不同浓度的营养液对君子兰生长的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过营养液不同浓度对君子兰的水培处理表明,各浓度都较纯水处理有极显著的效果,且各浓度处理间也有显著的差异。其中乙处理的营养液浓度在最大叶叶面积增加成数,鲜重增加成数和根体积增加量的三项评比中均最为显著,这说明适宜的营养液浓度可能是水培君子兰快速生长的重要原因。此外,水培各阶段,君子兰生长速度还会随时间而波动,这可能是君子兰对营养液离子浓度的一种适应。  相似文献

本试验以绿萝为试验材料,研究二溴海因对水培绿藻的抑制作用,并分析了二溴海因在抑藻过程中对营养液和植株生长的影响。结果表明,在不同浓度处理下,二溴海因均能抑制藻类的生长;酸性和中性条件下,二溴海因浓度为50mg/L时抑制效果最好,碱性条件下抑藻最佳浓度为30mg/L;二溴海因处理对绿萝植株生长和营养液溶解氧影响不明显,对营养液电导率有一定的作用,但不超过植物正常生长所适宜的范围。  相似文献

研究了室内水培对常春藤扦插苗某些形态和光合作用的影响,找出了常春藤水培适宜的IBA处理浓度和营养液浓度.结果表明:以500mg/L浓度的IBA和营养液2中培养的长春藤,生长旺盛,且生根量多,生根率高,根长且粗壮.在室内,不同浓度营养液和IBA处理条件下,一天中净光合速率日变化均为双峰型曲线,且均以500mg/L的IBA和营养液2的峰值最高,中间有“午休现象”.  相似文献

不同营养液处理对陶粒培袖珍椰子盆花生长影响试验表明:专用营养液处理较普通营养液处理对袖珍 椰子植株生长有明显的促进作用。从植株的新增枝条数看,用专用营养液作栽培液最好。但从单叶重、叶绿素 含量及整体长势看,以普通营养液栽培,外加专用液叶面喷施效果最佳。  相似文献

北方温室栽培蝴蝶兰,最重要的环境条件是温度,它是保证蝴蝶兰正常生长发育的前提,非正常条件下的低温会导致蝴蝶兰发生一系列低温反应,在一定温度范围内,随着温度的降低,蝴蝶兰的成花诱导时间随之降低;水肥管理中应很好地把握不同生长时期蝴蝶兰对肥水的EC值有不同的要求,从而及时地改变肥水浓度,保证蝴蝶兰的正常生长发育。  相似文献

在苗圃和杉木林下分别设置7个施肥处理(正根源0.5%浓度×1、正根源0.5%浓度×2、正根源0.5%浓度×3、正根源0.5%浓度×4、普通营养液0.2%浓度、尿素+复合肥0.5%和等量的水),其中每个处理4个重复,通过对比分析发现,苗圃地中7个施肥处理间草珊瑚[Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.) Nakai]幼苗生长达到了显著的差异,其中正根源0.5%浓度×3的施肥处理效果最好,显著好于普通营养液、尿素+复合肥以及对照这3种处理,而杉木林下草珊瑚幼苗在施肥处理间并未达到显著差异,说明林下施肥对草珊瑚幼苗的生长影响不大。  相似文献

为了提高水培观赏植物的成活率和观赏价值,以风信子、月季、鹅掌柴、金琥、吉祥草、苏铁等6种观赏植物为材料,进行不同营养液浓度和不同营养液配方对水培观赏植物的影响研究.结果表明:随着营养液浓度的降低,水培观赏植物的新生叶数和新生根数出现"先增多后降低"的变化规律,1/2园试标准营养液浓度最适合其生长,其浓度为0.5~0.6 g/L;斯泰纳配方有利于鹅掌柴的生长;山崎配方有利于金琥、吉祥草生长;园试标准配方和山崎配方更有利于苏铁的生长.因此说明,不同植物适宜的营养液配方不同.  相似文献

