不同品种鲜食玉米的营养成分及抗氧化活性比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
测定6个不同鲜食玉米品种的粗脂肪、蛋白质、淀粉、还原糖和总酚含量,对脂肪酸组成进行气相色谱分析。通过比较玉米浸膏的Fe~(3+)还原力和羟自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子(O_2-·)、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基清除率,评价其抗氧化活性,探讨抗氧化活性与玉米总酚的相关性。结果表明,鲜食玉米含粗脂肪6.17%~13.63%、蛋白质9.57%~15.30%、淀粉58.90%~69.52%、还原糖33.51%~42.12%、总酚1.52~2.68 mg/g。迪甜6号、晋超甜1号和超甜1825的粗脂肪、蛋白质、还原糖、总酚含量较高;京科糯2000、美玉糯13和都市丽人淀粉含量较高;美玉糯13饱和脂肪酸含量较高;晋超甜1号不饱和脂肪酸含量较高。超甜1825的Fe~(3+)还原力最强,迪甜6号清除·OH、O_2-·、DPPH自由基能力较强,抗氧化活性与玉米总酚含量呈正相关。  相似文献

Severe acidifications in acid sulfate soils (ASSs) have occurred worldwide due to sulfuric acidity, which requires sustainable measures for their reclamation. Accordingly, an incubation study was conducted with the topsoil of two different ASSs (Cheringa and Badarkhali) to evaluate the effects of basic slag (BS; size <1 mm, pH 9.6, Ca 20.8%, Mg 9.8%, etc.), on reduction of acidity and changes in exchangeable cations. It is noted that BS is a byproduct of steel industry in Bangladesh and can be collected almost free of charge. These soils received BS at the rate of 0 (T0), 11 (T1), 22 (T2) and 33 (T3) t ha−1 under various moisture regimes (saturated condition M1,, i.e., 100% moisture content, wetting–drying cycles of 100 and 50% moisture M2, and moisture at field condition M3, i.e., 50%). The impacts of these treatments on some selected parameters in these soils were studied within 180 days of incubation. The application of BS was found to increase the pH of soils from 3.6 to 5.1 for Cheringa, 3.9 to 5.2 for Badarkhali soils at the end of incubation. These increments were more striking with the highest doses of BS under saturated moisture conditions in both of the soils. The ECe of the soils was not much influenced by the application of BS regardless of time. The treatments exerted significant (P ≤ 0.05) effects on exchangeable cations in different periods of incubation. The striking changes were recorded for the rate of increments of Ca2+ and Mg2+, which were about 2–3 times higher for Ca and more than 2 times higher for Mg2+ compared with the control after 180 days of incubation. These results suggest that the application of BS not only increased the Ca2+ to the higher amount than that of the increment of Mg2+ in the soils, but also improved one of the important criteria of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ratio in the soils.  相似文献

粮饲通用型玉米产量高品质优良,在生产上应用越来越广泛。为探讨其适宜种植密度,以4个粮饲通用型玉米品种登海605、登海圣丰168、青农118和天泰366为试验材料,研究4个种植密度(4.5×104、6.75×104、9×104和11.25×104株/hm2)对粮饲通用玉米产量和饲用品质的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内随着种植密度的增加,玉米的鲜草和干草产量呈增加的趋势。种植密度对中洗涤纤维影响不显著,对酸性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白、淀粉和粗脂肪的影响在不同品种间变化趋势不一致。综合生物产量和粗饲料分级指数,在黄淮海地区天泰366和登海605推荐种植密度分别为9×104株/hm2和11.25×104株/hm2,青农118和登海圣丰168推荐种植密度为9×104~11.25×104株/hm2。  相似文献

