全程氨氧化微生物(comammox)的发现根本改变了学术界对硝化过程的认识,但其地理分异规律及对氮转化过程的贡献仍不清楚。本研究选择长江口崇明东滩不同围垦年限(0、27、51、86年)稻田表层耕作土壤,采用好氧培养试验测定土壤硝化潜力;通过标靶功能基因amoA实时荧光定量硝化微生物的数量变异特征,包括全程氨氧化细菌(comammox)、氨氧化细菌(AOB)和古菌(AOA)。结果表明,与围垦0年的自然滩涂湿地相比,围垦27、51、86年的水稻土净硝化速率从2.24mg N /(kg·d)分别增加至19.3、11.6和11.4mg N /(kg·d),增幅高达5.1-8.7倍。土壤氨氧化古菌AOA的丰度与围垦年限显著正相关。自然滩涂湿地中氨氧化古菌AOA和AOB的数量分别为0.34×107 copies/g和1.14×107 copies/g,围垦86年后增幅最高可达27.9倍。自然滩涂湿地中comammox Clade A和Clade B amoA基因拷贝数高于围垦稻田土壤,且Clade A随着围垦年限增加其丰度显著增加。统计分析发现,氨氧化细菌AOB与土壤硝化速率显著正相关,可能在围垦水稻土氨氧化过程中发挥了重要作用;而全程硝化细菌comammox Clade A和Clade B与土壤总有机碳(TOC)、铵含量(NH4+)呈显著负相关关系,可能更适应于营养贫瘠的滩涂自然湿地土壤。  相似文献

硝化作用是农田生态系统的重要过程。传统硝化作用是指微生物将氨氧化成亚硝酸盐再氧化为硝酸盐的两步反应,氨氧化过程是硝化过程的第一步也是限速步骤。该过程是由编码氨单加氧酶基因(amoA)的氨氧化细菌(AOB)和氨氧化古菌(AOA)催化完成。2015年底,可以进行一步硝化的完全氨氧化菌(comammox)的发现颠覆了人们对硝化过程近百年的认知,并引发众多对comammox生理代谢、分布特征和相对贡献的深入思考。本文重点阐述农田土壤硝化微生物的生态学研究进展,通过比较AOB、AOA和comammox的发现、系统发育以及对环境因子的响应等方面的差异,对农田土壤硝化微生物相关研究成果进行概括和总结,以期深入了解农田土壤中氮素转化机制,为农田尺度氮素养分管理、面源污染防控及温室气体减排提供理论依据。  相似文献

研究在我国亚热带红壤地区采集林地、竹林、茶园和旱地农田4种利用方式的土壤样品,测定了氮素净矿化和净硝化以及N_2O排放速率,定量了氨氧化细菌(AOB)和氨氧化古菌(AOA),以期阐明土地利用方式对红壤氮素矿化和硝化作用的影响。结果表明,不同利用方式红壤AOA基因拷贝数在6.20×10~6到6.58×10~6copies g~(-1)土;AOB基因拷贝数在4.18×10~6到7.41×10~6copies g~(-1)土,AOA和AOB丰度的最大值均出现在旱地红壤。旱地红壤0~7天和0~14天的氮素净矿化速率分别为3.46和1.62 mg kg~(-1),均显著高于其他利用方式。氮素净矿化速率与土壤pH值呈显著的正相关关系(P0.05),与C/N呈显著的负相关关系(P0.05),说明土壤pH和C/N是影响不同利用方式红壤氮素净矿化速率的主要因子。旱地红壤0~7天和0~14天的净硝化速率分别为5.33和3.06 mg kg~(-1),也均显著高于其他利用方式。净硝化速率与铵态氮(NH_4~+-N)含量(P0.01)、pH(P0.05)和AOB(P0.01)均呈显著的正相关关系,表明土壤p H和可利用NH_4~+-N含量是影响红壤净硝化速率的重要因素,高土壤pH和NH_4~+-N含量有利于AOB的生长和活性,从而明显增加净硝化速率。然而,不同利用方式红壤的N_2O排放速率却没有显著的差异,说明利用方式似乎不影响土壤N_2O排放,这与净硝化速率变化规律相矛盾。可能的原因是,除了硝化作用外,好氧培养条件下还存在其他重要的N_2O产生途径,将来的研究中需要关注不同利用方式红壤N_2O产生途径,以阐明红壤N_2O排放机制。  相似文献

