低盐度养殖的凡纳滨对虾体长和体重的增长规律   总被引:5,自引:1,他引:5

通过池塘陆基围隔实验,研究了凡纳滨对虾在最适水温、溶氧、pH及低盐度(2~6)养殖环境的生长特性及规律。实验结果,低盐度养殖健康对虾体长和体重平均生长率分别为1.398 mm·d-1和0.169 g·d-1,对虾前期体长呈线性生长,中后期体重呈加速增长。非线性拟合结果,对虾体长生长为二次曲线,符合Quadratic模型,体重增长为S型曲线,符合Boltzmann模型,生长观测值与模型拟合相关系数R2均达到0.99;凡纳滨对虾低盐度养殖典型体长和体重生长模型为L=7.843+2.297t-0.0105t2W=16.541+(-0.621-16.541)/(1+e(t-54.809)/15.456)。低盐度养殖,对虾体长与体重呈立方关系,符合幂指数模型W=aLba值范围4.9~9.0×10-6b值范围2.9495~3.0716,相关系数R2在0.99以上,典型幂指数模型为W=4.9×10-6L3.0716。  相似文献

盐度和营养对凡纳滨对虾蜕壳和生长的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用实验生态学方法以初始体质量为(2.01±0.02) g的凡纳滨对虾为研究对象,投喂不同蛋白水平饲料,实验周期30 d,研究了盐度和饲料蛋白水平对凡纳滨对虾蜕壳和生长的影响。实验采用5×3析因设计,盐度梯度设置为6、12、18、24、30五个水平,饲料蛋白水平梯度设置为30%、36%、42%三个水平。结果表明:(1) 对虾蜕壳相对增重率呈现出随盐度上升而降低的变化趋势,以盐度为6时蜕壳相对增重率为最高。盐度和饲料蛋白水平及其交互作用对实验对虾蜕壳相对增重率影响差异显著(P<0.05);对虾的特定生长率随盐度升高而上升,盐度和饲料蛋白水平对特定生长率影响差异显著(P<0.05),其交互作用对特定生长率影响差异不显著。(2) 实验对虾的蜕壳频率,在低盐度水平下随盐度的增加而显著增加(P<0.05),盐度18时蜕壳频率达到最高,之后随盐度的升高蜕壳频率下降,差异不显著。各盐度水平下,以中等蛋白质水平饲料组(36%)对虾蜕壳频率较高。方差分析表明,盐度和饲料蛋白水平对蜕壳频率影响差异显著(P<0.05),其交互作用对蜕壳频率影响差异不显著。(3) 对虾蜕壳间期随盐度升高呈先延长后缩短的变化趋势。盐度对对虾蜕壳间期影响差异显著(P<0.05),饲料蛋白水平单因子以及它和盐度的交互作用对对虾蜕壳间期影响不显著。  相似文献

以在盐度2~3条件下养殖至9月龄的凡纳滨对虾( Litopenaeus vannamei )成虾为材料, 研究低盐度养殖对虾在不同盐度驯养条件下的繁殖性能, 以期为利用低盐度养殖对虾培育亲虾提供科学依据。实验盐度梯度设置为18152330。雌虾经剪切单侧眼柄后进行促熟培育, 促熟期间的雄虾养殖水温控制在(27±0.5)℃, 雌虾水温控制在(28±0.5)℃。定期检查雌虾卵巢和雄虾精荚的发育情况, 采用精荚人工移植技术对不同盐度条件下培育的亲虾进行组合交配, 统计受精率和孵化率, 组织切片观察卵巢发育, 综合评价各实验组合的繁殖性能。结果表明, 在实验盐度梯度范围内, 雌虾卵巢都可发育成熟; 盐度1组雌虾成熟比例仅10%, 且全部死亡; 盐度815下发育成熟的雌虾达70%, 可正常产卵, 但产出的卵子受精率较低, 不能孵化出无节幼体; 盐度2330下发育成熟的雌虾超过76%, 可正常产卵、孵化, 但孵化率较低。组织切片观察, 盐度8~30范围内各组雌虾卵巢发育无明显差异。在盐度8~30范围内, 凡纳滨对虾雄虾精巢都能够正常发育成熟, 但盐度3023实验组的雄虾精巢发育速度明显快于盐度158; 随着盐度的降低, 精荚发育成熟所需要的时间明显延长; 所有盐度实验组的精荚被移植后都可与卵子受精并孵化出无节幼体。