Commercial potato minituber production systems aim at high tuber numbers per plant. This study investigated by which mechanisms planting density (25.0, 62.5 and 145.8 plants/m2) of in vitro derived plantlets affected minituber yield and minituber number per plantlet. Lowering planting density resulted in a slower increase in soil cover by the leaves and reduced the accumulated intercepted radiation (AIR). It initially also reduced light use efficiency (LUE) and harvest index, and thus tuber weights per m2. At the commercial harvest 10 weeks after planting (WAP), LUE tended to be higher at lower densities. This compensated for the lower AIR and led to only slightly lower tuber yields. Lowering planting density increased tuber numbers per (planted) plantlet in all grades. It improved plantlet survival and increased stem numbers per plant. However, fewer stolons were produced per stem, whereas stolon numbers per plant were not affected. At lower densities, more tubers were initiated per stolon and the balance between initiation and later resorption of tubers was more favourable. Early interplant competition was thought to reduce the number of tubers initiated at higher densities, whereas later-occurring interplant competition resulted in a large fraction of the initiated tubers being resorbed at intermediate planting densities. At low planting densities, the high number of tubers initiated was also retained. Shortening of the production period could be considered at higher planting densities, because tuber number in the commercial grade > 9 mm did not increase any more after 6 WAP.  相似文献

Failures in agricultural development in parts of West Africa may have been caused by the inability of the farmers to develop the abundant inland valleys for cultivation of such crops like rice, using appropriate water management systems. An inland valley in southeastern Nigeria was used to evaluate the influence of sawah and non-sawah water management using inorganic and organic soil amendments on the soil chemical properties and rice grain yield. Soil chemical properties tested were soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, pH, exchangeable K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+. Others were CEC, percent base saturation and exchangeable acidity while the grain yield of rice was also measured. The soils are loose, low in pH and poor in plant nutrient elements. In spite of that, the sawah-managed system was able to improve the pH of the soil by raising it slightly both in the first and second year of planting. Generally, essential plant nutrients such as exchangeable K+, Ca2+ and Mg2+, including fertility index like the CEC, were improved within sawah management within the period. Also, rice grain yield increased significantly (5.62 and 6.25 tons/ha in the first year and 5.32 and 6.53 tons/ha in the second year for non-sawah and sawah, respectively) with sawah system such that about 11 and 23% yield increases were obtained in sawah over the non-sawah in the two years, respectively. Although organic carbon can be used to explain the variation in total grain yield in the first year, it was the CEC that explained the total grain yield in the second year. The study revealed the superiority of sawah over non-sawah in the production of lowland rice in an inland valley in southeastern Nigeria.  相似文献

以杂C-546为试材,采用10、20、40、80、160 mmol/L外源CaCl_2浸种和叶面喷施不同浓度处理种子,比较分析低温胁迫下玉米种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和幼苗叶片相对电导率、可溶性蛋白、Pn、Fv/Fm、POD和SOD活性等生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,在低温抑制玉米幼苗生长条件下,一定浓度CaCl_2(10~80 mmol/L)处理可降低玉米幼苗生长伤害程度。80 mmol/L CaCl_2浸种处理对玉米低温胁迫的缓解效果最佳,与对照比较,发芽率提高8%,发芽势提高24.6%,发芽指数提高33.2,相对电导率降低51.8%,可溶性蛋白含量增加76.3%,SOD活性增加35.7%。适宜浓度的CaCl_2在低温条件下可促进玉米种子的萌发,降低低温对玉米幼苗造成的伤害。  相似文献

通过大田试验筛选出了高油玉米为普通玉米单交种授粉来达到增产和提高普通玉米含油量、蛋白质含量的组合。所筛选出的3个组合(SN3×HO115、SN3×HO298、SN98-1×HO298)中,与普通玉米自身相比较,子粒产量分别提高1 457.6、1 465.1和1 363.1 kg/hm2,油产量分别提高296.1、323.3和300.8 kg/hm2,蛋白质产量分别提高296.0、15.6和389.6 kg/hm2。高油玉米的花粉直感及与普通玉米杂交的杂交优势效应在大田玉米生产中应用前景广阔。  相似文献

