This experiment was conducted to investigate the requirement of non‐phytate phosphorus (nPP) and efficacy of a genetically engineered yeast phytase in performance and tibia characteristics by male Lingnan Yellow broilers from 1 to 21 days of age. A total of 2640 1‐day‐old male chicks were randomly allotted to one of 11 dietary treatments, which consisted of six replicate floor pens with 40 birds per pen. All treatments had the same levels of all nutrients except for phosphorus and phytase. The control group (treatment 1) was fed the basal diet without dicalcium phosphate or phytase supplementation. Dietary concentrations of nPP were 0.11%, 0.19%, 0.27%, 0.35%, 0.43%, 0.51% and 0.59% respectively for treatments 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, through addition of dicalcium phosphate (chemistry grade) to the basal diet. Diets 8–11 were supplemented with a genetically engineered yeast phytase 250, 500, 750 U/kg and a commercial phytase product 500 U/kg in basal diet respectively. The results showed that 0.46% and 0.51% nPP were required for maximum body‐weight gain and optimum tibia development indicators respectively. However, 0.59% nPP had a negative effect on bird growth. The equivalency value of the genetically engineered yeast phytase was estimated to be 874 U/kg to liberate 0.1% nPP.  相似文献

Prior research indicated that foot ash determinations were as robust as tibia bone ash determinations in reflecting the degree of bone mineralization in chicks at 14 d of age. In the current research, the relative effectiveness of the 2 procedures was evaluated in 21- and 42-day-old broilers while also evaluating a new dietary phytase supplement. In experiment 1, broilers were fed until 21 d of age a negative control diet with 0.24% available phosphorus, a positive control diet with 0.48% available phosphorus, or the negative control diet supplemented with 300, 500, 1,000, or 2,500 phytase units/kg diet. In experiment 2, broilers were fed until 42 d of age negative control diets having 0.275, 0.250, and 0.225 percent available dietary phosphorus in the starter, grower, and finisher periods, respectively, positive control diets having 0.475, 0.450, and 0.425 percent available dietary phosphorus in the starter, grower, and finisher periods, respectively, or the negative control diets supplemented with 500, 1,000, or 2,500 phytase units/kg diet. At 21 and 42 d of age, broilers fed diets supplemented with the 2 highest doses of phytase had foot and tibia ash values equal to those fed the positive control diet and higher than those fed the negative control diet. At 42 d of age, feed conversion and total breast meat yield values for the broilers fed the highest dose of phytase were superior to the values of the birds fed the positive control diet or the diet containing the lowest dose of phytase. The results indicate that adding levels of this new dietary phytase beyond what is necessary for normal bone mineralization enhances feed conversion and that dried foot and tibia bone ash determinations are both reliable in detecting differences in bone mineralization in 21- and 42-day-old broilers.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮氮、磷水平对肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体性状和血清生化指标的影响,为制订肉仔鸡适宜饲粮粗蛋白质(CP)、磷供给量提供依据.选取1日龄健康的罗斯308肉仔鸡1 200只,分1~7日龄、8~21日龄、22~35日龄和36~ 40日龄4个阶段饲养,试验饲粮为玉米-小麦-豆粕型,每个阶段按饲粮氮、磷水平分成4组,即高氮高磷组[HH组,CP:22.70%、21.60%、19.50%、17.50%;非植酸磷(NPP):0.45%、0.40%、0.35%、0.30%]、高氮低磷组[HL组,CP:22.70%、21.60%、19.50%、17.50%;NPP:0.30%、0.25%、0.20%、0.15%;耐高温植酸酶(TP):500、1 000、1 500、2 000 U/kg]、低氮高磷组(LH组,CP:20.70%、19.70%、17.70%、15.70%;NPP:0.45%、0.40%、0.35%、0.30%)、低氮低磷组(LL组,CP:20.70%、19.70%、17.70%、15.70%; NPP:0.30%、0.25%、0.20%、0.15%;TP:500、1 000、1 500、2 000 U/kg),每组10个重复,每个重复30只,公母各占1/2.结果表明:1)1~35日龄,HH组和HL组35日龄平均体重极显著高于LH组(P<0.01),显著高于LL组(P<0.05),HH组和HL组平均日增重(ADG)显著高于LH组(P<0.05),HL组料重比显著低于LH组和LL组(P<0.05),HH组平均日采食量(ADFI)极显著高于LH组(P<0.01),显著高于LL组(P<0.05);1~40日龄,HH组40日龄平均体重显著高于LH组(P<0.05),HH组ADG和ADFI显著高于LH组(P<0.05);其他指标各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);2)HH组和LH组血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于HL组(P<0.05),极显著高于LL组(P<0.01),HH组血清尿酸含量极显著高于LH组(P<0.01),显著高于LL组(P<0.05),HL组血清尿酸含量显著高于LH组(P<0.05).饲粮氮、磷水平对肉仔鸡血清其他生化指标和胴体性状无显著影响(P>0.05).分析表明,罗斯308肉仔鸡采用4阶段饲养法,1 ~ 35日龄,HL组(CP:22.70%、21.60%、19.50%、17.50%;NPP:0.30%、0.25%、0.20%、0.15%;TP:500、1 000、1 500、2 000 U/kg)增重效果最好,经济效益最高;1~40日龄,LL组(CP:20.70%、19.70%、17.70%、15.70%; NPP:0.30%、0.25%、0.20%、0.15%; TP:500、1 000、1 500、2 000 U/kg)经济和生态效益最高.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究甘露聚糖酶转基因玉米对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及血清生理生化指标的影响。试验选择1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡480只,随机分成4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。4个组安排如下:组Ⅰ为非转基因玉米的对照组,不添加甘露聚糖酶;组Ⅱ为非转基因玉米添加低剂量微生物来源甘露聚糖酶组,甘露聚糖酶活力500 U/kg;组Ⅲ为低剂量甘露聚糖酶转基因玉米组,甘露聚糖酶活力500 U/kg;组Ⅳ为高剂量甘露聚糖酶转基因玉米组,甘露聚糖酶活力5 000 U/kg。试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,组Ⅲ和Ⅳ42日龄肉鸡平均日增重有显著提高(P0.05),组Ⅳ料重比显著降低(P0.05)。组Ⅳ42日龄肉鸡屠宰率和全净膛率显著高于组Ⅱ和对照组(P0.05)。组Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ21和42日龄肉鸡的血液生理生化指标与对照组均没有显著差异(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加甘露聚糖酶转基因玉米能提高受试肉鸡的生长性能和屠宰性能,但对血液生理生化指标没有显著影响。  相似文献