凡纳滨对虾低盐度养殖池浮游藻类群落研究   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
在44口凡纳滨对虾低盐度养殖池中共鉴定藻类7门62属113种,蓝藻26种,绿藻54种,硅藻14种,裸藻11种,隐藻3种,甲藻4种,金藻1种。绿藻门种类最多,占藻类种类数的47·8%,其次为蓝藻门占23·0%,硅藻占12·4%,裸藻占9·7%。优势种主要为蓝藻,典型优势种有螺旋藻(Spirulinasp.),假鱼腥藻(Pseudoanabaenasp.),弯形尖头藻(Raphidiopsis curvata),针状蓝纤维藻(Dactylococcopsis acicularis)等,其中螺旋藻的优势度平均达到50%,为主要优势种。常见的绿藻有栅藻(Scenedesmusp.),衣藻(Chlamydomonassp.),小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)等;常见的硅藻为梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghinian),卵形隐藻(Cryptomonas ovata)、啮蚀隐藻(C.erosa)和绿裸藻(Euglenavirdis)在虾池中比较常见。养殖池中浮游藻类的种类数平均为43±9种,多样性指数平均为2·19±0·56,个体数量平均为1·45±0·87×108个/L;藻类的种类、数量及生物量表现为养殖前期低后期高的特征,而多样性表现相反,藻类的组成直接影响对虾的生长。  相似文献

脂肪在凡纳滨对虾的生命活动中有着重要的作用,主要用于能量代谢和生长发育。虾类的脂肪来源一部分来自于体内的三大营养物质转化,另外主要的来源还是来自于饲料的供给。凡纳滨虾饲料中脂肪和脂肪酸的种类以及含量的不同,直接影响凡纳滨对虾的机体的生长和养殖效益。研究发现凡纳滨对虾幼虾饲料C18:3n-3/C18:2n-6比值为0.44,凡纳滨对虾饲料中脂肪添加量在8.5%~9%之间的效果最好。  相似文献

为探明高温对凡纳滨对虾幼虾遗传变异的影响,自2018年由国外引进的4个凡纳滨对虾种群(EGDB、PRMA、API、SIS)构建的育种群中随机选取40个全同胞家系,每个家系随机取100尾个体,分成2份放入指定的试验桶中,共计4000尾仔虾,采用水浴加热法,对试验桶进行升温并记录其相应的存活时间及温度,用单性状动物模型对其耐高温性状进行遗传参数的评估。结果显示:凡纳滨对虾仔虾各家系的耐热性为782.64~2074.33℃?h,表明凡纳滨对虾仔虾家系间的耐热性存在显著性差异;家系间耐热性值的变异系数为10%~68%;当水温由28℃升至40℃时,各家系的累计存活率为58%~99%;利用单性状动物模型结合系谱信息,获得凡纳滨对虾幼虾耐高温性状的遗传力估计值0.22±0.05,属于中等遗传力。试验结果表明,凡纳滨对虾幼虾耐高温性状具有较高的遗传变异水平,遗传改良的潜力较大。本试验结果可为凡纳滨对虾夏季高温养殖和耐高温品系的选育提供数据参考。  相似文献

凡纳滨对虾幼虾低盐度粗养水体养殖容量的研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
试验设计6个凡纳滨对虾幼虾养殖密度:10、20、30、40、50、60 ind/m2,通过比较60 d养殖周期内的水环境因子、幼虾生长状况与消化酶活性,分析研究凡纳滨对虾幼虾低盐度粗养水体的养殖容量。结果表明:各试验组水质均符合凡纳滨对虾幼虾生长要求,单位水体载虾量主要影响pH、非离子氨氮(NH3-Nm)、溶解氧(DO)等水化指标;不同试验组水体pH、NH3-Nm含量、DO含量、总氮(TN)含量差异极显著(P0.01),浊度、总磷(TP)含量差异显著(P0.05);不同试验组对虾中肠腺蛋白酶活性差异显著(P0.05),表现出单位水体载虾量越高,对虾体内蛋白消化酶活性和氮利用率越低的规律,DO是低盐度粗养水体养殖容量的主要限制因子。综合各项评价指标,得到本试验条件下,凡纳滨对虾幼虾低盐度粗养水体的最佳养殖容量为46.0 g/m3或32.2 g/m2(322 kg/hm2)。  相似文献

