A new type of digital trigger control system on the base of Singlechip Controller is proposed for water power station control system. The trigger use the singlechip controller's highspeed output port skillfully, and this system included controller and trigger,so as to reduce the component, reduce the cost and make the system more integrated, more precise and more reliable and advanced the hydro excitation control system. In this system, we use new electric technology, new detection technology and new automatic theory, so as to make the system more perfect and more intelligent. It has overcome the disadvantage of simulation integrate circuit in above.  相似文献

During the process of developing the Car Continuously Variable Transmission, the Control rule of the system is so complicated that we have to adjust and modificate the control parameters often. Direct debugging and empoldering by using singlechip system will result in long empoldering period and low efficiency. The present article presents an empolder scheme based on the control of Personal Computer. In the empoldering process we will predigest the Car Transmission Control Unit of the Continuously Variable Transmission into an extension which is only used for parameter tracking and measurement, while the matching control of the system and the parameter monitor is achieved with the host computer. Serial communication is carried out in the communication between the host computer and the extension. In addition, we have developed the corresponding monitoring and debugging software with Visual C++ 6.0 also. The practice shows that the system has successfully realized the empoldering of the TCU(Transmission Control Unit) with great efficiency.  相似文献

After analyzing target recognition and tracking technique, a method of developing specifically target tacking system is proposed, which uses digital image manipulation to target recognition. Software and hardware design of intelligent vehicle are presented in detail. The system uses digital image manipulation technology to cognize the certain target through a pickup camera installed on the front of the intelligent vehicle. When the target is moving, singlechip receives the commands from the computer and then control the vehicle to trace target. The system can run by itself, regardless of artificial control. This design provides a platform for the research of Growing Machine Intelligence system.  相似文献

A strategy for induction motor control based on the grade of errors is developed to improve the performance of hybrid vehicle drive system. The stator flux error, electric magnetic torque error and flux position angle are used as control variables, and rules for the switching states are chosen according to the errors and the principle of the Direct Torquc Control. This strategy improves efficiently the electric magnetic torque response of the system. The result of simulation shows that this strategy is an ideal control strategy of hybrid vehicle, which can make the motor generate the electric magnetic torque efficiently, steadily and quickly.  相似文献

As for the drive of control system in electric vehicles, if the inverter power is supplied by a constant DC-link voltage, there are some disadvantages in the system, such as small utilization of the voltage, big current harmonic distortion of the motor windings. A new strategy for vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with variable DC-link voltage is proposed, which is suitable for electric vehicles. According to the reference voltage amplitude of the inverter, the new system uses bidirectional DC/DC converter to adjust the DC-link voltage to improve the performance of the vector control system. At last, the whole system is simulated with MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the new strategy for vector control can increase voltage utilization, decrease torque ripple, improve current waveform effectively and decrease the total harmonic distortion of motor current. The results also verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the new strategy.  相似文献

For a new type of strongly hybridized system, the vehicle ride performance is used as the study goal, a coordinated control strategy is put forward to suppress the torque surge after the analysis of the parameters changes of engine, motor, clutch and transmission during the driving-mode-switch process. The strongly hybridized vehicle simulation model is developed based on the coordinated control strategy. The typical drive mode switching process performance simulation and analysis are performed. The results show that introducing the coordinated control strategy reduces the torque surge during the driving-mode-switch process and improves the vehicle drivability.  相似文献

This paper presented the principle and combinations of the mechanical transimssion test-bed with mechanical closed cycle and electric closed cycle. This system is composed of variable velocity driver, motor, generator, inverter and computer. It can be used both in mechanical closed cycle test-bed and electric ciooed cycle test-bed. The test-bed can keep a realting monitoring over the system and control the rotational speed and torque by computer. It can also simulate the real work condition of the test and to do the test. In this paper,the diminishable magnetization velocity modulation,invertiable control,the test data and curve,and the inverting efficiency as well as control scheme and presented.  相似文献

A novel method simulating a brushless direct current(DC) motor was presented, based on principles of hybrid system modeling and finite state machine theory. Brushless DC motor control mainly focuses on controlling the on/off condition and power switch duration. Modes of control therefore can be defined by corresponding states, and the states can be combined as a finite state machine. This approach uses the popular Simulink/Stateflow simulation method to control brushless DC motor loops. A three phase brushless DC motor was analyzed to illustrate the process of model building with Simulink/Stateflow. The analysis demonstrates the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