Weed management involving the time of hilling and various herbicide applications was compared. The best weed management program consisted of EPTC (S-ethyl dipropylcarbamothioate) at 3.3 kg ai ha-1 preplant incorporated, followed by metribuzin [4-amino-6-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-3-(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one] at 0.6 kg ai ha-1 applied delayed pree-mergence, or delayed preemergence applications of metolachlor [2-chloro-N-(2-ethyl-6-methylphenyl)-N-(2-methoxy-1-methylethyl) acetamide] plus linuron [N’-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-N-methylurea] (2.2 + 1.1 kg ai ha-1) or metolachlor plus metribuzin (2.2 + 0.6 kg ai ha-1) regardless of the time of hilling. Alternatively, postemergence applications of sethoxydim [2-[1-(ethoxyimino) butyl]-5-[2-(ethylthio)propyl]-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexen-1-one] plus metribuzin plus crop oil concentrate at 0.2 plus 0.6 kg ai ha-1 plus 1.2 L ha-1 provided excellent season-long weed control regardless of the time of hilling. However, potato yield was reduced in 1 of 2 years by this treatment. Preemergence herbicides applied immediately after planting followed by an early hilling at ground cracking did not provide season-long weed control. The cultivar Atlantic was a better competitor with weeds than Russet Burbank in 1 of 2 years.  相似文献

Management of fertilizer phosphorus (P) is a critical component of potato production systems as potato has a relatively high P requirement and inefficiently uses soil P. Phosphorus promotes rapid canopy development, root cell division, tuber set, and starch synthesis. Adequate P is essential for optimizing tuber yield, solids content, nutritional quality, and resistance to some diseases. Although soil test P is the primary tool for assessing P fertilizer needs, in some areas petiole P analysis has been successfully utilized to guide in-season P applications. Potato has been shown in some studies to respond to fertilizer P at soil test levels considered very high for most other crops (100+ mg kg?1 Bray P1 or Mehlich I or III and 20+ mg kg?1 sodium bicarbonate) especially on medium- to finer-textured soils. Even on high-testing soils, fertilizer P rates for top yields sometimes exceed 150 kg P2O5 ha?1. In addition, many states/provinces continue to recommend half or more of the amount of P in the harvested portion of the crop irrespective of soil test P level. In most situations, few differences are expected among fertilizer P sources; however, high rates of diammonium phosphate (DAP) or urea-phosphate (UAP) should not be band-applied in contact or near the seed piece. Most research determined that fertilizer P was most efficiently used when band-applied at planting (e.g., 5 cm to each side of the seed piece); however, some western USA work on high-pH soils showed increased yields and petiole P levels with preplant broadcast applications. In-season applications with the irrigation water can be successful when the potato roots are sufficiently close to the soil surface; however, most research indicates that P applications are more effective when applied at planting or early in the season. Potato fertilizer phosphorus best management practices include: (1) apply the fertilizer P rate calibrated for local soils; (2) band-apply fertilizer P at least 5 cm from the seed piece, especially on very sandy soils or where DAP or UAP are used; (3) use petiole P tests to determine the need for in-season applications; (4) account for all P sources applied, including animal manures; and (5) utilize the best soil conservation practices to reduce P losses to surface waters.  相似文献