石灰性紫色土硝化作用及硝化微生物对不同氮源的响应   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
土壤中发生的硝化作用是对p H高度敏感的典型过程。本文采用室内恒温培养法,结合定量PCR和高通量测序,研究石灰性紫色土硝化作用以及氨氧化细菌(Ammonia-oxidizing bacteria,AOB)、氨氧化古菌(Ammonia-oxidizing archaea,AOA)、亚硝酸盐氧化细菌(Nitrite-oxidizing bacteria,NOB)的丰度与群落结构对不同氮源的响应。结果表明:不同氮源均刺激土壤硝化作用的发生,CO(NH2)2处理下的净硝化速率最大,约是CK处理的4.76倍,(NH_4)2SO4和NH_4Cl处理下的净硝化速率分别为N 3.88和3.34 mg kg-1d-1。相比于(NH_4)2SO4和CO(NH2)2处理,NH_4Cl处理降低了硝态氮的累积量,抑制了铵态氮的减少量。AOB amo A基因拷贝数在28 d培养过程中变化显著(p0.05),在(NH_4)2SO4和CO(NH2)2处理中呈先增长后降低趋势,在NH_4Cl处理中呈持续增长趋势;而AOA amo A基因拷贝数无显著变化(p0.05)。说明石灰性紫色土硝化作用的主要推动者是AOB,而不是AOA。在28 d培养过程中,亚硝酸盐氧化细菌占总微生物的比例高于氨氧化细菌和古菌,意味着石灰性紫色土中可能存在全程氨氧化微生物(Comammox)。高通量测序的结果表明:石灰性紫色土中AOB的优势种群为亚硝化螺菌Nitrosospira Cluster 3,AOA的优势种群是土壤古菌Group 1.1b,NOB的优势种群是硝化螺菌Nitrospira。  相似文献

硝化抑制剂对毛竹林土壤N_2O排放和氨氧化微生物的影响   总被引:1,自引:3,他引:1  
为了探索硝化抑制剂在毛竹生产中的施用技术,通过培养试验研究3,4-二甲基吡唑磷酸盐(DMPP)和双氰胺(DCD)两种硝化抑制剂对毛竹林施用尿素后土壤N2O排放、氮素转化和相关氨氧化细菌(AOB)、氨氧化古菌(AOA)群落结构和丰度的影响。试验设(1)对照(CK)、(2)单施尿素(Urea)、(3)尿素+1%DMPP(DMPP占总N的1%,下同);(4)尿素+1.5%DMPP;(5)尿素+10%DCD;(6)尿素+15%DCD等6个处理,测定N2O的排放动态以及气体排放转折点时的土壤特征指标。结果表明:与单施尿素相比,160 d的时间内两种DMPP用量处理的土壤N2O累积排放减排幅度均为54%,而10%DCD和15%DCD处理的土壤分别减少28%和41%。DMPP和DCD处理50 d和90 d时土壤的NH4+-N含量均显著高于(p0.05)单施尿素处理,而NO3--N含量和表观硝化率则恰好相反,但两种抑制剂间无差异。DMPP处理的AOB群落结构的变化从10 d开始显现,至50 d和90 d时仍保持明显的抑制状态,而DCD处理则至90 d时抑制作用基本消失。单施尿素AOB功能基因(amo A)的丰度均显著高于硝化抑制剂处理(90 d时尿素+10%DCD处理除外);在整个培养期内,尿素和对照土壤的AOA群落结构相似,硝化抑制剂反而增加了AOA功能基因的丰度,表明硝化抑制剂对AOA丰度无明显抑制作用。即两种硝化抑制剂主要通过抑制AOB起作用;调节土壤p H至中性范围,并在1%DMPP施用条件下,硝化抑制剂的抑制效果最显著。  相似文献