选择324只AA肉仔鸡随机分成6组,基础日粮中分别添加0、40、60、80、100、120mg/kg的半胱胺饲喂7周,结果表明:①日粮中添加60mg/kg半胱胺显著提高了3周末肉仔鸡的增重8.41%(P<0.05)和胸肌率13.6%(P<0.05)。②日粮中添加100mg/kg半胱胺显著提高了4~7周龄肉仔鸡的增重5.62%(P<0.05),降低料肉比12.97%(P<0.05),提高其屠宰率和胸肌率分别为4.1%(P<0.05)和12.4%(P<0.01),显著降低了肉仔鸡的腹脂率31.6%(P<0.05)。③日粮中添加60mg/kg半胱胺是改善1~3周龄肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的最适剂量,100mg/kg半胱胺是改善生长全期肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的最适添加剂量。  相似文献

选择144只1日龄肉用仔鸡,随机分成4组.每组36只.适应饲养1周后,分别于其基础日粮中添加0、50、100、150mg/kg半胱胺(CS),并于饲喂添加CS日粮后2、4、6、8周屠宰.研究CS对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响。结果表明:(1)在饲料中持续添加CS的前期可影响饲料的适口性。(2)随时间的延长,屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率随剂量的加大而升高。(3)在连续添加CS的后期(第6周、第8周)添加50mg/kg的CS组的日增重及料肉比均最好,与对照组相比日增重提高了22.9%、17.8%,料肉比下降了15.7%和3.5%。  相似文献

为研究日粮磷水平对22~42日龄肉仔鸡胴体性能和肉品质的影响,选用500只1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡公雏,于1~21日龄统一饲喂相同的玉米—豆粕型配合日粮(含非植酸磷实测值为0.39%),于22日龄从中选取360只鸡,按体重相近原则随机分成10个处理组,每个处理组6个重复笼,每个重复笼6只鸡,分别饲喂不添加无机磷的玉米—豆粕型日粮(对照组,含非植酸磷0.09%)及在基础日粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%、0.30%、0.35%、0.40%和0.45%无机磷(饲料级CaHPO4),饲养21 d。结果表明,日粮添加适宜水平的无机磷可显著提高42日龄肉仔鸡屠宰率和全净膛率(P<0.1),但日粮磷水平对42日龄肉仔鸡肉品质各指标及其他胴体性能指标均无显著影响(P>0.1)。  相似文献