In traditional agricultural practice in the tropics, climbing beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and maize (Zea mays L.) are commonly grown together in hills (relatively widely spaced clumps of plants) rather than in rows. Density of planting is also low in many cases (average 3 plants per m2 each of beans and maize in Colombia). Three experiments were conducted at CIAT in Cali, Colombia, to compare planting systems. Planting in hills significantly reduced lodging of the maize in two out of three experiments. Higher bean density also tended to reduce maize lodging due to an anchoring effect of the climbing stems. Maize yields were reduced by planting in hills in two out of three experiments, but tended to increase slightly with bean density. Bean yield was also reduced by planting in hills but increased with density up to 9 plants per m2, associated with a reduction in node number per plant, especially on the branches. Bean harvest index was increased by planting in hills, but reduced by higher bean density. Bean cultivars significantly affected maize yield, which was negatively related to bean plant height and node number. The best-yielding bean cultivar (G2525) had a well-developed climbing main stem; it gave 53% greater yield than G4017, which had well-developed branches. There were no significant interactions of bean cultivars with spacing or density. Increased bean density, either in hills or in rows, had beneficial effects both on bean and maize yields, the latter mainly due to reduced lodging. Reducing the spacing between hills and increasing bean density has potential for increasing the total productivity of this cropping system.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Oil pollution is a worldwide threat to the environment that affects the development of plants. The effect of soil contaminated by diesel on the physiological responses of seedlings of Quercus oleoides was investigated in two independent experiments. We proposed that physiological performance will decrease when seedlings are exposed to higher concentration of contamination. At the first experiment, levels of pollution with diesel were of 0%, 5%, 10% and 15%, and 0%, 2% and 3.5% in the second one. In the first experiment, photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration and total chlorophyll of Q. oleoides were higher in the control seedling, and lower in treatments of pollution with 5%, 10% and 15% of diesel during 3 days of treatment. Only, seedlings in soil polluted with 5% of diesel survived up to 16 days; they showed a photosynthetic rate of 5 μmol m?2 s?1, which was lower than control seedlings (9 μmol m?2 s?1). This pattern was observed in stomatal conductance, transpiration and relative water content. Surprisingly, in the second experiment, seedlings showed a higher photosynthetic rate and growth at 2% of diesel-contaminated soil than control seedlings, a phenomenon known as hormesis. In both experiments, soil respiration was proportional to soils contaminated. We concluded that Q. oleoides is highly vulnerable in soils contaminated with above 5% of diesel, but it maintains its physiological activities in soils contaminated below 2%, suggesting that seedlings can grow under low concentration of diesel contaminant, and may be used in phytoremediation of soils with low concentrations of diesel contamination.  相似文献

以玉米杂交种创奇518新种子为材料,以不同浓度配比的聚乙二醇(PEG)、二甲基亚砜和水杨酸组合作为引发剂,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,通过低温种植处理,研究提高玉米种子抗寒性的3种引发剂的最佳浓度配比。结果表明,不同配比引发处理的玉米种子发芽势、发芽率、苗鲜重、活力指数、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均表现出明显差异。以浓度为20%的PEG、浓度为0.5%的二甲基亚砜和浓度为0.007%的水杨酸组合处理种子的发芽率、活力指数最高,幼苗长势整齐一致,POD和CAT较对照有明显提高。  相似文献

Non-destructive measurements of seed attributes would significantly enhance breeder selection of seeds with specific traits, and could potentially improve hybrid development. A single kernel near infrared reflectance (NIR) instrument was developed for rapidly predicting maize grain attributes, which would enable plant breeders to quickly select promising individual seeds. With the overall goal being to develop spectrometric calibrations, absorbance spectra from 904 to 1685 nm were collected from 87 maize samples, with 30 kernels of each sample (2610 kernels total), representing a wide variability in the essential amino acids tryptophan and lysine, crude protein, oil and soluble sugar contents. Average sample spectra were matched to bulk reference values. Partial least squares regression (PLSR) calibration models with cross-validation were developed for both relative (% dry matter) and absolute (mg kernel−1) constituent contents. Similarly, models using bagging PLSR were developed. The best model obtained was for relative crude protein content, with an R2p of 0.75 and a SEP of 0.47%. Kernel mass was also highly predictable (R2p=0.76, SEP=0.03 g). Tryptophan, lysine and oil were less predictable, but showed good potential for segregating individual seeds using NIR. Soluble sugar contents produced poor model statistics. Bagging PLSR yielded models with similar levels of prediction.  相似文献

