A multi-body simulation approximate model of a vehicle using ADAMS software is established, and a frontrear suspension system, a steering system, the tires and all connectors are studied. Vehicle handling stability under different tests is simulated. The result is credible and valid, the parameter of vehicle model is amended expediently. Dynamic mathematical model,which is based on the character of power-plant boiler system,is established by the means of modularization. On the basis of dynamic mathematical models,simulation model of the object is created with the advanced continuous simulation language(ACSL).The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis.The simulation model helps to evaluate the influences that the dynamic process in steam/water's side brings to the boiler's operation and have some directive significance to design method of boiler and optimize run.  相似文献

A dynamic mathematical model of the steam-cooled cyclone separator in a 440 t/h CFB boiler has been established.Based on the mathematical model,simulation model of the cyclone separator is created with the advanced continuous simulation language(ACSL).The validity of this model has been verified by the simulation experiments and analysis.This model can provide a theoretical guidance for operation and optimal design of the cyclone separator.  相似文献

Modeling and simulating with professional software can increase efficiency obviously. By introducing the functions and characteristics of CRUISE, a simulation model of manual transmission is built. This software is not only convenient, simple and universal, but also direct-viewing and easy to debugging. Boiler is an important facility in power plant , the safety and economy of unit is affected by it. Studying the dynamic of boiler can improve the knowledge about boiler , which is important for. Features of MMS are introduced based on MMS simulation setting, and the real time capable module and non real time capable module are compared from principle. Real time capable dynamic model of boiler and non real time capable dynamic model of boiler of 330 MW unit are established . The experimental results show that the dynamic process of two type model accords with the mechanism of the object , at the same time, the validity of real time capable module is discussed .  相似文献

A numerical simulation commercial software has been developed by the object-oriented Visual Basic programming language on the basis of the 2D mathematical model of secondary cooling Process in billet continuous casting. Thereby an effective experimenting tool for computer simulation of continuous casting process is gained. By simulation with the software, the caster structures and operating parameters in continuous casting can be designed and optimized. The simulating calculation examples on several casters and its production applications indicate that the commercial software developed has more accuracy, practicability and commonality, as also as simpler operating capability. The simulated results have been successfully applied to the design and production of the high-efficiency modification for several billet casters interiorly.  相似文献

For the benefit of environment protection and sustainable economic development especially in western china, to build more hydroelectric power stations is a basic policy of our government. Xiluodu project is the biggest underground hydroelectric power station. which includes 18 power generation units with a capacity more than 12 600 MW. By establish a set of heat and humidity balance equations applying on the Xiluodu project underground workshop with its boundary conditions, this paper has present an one_dimensional heat conduction model to simulate its dynamical heat transfer process. On the purpose of compare deferent design schemes of HVAC system, a package of software for numerical simulation is developed. In this paper,we have also recommend some criteria for the evaluation of HVAC system design schemes. The computation result has show that if utilizing the reservoir water and AC chiller to process the air,combing other anti_humidification technical measures,it will assure the anticipated air quality of underground facilities.  相似文献

In order to fully research the effects of external excitations, such as wind speed, wind direction and voltage disturbance, on a grid connected wind turbine with doubly fed induction generator, a co-simulation model of MW-class wind turbine system is established by using Simpack and Matlab/Simulink software. Also, by considering the actual control strategies in the process of simulation, the relationship between external excitations and mechanical system is studied. According to time-domain simulation under the turbulent wind condition, the dynamic meshing forces of gears are analyzed. Besides, the vibration responses of tower are calculated under the different external excitations. Research results lay a foundation for dynamic performance optimization and reliability design of a wind turbine.  相似文献

Based on the possible factors on limiting the maximum deep-drawing height of the cylindrical cup, the fuzzy set theory is applied in optimizing the deep-drawing process design and the simulation software of metal deformation is utilized for the test of optimized design. The impulse value of a impulse mechanism has a notable influence on the dynamics capability of impulse variable speed device. Basing on this point, the authors take crank-rocker mechanism in series with slider-crank mechanism as impulse mechanism when we design the impulse variable speed device. The link used to adjust the speed is applied in slider-crank mechanism which has no quick-return characteristic, so the advance-to return-time ratio keeps stable when we adjust its speed. The speed fluctuation also keeps invariable. The new method overcome the default that this kind of impulse variable speed device has a notable speed fluctuation. At the same time, ADAMS software is used to optimize and show the real motion law. From the simulation result we can get the speed fluctuation is down to 18% in the whole process. The change of speed fluctuation is down to 1%. The result is better than other mechanism like this category.  相似文献