研究将生物炭(40000 kg hm~(-2))和不同用量的尿素(0, 150, 300, 450 kg hm~(-2))施用于酸性红壤中,连续种植四季作物后采集菜地土壤样品,通过定量PCR方法测定添加硝化抑制剂后土壤氨氧化微生物数量和土壤氨氧化潜势的变化,并分析氨氧化古菌(AOA)和氨氧化细菌(AOB)对土壤氨氧化潜势的相对贡献,深入探讨生物炭和氮肥添加对菜地土壤氨氧化微生物和氨氧化潜势的影响。结果表明,与未添加生物炭相比,添加生物炭处理土壤容重降低了7.1%~11.5%,pH值提高了0.20~0.56个单位,有机质含量增加了13.5%~19.1%;与未施氮肥处理相比,无机氮的含量增加了38.5%~77.8%(未添加生物炭)和17.1%~59.5%(添加生物炭)。添加生物炭和氮肥处理AOA的基因拷贝数没有显著差异(P 0.05),氮肥添加提高了AOB的基因拷贝数147.5%~385.6%(未添加生物炭)和69.5%~514.0%(添加生物炭)。添加生物炭处理,随氮肥施用量的增加,氨氧化潜势降低了13.4%~20.7%。因此,本研究中氮肥添加使AOB的amoA基因拷贝数显著增加、氨氧化潜势显著下降,对AOA没有显著影响(P 0.05);AOA对氨氧化潜势起到了主导作用;生物炭和尿素添加通过改变土壤的无机氮含量、pH、有机质含量影响土壤氨氧化过程。  相似文献

硝化作用在氮循环过程中至关重要,包括氨氧化作用和亚硝酸盐氧化作用,通过氨氧化反应和亚硝酸盐氧化反应将N素转化为植物可利用的NO;形态。利用开顶式臭氧气室(OTCs,open-topchambers)试验平台,通过大田模拟熏气试验,结合Real-timePCR探讨大气O,浓度升高对麦田土壤氨氧化细菌(AOB)、氨氧化古菌(AOA)及硝化细菌(NOB)数量的影响。结果表明,AOB、AOA和NOB对O,胁迫的反应不一样,AOB基因拷贝数基本上随着O,浓度的升高呈现出降低的趋势,而AOA和NOB基因拷贝数随O_3浓度的升高变化不明显。冬小麦拔节期,当O_3浓度为40、80、120nmol·mol。时,20-40em土层的AOB基因拷贝数分别比对照处理降低39.8%、51.2%和59.4%。AOB和NOB基因拷贝数灌浆期多于收获期,0-10cm土层多于10-20em。AOA基因拷贝数随季节的变化不大。O_3胁迫可通过影响AOB、AOA和NOB的数量和活性来影响土壤的硝化反应,从而影响土壤的氮素循环过程。  相似文献

为探索生物硝化抑制剂对贵州黔西南地区黄壤硝化作用及氧化亚氮(N2O)排放的影响,通过三周的室内培养试验,研究两种生物硝化抑制剂对羟基苯丙酸甲酯(MHPP)和丁香酸(SA)对黄壤中的无机态氮素含量、氨氧微生物功能基因以及N2O排放量的影响。结果表明,与对照CK相比,MHPP和SA在黄壤上均能明显抑制硝化作用,对土壤硝化速率的抑制率分别为6%~43%和5%~51%。MHPP和SA均抑制了黄壤氨氧化古菌AOA(12%~22%,27%~41%)与氨氧化细菌AOB(6%~19%,26%~46%)amoA基因的丰度。整个培养期内,黄壤的硝态氮含量与AOB的amoA基因丰度显著正相关,而与AOA的amoA基因丰度无显著相关,表明AOB对黄壤硝化作用起了主导作用。在N2O排放方面,MHPP和SA分别显著抑制了黄壤51%和21%的N2O排放积累量,MHPP的减排效果优于SA。MHPP降低了黄壤N2O排放的峰值,而SA主要延缓了黄壤N2O产生高峰的出现。总之,生物硝化抑制剂MHPP和SA在贵州黔西南黄壤上具有氮肥减施增效的潜力,这为今后烤烟新型绿色专用肥的开发提供了理论依据。  相似文献

