锌和高钙日粮对肉用仔鸡肾脏组织影响的观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过日粮中高钙(2.0%)与不同水平锌配比,饲养肉用仔鸡,观察肉用仔鸡肾脏组织的病理变化.结果表明:高钙对雏鸡肾脏的影响极为显著;添加不同水平的锌可以影响高钙对肾组织的损伤程度.锌过量时(1000mg/kg)可明显减弱由于高钙造成的病变,近常量锌(100mg/kg)引起的组织病变最严重.锌缺乏时(添加量0)由于缺锌对机体代谢功能的影响,高钙所引起的肾组织病变也有所减轻.  相似文献

以平阳特早一年生茶树幼苗为试验材料,设置90、150、210、270 mg/L Ca2+浓度进行钙过量水培培养,研究其对茶树幼苗、新梢主要品质成分的动态影响,同时测定了根系形态的动态变化.结果表明,钙过量处理前2周,茶多酚含量在较低钙过量(90、150 mg/L)条件下增加,这可能是茶多酚作为抗氧化剂对钙过量胁迫的抗性;氨基酸含量从第三周开始表现出下降,且随着处理时间的增加,下降幅度越大;咖啡碱含量处理第一周即出现下降,随着处理时间的增加,下降幅度增大.钙过量对根系的伤害主要表现在根尖数减少和较高Ca2+浓度(210、270 mg/L)条件下,根系表面会附着一层白色黏膜抑制新根的生长.钙过量处理可直接造成茶树根系吸收根的衰亡,进而逐步影响到茶树新梢品质成分的合成.  相似文献

35日龄100羽伊沙蛋鸡随机均分为对照组(含钙1.00%)和高钙组(含钙3.78%)。试验第17 d,各组剖检5只鸡,作肾脏的电镜观察。结果表明,高钙组近曲小管上皮细胞出现核固缩,部分细胞溶解、坏死、微绒毛脱落,线粒体肿胀、部分空泡化,近曲小管基部初面内质网扩张;间质纤维母细胞轻度增生,淋巴细胞浸润;肾小球毛细血管袢触突微绒毛化;肾小囊足细胞轻度溶解、水肿,部分线粒体空泡化。说明,高钙日粮能导致鸡的肾损伤。  相似文献

A corn-soybean meal diet (CSB) (or Diet 1) containing 23% crude protein (CP) was used as the positive control, and another corn-soybean meal diet containing 21% CP and 15% wheat middlings (WM) (or Diet 2) was used as the basal diet, which was treated with four different treatments. Digestibility experiment was employed to discuss the collective effect of citric acid, and intrinsic and microbial phytase. By comparing and analyzing effects of them in the low-nutrient broiler diets, the results showed five treatments had similar effects on Tibia ash (%) (mg) (P〉0.05). Under the supplementation of bacterial phytase or citric acid, the daily body weight gain (ADG), gain:feed (G:F) ratio, and calcium (Ca) utilization were similar to that of standard-nutrient CSB diet (Diet 1) (P 〉 0.05). And, fecal phosphorus (P) and CP utilization were lower than (P〈0.05) that of Diet 1. But P utilization was significantly higher than (P〈0.01) that of Diet 1. However, the ADG, G:F, and CP utilization produced by supplementation of intrinsic phytase were lower than those of Diet 1, but other aspects were similar to those produced by Diet 1 (P〉0.05). In Diet 5, citric acid, intrinsic and bacterial phytase were added to the diet, which produced a 1.4% decrease on fecal P, a 7.2% increase on Ca utilization, which was significantly higher than (P〈0.01) those of the other four Diets, a 3.9% increase on G:F, which was similar to that of Diet 1, and a 2.3% increase on CP utilization, which was higher than (P〈0.05) that of the other three diets. In summary, the results of this study indicated that citric acid, intrinsic and bacterial phytase might have some additive or synergistic effects, and low-nutrient CSB diets with 15% wheat middlings, 750 U kg^-1 phytase, and 3% citric acid might substitute completely for standard CSB in broilers.  相似文献

以"平阳特早"一年生茶苗为试材,通过水培试验,研究了30、90、150、210、270 mg/L钙处理下茶树幼苗叶绿素含量及钙、镁含量的动态变化。结果表明,经过5周水培,茶树叶片总叶绿素含量随着钙浓度的升高逐渐降低,钙浓度低于150 mg/L,叶片生长较旺盛,当钙浓度高于150 mg/L,叶片逐渐出现钙中毒现象,钙/镁增大。可见,钙过量影响了茶树幼苗对钙、镁等元素的吸收和分配,降低根系对镁离子的吸收,进而影响了茶树幼苗叶片中叶绿素组成。  相似文献

