Skeletal muscle protein turnover in broiler and layer chicks   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Dietary infusion of L-[U-14C]tyrosine was used to estimate the fractional protein synthesis rates (FSR) in broiler and layer chickens. Six 2-wk-old birds of each strain were placed in individual metabolism cages and given a purified diet in agar-gel containing 2 microCi L-[U-14C]tyrosine for 6 h. The birds were sacrificed and the pectoralis major (PM) and two combined leg (LM) muscles (gastrocnemius and peroneous longus) were removed for analysis. Subgroups of chickens were sacrificed 3 d before and 3 d after infusion to observe changes in muscle composition to calculate fractional protein accretion rates (FAR). Fractional protein breakdown rates (FBR) were calculated by difference (FBR = FSR-FAR). Protein, ribonucleic acid (RNA) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) concentrations were determined to observe relationships between these cellular constituents and FSR. Fractional whole body growth rate and FSR in PM was greater (P less than .05) in broiler than layer birds. The FSR in LM of the layer was not different (P greater than .05) from that of broilers, and from the FSR of the PM in each bird-type. The calculated FBR in the layer PM was at least 17% higher than that of the other muscles. Ratios of FSR to FBR indicated that 16% of the protein synthesized in the layer PM was retained, compared with 45% in the broiler PM. The RNA activity of the layer PM was less (P less than .05) than that of the other muscles investigated. 1. The effect of lysine deficiency was analysed on muscle protein turnover in 2‐, 3‐ and 4‐week‐old growing broilers. Protein fractional synthesis rates (FSR, in %/d) were measured by a reliable in vivo technique (flooding dose of L‐[4‐3H] phenylalanine) in the Pectoralis major (PM), the Anterior latissimus dorsi (ALD) and the Sartorius (SART) muscles. Protein fractional breakdown rates (FBR, in %/d) were estimated as the difference between the synthesis rates and the growth rates of tissue protein.

2. Lysine deficiency resulted in significant increases in muscle FSR and FBR. When expressed in absolute rates (g/d), tissue protein deposition was reduced whatever the tissue. This phenomenon was accompanied by decreased protein synthesis (ASR).

3. The protein turnover responsiveness to the lysine deficiency appeared to depend on the studied muscle, since the PM muscle was the most sensitive whereas the SART and ALD muscles presented a lower sensitivity.  相似文献

It has been previously established that growth and carcass qualities of chicks are modified by genotype and dietary amino acid supply. In this study, we evaluated the effects of lysine deficiency and genetic selection on muscle protein metabolism. Chicks originating from an experimental line selected for breast development (QL) and its control line (CL) were provided ad libitum access to isoenergetic diets containing 20% crude protein but differing in their lysine content (0.75 or 1.01%). Protein fractional synthesis rates (FSR) were measured in vivo in the pectoralis major and sartorius muscles of 3-wk-old chickens (flooding dose of [3H]phenylalanine). Fractional breakdown rates (FBR) were estimated as the difference between synthesis and deposition. Lysine deficiency reduced (P < 0.001) growth performance and muscle weights and increased (P < 0.05) muscle FSR, capacity for protein synthesis (muscle RNA:Protein, Cs) and FBR. Although QL birds grew faster and had heavier pectoralis major muscles than CL birds (P < 0.05), there was no line difference in sartorius weight (P = 0.15). No difference between the lines was observed in sartorius protein metabolism (P > 0.14). In the pectoralis major muscle, chicks of both lines receiving an adequate lysine intake also exhibited similar protein turnover rates. However, in chicks fed the lysine-deficient (0.75% lysine) diet, FSR and Cs were higher in QL than in CL chicks (P < 0.05), and FBR tended (P = 0.07) to be higher in QL chicks. This increased protein turnover in the QL birds on the lysine-deficient diet suggests that the responsiveness of muscle protein metabolism to amino acid supply is modified by genetic selection for breast development.  相似文献

