in combination on the reproduction of the nematode Meloidogyne incognita and on growth and water loss of tomato. Meloidogyne incognita decreased water loss of tomato from the first week onwards after inoculation. AM fungi increased water loss of both nematode-infected and uninfected plants. Glomus mosseae was better at improving growth of tomato and reducing galling and nematode multiplication than G. margarita, but the rate of water loss was similar with both fungi. Addition of organic fertilizers improved growth of tomato, but decreased the rate of water loss. There was less galling and nematode multiplication with poultry manure, which improved tomato growth more than goat dung, while cow dung was the least effective organic fertilizer. Greatest plant growth and least nematode reproduction were observed in plants inoculated with M. incognita along with G. mosseae and poultry manure.  相似文献

Lead and zinc mine tailings from Guangdong, China were found to be toxic to two common species of the earthworm Pheretima, unless the spoil was diluted by at least 20% with an artificial uncontaminated soil. With different soil dilutions, there were significant differences in mortality, growth and Zn uptake between the two species. Zinc and arsenic were principally responsible for the toxicity of the tailings. LC50 values for Zn, Pb, Cu and As for Pheretima were similar to those reported in the literature for Eisenia fetida. Following inoculation with the earthworms, spoil pH, EC and available metals increased; available-Pb and -Zn concentrations increased by up to 48.2% and 24.8% respectively. The findings suggest that earthworms may play an important role in reclamation of mining spoils to achieve a healthy soil supporting sustainable vegetation. Potentially increased toxicity of metals to plants and animals, through increased bioavailability in the presence of earthworms, is discussed in the context of their role in modifying the efficiency of phytoremediation treatments.  相似文献

The symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is known to affect growth and tissue quality of plants. Therefore, mycorrhization may also have “afterlife” effects on decomposition dynamics. We tested this hypothesis with plant material of mycorrhized and non-mycorrhized plants of seven grassland species. We found that mycorrhization increased the decomposition rate and interpret this result as a consequence of the enhanced nutritive status of the plant tissue with positive effects on decomposer activity. The turn-over of organic matter and nutrients in ecosystems may therefore be indirectly influenced by the symbiosis with mycorrhizal fungi.  相似文献

“Wicked” problems are those that are complex and that change when solutions are applied. Many conflicts in conservation fall into this category. The study approached the problem of how to constrain the apparent wickedness of a problem in the conservation management of a species by using simple empirical indicators to carry out iterative assessment of the risk to a population and to document how this risk evolves in relation to the addition of new data and the implementation of management actions. Effects of high levels of uncertainty within data and also concerning population structure were examined through stochastic simulation and by exploration of scenarios. Historical trends in the example used, the Steller sea lion, showed rapid declines in abundance in some regions during the 1980s. The current total population is 130,000-150,000 Steller sea lions through Alaska and British Columbia and this number has been stable since about 1990 in spite of regional differences in population dynamics. Regional differences in the sequence of changes in the number of pups and non-pups, suggested that an internal re-distribution of juveniles could have happened between 1980 and 1990. Current productivity also appears close to the long-term mean. Stochastic population projection using various scenarios showed that, based upon this history, the risk of extinction for the population has declined and is below reasonable thresholds for considering the population to be endangered. The trends in risk suggest that management actions taken since 1990 have probably been effective. Consequently, the conservation management objectives for the Steller sea lion are probably being met. The approach provides a mechanism, based upon experience and scenario analysis, for exploring future policy options and may help to constrain the debate amongst stakeholders about the cost-benefit trade-offs associated with different options.  相似文献