In this paper,the method of establishing the torsional vibration model of drilling string and rock bit and the process of simulation analysis are introduced.The interaction between bit and rock and elastic deformation of drilling string in the process of petroleum drilling which caused the torsional vibration of the drilling string and rock bit is main considered in establishing the model.The torsional model is solved by difference method.Based on the models,the simulation analysis software of drilling string and rock bit is designed,and simulation calculation and analysis of the tortional vibration of drilling string and rock bit under different conditions are computed,and the dynamic behavior and kinetics regularity of drilling string and rock bit in drilling are obtained.  相似文献

With the rapid development in logic circuit,the effect of transmission line in PCB becomes a confined factor.In the design of high-speed PCB,the factors which affect the integrity of signal can be found by computerized simulation of the transmission line,simultaneously the signal quality could be optimized.The capacitance matrices of transmission line in high-speed PCB have been computed with this method that is the total charge Green's functions with method of matrix,then the time-domain model is built.Connected to IBIS model of the I/O buffer these models can be used in computerized simulation of the transmission line.The result of simulation is equal with the result produced by EDA software-Specctraquest of cadence Co.and the efficiency of simulation is advanced.  相似文献

A simulation system for logistics in steel-making process has been developed by analyzing the state of logistics in steel plant, integrating the approach of coloured Petri nets with time and queuing network and using object-oriented methodology. The software functions for building-up simulation model, executing simulation, managing simulations, playing demo, analyzing statistics and online help. The objectives and principles of the simulation software have schematically been introduced. At last, the software is visually validated with measured input data of primary logistics in Vanadium-extracting, Steel-making Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation. A Gantt diagram and statistics of simulation case are included in simulation results and can be used to assist decision-making for scheduling in steel-making process.  相似文献

This paper uses motorcycle as the research object and uses ADAMS/View as tools to deal with the inconvenience of constructing Motorcycle simulation model in ADAMS/View.The parameterized design system of Motorcycle is developed according to the requirements of simulation model by using ADAMS/View secondary development technology.The system has solved very complicated problem of motorcycle modeling in ADAMS/View,whose spatial structure is very complicated,and solved the problem of model imported by other CAD software which has information lose,model scale tends to heavy,follow-up simulation difficult and so on.The system is used to make the simulation model in ADAMS/View easier for follow-up simulation according to the basic dimension of Motorcycle and user's needs,and shorten the development period of the motorcycle,reduce the development cost,and carry on the series design.  相似文献

采用消(耗)能元件的结构在遭受地震作用时,元件芯材首先屈服进入塑性阶段,利用其滞回变形消耗地震输入能量,保护主体结构,元件芯材本构关系的数值模拟是对采用消(耗)能元件结构进行抗震分析与设计的基础。为更真实地模拟结构消(耗)能元件芯材在单调和循环荷载下的本构响应,更准确地对采用消(耗)能元件结构进行结构弹塑性地震响应分析,对常用作消(耗)能元件芯材的日本高延性钢材SN490B的单调、循环加载本构及循环骨架曲线进行了数值模拟,包括:采用Esmaeily-Xiao二次流塑性模型模拟材料在单调荷载作用下弹性段、屈服段、强化段和二次流塑段4个阶段;采用混合强化模型模拟材料循环荷载作用下的本构响应,运用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS结合数值模拟参数对16种不同循环加载制度下的循环加载试验进行模拟,并与试验结果进行对比;采用Ramberg-Osgood模型、无量纲化的Ramberg-Osgood模型及两段式模型模拟循环骨架曲线。研究结果表明:所采用数学模型可以较好地模拟SN490B钢材单调、循环加载本构响应及循环骨架曲线,数值模拟与试验结果拟合较好。  相似文献

The simulation analysis of temperature field under ideal condition can reflects the rule of true temperature field, but accidental factor during construction process will result in difference of the result. This paper studied the Baise RCC Dam with the distributed optical fiber technology and FEM technology, the numerical results were modified with the testing data and the contrastive curves can be obtained for the testing data,ideal simulation data and real -time simulation data. The results indicate that the modified real - time simulation can reflect the true temperature field ; it may serve as a guide for the temperature control.  相似文献

This article elaborates the significance of the thermal simulation of the enclosure in physical model of atria under fire and presents an idea to conduct the thermal simulation. A series of one-dimensional thermal transfer equations of the enclosure are found for the atria with a round section under fire. Carburization is a complex manufacturing process with serious disturbance and time delay,which is multi-variable and uncertain.It is difficult to set up an exact mathematic model.Moreover,by means of conventional control methods and experience,satisfying control result can't be obtained.In this paper,according to the characteristic of controlled-object,Fuzzy control method has been chosen to design a Fuzzy-PI controller and a mixed-PID Fuzzy controller.The result of simulation shows that the robust performance and control result of the new Fuzzy controllers is better than the conventional PID controller.The overshoot is smaller.It is helpful to improve the quality of carburizing workpieces.  相似文献
