为优化黑水虻抗菌肽提取工艺,分别研究了液料比、浸提时间、超声功率对提取率和抑菌圈直径的影响,并在单因素的基础上采用响应面法对提取条件进行优化。结果表明,黑水虻抗菌肽最佳提取条件为液料比7∶1,浸提时间12h,超声功率50W,在此条件下提取的抗菌肽提取率为1.34%,抗菌肽抑菌圈直径为(12.68±0.72)mm,说明该模型具有一定的可行性,优化的提取条件下抗菌肽提取率高,抑菌效果稳定,可为黑水虻的产业化开发应用提供依据。 相似文献

采用响应曲面法对常温饮用型酸乳的配方进行优化。用Plackett-Burman设计法研究全脂乳粉与乳清粉的蛋白比例、琼脂、淀粉、果胶、果糖和稀奶油添加量6 个因素对酸乳黏度及持水力的影响,筛选出影响酸乳黏度和持水力的显著因素,用Box-Behnken试验设计优化最佳配方。结果表明:全脂乳粉与乳清粉的蛋白比例、琼脂、淀粉及果胶添加量是影响常温饮用型酸乳黏度和持水力的显著因素(P<0.05);经过响应面试验设计建立黏度、持水力和4因素的模型,对此模型进行求解得到最佳配方为全脂乳粉与乳清粉的蛋白比例5∶1、琼脂 相似文献

为更好地提高青贮饲料的质量,降低微牛物接种剂的生产成本,本研究对采集自德国青贮窖中的主导菌群中一株乳酸菌GLP01进行了分子学鉴定,并对培养条件进行了优化.通过单因素试验设计研究培养基组成(碳源,氮源)和培养条件(温度、接种量,起始pH等)对GLP01乳酸菌生长繁殖的影响;采用二次响应面分析方法对GLP01培养条件进行优化,得到GLP01生长模型,以及取得模型最优值时各因素的水平.单因素试验结果表明,GLP01的最适碳源是果糖,最佳氮源是酵母粉;二次响应面分析确定的GLP01最佳培养条件是起始pH 5.47、培养温度35.3℃、接种量8.16%.结果提示,乳酸菌GLP01可以作为微生物接种剂制作青贮饲料,但青贮效果仍有待研究. 相似文献

试验利用响应面法对发酵生产蛋白质饲料的培养基进行优化。选取发酵时间、水分与底物比例和酒糟与豆粕比例为影响因素,在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合方法采用三因素三水平的试验设计,以真蛋白含量为响应值,进行响应面分析。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为发酵时间50 h、水分与底物比例0.9∶1、酒糟与豆粕比例1.5∶1,在此条件下,获得的真蛋白质含量为41.66%。 相似文献

白僵蚕体内所含的草酸铵为抗惊厥的有效药用成分。采用响应面法优化了白僵蚕草酸铵的提取工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选择提取温度、提取时间、原料质量浓度3个因素进行中心组合试验,建立了草酸铵得率的二次回归方程。此模型拟合性好,通过响应面分析以及岭嵴分析得到了优化组合条件。试验结果表明,提取温度及原料质量浓度对草酸铵得率都有显著影响,当提取工艺条件为温度85℃,提取时间65 min,原料质量浓度43 g/L时,草酸铵得率达到最大值。此条件下草酸铵得率验证值为3.25%,与预测值3.29%基本一致。 相似文献

用响应面法对弗氏链霉菌发酵产泰乐菌素的培养基进行优化。首先用Plackett-Burman法对11个培养基因素进行筛选,结果发现,三个对泰乐菌素效价影响较大的重要因素分别为鱼粉、黄豆饼粉、油,然后进行最陡爬坡实验逼近最佳响应面区域,最后通过Box-Behnken设计,利用Design-Expert V8.0.5软件进行回归分析,得到各因素的最佳浓度,并验证响应面预测值与实测值的一致性。结果表明,在鱼粉10.64 g/L、黄豆饼粉14.69 g/L、油58 g/L的最优培养基下,泰乐菌素的产量可达14915 U/mL,实测值与响应面预测值拟合良好,说明通过响应面实验设计对泰乐菌素发酵培养基的优化是有效的,比优化前提高了15%。 相似文献

The aim of this study was to develop a prediction model on tenderization of goose breast meat by response surface methodology (RSM) and artificial neural network (ANN). The experiments were operated on the basis of a three‐level, three‐variable (ultrasound power, ultrasound time, and storage time) Box‐Behnken experimental design. Under RSM and ANN optimum conditions, experimental Meullenet‐Owens razor shear (MORS) of meat (1862.6 g and 1869.9 g) was in reasonable agreement with predicted one. Nevertheless, better prediction capability of ANN was proved by higher R2 (0.996) and lower absolute average deviation = 4.257) compared to those for RSM (0.852 and 16.534), respectively. These results revealed that ANN was more accurate and much better than RSM model for the optimization of tenderness of meat. The optimum conditions of ultrasound power, ultrasound time, and storage time given by ANN were 812 W, 24.5 min and 25.7 hr, respectively. Under the optimized condition, the cooking loss of meat significantly decreased by ultrasound treatment compared with untreated meat. Lower cooking loss and MORS at the optimal condition were beneficial to meet the satisfaction of consumer and producers for meat factory. 相似文献

用微波萃取技术从内蒙古黄芪[Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bunge var.mongholious(Bunge)Hsiao]的干燥根中提取黄芪多糖。依据响应面法(RSM,Response surface methodology)原理,使用Design Expert(Static Made Easy,Minneapolis,MN,USA.version6.0.5,2001)软件的中心组合设计建立试验数学模型,对微波萃取黄芪多糖的提取时间、加热温度、提取溶液pH值及液料比进行优化组合。得到最优回归方程:Y=1.14+1·258E-003X1+0.16X2-0.027X3+0.15X4+0.032X11-0.047X22+0.025X33-0.047X22+0.025X33+0.029X44+0.043X1X2-0.018X1X3-0.059X1X4-0.027X2X3+2.263E-003X2X4+0.012X3X4。确定最优操作工艺参数为:微波加热时间20min、加热温度120℃、液料比8∶1、pH值10。粗多糖得率为32%,纯度为44.4%。测定值与预测值相关系数r为0.976。 相似文献

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of fermented persimmon shell diet (FPSD) supplementation on growth performance and blood parameters in 96 Berkshire pigs. The FPSD was made from persimmon shell and mixed with rice bran and barley bran. Samples of FPSD on day 0 (D0) and day 60 (D60) were analyzed for chemical composition, pH and organic acids. The experimental diets were 0, 3, 5 and 7% FPSD added to C, T1, T2 and T3 of finishing diets on fresh matter basis. Dry matter (DM) was lower (P < 0.01) and crude protein was higher (P < 0.01) on D60 than on D0. pH value decreased (P < 0.01) on D60 than on D0 but organic acids were increased (P < 0.01). Average daily gain was higher (P < 0.05) in T2 than in other groups. Average daily feed intake was higher (P < 0.05) in T2 than in other groups. Total cholesterol was higher (P < 0.05) in T3 than in other groups. High‐density lipoprotein cholesterol increased (P < 0.05) in groups by the addition of FPSD. Blood urea nitrogen was lower (P < 0.05) in C than in other groups. The results indicate that FPSD improved the growth performance and blood parameters in Berkshire pigs. 相似文献
