Biological electrical impedance is a physical quantity to reflect electricity character of biological tissue, apparatus, cell or whole organism, which is a kind of new method developed recently to analyze component of body. This technology is unhurt examining method which obtains certain biomedicine information about human body according to electrical character and change of biological tissue or apparatus, has unhurt, cheap, safe, innocuity, operator simple and abundant information etc., is prone to be accepted by doctors and patients. Now unhurt brain electrical impedance double channel examining system and brain electrical impedance topographic mapping system have entered clinical experiment moment, and contactless magnetic induction tomography(CMIT) is taken notice of widely as a more effective examining method.  相似文献

It is a significative attempt in medical diagnosis that Electrical Impedance Tomography is used to hematoma monitoring. Since there is great difference in physiological parameters among different persons, among varieties of ill cases, and different tissues, it is important to loosen the limits of initial values of reconstruction algorithm. A new approach named Continuation method is proposed in Electrical Impedance Tomography. In addition, simulating calculation results are given to validate the approach effective.  相似文献

A number of fruit including plums develop a pronounced conspicuous layer of epicuticular wax responsible for their attractive visual appearance. During harvest, packaging and transport, this protective layer may be damaged or removed. The resulting appearance generates the impression of poor fruit quality. The aim of this research was to analyse and compare the influence of this wax bloom on storability using a new non-invasive technology and three modifications of the fruit surface. Weight loss was recorded of plums with the natural wax layer, polished by hand or wax removed chemically and stored at 20 °C room temperature or in a refrigerator at 5 °C. With 9.2 mg epicuticular wax/fruit or 302 μg/cm2 surface, European plums were classified as highly waxy, which contributed to for their conspicuous wax bloom. The disappearance of the wax bloom viz. increase in glossiness, measured non-destructively with a special sensor, was associated with a doubling of luster levels from 150–250 arbitrary units (a.u.) to 300–600 a.u. after polishing, simulating postharvest handling. Luster levels decreased with time with the polished surface, but not with the natural wax layer, confirming the concomitant greatest weight loss during the 20 days storage of polished fruit. Weight loss was lowest in plums with the natural wax layer, refrigerated at 5 °C, while those stored at 20 °C lost more weight irrespective of surface treatment. This case study explains the relatively short shelf-life and effects of water loss of the plums under different temperatures and surface conditions with wax, polish and chemically treated. This affordable compact light-weight sensor technology offers the opportunity to detect the degree of glossiness and may be used for sorting a number of affected fruit.  相似文献

为进一步优化苦瓜的氮钾肥施用方式,提高苦瓜中皂苷含量,选取苦瓜低皂苷含量品种‘206’、高皂苷品种‘优佳4号’为试验材料,以中皂苷品种‘疙瘩绿’为对照,采用根尖无损伤检测法,检测苦瓜根对氮和钾离子的吸收情况。结果表明,在幼果期‘优佳4号’根对氮离子的吸收显著高于‘疙瘩绿’和‘206’,而在幼苗期、幼果期对钾离子的释放比‘206’分别低40%和63.5%。田间栽培时以苦瓜品种、氮、钾元素为变量进行正交设计,并进行施肥验证,‘优佳4号’吸收氮元素和保有钾元素的能力更强,在低氮和低钾的情况下也可以产生高皂苷。中高含量的氮钾元素可以显著提高低皂苷品种的皂苷含量。在栽培生产中,高皂苷品种施肥可适当采用低氮和低钾措施,低皂苷品种要采用高氮和高钾措施。  相似文献

为研究蔬菜种子吸收或外排Na+能力与其耐盐性的关系,采用非损伤微测技术检测了628甘蓝、青杂中丰白菜、苏州青油菜、茼蒿、上海鸡毛菜种子外Na+流速的动态变化.结果表明,在10mmol/L NaCl溶液处理下,甘蓝和茼蒿种子外排Na+,而白菜、油菜和鸡毛菜种子吸收Na+,其中,甘蓝、白菜和油菜种子对Na+吸收或外排的效果明显.随后以甘蓝、白菜和油菜种子为材料,在不同NaCl浓度下对种子萌发进行了实验,结果表明,随着NaCl浓度升高,甘蓝、白菜和油菜种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数都呈明显下降趋势.当NaCl浓度达到300mmol/L时,甘蓝、白菜和油菜种子的发芽率分别为37.33%、14.67%和10.00%,耐盐半致死浓度分别为323.73,241.68mmol/L和200mmol/L.初步说明种子可以通过增加Na+的外排,减弱高浓度Na+对种子的毒害作用.  相似文献

The temperature drift is one of the most important error sources and influences the measuring accuracy of gyroscope greatly. The more exact temperature is measured, the more accurate angular error could be compensated. So the improvement of temperature measurement is significant to the system accuracy. A temperature measurement and compensation system was designed and experimented. The temperature of solid vibration gyroscope developed by ourselves was measured, analyzed and corrected. At last, the mean square deviation reduced from 31. 418 2 to 0.547 7, The experiment results proved that the design of soft and hardware is effective.  相似文献

对苜蓿愈伤组织用较高浓度的盐(0.8% NaCl)进行胁迫,并用NaN3进行诱变处理,再用高盐浓度的培养基(含NaCl 1.2%以上)进行筛选,筛选后对其抗盐性进行测定.经过脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、细胞膜相对透性的测定后,结果表明:此愈伤组织在含1.2%的NaCl培养基上长势很好,各项生理指标明显高于未处理的,具有很强的耐盐性.  相似文献

A model of credit quantitative measurement and management widely used in foreign countries is introduced, and its limitation which appears while the model is used in China is analyzed. According to the chaos time serials constituted by various period credit grades' transition probability of an enterprise and the average value of its ratio of callback due to breach of faith, applying the theory of the chaos time serials and the local prediction method, a credit grades' transition matrix and a matrix of the average ratio of callback due to breach of faith is established. Which is applied to Chinese enterprises. A simple and inexpensive method for the estimation of total glucosinolate (GSL) Content In rapeseed is described. It employs a newly developed portable reflectance instrument, the TRUBLUGLU Meter. The assay is based on the selective hydrolysis of Gsls By Endogenous myrosinase at pH 9, followed by measurement of the released glucose using Clinistix strips. The meter, which is calibrated prior to use with a standard glucose solution, can display a digital readout in units of either mM glucose or μol Gsl/g Seed.  相似文献
