本试验采用袋栽和床栽姬松茸的方式研究不同改良剂的改良效果及其不同浓度对菌丝的生长速率、生物转化率和菇镉含量的影响。结果表明:(1)改良剂可以使袋栽姬松茸的镉含量降低16.6%~42.4%,其中三种改良剂可以使袋栽姬松茸的镉含量降低31.0%~42.4%,使床栽姬松茸的镉含量降低14.5%~35.6%。(2)随着改良剂浓度的升高,袋栽菌丝的生长速率、生物转化率受到抑制的程度就越大,而菇中的镉含量随着 相似文献

The seeds of Punica granatum, known as hap roman in the Arabian Peninsula, are commonly eaten as a dessert. As part of an ongoing project to find nonnutritional natural products which have health benefits, or that can be exploited to protect crops, the chloroform-soluble extract of the fermented seeds of P. granatum was found to be rich in 1-O-trans,cis,trans-9,11,13-octadecatrienoyl glycerol (1). The seed oil is not lethal to brine shrimp larvae. 1-O-isopentyl-3-O-octadec-2-enoyl glycerol (2) and the known cis-9-octadecenoic, octadecanoic, and eicosanoic acids were also detected in small amounts in the seed oil by LC and MS. A special discussion, regarding the domestication of wild pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) in Albania, has first started in 1995. This discussion triggered a study that continued for the next several years. This research resulted in the identification of a wild pomegranate belt of about 300?km, along the Adriatic and Ionian coastline of the western part of Albania. Considering the results of this study regarding morphological, biological and biochemical assessments, toponymic and linguistic data, it is revealed that there are some indications that pomegranate could have been domesticated in Albania independently from other regions. 相似文献

Aqueous extracts of pomegranate peels were assayed in vitro for their antifungal activity against six rot fungi that cause fruit and vegetable decay during storage. The growth rates of Alternaria alternata , Stemphylium botryosum , and Fusarium spp. were significantly inhibited by the extracts. The growth rates were negatively correlated with the levels of total polyphenolic compounds in the extract and particularly with punicalagins, the major ellagitannins in pomegranate peels. Ellagitannins were also found to be the main compounds in the bioactive fractions using bioautograms, and punicalagins were identified as the main bioactive compounds using chromatographic separation. These results suggest that ellagitannins, and more specifically punicalagins, which are the dominant compounds in pomegranate peels, may be used as a control agent of storage diseases and to reduce the use of synthetic fungicides. 相似文献

Thirty pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) accessions were studied to determine the overall degree of polymorphism and to detect similarities among genotypes. PCA and cluster analysis showed a considerable phenotypic and genetic diversity in the local pomegranate germplasm. Some polyclonal varieties were identified and cases of homonymy were detected. The geographic origin was not a determinant criterion for cultivars clustering. Parameters with high discriminating values were those related to fruit size and color and juice characteristics. Factors affecting pomegranate germplasm diversity are discussed. 相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the physico-chemical properties and antioxidant activity of five pomegranate fruit (Punica granatum L.) cultivars grown in Iran. Significant differences were found among the pomegranate cultivars for many of the properties studied. Results showed that, in particular, fruit diameter ranged from 63.63 mm (Syah) to 79.29 mm (Rabab), fruit volume from 153.3 cm3 (Syah) to 293.3 cm3 (Rabab), and fruit density from 0.93 g cm?3 (Rabab) to 1.13 g cm?3 (TorshSefeed). Although Syah showed the lowest fruit weight (144.8 g), fruit yield (8.28 ton ha?1), and fruit skin thickness (1.55 mm), Rabab had the highest fruit yield (27.1 ton ha?1) and fruit skin thickness (2.32 mm). Juice volume was found to vary between 61.1 and 67.0 cm3. Percent of aril ranged from 59.64% (Rabab) to 75.3% (Syah) and weight of aril between 108.9 and 199.8 g. Also, results indicated that titratable acidity content varied from 0.39% (Syah) to 1.13% (TorshSefeed). The total soluble solids content varied from 12.67 ?Brix (TorshSefeed) to 15.67 ?Brix (ZardehAnar), pH values from 3.05 to 3.77, Electrical conductivity values from 2.8 to 3.14 dS m?1, and vitamin C content from 59.25 to 69.52 mg 100 g?1. The anthocyanin content was observed to vary between 80.36 (Syah) and 216.97 (ZardehAnar). The antioxidant activity of pomegranate cultivars ranged from 27.24% (Syah) to 84.04% (TorshSefeed). These results demonstrated that the cultivar was the major factor which influences the morpho-pomological and chemical (especially, antioxidant activity) properties of pomegranates. 相似文献

Lipid transfer proteins (LTPs) are a family of low molecular mass (7-9 kDa) polypeptides, the members of which share 35-95% sequence homology. These proteins are widely distributed throughout the plant kingdom and are receiving attention for their biochemical characteristics and biological activity. LTPs are indeed studied in different research fields varying from allergy to food technology, and numerous molecules belonging to this class are progressively being identified and investigated. Proteins from pomegranate juice were fractioned by cation exchange chromatography and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Two proteins were identified as putative LTPs on the basis of their molecular weights and their electrophoretic behaviors under reducing and nonreducing conditions. Finally, proteins were purified and characterized by mass spectrometry. This analysis confirmed that the two polypeptides are LTPs on the basis of an amino acid sequence common to LTPs from other plant sources and cysteine content. The two proteins, named LTP1a and LTP1b, showed similar molecular masses but different immunological profiles when immunodetected with rabbit antibodies specific for Pru p 3 and human IgE from a patient suffering from pomegranate allergy. The demonstration of the existence of two immunologically unrelated LTPs in pomegranate confirms the variability and the complexity of the plant LTP family. This should be taken into account when the role of these proteins as elicitors of allergies to fruits is investigated and could help to explain the contradictory literature data on pomegranate allergy. 相似文献

In the present study, free amino acids and seed protein contents of pomegranate germplasm from Tunisia and China were conducted using Hitachi L8800 amino acid analyzer, Bradford and Kjeldahl methods. The work offers more consideration to protein pomegranate seeds which can be with great importance regarding the nutritive seed value of this crop. In other hand, the protein and amino acids contents were used to compare the Tunisian and Chinese pomegranate cultivars based on multivariate analyses (principal component and clustering analyses). Results show that the Tunisian and Chinese pomegranate seeds were rich in storage proteins independently of organoleptic taste as sweet, sour sweet or sour. Qualitatively, the storage protein and free amino acids of pomegranate seeds were identical. Besides, the segregation of Chinese and Tunisian pomegranate cultivars into three groups was reveled based on high, low or moderate amino acids contents. Statistically, the differences between organoleptic groups (sweet, sour sweet and sour) were not significant (P?<?0.05). However, the differences between pomegranate cultivars were statistically significant within groups. The separation of cultivars is independent to the organoleptic taste neither the geographical origin. 相似文献
