抗仔猪腹泻中药口服液的质量标准研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
采用薄层色谱法对抗仔猪腹泻口服液中的黄连、黄芩、甘草药材进行定性鉴别,并应用高效液相色谱法对其中成分盐酸小蘖碱进行含量测定。结果显示,薄层色谱法均能对黄连、黄芩、甘草进行定性分析;盐酸小檗碱进样浓度在0.0032~0.016mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.2%(n=5),RSD为0.9%。结果表明,本试验所建立的方法准确、重现性好,可作为抗仔猪腹泻中药口服液的质量控制方法。 相似文献

笔者封加减四黄素口服液中试品,开展仔猪腹泻疾病中常见的白痢病、水肿病和弧菌痢疾等高度致死性肠道传染性疾病的临床应用研究。结果表明:1.34日龄败血型水肿病:加减四黄素口服液组与四黄素口服液对照组的有效率分别为86.7%和80%,治愈率分别为80%和50%,治愈率提高30%,效果显着;2.13日龄肠炎型白痢:加减四黄素口服液组与四黄素口服液对照组的有效率均为100%,治愈率分别为90%和30%,治愈率提高60%,效果非常显着;3.8周龄猪弧菌性痢疾:加减四黄素口服液组与四黄素口服液对照组的有效率均为100%,治愈率分别为90%和70%,治愈率提高20%,效果显着;因此,加减四黄素口服液的临床治疗仔猪腹泻性疾病效果比四黄素口服液显着。 相似文献

Ethanamizuril (EZL) is a novel triazine anticoccidial compound that has high anticoccidial activity in chickens. In order to treat coccidiosis rationally in poultry, a detection method was developed for ethanamizuril in broiler plasma, and then the pharmacokinetics studies were performed in broilers after oral administration of different dose levels. Ethanamizuril was administered as single oral doses at low (0.67 mg kg?1 BW), medium (1.33 mg kg?1 BW) and high (6.67 mg kg?1 BW) levels in which the medium dose was that recommended in clinics. Plasma concentrations of ethanamizuril were determined using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and the data were analyzed with a non-compartmental model. Peak plasma concentrations of ethanamizuril were (2.16±0.57), (3.91±0.71), and (23.71±5.02) mg L?1 at (5.17±1.80), (4.60±2.12), and (4.60±2.12) h, respectively. The terminal elimination half-lives (t1/2λz) for ethanamizuril were (10.84±2.59), (10.66±2.47), and (13.34±3.10) h after oral administration at low, medium and high doses, respectively. The areas under the concentration-time curve (AUC0–t) were (37.68±6.87), (73.19±9.18), and (485.76±125.10) mg L?1 h with mean residence times (MRT0–t) of (14.79±3.03), (15.57±3.69), and (20.22±4.01) h at the 3 dosages, respectively. Ethanamizuril was absorbed rapidly and eliminated slowly. A comparison across the dose range indicated that the time to reach peak plasma concentration (Tmax) values were similar while peak plasma concentration (Cmax) and AUC0–t were positively correlated with increasing dosages. This study of the pharmacokinetics of an ethanamizuril solution in chickens provides a theoretical basis for the rational use in the clinic. 相似文献

采用美国Waters C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50:49:1)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长270nm为条件,建立高效液相色谱法测定慢呼抗口服液中黄芩甙的含量。结果表明,此方法线性关系良好(R=0.9995);平均回收率(n=6)99.06%,RSD=1.01%。该法简便、快捷、准确,可以作为慢呼抗口服液质量控制的有效方法。 相似文献

[目的]通过对月月红中槲皮素、山奈酚的定性定量研究,拟建立其HPLC分析方法,为进一步研究民族民间药物月月红的药效学奠定基础。[方法]采用化学定性法确定月月红不同部位中的主要化学组分;色谱条件:Hypersil DJZ C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200.0 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(60∶40,V/V);检测波长:368 nm;流速:1.000 ml/min;柱温:30℃;理论塔板数按山奈酚和槲皮素峰计算不低于3 000,外标法计算。[结果]槲皮素在0.081 6~0.489 6μg线性关系良好(R2=0.999 6),平均回收率为101.6%,RSD为0.87%;山奈酚在0.069 6~0.417 6μg线性关系良好(R2=0.999 6),平均回收率为96.8%,RSD为1.01%。月月红叶中槲皮素为0.038 2%,茎为0.005 2%,全株为0.010 5%;月月红叶中山奈酚含量为0.027 6%,茎为0.002 1%,全株为0.009 6%。[结论]HPLC分析方法稳定、重复性较好;月月红不同部位均含有槲皮素、山奈酚,且叶含量高于全株和茎。 相似文献

[目的]建立测定益肾乌发口服液中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-Oβ--D葡-萄糖苷含量的方法。[方法]采用HPLC色谱法对主药何首乌的主要成分2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-Oβ--D葡-萄糖苷的含量进行定量分析,色谱柱为岛津VP-ODsc(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(25∶75);流速1.2 m l/m in,检测波长为320 nm。[结果]2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-Oβ--D葡-萄糖苷在0.487~13.489 mg范围内呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为99.94%,RSD=1.75%(n=6)。[结论]高效液相色谱法测定益肾乌发口服液中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-Oβ--D葡-萄糖苷的含量方法操作简单、准确、重复性好、精密度高、专属性强,可以作为益肾乌发口服液的质量控制标准。 相似文献

[目的]建立生脉饮(党参方)的质量标准。[方法]用TLC法鉴别了党参、五味子、麦冬;用HPLC法测定了生脉饮(党参方)中五味子醇甲的含量。色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),柱温为30℃,以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,检测波长为250nm,流速1.0 ml/min。[结果]在TLC色谱中均能检出党参、五味子、五味子醇甲、麦冬;五味子醇甲在0.046 12~0.691 80μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=1.5%。[结论]方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于控制生脉饮(党参方)的质量。 相似文献