水氮措施影响设施土壤氮素的转化及硝化微生物活性,但水氮耦合对设施土壤自养和异养硝化作用差异的影响尚不明确。以连续8年设施水氮耦合田间定位试验土壤为研究对象,控制不同土壤田间持水量(WHC)(40%WHC、60%WHC和80% WHC)进行室内微宇宙培养试验,通过添加乙炔抑制剂抑制自养硝化途径,研究水氮耦合对设施土壤自养和异养硝化速率及参与自养硝化的氨氧化微生物的影响,分析氨氧化微生物氨氧化古细菌(AOA)和氨氧化细菌(AOB)对自养硝化作用的贡献。结果表明,水氮耦合下,不同硝化途径NH4+-N、NO3--N含量以及参与自养硝化的AOA amoA和AOB amoA基因拷贝数均有显著差异。无乙炔培养7 d后,NO3--N含量显著增加,而NH4+-N含量显著降低,AOA amoA和AOB amoA的基因丰度显著增加。添加乙炔后,NO3--N、NH4+-N含量基本保持恒定,AOA amoA和AOB amoA基因丰度显著减少。水氮耦合显著影响自养和异养硝化速率,冗余分析(RDA)表明,NH4+-N含量、AOB amoA、NO3--N-C2H2、AOA amoA可分别解释自养和异养硝化速率变异的68.9%、34.9%、32.8%和24.4%。设施土壤存在自养硝化和异养硝化两种途径,60%~80%WHC各施氮处理均以自养硝化为主,占总硝化速率的65%~86%;仅40%WHC下,氮纯养分量300和525 kg·hm-2处理以异养硝化为主,占总硝化速率的61%~77%。AOB和AOA共同驱动自养硝化,且AOB贡献更大。  相似文献

长期施用含氯化肥对棕壤硝化作用及氨氧化微生物的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
【目的】氨氧化微生物是氨氧化过程的主要驱动者,氨氧化过程作为硝化作用的限速步骤对氮循环具有重要作用。本研究以沈阳农业大学棕壤含氯化肥长期定位试验的土壤为研究对象,探讨了连续34年施用高氯和低氯化肥对棕壤硝化作用及氨氧化微生物的影响。【方法】该长期试验在等量氮、磷、钾条件下,设置高氯和低氯处理,共8个处理:T1(不施肥);T2(单施尿素);T3(尿素+氯化钾);T4(尿素+过磷酸钙);T5(尿素+过磷酸钙+氯化钾);T6(尿素+磷酸一铵+氯化钾);T7(尿素+氯磷铵+氯化钾);T8(硝酸磷肥+过磷酸钙+氯化钾),T7为高氯处理。采集0—20cm土壤样品,利用荧光定量PCR技术测定氨氧化细菌(AOB)和古菌(AOA)丰度,并结合土壤硝化潜势和基本化学性质,分析长期施用含氯化肥对棕壤硝化作用及氨氧化微生物丰度的影响及影响氨氧化微生物丰度的主要环境因素。【结果】长期施肥降低了土壤pH值,高氯处理降低得最多,显著低于其他处理;高氯处理的土壤硝化潜势也显著低于其他处理,且除高氯处理外,配施磷肥的处理土壤硝化潜势显著高于不施磷处理。各处理土壤中AOA丰度均显著高于AOB,高氯处理土壤中AOA、AOB丰度均显著低于其他处理,土壤硝化潜势与AOA和AOB均呈显著正相关关系。【结论】连续施用高氯化肥34年显著降低了棕壤AOA和AOB丰度,抑制了硝化潜势。该结果可为通过含氯化肥的合理施用来调节土壤AOA和AOB,进而调控土壤氮素循环提供参考。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment. Overall, the information obtained in this study will be helpful in formulating more precise K fertilizer recommendations for certain soils.  相似文献