以盆栽龙血树切根母株为试材,采用非试管快繁及深液流栽培设施进行龙血树水培试验,研究了不同浓度(500、1000、1500、2000mg/L)的NAA、IAA和IBA速浸母株切口进行根系诱导试验以及用不同营养液配方进行龙血树水培试验。结果表明,用3种生根剂快速浸蘸母株切口都有促进龙血树生根的效果,综合来看,以NAA500mg/L处理可以显著提高生根数,更加符合生产要求;用4种营养液配方进行龙血树深液流栽培生长表现有较大差异,而花卉生长营养液最适合深液流栽培的龙血树生长。  相似文献

为了探讨微量元素硼(B)对桉树(Eucalyptus spp.)生长的影响,以寻求一个经济有效的B肥施用量;同时探讨B对桉树吸收锌(Zn)的影响,进行了营养液中不同B浓度的桉树苗沙培试验。经过7个月的培养观察,缺B或者营养液中B质量浓度小于0.05 mg/L时桉树苗均表现出明显的缺B症状。施B能显著促进桉树的生长,营养液中B浓度在0.50 mg/L或以上时桉树各项生长指标均显著增加,其中,营养液中B浓度为3.00mg/L时,桉树生物量最大。相关性分析表明,桉树的生长与其新稍叶片中B、Zn含量显著正相关,与营养液中B浓度无明显线性相关。  相似文献

以蝴蝶兰花梗作为外植体,诱导出营养芽,再以营养芽作为外植体诱导出原球茎建立无性快繁体系,具有易于取材、对母株伤害小,能够保持原品种优良种性和生活力复壮的优点。基础培养基以花宝1号2.0 g/L+花宝2号1.0 g/L,添加BA3.0mg/L有利于花梗腋芽诱导;花宝1号2.0 g/L+花宝2号1.0 g/L添加BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L对原球茎和不定芽分化以及增殖均有良好的效果。诱导蝴蝶兰生根的最佳培养基为花宝1号2.0g/L+花宝2号1.0 g/L+NAA0.5mg/L+AC500mg/L,选用水草作为基质小苗的成活率可达到97%。  相似文献

Allocation of biomass and nutrients to shoots and roots was followed for three years in fast and slow growing populations of Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco), a fast growing pioneer species, and amabilis fir (Abies amabilis Dougl. ex J. Forbes), a slow growing shade-tolerant species. Seedlings were grown for three seasons in five nutrient treatments containing varying proportions of nitrogen and phosphorus (N:P). In both species, growth was greatest in the 250:20 N:P treatment followed by the 100:60 and 100:20 treatments. Vector analysis showed that, in both species, relative to the 100:20 treatment, seedlings in the 20:20 treatment were N deficient and seedlings in the 100:4 treatment were P deficient, i.e., where deficiency is defined to mean that an increase in nutrient supply increases nutrient content, nutrient concentration and plant dry weight. Seedlings in the 100:60 treatment had a higher P content than seedlings in the 100:20 treatment but the same dry weight, indicative of what Timmer and Armstrong (1987) termed luxury consumption. No nutrient retranslocation was observed in either species until the third growing season. In Douglas-fir, the greatest percentage of nutrients was exported from one-year-old shoots between May and July of the third growing season to support new growth. The total amount and percent of nutrients retranslocated was higher in Douglas-fir than in amabilis fir. Amabilis fir seedlings also exported N and P from older shoots, but this was later partially replenished. In both species, P retranslocation was greatest in treatments with a high N:P ratio. Nitrogen retranslocation was greatest in amabilis fir seedlings in treatments with a low N:P ratio, and greatest in Douglas-fir seedlings in the 250:20 and 100:60 treatments. Potassium retranslocation was correlated with seedling size. Douglas-fir retranslocated more of its shoot N reserves into new growth at the expense of older needles when soil fertility was high and sinks were strong. Otherwise, both species preferentially translocated the elements in short supply. Thus, retranslocation varied with the ecological characteristics of species, the relative availability of soil nutrients and sink strength.  相似文献

在浙江省境内采集到短茎萼脊兰种野生植株,并对其野生生境、植物学特性与开花结果习性进行了观察研究;通过耐寒性试验、测评,发现在室内绝对低温6.1℃条件下,短茎萼脊兰能安全越冬,用电导法配合Logistic方程分析,其低温半致死温度为1.7℃;根据杂交试验结果,短茎萼脊兰与蝴蝶兰间具有较强的亲和力,杂交组合坐果率达37.5%~81.25%。  相似文献