通过实验生态学方法,对体质量为(1.35±0.37) g的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)幼虾开展了盐度(2、4、8、12、16)和钠离子/钾离子(Na~+/K~+)(27、50、75、100、125、150)双因素胁迫实验,分析其对凡纳滨对虾的72 h成活率及肝胰腺和肌肉组织结构的影响。结果显示,在Na~+/K~+大于75的条件下,凡纳滨对虾的成活率随盐度的增加而降低;在盐度大于8的条件下,凡纳滨对虾的成活率随Na~+/K~+的降低而升高。在Na~+/K~+为27~75条件下,凡纳滨对虾的成活率均大于66.67%。Na~+/K~+为100条件下,凡纳滨对虾在盐度12和16下的半致死时间(LT50)分别为69.78和60.15 h。Na~+/K~+为125条件下,盐度8、12和16下的LT50分别为76.23、62.61和49.10 h。Na~+/K~+为150条件下,盐度4、8、12和16下的LT50分别为87.24、68.65、59.4和39.95 h。双因素方差分析表明,Na~+/K~+、盐度与凡纳滨对虾幼虾第72小时的成活率存在显著交互作用。组织切片显示,当盐度大于8时,高Na~+/K~+对肌肉和肝胰腺组织结构产生明显影响,主要表现为细胞空泡化或自溶,组织细胞间隙变大、解体,且组织结构损伤程度随盐度的上升而加重。  相似文献

研究了Ca2 浓度对凡纳滨对虾稚虾生长的影响。实验保持盐度15和其它离子的浓度基本恒定,共设计了5个Ca2 浓度梯度,分别为60(R1)、180(R2)、750(R3)、3750(R4)和7500 mg·L-1(R5)。经过35 d的养殖实验,结果表明:(1)不同Ca2 浓度的人工海水对凡纳滨对虾的存活率影响显著,R1组虾的存活率最低,为81.25%,显著低于R2、R3和R4的存活率;(2)5个Ca2 浓度下凡纳滨对虾生长速度不同,其特定生长率(SGRd)的大小顺序为:R3>R2>R1>R4>R5,其中R3的特定生长率(SGRd)显著高于其它4组,而R5的特定生长率(SGRd)显著低于其它4组;(3)各个处理组虾的摄食率(FId)与特定生长率(SGRd)的趋势相反,表现为R5 >R4>R2>R1>R3,其中R5的摄食率显著高于R2、R1和R3的摄食率;(4)不同Ca2 浓度对对虾的食物转化率(FCE)影响显著。Ca2 浓度最大的R5组虾的食物转化率显著低于其它各组,而R3组虾的食物转化率显著高于其它各组;(5)各组虾的生长能、呼吸能和排泄能占摄食能的比例受不同Ca2 浓度的影响显著。本实验的结果表明,Ca2 浓度是通过影响凡纳滨对虾摄食和代谢率实现对其生长能积累影响的。在对虾养殖生产中, 适当提高养殖水体的Ca2 浓度,可提高养殖效果。  相似文献

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the threonine requirement of juvenile Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone) in low-salinity water (0.50–1.50 g L−1). Diets 1–6 were formulated to contain 360 g kg−1 crude protein with fish meal, wheat gluten and pre-coated crystalline amino acids with six graded levels of l -threonine (9.9–19.0 g kg−1 dry diet). Diet 7, which was served as a reference, contained only intact proteins (fish meal and wheat gluten). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of 30 shrimps (0.48±0.01 g), each four times daily. Shrimps fed the reference diet had similar growth performance and feed utilization efficiency compared with shrimps fed the diets containing 13.3 g kg−1 or higher threonine. Maximum specific growth rate (SGR) and protein efficiency ratio were obtained at 14.6 g kg−1 dietary threonine, and increasing threonine beyond this level did not result in a better performance. Body compositions, triacyglycerol and total protein concentrations in haemolymph were significantly affected by the threonine level; however, the threonine contents in muscle, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities in haemolymph were not influenced by the dietary threonine levels. Broken-line regression analysis on SGR indicated that optimal dietary threonine requirement for L. vannamei was 13.6 g kg−1 dry diet (37.8 g kg−1 dietary protein).  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to determine the leucine requirement of juvenile Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone) in low‐salinity water (0.50–1.20 g L?1). Six diets were formulated to contain 410 g kg?1 crude protein with fish meal, peanut meal and precoated crystalline amino acids with different concentration of l ‐leucine (16.72, 19.60, 22.06, 24.79, 27.28 and 30.16 g kg?1 dry diet). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate groups of 30 shrimps (0.38 ± 0.002 g), and the feed trial lasted for 8 weeks. The results indicated that the maximum weight gain was observed at 24.95 g kg?1 dietary leucine group, whereas the diets containing higher leucine concentration conversely reduced the growth performance (P < 0.05). Moreover, the highest body protein content and body protein deposition and the lowest haemolymph AST and ALT activities were also found at 24.95 g kg?1 dietary leucine group. With the increase in leucine in diets, a dose‐dependent increase was found in body lipid content and haemolymph urea concentration. The polynomial regression calculated using weight gain, feed efficiency and body protein deposition indicated that the optimal dietary leucine requirement for L. vannamei reared in low‐salinity water was 23.73 g kg?1 leucine of dry diet, correspondingly 57.88 g kg?1 of dietary protein.  相似文献