Abstract In view of the evidence indicating several potential benefits of high intakes of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on human health, an experiment was conducted to examine the effects of the diet of beef cattle on the total CLA concentration in muscle and subcutaneous fat. High‐concentrate [steers consumed 515 g concentrates and 485 g grass silage kg?1 dry matter (DM) for 8 weeks followed by 887 g concentrates and 113 g grass silage kg?1 DM for 14 weeks until slaughter] and high‐forage (steers consumed 803 g grass silage and 197 g concentrates kg?1 for 8 weeks followed by grass silage only for 10 weeks and then grazed perennial ryegrass‐based pasture for 23 weeks until slaughter) treatments were imposed on 48 steers, which were crosses of continental beef breeds (initially 414 kg live weight) The concentrates were based on barley, extracted soyabean meal, molassed sugarbeet pulp and maize meal. The silages were of medium to low digestibility and contained 117–137 g crude protein kg?1 DM and 83–158 g ammonia‐N kg?1 total N. The pasture was of high quality and contained 168 g crude protein, 234 g acid‐detergent fibre and 222 g water‐soluble carbohydrate kg?1 DM. Samples of muscle were taken post slaughter from the m. semimembranosus, m. gluteobiceps, m. longissimus and m. deltoideous muscles, and subcutaneous fat was taken from over the m. longissimus. Concentrations of total CLA in the tissues were for the high‐concentrate and high‐forage treatments, respectively (mg 100 g?1 fresh tissue), m. gluteobiceps 18 and 47 (s.e. 3·5); m. semimembranosus 9 and 20 (s.e. 1·6); m. longissimus 15 and 35 (s.e. 3·2), m. deltoideous 20 and 59 (s.e. 4·3); subcutaneous fat 584 and 1975 (s.e. 138·7). It is concluded that muscle and subcutaneous fat tissue from grass‐fed cattle contained three times as much CLA as those from concentrate‐fed cattle, and that the consumption of beef from grass‐fed cattle should be effective in increasing the intake of CLA by humans.  相似文献

为指导河南小麦/玉米生产中钾肥的合理施用,于2010-2012年在高、中和低三种土壤供钾水平的试验点,研究了施钾量及施钾技术对小麦/玉米轮作产量、钾肥利用效率及土壤钾素平衡的影响。结果表明,在高钾、中钾和低钾土壤上施用钾肥,玉米分别增产4.76%~12.49%、7.56%~16.08%和7.01%~22.61%;小麦分别增产6.87%~13.87%、11.19%~18.57%和18.71%~27.49%。在不同供钾水平土壤上小麦钾肥利用效率均高于玉米,钾肥偏生产力表现为高钾点>中钾点>低钾点,高钾点钾肥当季利用率较高,低钾点的农学效率较高;当施钾量为90、135 kg·hm-2时,小麦和玉米均以钾肥分2次施用效果较好;施钾量为45 kg·hm-2时,玉米以底施较好,小麦以追施较好。低钾和中钾点在施钾量大于45 kg·hm-2时,基本就能维持土壤钾素平衡,而高钾点则在施钾量大于90 kg·hm-2时土壤钾素才有盈余。综合来看,高、中和低钾点适宜的钾肥用量分别在45、90、135 kg·hm-2左右,以钾肥分2次施用效果较好。  相似文献

Early planting contributed to increased soybean yields in the U.S. Because a double-cropping system dominates in southwestern Japan, early planting is not performed; it is thus unclear how much the yield potential could be increased by early planting. To address this question, we planted seven U.S. and five Japanese cultivars on around 20 May (early planting), measured the agronomic traits, including yield, yield components, and oil and protein contents, and compared these traits with those of the same cultivars planted on around 20 July (normal planting). In the early planting, the yields of the U.S. cultivars were 322–453 g m?2, whereas the highest yield among the Japanese cultivars was only 315 g m?2, which is significantly lower than those of the top five U.S. cultivars, indicating the adaptability of U.S. cultivars to early planting. The increases in yield obtained with early planting were 99–199 g m?2 and ?26–144 g m?2 for the U.S. and Japanese cultivars, respectively. The yield obtained by early planting was positively correlated with the pods m?2, seeds pod?1, and oil contents, but negatively correlated with the sterile pod rate, 100 seed weight and protein content. In the early planting, the U.S. cultivars had greater pods m?2, seeds pod?1 and oil content and less sterile pod rate, 100-seed weight, and protein content than the Japanese cultivars. These results suggest that early planting can increase the yield in southwestern Japan, if cultivars with agronomic traits observed in the U.S. cultivars of this study are grown.  相似文献