本试验研究资源化微生物添加剂(简称WFP)对肉仔公鸡的饲喂效果。试验用1日龄AA肉仔公鸡360只为试验动物,分成4组。在玉米加豆粕基础日粮中分别添加0%,5%,10%,15%WFP,观察其对AA肉仔公鸡生产性能、免疫性能、环境的影响。结果表明:在日粮中添加5%或10%的WFP在日增重和饲料转化效率上要优于对照组,可以在一定程度上改善鸡舍环境质量,并对机体免疫有轻微的增强作用。  相似文献

 【目的】研究日粮锌添加水平对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化机能、免疫功能、组织锌沉积等的影响,探讨43—63日龄黄羽肉鸡的锌需要量。【方法】选用43日龄健康的快大型岭南黄羽肉公鸡1 080只,根据体重随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。处理1(空白对照组)为基础日粮,锌水平为18 mg?kg-1,处理2、3、4、5、6分别在基础日粮上添加20、40、60、80、120 mg?kg-1锌。试验周期为21 d。【结果】在本试验条件下,日粮添加锌对鸡生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加锌显著提高鸡血清GSH-Px、CuZnSOD、AKP活性(P<0.05),显著增加血清GSH含量、血清及胫骨Zn含量、血清及肝脏MT含量(P<0.05),其中添加60 mg?kg-1锌改善血清AKP活性和胫骨Zn含量效果最佳。日粮添加20—40 mg?kg-1锌显著提高鸡胸腺指数,添加20—80 mg?kg-1锌显著提高鸡法氏囊指数(P<0.05),但日粮添加锌对63日龄鸡脾脏指数、肝脏CuZnSOD活性和胫骨灰分含量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】仅考虑生长性能,玉米豆粕型日粮不需添加锌;以血清AKP活性、胫骨Zn含量为衡量指标,43—63日龄黄羽肉鸡日粮锌适宜水平为78 mg?kg-1。通过非线性回归模型估测日粮锌适宜水平分别为81、60 mg?kg-1。  相似文献

选择健康的1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡189只随机分成7组 ,每组3个重复 ,每个重复9只 ,饲养6周。第1组对照组饲喂基础日粮 ,第2~7组分别在基础日粮中添加20,40,60,80,100,120mg·kg-1硼(硼酸形式) ,研究添加硼对肉仔鸡组织器官中硼的富集和铁、铜、锰、锌等元素含量和代谢的影响。试验结果显示 :(1)饲粮中添加硼可促进硼在肉仔鸡的血液、胸肌、肝脏和胫骨中的富集 ,其中胫骨对硼的富集能力显著大于肝脏和胸肌(P<0.05) ,肝脏对硼的富集能力大于胸肌 ,硼添加水平与血硼、胸肌、肝脏和胫骨中硼含量之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01) ;(2)添加硼可提高微量元素铁、铜、锰、锌在肉仔鸡血液、胸肌、肝脏和胫骨中的含量 ,60mg·kg-1硼可显著提高肉仔鸡血液、胸肌、肝脏中的铁含量、血液、胫骨中的铜含量和血液、肝脏中的锌含量。说明硼与肉仔鸡体内微量元素代谢有一定关系  相似文献

To investigate the effects of a synthetic isoflavone (SI) on meat quality and oxidative stability, 1 500 43-d-old Lingnan yellow male broilers were randomly assigned to five dietary treatments: diets supplemented with 0, 10, 20, 40, or 80 mg SI kg-1, fed ad libitum for a period of 3 wk. After refrigerated storage, a* value of the meat increased with dietary SI supplementation using 10 and 40 mg kg-1 level (P〈0.05), L* value decreased (P〈0.05), and 40 mg kg-j increased the pH (P〈0.05). Supplementation with SI, at all levels, increased water holding capacity (P〈0.05) and decreased lactic acid content of meat (P〈0.05). The concentration of malondialdehyde at 72 h decreased linearly (P=0.005) and quadratically (P=0.004) with increasing levels of SI. Dietary SI at 20 and 40 mg kg-1 levels enhanced total superoxide dismutase activity in meat (P〈0.05). Meat pH quadratically decreased as the storage time increased (P〈0.05), with the highest value at 24 h (P〈0.05). Lactic acid and malondialdehyde concentrations of meat increased over time, with value at 96 h being far higher than at earlier times (P〈0.05). Supplemental SI linearly and quadratically increased the mRNA abundance ofglutathione peroxidase (GPX) (P=0.001 and P=0.002) and catalase (CAT) (P=0.003 and P=0.006) in breast muscle. The results from this study indicate that dietary supplementation with SI can improve meat quality during refrigerated storage by decreasing lipid peroxidation and enhancing oxidative stability and, for male broilers from 43 to 63 d of age, the optimal level of SI was 40 mg kg-1.  相似文献