Male broilers were given a low protein diet (15.5% CP) spiked with [15N]H4HCO3 from day 12 to day 18 of age to label the endogenous N-constituents. Experimental diets were subsequently fed from day 19 to day 24 of age and consisted of a rye based diet (56% dietary inclusion) which contained either 10% soya oil (S) or 10% beef tallow (T), each of which was either unsupplemented (-) or supplemented (+) with a xylanase containing enzyme preparation (2700 IU/kg at pH 5.3). [15N]-atom percent excess (APE) of excreta, faeces and urine were monitored on a daily basis during both experimental periods. Furthermore, APE was measured in various tissues at the end of the experiment. The APE of urine on the last day of the experiment was between the APE of the pancreas and that of the jejunal tissue, an observation which supported the usefulness of using urinary APE as an indicator for the endogenous N-pool. Endogenous N-proportions were estimated by an isotope dilution technique at the end of the experiment by examination of the ratio of APE in faeces and urine. The endogenous N-proportion in the faeces was greatest in birds receiving the T(-) diet. The proportions were 0.321, 0.319, 0.451 and 0.289 in S(-), S(+), T(-) and T(+) fed groups, respectively. Xylanase addition reduced endogenous N-proportion, a factor which was used to correct apparent crude protein digestibility (85.6, 86.2, 84.3 and 88.5% in S(-), S(+), T(-) and T(+) fed birds, respectively) for endogenous losses resulting in almost equal true digestibilities of crude protein for all treatments (90.3, 90.6, 90.4 and 91.5%). The amounts of endogenous N in faces were estimated to be 87, 69, 244 and 81 mg per day per kg0.67 body weight in S(-), S(+), T(-) and T(+) fed birds, respectively. It was concluded that xylanase supplementation of a rye based broiler diet does not change endogenous N-secretions when the supplemental fat is soya oil. However, addition of tallow rather than soya oil increased these N-losses significantly, an effect which was reversed by xylanase addition.  相似文献

Muscle protein metabolism in finishing pigs fed ractopamine   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
Forty crossbred barrows (average initial weight, 66.4 kg) were utilized to determine the effects of ractopamine (a phenethanolamine/beta adrenergic agonist) on protein accretion and synthesis, activities of cathepsins B, H, L and calcium-dependent proteinase and nucleic acid content of semitendinosus muscle (ST). All pigs were offered a 16% protein, mineral and vitamin fortified corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with either 0 or 20 ppm ractopamine for 14, 21, 28, 35 or 42 d. Protein synthesis (fractional rates) was studied in pigs at d 21 and 35; ST protease activities, protein and nucleic acid content were measured on d 14, 28 and 42. Ractopamine increased (P less than .01) ST total protein content and maintained RNA muscle concentration and total ST muscle RNA content. DNA content (mg/g ST) declined (P less than .05) upon ractopamine feeding, but total DNA per muscle remained unchanged except for d 42, when the ST muscles were largest. Fractional accretion rates (FAR) were 1.0 and 1.2% for control and ractopamine-fed pigs, respectively. Fractional protein synthesis rate (FSR) was higher (P less than .06) in ractopamine-fed pigs (6.1%/d) than in control pigs (4.4%/d). Fractional protein synthesis rate could account for the observed muscle hypertrophy and increased FAR. Estimated fractional breakdown rates (FBR = FSR - FAR) were 3.4%/d and 4.9%/d for control and ractopamine-fed pigs, respectively. The activities of the catheptic proteases and calcium-dependent proteinase were not affected by the treatments.  相似文献

Rates of protein synthesis of mice with a major gene (hg) for rapid postweaning gain (line Ch) and their normal counterparts (line CH) were determined at 21, 31 and 42 d of age with an intraperitoneal injection of a flooding dose of 14C-leucine. A preliminary experiment demonstrated that the relationship between the specific activities of leucine in acid-soluble supernatants and carcass protein corresponded to the theoretical precursor-product relationship, indicating that the method is valid for estimating protein synthesis rates. Using this method at 21, 31 and 42 d of age, whole-body protein fractional synthesis rates (FSR) were 43.7, 32.7 and 29.1%/d and 41.9, 32.6 and 33.1%/d for lines CH and Ch, respectively. Although differences between lines were not significant, FSR decreased with age. Absolute synthesis rate (ASR), where ASR = (FSR) X (whole body protein), was greater (P less than .001) at 21, 31 and 42 d of age in line Ch as compared with CH, and increased (P less than .001) with age. The relative contributions of liver, gastrointestinal tract, heart-kidney-lung and remaining carcass to whole body protein ASR were not affected by line, but did change (P less than .05) with age. Whole body protein fractional breakdown rate (FBR), calculated as FSR minus whole body protein fractional growth, indicates that differences between lines CH and Ch whole-body FSR and(or) FBR exist only between 24 and 33 d of age, and that the maximum value of this difference probably does not exceed 10%.  相似文献