将150只1日龄、健康的艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为5组,在其基础日粮中分别添加75、100、125、150 mg/kg的10%牛至油预混剂,饲喂6周.结果表明,牛至油可极显著提高肉仔鸡全期的增重速度(P<0.01),改善料肉比(P<0.01);试验组平均胸肌率和腿肌率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别比对照组高8.93%、9.60%,试验组平均腹脂率比对照组平均低16.30%,差异极显著(P<0.01).以生产性能和胴体品质为指标看,牛至油在肉仔鸡日粮中的适宜添加量为100 mg/kg.  相似文献

本试验旨在根据肉鸡氨基酸需要模型,研究细分饲粮氨基酸供给对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、营养物质采食量及肠道发育的影响。选取1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉公鸡192只,随机分为4个组,分别为A组(2阶段)、B组(3阶段)、C组(6阶段)和D组(12阶段),每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,试验期42 d。结果表明:1)A组肉鸡平均日增重(ADG)显著高于B、C和D组(P0.05)。A、B、C组之间肉鸡平均日采食量(ADFI)差异不显著(P0.05),均显著高于D组(P0.05)。A组肉鸡料重比(F/G)显著低于B、C和D组(P0.05)。2)B组肉鸡屠宰率显著高于A、C和D组(P0.05)。B组肉鸡全净膛率显著高于C和D组(P0.05),与A组差异不显著(P0.05)。A组肉鸡胸肌率显著高于B、C和D组(P0.05)。A组肉鸡腹脂率显著低于B、C和D组(P0.05)。3)D组肉鸡代谢能采食量显著低于A、B和C组(P0.05)。A组肉鸡粗蛋白质及赖氨酸采食量显著高于B、C和D组(P0.05),B、C组肉鸡粗蛋白质及赖氨酸采食量显著高于D组(P0.05)。A组肉鸡蛋氨酸采食量显著高于B和D组(P0.05)。A组肉鸡含硫氨基酸采食量显著高于B和D组(P0.05)。D组肉鸡苏氨酸采食量显著低于A和C组(P0.05)。4)A组肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值显著高于B、C和D组(P0.05)。各组肉鸡空肠、回肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度及V/C值差异不显著(P0.05)。5)42日龄,A组肉鸡体重显著高于B、C和D组(P0.05),B和C组肉鸡体重显著高于D组(P0.05)。B、C和D组肉鸡单位增重成本与A组相比差异不显著(P0.05)。综上,2阶段饲喂能够促进肉鸡十二指肠发育,提高肉鸡营养物质采食量。综合生长性能、屠宰性能及单位增重成本考虑,建议采用2阶段肉鸡饲喂方式。  相似文献

为了研究日粮不同代谢能和赖氨酸水平对AA肉鸡生长性能和屠宰性能的影响,试验选用160只1日龄AA公雏,随机分为5个处理,每个处理32个重复,每重复1只鸡,实行单笼饲养。试验采用2因子(代谢能和赖氨酸)×2水平(低于和高于对照组)随机区组设计,设1个对照组(代谢能参照NRC,1994),2个代谢能水平分别为12.97、13.81MJ/kg;2个赖氨酸水平0~3周龄分别为1.0%、1.2%,4~6周龄分别为0.9%、1.1%,对照组代谢能水平0~6周龄为13.39MJ/kg,赖氨酸水平0~3周龄为1.1%,4~6周龄为1.0%。42日龄屠宰,试验结果表明:①日粮代谢能水平从12.97MJ/kg提高到13.81MJ/kg,肉鸡平均体重增加12.67%,饲料转化率升高7%(P<0.01);日粮赖氨酸水平提高20%,体重显著增加12.38%(P<0.05),饲料转化率升高3.84%(P<0.01);日粮代谢能和赖氨酸对饲料转化率有显著的互作效应(P<0.05);②随着代谢能水平的提高,屠体重、全净膛重、胸肌重、腿肌重、腹脂重和腹脂率相应提高,高能组显著高于中、低能组(P<0.05),赖氨酸水平对屠体重、全净膛重、胸肌重和胸肌率产生极显著的影响(P<0.01),与低赖氨酸组相比,高赖氨酸日粮组肉鸡屠体重增加12.33%、全净膛重增加12.62%、胸肌重增加28.53%、胸肌率提高3.11%,代谢能和赖氨酸水平对肉鸡腹脂重有显著的互作效应(P<0.05);③日粮代谢能水平为13.81MJ/kg,赖氨酸水平0~3周龄为1.2%、4~6周龄为1.1%时AA肉鸡获得最佳生产性能和屠宰性能,与实际生产中应用的NRC(1994)代谢能和赖氨酸水平相比,AA肉鸡多赢利1.44元/只。  相似文献