The auto controlling based on PLC system realized the identifying of coking number and the accurate position.In this system the identifying of coking number was reached with the schematic binary system of PLC and the assistant of proximity sensor.With RS485 ,the digital was used for transducer controlling port which drive the motor and the high speed counter, AD61, was used for feedback adjusting the offset.The discrete digital increasing PID control algorithm compensating the position errors is discussed to arrive at the accuracy auto position.With the module ,RS485,we realize the serial communication and the report forms managing between the PLLC system and the computer.The technique can achieve the object of automatic control accuracy in practices.  相似文献

Aiming at the dry Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) system, the motor driven dry dual clutch actuator is studied; the characteristic of distortion load for diaphragm spring and the dynamic transient process of the clutch are analyzed. The mathematical model is established for the system using fuzzy control and PI (Proportion Integration) control, and the simulation is carried out for the DCT shifting process. Simulation results indicate that the motor driven dry dual clutch system can meet the need of the shifting process control requirements and guarantee the high performance of DCT system.  相似文献

为研究基质无土栽培中基质的最佳用量,试验研究了每株1~5L的基质用量对黄瓜生长发育的影响。结果表明,黄瓜生长发育和产量受根际基质用量的影响,在1~5L的范围内,基质用量增多,黄瓜的生长越好,产量也越高。但每株基质用量在4~5L时,黄瓜生长及产量差异不显著;但在除去基质成本时,基质用量4L的黄瓜效益比5L的高370元/667m2。因此,为了降低生产成本,提高经济效益,黄瓜采用炭化稻壳和木屑混合基质栽培时,每株基质用量可采用4L,即每667m2的用量为8m3。  相似文献

为了加快农业生产信息化和数字化的发展,节约宝贵的水资源,降低能耗,提高灌溉的质量和效率,提升控制管理水平,笔者以维控LEVI102A型触摸屏为人机界面,台达DVP60ES2型可编程控制器为控制核心构建了一套自动灌溉控制系统。该系统不仅可以根据当前土壤中含水率和用户设定的土壤含水率的情况自动控制水泵电机和电磁阀的启闭,遇到雨天自动停止灌溉,还可以按照用户设定的时间自动进行灌溉。该系统实现了灌溉的自动监控功能,节省了人力,节约了用水,提高了灌溉的质量和效率,具有造价低廉,运行稳定,操作便捷,维护简易,人机界面友好等优点,具有广阔的应用前景和实际使用价值。  相似文献

Engine test-bed experiments are the main means of engine performance test, whose necessary developing trend is to apply measurement and monitoring system based on the computer. This paper introduces alteration for engine test-bed experiment system. By adopting data acquisition system, using web and ftp technique, computer-controlling and remote monitoring in real-time are realized. And the details of singlechip are mainly discussed based on data acquisition system, testing-software, web and ftp technique. The improved system realizes automation of engine test-bed experiment and data processing. It can save time and manpower, increase the productivity and improve the working condition. Especially the interface of system software developed by Delphi under Windows is simple, clear and easily dealt. Dot-matrix LCD makes a feature of low power dissipation,small volume,and displaying more information,also widely used in automatic instrument.To provide more better user interface, dot-matrix LCD is used as a displayer.The interface circuit for dot-matrix LCD with MCS-51 singlechip microcomputer and the design of software corresponding are described in detail.Meanings of sixteen signal wires of a port is explained.the initial program of LCD is given,and the principle of Chinese charater and menu display is introduced. The hardware design of speech terminal is simple with a LCD module,while the user interface is more beautiful with the technology of chinese character and menu display. 前人研究表明,使用赤霉素药液处理甜瓜、西葫芦等植物的陈年种子,可对其萌发有促进作用。然而,国内外关于赤霉素处理包瓜种子的报道很少。本试验设置了150 mg/L、250 mg/L和350 mg/L三种不同浓度的赤霉素以及8 h和12 h两种不同浸种时间对陈年包瓜种子进行浸泡处理,筛选出最佳浸种浓度和时间来改善包瓜陈年种子的萌发情况,为指导蔬果生产提供理论依据。试验的结果显示,用浓度为350 mg/L赤霉素药液处理种子8 h后陈年包瓜种子的发芽势最高,为0.42。用150 mg/L、250 mg/L和350 mg/L三种赤霉素浓度处理8 h后可促进陈年包瓜种子根重增加。各处理组合较对照组能明显提高陈年包瓜种子的发芽势,但对陈年包瓜种子发芽率的影响并不明显。  相似文献