A complete two by two by four factorial design was used to examine the main effects of dietary fat type (10% soya oil or 10% beef tallow), xylanase supplementation (with or without Avizyme 1300 at 1 g/kg diet) and pentosan level (7.7 g/kg, 11.0 g/kg, 14.3 g/kg and 17.6 g/kg soluble pentosans, respectively, by varying wheat/rye proportions) as well as their interactions on intestinal chyme conditions, nutrient digestibility and nutrient utilization in male broilers. Nutrient digestibilities for the total digestive tract and at various sites of small intestine were measured during the period from day 18 to 20 of age and at day 21 of age, respectively, using a marker technique. Jejunal and ileal supernatant viscosity increased in an exponential manner as dietary pentosan concentration was increased. This increase was more pronounced in tallow fed birds but was also found in enzyme treated groups albeit at a much lower level. Xylanase activity was still detectable in the ileum of birds fed enzyme supplemented diets but its activity was found to decrease as dietary pentosan content increased. Digestibility of crude protein and that of some amino acids at the terminal ileum was decreased as dietary pentosan content was increased and significantly improved by xylanase addition. No fat effect and no interactions were detected at this site. In contrast, measurements made over the whole gastrointestinal tract showed significantly lower protein and amino acid digestibility values for tallow fed birds, and significant higher enzyme effects especially in diets with higher pentosan concentrations. Nitrogen-corrected apparent metabolizable energy (AMEN) content and net protein utilization decreased with increasing dietary pentosan content and were significantly improved by xylanase addition and were lower in tallow fed birds. Again, xylanase effects were found to be more pronounced for tallow fed birds and at higher pentosan concentrations.  相似文献

1. The interactions between dietary fat type and xylanase supplementation of rye‐based diets were investigated using a 2×2 factorial design in which a rye‐based diet (610 g rye/kg) was combined with 100 g/kg of soya oil or beef tallow, with or without xylanase supplementation at 3000 IU/kg, and fed to 1‐d‐old male broilers for 35 d. Growth, nutrient digestibility and AMEn values were determined and the vitamin status of livers assessed at various ages.

2. There were significant interactions between crude fat and xylanase supplementation on the faecal digestibility of crude fat and crude protein. Fat digestibility was improved by xylanase in both fat type groups but to a greater extent for the tallow diets. However, the effects were found to be significant only for oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids. Similarly, protein digestibility and AMEn values were significantly improved by xylanase, but only for the tallow diet.

3. Heal digestibility of nitrogen and amino acids also were affected by enzyme for both fat type diets, the effect generally being more pronounced for the tallow diet.

4. The deposition of the fat soluble vitamins A and E in livers was significantly increased by xylanase supplementation and was also better for soya oil than for tallow.

5. Xylanase supplementation increased the digestibility of insoluble pentosans whereas for the soluble pentosans the opposite effect was noted.

6. Without xylanase supplementation the tallow‐based diet caused high mortality. Liveweight gain and the efficiency of food utilisation were greatest in the soya oil‐based, xylanase‐supplemented diet, followed by the unsupplemented soya oil‐, supplemented tallow‐ and unsupplemented tallow‐based diets.  相似文献