The effects of 0, 40 and 80 g/kg alfalfa meal on growth performance, carcass traits and meat quality of Chinese yellow‐feathered broilers fed diets containing or lacking wheat (0 or 200 g/kg) as part of the energy source, were examined using random design with a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement of treatments. Dressing percentage and semi‐eviscerated proportion were lower, and meat color a* (redness) value was higher in birds fed diets containing wheat than diets lacking wheat (< 0.05). Drip loss was reduced by the addition of alfalfa meal to diets containing or lacking wheat (< 0.05). Average sensory score of breast meat was higher in chickens fed corn‐based diets than in those fed wheat (< 0.05). Meat from those supplemented with 40 g/kg alfalfa meal had better taste than the other two levels (< 0.05). The inclusion of wheat significantly reduced the activities of creatine kinase and calpain of breast muscle (< 0.05). In conclusion, Chinese yellow‐feathered broilers fed diets containing wheat had better meat color and lower drip loss than those fed the diets without wheat, and adding 40 g/kg alfalfa meal generally improved meat quality and taste.  相似文献

选1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡300只,随机分成4组(每组3个重复,每个重复25只).各组日粮分别添加0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的谷氨酰胺,试验期为42 d,研究不同浓度谷氨酰胺对肉仔鸡生长性能、胴体特性和肉质的影响.结果显示,与对照组相比,0.5%、1.0%、1.5%谷氨酰胺组的日增重分别增加了6.29%(P<0.05),2.00%(P>0.05)和3.48%(P<0.05);料重比都有所下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05),表明谷氨酰胺具有提高肉仔鸡日增重、降低料重比的作用.同时谷氨酰胺还可改善肉仔鸡胴体组成,提高肌肉pH值和系水力(P<0.05),显著提高肌肉中胶原蛋白和肌苷酸的含量(P<0.05),起到改善肌肉品质的作用.  相似文献

为了探讨饲粮中添加不同水平沙棘叶黄酮对肉鸡生长性能及胴体品质的影响,试验选用健康的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡公雏360只,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只,分别为对照组(基础饲粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础饲粮+0.025%沙棘叶黄酮)、试验Ⅱ组(基础饲粮+0.050%沙棘叶黄酮)、试验Ⅲ组(基础饲粮+0.100%沙棘叶黄酮),进行7周的饲养试验.于试验第29、50天早晨以重复为单位记录每组肉鸡的体重、采食量,计算整个试验期的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比;于试验第50天屠宰采样,测定肉鸡的屠宰性能,并采用高效液相色谱仪检测肌肉中肌苷酸含量,采用索氏提取法测定肌内脂肪含量.结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组肉鸡的平均日采食量分别降低了3.92%、4.06%和4.27% (P <0.05),但平均日增重和料重比无显著变化(P>0.05);试验组肉鸡宰前体重、全净膛率、半净膛率和腹脂率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验Ⅲ组肉鸡屠宰率比对照组提高了1.88% (P <0.05);试验Ⅲ组肉鸡腿肌肌内脂肪含量与对照组相比提高了46.70% (P <0.05),其胸肌肌苷酸含量显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但与对照组和试验Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05).由此可知,肉鸡生长全期饲粮中添加0.100%沙棘叶黄酮后,在不影响其生长性能的情况下降低了平均日采食量,在不影响其腹脂率的情况下增加了腿肌肌内脂肪的含量,并提高了屠宰率,从而改善了胴体品质及风味.  相似文献

