It is very difficult for small and medium sized motorcycle engine to use the combination of closed-loop control electronic fuel injection system and three-way catalytic converter for emission controlling due to the high cost. In order to strengthen emission controlling of the carburetor motorcycle engines, the metering characteristics of carburetor are adjusted, combustion chamber as well as intake and exhaust ducts are further optimized, and secondary air injection system and oxidation type catalytic converter are developed, and moreover a simplified positive crankcase ventilator is employed to eliminate the gas blowby from crankcase. It is verified by test cycle testing that pollutant emissions of the carburetor motorcycle engines can be effectively controlled within the emissions limits by taking the above technical approaches.  相似文献

Facing the complicacies of motorcycle frame and the fact that the motorcycle frame is subjected to ground dynamic loads,considering the interaction between all parts of the motorcycle,the paper takes all these factors into account and builds a detail transient intensity explicit finite element analysis model,to simulate the motorcycle frame''s dynamic intensity time variation during the motorcycle working.The studies indicate: according to the result of transient analysis,the paper joins the characteristic of the motorcycle frame and stress distribution status,can make the transient intensity analysis more accurate and offer some reliable suggestions for dynamic intensity design of motorcycle frame.  相似文献

An original variable valve timing mechanism with two-mode intake timing was developed according to the structural characteristics of small medium displacement motorcycle engine. Based on cycle simulation, the effects of the VVT mechanism structural parameters, control parameters and operational parameters on the engine performance were analyzed by embedding the VVT mechanism operational mode and control strategies in the engine cycle simulation. Optimum design for the late intake valve closing, the valve lift, as well as the switching speed of the VVT system was carried out. It has been proved that power and torque of the JH125 motorcycle engine can be effectively improved by loading the new type VVT system.  相似文献

Engine test-bed experiments are the main means of engine performance test, whose necessary developing trend is to apply measurement and monitoring system based on the computer. This paper introduces alteration for engine test-bed experiment system. By adopting data acquisition system, using web and ftp technique, computer-controlling and remote monitoring in real-time are realized. And the details of singlechip are mainly discussed based on data acquisition system, testing-software, web and ftp technique. The improved system realizes automation of engine test-bed experiment and data processing. It can save time and manpower, increase the productivity and improve the working condition. Especially the interface of system software developed by Delphi under Windows is simple, clear and easily dealt. An original variable valve timing mechanism with two-mode intake timing parameters is developed according to the structural characteristics of small-medium displacement motorcycle engine. Based on cycle simulation, a cycle simulation model of VVT mechanism for motorcycle engine is created. The control strategy of variable valve timing and lifting running-model are carried out at idle speed low negative load, middle negative load, low speed high negative load and high speed high negative load. Currently the air pollution in Chongqing is mainly caused from burning coal and there is a decreasing trend because of the effective treatment. However, due to the urban development and the inflating quantity of automobile in Chongqing, the amount of the traffic exhaust is increasing gradually. To take measures against the traffic exhaust in advance based on the air pollution trend can reduce the difficulty and the cost of controlling the air pollution in Chongqing in the future. 内蒙古是我国重要的马铃薯种薯和商品薯生产基地,灌溉马铃薯虽然种植面积仅占20%,但对总产的贡献非常大。在前期调查中发现,该地区氮肥施用普遍过量,氮肥利用效率非常低,造成资源浪费和环境风险双重问题。通过多年的研究及农户调查数据分析,得出以下结论:氮肥用量超过300kg/hm2、产量低于45t/hm2、氮肥偏生产力(PFPN)小于150kg/kg的农户为氮肥减施对象;可通过总量控制、分期施用及有机肥替代等措施实行氮肥减施;植株叶片SPAD仪营养诊断可应用于指导分期调控的氮肥减施实践。  相似文献

为探索荒漠草原区家庭生态牧场退化草地恢复治理措施,2014—2017年开展了对3户家庭生态牧场退化草地恢复管理措施试验。结果表明:补播措施和划破加补播措施明显提高了退化草地地上生物量、植被盖度及草群高度,对物种丰富度的影响不显著,补播措施地上生物量增加51.6%~58.4%,划破加补播处理地上生物量增加48.3%~48.9%;第3年,补播处理、划破加补播处理植被盖度较第1年的对照增加50.2%~70.8%,草群高度增加52.1%~69.8%;补播措施和划破加补播措施使杂草类在总生物量中的比例降低至10%左右,莎草类降低至14%左右。综合评价后,补播、划破加补播措施为当地家庭生态牧场退化草地恢复的有效管理措施;可以为荒漠草原区家庭生态牧场退化草地恢复治理提供技术支持。  相似文献