Muscle protein turnover and tenderness in broiler chickens fed cimaterol   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
To investigate the impact of cimaterol (CIM) on muscle protein turnover, carcass and muscle composition, muscle cathepsin B + L activity and meat tenderness, 21-d-old broiler chickens (n = 88) were assigned to dietary treatments of either 0 or 1 ppm CIM. Fractional synthesis rates (FSR), fractional accretion rates (FAR), proximate composition and collagen content were determined in the breast muscle (BM); pectoralis major) and a group of leg muscles (LM; gastrocnemius and peroneous longus) from groups of six birds per treatment within each of two time periods (age = 38 or 56 d). Whole body composition, serum hydroxyproline content and BM cathepsin B + L activity also were measured. Fractional degradation rates (FDR) were calculated as the difference between FSR and FAR. Feeding CIM increased (P less than .01) whole body protein content. Weights of LM and percentage of body weight as BM and LM were increased (P less than .05) when CIM was included in the diet. Although FSR was not significantly reduced by CIM feeding it decreased (P less than .05) with increasing age. Due to decreases in FAR, FDR thereby was reduced by CIM 31.5% and 11.9% in BM and 38.2% and 37.4% in LM at 38 d and 56 d of age, respectively. Cathepsin B + L activities also were reduced 33.6% (P less than .01) and shear forces were increased by 41% (P less than .05) by CIM feeding. For chickens fed CIM, the correlation between cathepsin B + L activity and shear force was -.63 (P less than .01). Feeding CIM improved carcass leanness and muscling due to reductions in FDR and proteolytic enzyme activity. Feeding CIM also reduced meat tenderness.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the impact of a thermotolerant xylanase on male broiler performance and dietary ileal digestible energy (IDE). The first experiment consisted of 3 treatment groups with 12 replications per treatment each containing 35 Cobb 500 males for a total of 1,260 broilers placed in floor pens for a 42 d grow-out. The experiment treatments included a corn/soy diet with DDGS control formulated at a low energy level, and the control supplemented with one of 2 concentrations of xylanase (20,000 XU/kg [XYL20] and 40,000 XU/kg [XYL40]). No significant differences in body weight were observed with the inclusion of xylanase when compared to the control diet throughout the experiment. At d 28, the inclusion of XYL20 improved (P < 0.05) mortality corrected feed conversion ratio (FCR) compared to the control diet. Feed conversion ratio was also improved (P < 0.01) at d 42 for birds fed XYL20 when compared to the control. At d 42, inclusion of XYL20 and XYL40 significantly (P < 0.05) increased IDE compared to the control. Experiment 2 consisted of 4 treatment groups with 10 replications per treatment each containing 44 Cobb 500 males for a total of 1,760 broilers placed in floor pens for a 41 d grow-out. The dietary treatments included a positive control (PC) based on a corn/soy diet containing DDGS and phytase, a negative control (NC) diet (PC -150 kcal/kg in AME), NC + xylanase at 10,000 XU/kg (XYL10), and NC + xylanase at 20,000 XU/kg (XYL20). A significant increase (P < 0.05) in BW was observed in broilers fed the inclusion of XYL20 in the NC diet increased (P < 0.05) on d 14. A significant increase in cumulative body weight gain was observed on d 27 and d 41 with xylanase (XYL20) inclusion compared to the NC. These data demonstrate that xylanase inclusion increased energy utilization through improvements in IDE, which improved broiler performance.  相似文献

This study determined the Pectoralis (P) major mixed muscle protein turnover (PT) in two meat broiler lines, Line A and Line B, during the finishing grow-out feeding period (21–42 days) as affected by the dietary metabolizable energy (ME) levels and ambient temperatures. Experimental finishing diets consisted of 80, 90, 100, 110 and 120% ME of recommended nutrient guidelines for energy level. Fractional synthesis rates (FSR) or fractional degradation rates (FDR) were measured in P. major at day 36 and 42. Protein and fat mass gain were measured, and respective energy retention efficiencies as protein and fat (EREp and EREf) were determined. Metabolic heat production (HP) was also reported. Experimental feeding studies were conducted in cool season (24 hr mean: 69.91˚F and 63.98% RH) and in hot season (24 hr mean: 77.55˚F and 86.04% RH). Results showed that FSR or FDR values were not affected by dietary ME levels at day 36, whereas reduced FSR (p < .05) were observed at day 42 fed diets with reduced ME levels (≤100% ME) which could have resulted from greater maintenance energy requirement of maturing broilers at that age. Broilers fed reduced ME diets (≤100% ME) maintained protein mass (equivalent to broilers fed ≥100%–120% ME) by reduced FDR and increased feed intake. Grow-out ambient temperature did not affect FSR or FDR values across ME levels. Line B retained higher protein mass, lower fat mass and greater HP compared to Line A. This was followed by higher feed intake in Line B. Further, Line B exhibited higher EREp and lower EREf across dietary ME levels. In summary, PT homeostasis and body composition changes in broiler lines studied seemed to be regulated by the birds’ intent to normalize energy intake as per physiological need by controlling feed intake.  相似文献