Oregano is one of the most important spices, is used all over the world, and includes many species. One of the most important commercially grown species is Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum (Link) Ietsw (syn.: O. heracleoticum.), which is endemic to the Mediterranean area. O. vulgare ssp. hirtum is a crop species which is well adapted to both dry land conditions and calcareous soils. The objectives of this study were to determine the effects of foliar Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications on growth, yield, essential oil content, and essential oil yield of oregano. Five treatments (0, 0.5% Ca, 1% Ca, 1% Mg, and 2% Mg) were used, and the experiment was repeated at two locations over two growth periods (2005 and 2006) in northern Greece in a sandy loam and sandy clay soil. Foliar applications with Ca2+ and Mg2+ increased the Ca2+ and Mg2+ concentration of the leaves. Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications affected plant height as the plants were shorter in the control treatment and increased with Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications by an average of 10% during the 2-year period and at the both locations compared with the control. Also, Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications increased the number of stems per plant by an average of 23% in both years and at both locations. Chlorophyll concentration was affected by Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications and subsequently increased an average of 23% with Ca2+ and 38% with Mg2+ compared with the control. Applications of Ca2+ and Mg2+ decreased the number of days required for oregano plants to flower by an average of 3–4 days compared with the control. Dry matter yield also increased 22% with Ca2+ and Mg2+ during the 2-year study and at both locations compared with the control treatment. In addition, the Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications affected the essential oil yield, but they did not affect the essential oil content. These results show that Ca2+ and Mg2+ applications can affect the growth and yield of oregano, especially when the plant is grown in acid soils. However, the physiological basis of this effect remains unknown.  相似文献

以33个不同玉米基因型为材料,在低磷和高磷两个供磷水平下,分析玉米基因型磷效率与多个相对根系性状的关系,建立最优回归方程。结果表明,相对总根重和相对须根数对磷效率的回归系数显著,建立磷效率与相对总根重和相对须根数二者的最优回归模型为Y=-0.224-0.576X2+1.780X3,R2=0.880(p<0.05);相对表层根重对磷效率的回归系数显著,建立磷效率与相对表层根重的最优回归模型为Y=-0.235+1.136X1,R2=0.653(p<0.05);相对须根数和相对表层根重可以作为培育高磷效率玉米基因型的改良目标性状。  相似文献

The seeds of lesser-known species —Cucumeropsis mannii, Lagenaria sicceraria varities 1 and 2 andTelfairia occidentalis, ofCucurbitaceae family were studied. The protein content ofC. mannii was 36.1% and the varieties 1 and 2 ofL. sicceraria had 32.1% and 33.3% respectively.Telfairia occidentalis had protein content of 33.2%. The fat contents ofC. mannii, L. Sicceraria var. 1 and 2 andT. occidentalis were 44.4%, 44.6%, 46.9% and 42.3% respectively. The crude fibre content for each of the two varieties ofL. sicceraria was 3.6% andT. occidentalis had 5.5%.Cucumeropsis mannii had the lowest (2.4%) fibre content. The carbohydrate contents forL. Sicceraria var. 2,C. mannii, andT. occidentalis were 12.6%, 13.2% and 14.4% respectively.Lagenaria sicceraria var. 1 had the highest value of carbohydrate (15.8%). The species were relatively rich in potassium and magnesium with range of values of 0.56% to 0.68% and 434 ppm to 444 ppm respectively.Cucumeropsis mannii andLagenaria sicceraria var. 2 had relatively high contents of calcium (117 ppm) and iron (109 ppm) respectively. The kernels of these species exhibited lipase activity.Telfairia occidentalis showed the highest degree of lipase activity.  相似文献

2012~2013年于沈阳开展田间试验,对不同密度种植玉米田的玉米螟危害及玉米产量差异进行比较,研究玉米密植对亚洲玉米螟危害规律的影响。结果表明,一代玉米螟危害在2012年75 000株/hm2小区花叶率、虫孔数和幼虫数显著高于常规田,2013年90 000株/hm2小区花叶率、幼虫数、虫孔数高于常规田,花叶率和虫孔数差异显著;二代玉米螟危害在2012年75 000株/hm2雌穗被害率、虫孔数、幼虫数和被害率显著高于常规田,2013年90 000株/hm2小区雌穗被害率、虫孔数和幼虫数显著高于常规田。2012年种植密度与产量呈抛物线关系,2013年90 000株/hm2小区产量显著高于常规田,常规田百粒重和单穗重显著高于密植田。随玉米种植密度提高,玉米螟危害有加重趋势。  相似文献