本试验选取21日龄健康快大型岭南黄羽肉鸡450只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每重复50只鸡(公母各半),室温27~36℃。第1组饲喂黄羽肉鸡常规营养水平饲粮,作对照组;第2组饲粮营养水平提高5%;第3组饲粮营养水平提高10%。试验期42天。试验结果表明,饲粮营养水平提高5%显著提高了试鸡21~42日龄阶段饮水量(P<0.05),饲粮营养水平提高10%使试鸡21~42日龄阶段采食量显著降低(P<0.05),饲料转化率显著提高(P<0.05),43~63日龄阶段平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),整个试验阶段的饲料转化率显著提高(P<0.05)。提高饲粮营养水平降低试鸡试验第1周(P=0.0237)、第6周体温(P=0.0013)和第6周呼吸数(P=0.0093)。饲粮营养水平提高5%组试鸡42日龄血清尿素氮含量降低20.45%(P>0.05),饲粮营养水平提高10%组试鸡42日龄、63日龄血清尿素氮含量分别降低15.91%、18.82%(P>0.05)。提高饲粮营养水平降低试鸡腿肌(P=0.0001)和胸肌的水分含量(P=0.001),提高试鸡腿肌的脂肪含量(P=0.0013)。综合试验结果认为,高温环境下提高饲粮营养水平能提高试鸡的生长性能,改善体成分,其中营养水平提高10%组好于5%组。  相似文献

本文研究了苜蓿总甙对肉仔鸡生长性能、血脂及胴体品质影响。试验选择健康1日龄商品代AA肉鸡96只,随机分成对照、试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组,每组4个重复,每个重复8只鸡。试验期49天。0~3周龄阶段,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组均饲喂基础日粮+0.1%苜蓿总甙;4~6和7周龄阶段,Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+0.1%苜蓿总甙,Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+0.2%苜蓿总甙。试验结果表明:(1)添加苜蓿总甙除4~6周龄Ⅰ组肉仔鸡采食量显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.01)和对照组(P<0.05)外,其它各组各阶段生长性能差异均不显著(P>0.05);(2)添加苜蓿总甙显著降低肉仔鸡血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著提高HDL-C水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),而两个苜蓿总甙添加水平之间未见显著差异(P>0.05);(3)添加苜蓿总甙显著降低肉仔鸡腹脂率(P<0.05),并不同程度地提高肉仔鸡屠宰率、胸肌率和腿肌率。  相似文献

【目的】通过研究饲粮苏氨酸水平对22~42日龄黄羽肉鸡生长性能、胴体品质和免疫功能的影响,确定其苏氨酸需要量。【方法】试验选用22日龄快大型岭南黄羽肉鸡1 600只,根据体重相同的原则分为5个组,每组8个重复,每个重复40只肉鸡(公母各半)。采用玉米-花生粕型基础饲粮,5个处理组试验鸡分别饲喂含0.60%(基础饲粮)、0.67%、0.74%、0.81%和0.88%苏氨酸饲粮,试验期为21 d。试验结束后,每个重复选取2只鸡屠宰采样,测定屠宰性能、免疫器官指数和血清生化指标。【结果】饲粮苏氨酸水平显著影响黄羽肉公鸡、母鸡的体重、平均日增重和料重比(P<0.05)。对于母鸡,0.88%苏氨酸水平组平均日增重最高;0.81%苏氨酸水平组平均日采食量最高。对于公鸡,0.81%苏氨酸水平组平均日增重最高;0.81%苏氨酸水平组平均日采食量最高。饲粮苏氨酸水平与黄羽肉公鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量以及公、母鸡料重比呈显著的二次线性相关(P<0.05);根据平均日增重和平均日采食量回归方程得出黄羽肉公鸡饲粮苏氨酸最适水平分别为0.81%和0.83%;根据料重比回归方程得出黄羽肉母鸡和公鸡饲粮苏氨酸最适水平分别为0.83%和0.86%。饲粮苏氨酸水平对黄羽肉公鸡、母鸡的全净膛率、半净膛率、腿肌率、胸肌率均无显著影响(P>0.05);对黄羽肉公鸡全净膛率和腹脂率均有显著影响,其中0.81%苏氨酸组全净膛率显著高于0.60%和0.74%苏氨酸组,0.88%苏氨酸组腹脂率显著低于0.60%和0.67%苏氨酸组(P<0.05)。饲粮苏氨酸水平显著影响黄羽肉母鸡法氏囊指数和胸腺指数,其中0.60%苏氨酸组法氏囊指数显著低于0.81%苏氨酸组,0.81%和0.88%苏氨酸组胸腺指数显著高于0.60%苏氨酸组(P<0.05);对肝脏指数、脾脏指数无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮苏氨酸水平对黄羽肉母鸡血清中甘油三酯、胰岛素含量有显著影响,其中0.60%苏氨酸水平组血清中胰岛素含量最低,0.88%苏氨酸水平组血清中甘油三酯含量最低,显著低于0.60%苏氨酸组(P<0.05);苏氨酸水平对黄羽肉公鸡甘油三酯含量有显著影响,其中0.88%苏氨酸水平组血清中甘油三酯含量最低,显著低于0.60%和0.67%苏氨酸组(P<0.05)。【结论】饲粮中添加适量苏氨酸可以提高黄羽肉鸡生长性能、胴体品质,促进免疫器官发育。以生长性能为主要判定指标,确定22~42日龄黄羽肉母鸡饲粮最适苏氨酸水平为0.83%,黄羽肉公鸡最适苏氨酸水平为0.81%。  相似文献