This study was designed to determine the isoleucine requirement of juvenile Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone) in low-salinity water (0.50–0.70 g L?1). Six diets were formulated to contain 410 g kg?1 crude protein with fish meal, peanut meal and pre-coated crystalline amino acids with different concentration of l-isoleucine (9.35, 11.85, 14.35, 16.85, 19.35, and 21.85 g kg?1 dry diet, defined as diet I1, diet I2, diet I3, diet I4, diet I5 and diet I6, respectively.). Each diet was randomly assigned to triplicate treatments of 30 shrimps (0.43 ± 0.005 g), and the feed trial lasted for 8 weeks. The results indicated that the weight gain significantly increased with increasing isoleucine concentration up to 14.35 g kg?1 (diet I3), whereas it was reduced in the treatments exceeding 16.85 g kg?1 isoleucine (diet I4) significantly (P < 0.05). Moreover, the highest body protein deposition and protein efficiency ratio, and the lowest feed conversion ratio, haemolymph aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities were also found at treatment I3–I4 (P < 0.05). And the haemolymph urea nitrogen concentration of shrimps-fed diet I6 was particularly higher than those fed with diets I1–I5 (P < 0.05). The results of polynomial regression based on weight gain, feed efficiency and body protein deposition indicated that the optimal dietary isoleucine requirement for L. vannamei reared in low-salinity water was 15.95 g kg?1 isoleucine of dry diet, correspondingly 38.81 g kg?1 of dietary protein.  相似文献

The effects of dietary astaxanthin supplemented at 0, 40, 80 or 150 mg astaxanthin kg−1 on growth, survival, moult frequency, osmoregulatory capacity (OC) and selected metabolic and haematological variables in Litopenaeus vannamei acclimated to low‐salinity water (3 g L−1) were evaluated. Supplemented astaxanthin at 80 mg kg−1 improved growth, survival and moult frequency in shrimp. The lowest OC was also exhibited in shrimp fed with dietary astaxanthin at 80 mg kg−1. Shrimp haemolymph concentrations of glucose, lactate, haemocyanin and total haemocyte count were all significantly enhanced by feeding the diet supplemented with 80 mg astaxanthin kg−1 compared with shrimp fed with the other diets. On the basis of these results, dietary astaxanthin supplementation of 80 mg kg−1 is recommended for juvenile L. vannamei cultured in low‐salinity water.  相似文献