对蝴蝶兰杂交种子进行了无菌播种,获得实生苗,开花后选择优良单株,以单株的花梗为外植体进行快速繁殖,获得分生苗,结果表明:蝴蝶兰胚培养的最佳培养基为Hyponex1号3.0g/L 香蕉泥50.0g/L;0.1%HgCl2 8 min消毒对嫩花梗节适宜,10min消毒生理年龄较老的花梗节;以无菌花梗苗为增殖材料,增殖最佳培养基为1/2MS 6-BA5.0mg/L NAA0.5mg/L 椰子汁10%;Hyponex1号3.0g/L;香蕉泥100.0g/L 活性炭1.5g/L有利于壮苗生根。  相似文献

以北京市栽培的猥实实生苗为材料,在延吉市帽儿山植物园进行引种栽培试验,结果表明:在引种地猥实能够正常完成营养生长和生殖生长,并可实现天然更新,没有冻害和病虫害发生;植株平均高度为2.81 m,最大树高可达3. 8 m,冠幅丰满,体量与原产地和次生引种地基本不存在差异,可在延吉盆地城乡园林绿化中推广应用.  相似文献

通过对绿萝植株在自来水营养液、改制莫拉德营养液、自制土营养液、花宝牌观叶型营养液,室内强光和室内弱光条件下的生长状况进行观察与分析,测定绿萝植株生根和生芽指标。结果显示:相同营养液不同光照条件下,室内弱光条件下绿萝植株生长状况比室内强光好;相同光照不同营养液条件下,绿萝植株的生长状况为:花宝牌观叶型营养液>自来水营养液>自制土营养液>改制莫拉德营养液。  相似文献

Allocation of biomass and nutrients to current-year and one-year-old shoots and roots of two-year-old conifer seedlings with differing rates of growth was studied. Differences in growth rate were achieved by selecting fast- and slow-growing populations of the relatively fast- and slow-growing conifer species, Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco and Abies amabilis Dougl. ex Loud, respectively. Environmentally controlled differences in growth rate were induced by placing half of the seedlings in a 10 degrees C growth chamber and half in a 20 degrees C growth chamber in their second growing season. Seedling samples were harvested in May, before the temperature treatment, and in July and November of the second growing season, and biomass and nutrient concentrations of current-year and one-year-old shoots and roots were determined. Seedling biomass and nutrient allocation differed among the high-growth treatments. Seedlings exhibiting high growth in response to the 20 degrees C treatment and faster growing populations within species both showed increased allocation to new shoots, whereas seedlings of the fast-growing species showed greater allocation to old shoots than to new shoots. Increased growth increased nutrient uptake, but nutrient concentration decreased with growth rate as a result of dilution, so that faster-growing seedlings had greater nutrient-use efficiency than slower-growing seedlings. Retranslocation of P and K was seen in the second year only in slow-growing populations at 10 degrees C. Nutrient concentrations of one-year-old plant parts decreased in the second year, indicating new growth was a stronger sink for nutrients than second-year growth.  相似文献

Successful regeneration of coastal montane sites harvested using alternative silvicultural systems may depend on the degree to which tree species can acclimate morphologically and physiologically to a variety of light environments. In a study to determine shade acclimation in montane conifers, one-year-old amabilis fir (Abies amabilis (Dougl.) Forbes) and western hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla (Raf.) Sarg.) seedlings were grown in a nursery under four shade treatments: full sunlight (0% shade), 60% and 30% shade using shade cloth, and 30% shade using lath slats. Shading influenced shoot development, foliar physiology and morphological characteristics of both amabilis fir and western hemlock but in general, the effects were small. Shade levels of 60% were required to induce significant acclimation, and western hemlock appeared to respond more positively than amabilis fir and therefore was considered more shade tolerant than amabilis fir. Light quality had little influence on growth and development, as indicated by a lack of significant differences in physiology or morphology between seedlings grown under shade cloth or lath slats. There were indications that adequate nutrition levels may mitigate the effects of shade on seedling morphology and physiology.  相似文献