A 42‐day trial was conducted to compare the effects of the following seven experimental diets, which varied in black seed, cumin seed, probiotic or prebiotic concentrations, on the broiler chicks: control (no additives), diet BS1 (4 g/kg black seed), diet BS2 (8 g/kg black seed), diet CS1 (4 g/kg cumin seed), diet CS2 (8 g/kg cumin seed), diet Pro (1 g/kg probiotic Primalac®) and diet Pre (2 g/kg prebiotic Fermacto®). A total of 420 1‐day‐old male broiler chicks, initially weighing an average of 43 g, were distributed into 28 floor pens at a stocking density of 15 birds per pen. At 28 day of age, the body weight in the birds fed diets BS2, CS2 and Pro was significantly higher than in the control group, but final body weight was not affected. Additionally, the birds fed diets BS2, Pro and Pre exhibited better feed conversion ratio than control birds from 0 to 42 day of age. Diets BS2, CS2 and Pro also statistically increased the relative weight of thymus and bursa of Fabricius, whereas only diet Pro decreased the abdominal fat percentage compared with control diet. Regarding the haematological parameters, feeding diet BS2 yielded a significant increase in red blood cell count, haemoglobin concentration and haematocrit percentage compared with control diet. Serum total cholesterol and low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the birds fed diets BS2, Pro and Pre were also significantly lower than in the birds fed the control diet. Without exception, no diets affected feed intake, internal organs weights, carcass characteristics, antibody titres against Newcastle and influenza viruses and leucocyte subsets. In general, current study showed promising results regarding the use of spice additives as growth and health promoters, especially at higher levels of their incorporation in the diets, which were comparable to the probiotic‐ or prebiotic‐containing diets.  相似文献

用21日龄Arbor Acress(AA)肉公鸡336只,研究饲粮中添加铬对肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫功能和胴体品质的影响。将试验鸡只共分为8个处理组,分别添加源于氯化铬的铬2.0、4.0、6.0、8.0、10.0、12.0和14.0mg/kg。结果表明:饲粮中添加2.0mg/kg铬显著提高了肉仔鸡胸腺重(P<0.10),降低了腹脂率(P<0.10),4.0、6.0mg/kg铬显著提高了全净膛率(P< 0.10),各试验组显著提高了T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.10);饲粮中添加铬对其余指标则无显著影响(P>0.10)。  相似文献

In this study, we investigated the effect of Moringa oleifera leaves (MOL) supplements on the performance, ileal microbiota carcass traits and biochemical and antioxidant parameters of broiler chickens. MOL was added to starter, grower and finisher diets at four levels (0%, 0.5%, 1.0% and 5.0%). A total of 320 one-day-old mixed-sex Cobb-500 broiler chicks were divided equally into four treatment groups, with 5 replicates of 16 chicks each until 42 days of age. Compared to the control group, chicks fed 0.5% and 1% MOL exhibited a higher final body weight (FBW), greater weight gain (BWG), and better average daily gain (ADG). Feed intake (FI) gradually decreased as the inclusion rate of MOL in the broilers' diet increased to 5%. The best feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER) and performance index (PI) were observed in broilers that were fed the MOL diet. The percentage of abdominal fat in broilers decreased significantly in response to dietary supplementation with MOL. The haematological profile in the MOL group revealed a lower WBC count and lymphocyte percentage but higher heterophil and H/L ratio without affecting haemoglobin and RBC count. The inclusion of MOL increased total serum protein, Ca and P levels but decreased glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, AST and ALT concentrations. Moreover, dietary MOL increased the activities of GSH, CAT and SOD, GPx and GST while decreasing the TBARS level. The pH value decreased in the ileum of broilers fed the 1% and 5% MOL diet compared to the other treatments. Decreased ileal counts of E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus spp. were observed whereas the total ileal Lactobacillus spp. count increased in broilers fed the MOL diet. In conclusion, the MOL supplement can enhance growth performance and antioxidant status, alter ileal microbiota and protect against enteropathogens with no deleterious effects on the broiler chickens.  相似文献