在盐度为4、钠钾比为41.6的低盐井水环境下, 选取720 尾初始体质量为(0.32±0.006) g的凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei),  随机分成6 , 基础饲料中分别添加00.3%0.6%0.9%1.2%1.5%钾离子(KCl作为钾离子的添加形式, 分别记为D0D1D2D3D4 D5), 探讨饲料中不同钾水平对凡纳滨对虾生长、氮代谢和渗透压调节的影响。结果表明, 随着饲料钾水平的增加, 凡纳滨对虾的增重率呈先升高后降低趋势, D2组最高(P<0.05), 但与对照组相比不显著, 蛋白质效率以D1组显著最高。体钾含量在各处理组之间呈现出显著差异, D1组最高, D5组最低(P<0.05)。同时凡纳滨对虾的耗氧率和排氨率随饲料中钾含量的增加均呈显著的先降低后上升趋势(P<0.05), 其中排氨率以D2组最低, 耗氧率以D3组最低, 且均显著低于对照组。血清精氨酸酶活性呈峰值变化趋势, 其中以D1组最低(P<0.05)。各实验组血清Na+Cl-含量呈显著的先降低后升高的趋势(P<0.05), Na+含量以D1组最低, Cl-含量以D1D2组最低。而鳃丝Na+-K+-ATPase活性呈显著先升高后降低的趋势(P<0.05), D3组最高, D2组与D3组无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清总蛋白含量呈显著升高趋势。D2组血蓝蛋白含量最高, 渗透压和血清K+含量在各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。以生长、氮代谢、渗透调节相关指标为判据: 凡纳滨对虾饲料中添加0.3%~0.6%(含钾量: 0.96~1.26 g/100g饲料)的钾有利于低盐环境下对虾对饲料蛋白的利用及生理代谢平衡, 而过高的添加量(1.5%, 总含钾量: 2.17g/100g饲料)则会影响其生理代谢从而抑制生长。  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding experiment was conducted to determine the dietary magnesium (Mg) requirement and physiological responses of Litopenaeus vannamei in low salinity water of 2 g L?1. Casein–gelatin‐based diets supplemented with seven levels of Mg (0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, 3.2, 6.4 and 8.0 g kg?1) were fed to juvenile shrimp. Prior to the experiment, the postlarvae were gradually acclimated to the low salinity media and fed with a basal diet (0.5 g Mg kg?1) for 2 weeks. After 8 weeks of feeding, survival ranged from 80.11% to 85.65% with no significant difference among the treatments. Hepatopancreas Mg2+‐ATPase and Na+/K+‐ATPase activities and muscle content of lipid and protein were not significantly affected by graded levels of Mg. The weight gain and mineral (calcium, potassium, sodium and total phosphorus) content of different tissues were significantly affected by dietary Mg levels, while there were no significant differences in ash and zinc content in tissues. The Mg content in tissues except hepatopancreas was maintained relatively constant regardless of dietary treatments. The dietary Mg requirement for optimal growth was 2.60–3.46 g Mg kg?1 by using the polynomial regression analysis based on growth.  相似文献

Crude enzyme extracts were obtained from the digestive glands of Pacific white shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei (Boone), reared in oligotrophic well water and eutrophic shrimp pond water to compare digestive enzyme activity between the two groups. Specific activities of serine protease, collagenase, amylase, cellulase, lipase and acid phosphatase were significantly higher (P < 0.01) in pond water‐reared shrimp (PW shrimp) than in well water reared‐shrimp (WW shrimp). For most enzymes assayed, specific activity was more than two times higher in PW shrimp, and cellulase activity was over six times higher. In contrast, chitinase activity was significantly higher (P < 0.001) in WW shrimp. Higher specific activity of most digestive enzymes in PW shrimp was probably due to natural productivity in the pond water that served as a source of organic substrates, and this increased activity may contribute to the growth‐enhancing effect of shrimp pond water.  相似文献

Studies pertaining to cholesterol requirement are limited based on the levels evaluated and statistical analysis. Two trials were conducted to refine cholesterol requirement in Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei feeds. The basal diet was supplemented with graded levels of cholesterol (ranging from 0.48 to 1.85 g/kg) in trial 1. Since the shrimp (initial weight: 0.24 g) growth response was very linear without reaching a plateau, it was not clear whether the requirement was met. Hence, a second trial was designed using eight diets designed with an increased range of cholesterol levels from 0.45 to 4.57 g/kg of diets. The shrimp (0.38 g initial weight) reached a final weight of (4.31–7.43 g) or per cent weight gain from 1,014%–1,874% (n = 4) after 6 weeks. Saturation kinetic model and broken‐line models with linear or quadratic ascending portions were used to evaluate dose–response relationships of feed efficiency (FE), thermal‐unit growth coefficient (TGC), whole‐body cholesterol (CHOL) and cholesterol deposition (CHOLD) against dietary cholesterol. The cholesterol requirement of shrimp was estimated at 1.9 (1.1–4.3) g/kg, 1.7 (1.1–3.4) g/kg, 2.5 (2.3–2.9) g/kg and 2.7 (2.4–3.1) g/kg of shrimp diet for FE, TGC, CHOL and CHOLD, respectively. Additionally, based on improved growth, the inclusion of phytosterol can serve as a partial replacement for cholesterol.  相似文献