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

为建立高效的组织培养体系,以甘蓝型油菜杂交品种恢复系627R、621R和616R材料田间种植植株的侧芽、花托和无菌种子实生苗下胚轴为外植体,探索不同苗龄、预培养时间、预培养基、愈伤分化培养基、诱导出芽培养基以及成苗壮苗培养基中激素配比对芽再生、成苗植株生长势的影响。结果表明:无菌苗快速繁殖体系中,发芽6 天的无菌苗下胚轴或者子叶在预培养(MS+ 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D+ 1.0 mg/L 6-BA+ 30 g/L 蔗糖+ 8 g/L 琼脂,pH 5.85)3 天后转移到分化培养基MS+ 3 mg/L 6-BA+ 1.0 mg/L NAA+5 mg/L AgNO3+ 30 g/L 蔗糖+8 g/L 琼脂(pH 5.85),或者MS+ 3 mg/L 6-BA+ 1.0 mg/L IAA+ 5 mg/LAgNO3+ 30 g/L 蔗糖+8 g/L 琼脂(pH 5.85)生长,可以获得较高的芽再生频率,对于田间生长到抽薹开花期植株取样的外植体,腋芽的出芽频率高于花托培养的出芽频率,但是这2 类外植体在分化培养基(MS+ 10 mg/L 6-BA+ 1 mg/L NAA+ 30 g/L 蔗糖+8 g/L 琼脂,pH 5.85)生长30 天后都有成苗的潜力,上 述外植体经过组织培养出芽后转移到添加矮壮素的培养基(MS+15 mg/L CCC+15~20 g/L 蔗糖+8 g/L 琼脂,pH 5.85)上继续生长30 天,能够得到根系发达、生长势强的植株。甘蓝型油菜优良恢复系建立的组织培养体系能够快速获得生长势优的油菜植株,加速油菜良种的繁殖与评价。  相似文献

以水生美人蕉带有芽苞的根茎为外植体进行组培快繁技术研究,结果表明:MS+BA1.0~4.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L培养基能较好地诱导分化出不定芽;MS+BA6.0~8.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L培养基增殖效果最好;在MS不加激素和MS+NAA0.2mg/L培养基上进行生根培养都有不同程度的根分化。株高6~8cm出瓶用苔藓炼苗,成活率达95%以上。  相似文献

【研究目的】研究无籽罗汉果组培快繁技术要点,为无籽罗汉果再生体系建立和工厂化生产提供技术支持。【方法】以幼嫩茎段为试验材料,探讨不同灭菌时间,不同激素组合以及浓度对启动培养、增殖培养、生根培养等的影响。【结果】无籽罗汉果带芽茎段最佳消毒方法为1% HgCl2溶液消毒8 min。最适宜的无籽罗汉果茎段启动培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L KT,无籽罗汉果继代增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IBA,增殖系数可达6.8;较适合生根的培养基为1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/LNAA,新稍平均生根数达7.4条,生根率可达95%。【结论】可为无籽罗汉果大规模组织培养和快速繁殖提供理论基础,并为组织培养高效体系的建立及外源基因导入提供参考。  相似文献

The traditional Automobile-inertia -brake-testing-system adopts the Mechanical Inertia pan to imitate automobile the Moving Inertia. This kind of system volume is bigger than new one, more difficult in inertia adjusting, and lower in automation degree. Aiming at the problems, this paper puts forward the innovative design of Automobile-inertia-brake-testing-system based on electrical inertia. The mathematic model of the Mechanical Inertia is analyzed. To use the algorithm to control motor, the authors make the output inertia generated by the controlled motor can imitate the Mechanical Inertia, then apply electrical inertia to replace Mechanical Inertia .The simulation result shows that the design idea is correct and feasible, stronger in system rubustness, lower in cost, more accurate in control quality, and higher in automation level.  相似文献