试验旨在探讨不同来源木聚糖酶对黄羽肉鸡生长性能的影响。将1日龄健康黄羽肉鸡540羽,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每重复30羽,试验期42 d。对照组饲喂小麦-玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,试验A、B组分别饲喂基础日粮中添加200 g/t木霉产木聚糖酶和200 g/t细菌产木聚糖酶的试验日粮,木聚糖酶酶活均为30 000 IU/g。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验A、B组的平均日增重和粗脂肪、粗纤维、钙、磷的表观代谢率及日粮表观代谢能均显著提高(P < 0.05),料重比显著降低(P < 0.05),粗蛋白质表观代谢率分别提高了5.90%(P < 0.05)和3.54%(P > 0.05)。试验A、B组之间各测定指标没有显著差异(P > 0.05) 。上述结果表明日粮中添加200 g/t木霉产木聚糖酶或细菌产木聚糖酶均能提高养分代谢率,改善肉鸡生长性能,木霉产木聚糖酶的效果稍好于细菌产木聚糖酶。  相似文献

To determine effects of clenbuterol (CB) on muscle protein turnover and growth hormone (GH) secretion, 16 crossbred wether lambs (14.4 kg) were randomized into two groups designated to receive daily oral boluses of gelatin capsules containing corn starch with either 0 (control, CTL) or 1.87 mg/kg body weight CB for either 14 (n = 8) or 28 d (n = 8). This calculates to be approximately 40 mg CB/kg diet. Lambs had ad libitum access to a 16% crude protein corn-soy diet and feed consumption (FC) was measured. After 14 and 28 d, lambs were slaughtered and semitendinosus (ST), longissimus (LD) and brachialis (BR) muscles were exercised, weighed and analyzed for protein (TP) content. For 6 h prior to slaughter of 28-d lambs, 2.5 microCi L-[U-14C]tyrosine/kg was infused intravenously, blood was sampled and plasma was analyzed for specific radioactivity of tyrosine. Plasma GH concentrations were assessed by radioimmunoassay. No differences due to treatment were found in FC, rate of gain or GH concentrations. Semitendinosus and BR weights of control lambs at 14 d did not differ between treatments. At 28 d, ST and BR weights of control lambs (58.8 and 18.5 g, respectively) were less (P less than .10) than those of lambs treated with CB (74.3 and 23.1 g, respectively). The TP per ST and BR at 28 d for control lambs was 71.5 and 85.1% (P less than .10) that of muscles of lambs treated with CB. Fractional protein synthesis rates (FSR) of the BR (9.4 vs 6.1%/d) and total protein synthesized in ST muscle per day (1.4 vs .8 g) were elevated (P less than .10) in lambs treated with CB compared to controls. These data suggest that the increased fractional accretion rate observed in lambs treated with CB for 28 d was caused by increased FSR.  相似文献

The experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of xylanases from different sources on growth performance and nutrition metabolizability of Yellow-feather broilers.540 of healthy 1-day-old Yellow-feather broilers were randomly divided into three groups with 6 replicates per group and 30 broilers per replicate,and the trial period was 42 d.The control group was fed a wheat-corn-soybean meal diet,and groups A and B fed the basal diet supplemented with 200 g/t Trichoderma xylanase (30 000 IU/g) and bacterial xylanase (30 000 IU/g), respectively.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the average daily gain,apparent metabolizability of crude fat,crude fiber,calcium and phosphorus,and apparent metabolizable energy were significantly higher (P < 0.05),the F/G were significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in both groups A and B,their apparent metabolizabilities of crude protein increased by 5.90% (P < 0.05) and 3.54% (P > 0.05), respectively.There were no significant differences for all the determined indexes between groups A and B (P > 0.05).The supplementation of Trichoderma xylanase or bacterial xylanase at 200 g/t could improve nutrient metabolizability,thus improve growth performance of broilers,while the effects of Trichoderma xylanase were better than that of bacterial xylanase.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of feed restriction and repletion on myofibrillar protein turnover in cattle. Crossbred steer calves (n = 12) about 310 d of age were assigned randomly to a diet of corn and silage that was 1) provided ad libitum for 146 d (ALC) or 2) restricted so steers gained .2 kg/d for 80 d but received ad libitum access to feed thereafter for 66 d (RFC). At 27, 55, 97, 118 and 146 d a 24-h urine sample and a blood sample were obtained. Urine was analyzed for N tau-methylhistidine (N tau-MH), creatinine (C), urea nitrogen (UN) and total nitrogen (TN). Serum samples were analyzed for hydroxyproline (HYP), C and albumin (A). Body weights were lower (P less than .05) in RFC at 55, 97, 118 and 146 d. Excretion of N tau-MH was lower (P less than .05) in the RFC at 27 and 55 d but higher at 118 d. Urinary C excretion was higher in ALC at the last four sample times. Urinary UN and TN excretion were lower (P less than .05) in RFC at 55, 97 and 118 d; urinary UN also was lower (P less than .05) at d 146. Serum A was higher (P less than .05) in ALC at 55 and 118 d, respectively. Serum HYP was higher (P less than .05) in RFC at 27 and 55 d. Calculated myofibrillar protein breakdown rates (FBR) and fractional synthesis rates (FSR) were higher (P less than .05) in RFC at the last two sampling periods; FSR was lower for the RFC at the first sampling period.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

为研究小麦型日粮中添加不同来源木聚糖酶对黄羽肉鸡屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响,选择22日龄体重相近的健康黄羽肉鸡375羽,随机分成3个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复25羽。对照组饲喂小麦型基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加250 mL/t真菌性和细菌性木聚糖酶的试验日粮。试验期为28 d。结果表明,小麦型日粮中分别添加250mL/t真菌性和细菌性木聚糖酶显著提高了黄羽肉鸡腹脂率(P〈0.01),而对全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率没有影响(P〉0.05);显著提高了黄羽肉鸡法氏囊指数(P〈0.01)以及血清中T3(P〉0.05)、T4、IgA(P〈0.01)和IgM(P〈0.01)水平,且均表现出试验Ⅱ组〉试验Ⅰ组〉对照组的规律,但脾脏指数却相反。结果提示,两种来源木聚糖酶可提高黄羽肉鸡腹脂率和增强机体免疫功能,且细菌性木聚糖酶的提高幅度均高于真菌性木聚糖酶。  相似文献

The objective of the current study was to evaluate the effect of feeding a thermo-tolerant xylanase in low-energy broiler diets on performance and processing parameters. Evaluation criteria included average broiler BW, FCR, livability, carcass yield, and fat pad yields. The experimental design consisted of 3 nutrient profiles: positive control, negative control 1 (−66 kcal/kg), and negative control 2 (−132 kcal/kg). Two xylanase inclusion programs were included in the negative control 1 and 2 diets; 60 g/t was included in the starter and grower diets with either 60 or 100 g/t in the finisher and withdrawal diets, yielding a total of 7 treatment groups with 8 replicate pens per treatment each containing 42-d-old straight-run chicks per treatment (2,352 total broilers). Broilers were reared in floor pens through 45 d of age. The dietary program consisted of 5 dietary phases: starter (1–15 d), grower 1 (16–23 d), grower 2 (24–31 d), finisher (32–38 d), and withdrawal (39–45 d). Body weights and feed consumption were determined on days of dietary changes, including d 15, 23, 31, 38, and 45. On d 45, 4 male and 4 female broilers per replicate (448 total) were subjected to an 8-h feed withdrawal period and processed to obtain carcass and fat pad weights. Reducing the dietary energy level increased FCR and decreased the fat pad weight of broilers in the negative control 2 treatment compared with the positive control. Inclusion of xylanase during the starter phase increased d 15 BW and reduced FCR. The inclusion of xylanase continued to reduce FCR throughout the trial, as compared with diets without xylanase inclusion. Within this study, we have demonstrated the effectiveness of xylanase inclusion in reduced-energy diets (−66 and −132 kcal/kg) to improve FCR of broilers to that of broilers fed energy-adequate diets.  相似文献

本研究评估了低水平水溶性、碱提取戊聚糖和木聚糖酶对肉鸡生长性能、器官发育和肠道内容物黏度、pH和微生物数量的影响。试验选择平均体重一致的1日龄肉仔鸡504只,随机分为7组,每组4个重复,每个重复18只。对照组饲喂基础日粮、处理组饲喂基础日粮+40 mg/kg水溶性戊聚糖、基础日粮+80 mg/kg水溶性戊聚糖、基础日粮+40 mg/kg碱提取戊聚糖、基础日粮+80 mg/kg碱提取戊聚糖、基础日粮+2 mg/kg木聚糖酶、基础日粮+4 mg/kg木聚糖酶。结果:从第5~15天,对照组和处理组的体重、法氏囊、肌胃和肠道重量逐渐增加。与对照组相比,40 mg/kg水溶性戊聚糖组体重、法氏囊、前胃和肠道重量的均值显著提高(P<0.05)。4 mg/kg木聚糖酶组法氏囊和肌胃平均重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2 mg/kg木聚糖酶组较40和80 mg/kg碱提取物戊聚糖组显著降低了5~15 d回肠内容物黏度(P<0.05),2 mg/kg木聚糖酶和对照组5和10 d回肠和盲肠内容物pH最低(P<0.05)。40 mg/kg水溶性戊聚糖组及2和4 mg/kg木聚糖酶组直肠乳酸杆菌数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时40 mg/kg水溶性戊聚糖组直肠链球菌和大肠杆菌数量最低(P<0.05)。结论:在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加水溶性戊聚糖或木聚糖酶可以改善肉鸡体重,其中40 mg/kg水溶性戊聚糖可以促进肉鸡器官发育。  相似文献

1. The interactions between fat type and xylanase supplementation of rye‐based diets were investigated using a 2 × 2 factorial design in which a rye‐based diet (610 g rye/kg) was combined with 100 g/kg of soya oil or beef tallow, with and without xylanase supplementation at 3000 IU/kg, and fed to 1‐d‐old male broilers. Food passage time, viscosity of digesta supernatant, xylanase activity and pH in different segments of the digestive tract were examined.

2. Food passage throughout the digestive tract was accelerated by enzyme addition regardless of fat type. The time taken for 50% of the marker to be excreted was reduced from 8.4 to 6.7 h in animals receiving the rye‐soya oil diets and from 8.0 to 6.9 h with the rye‐tallow diets.

3. Viscosity in the supernatant of the jejunal and ileal digesta was markedly decreased after enzyme addition. Viscosities were generally higher in the ileal than in the jejunal supernatant, and fell as the birds aged from 14 to 28 d. The effect of enzyme was also reduced in older chicks. There was not a clear effect of the fat source on viscosity.

4. Xylanase activity was still found at the end of the ileum in digesta of birds fed on the enzyme‐supplemented diets but not in control animals. Xylanase activity was also detected in the caeca of all groups.

5. Significantly lower pH values were found in tallow‐fed birds in some segments of the digestive tract. A significant increase in pH after enzyme addition was detected in the proximal ileum; this was independent of fat source.  相似文献

432只艾维因肉仔鸡用于研究小麦基础日粮中添加木聚糖酶(320FXU/kg)或添加750U/kg植酸酶降低日粮中0.08%的非植酸磷后,对生长性能、日粮表观代谢能、粗蛋白和植酸磷表观消化率的影响。试验结果表明:无论是单一添加木聚糖酶或植酸酶,还是同时添加这两种酶,都能提高1-6周龄肉仔鸡的增重和饲料转化率,降低死亡率。添加木聚糖酶可提高肉仔鸡小麦日粮的表观代谢能2.14%,增加氮的存留量2.58%。750U/kg的植酸酶完全可以降低肉仔鸡小麦日粮中0.08%非植酸磷。添加植酸酶的处理组可提高植酸磷的表观消化率43.25%,减少植酸磷排泄量55.0%。植酸酶和木聚糖酶对全期饲料转化率和植酸磷的表观消化率表现有明显的正互作效应(P<0.05)。  相似文献
