During a minibus's practical road driving and engine test rig test for vehicle and engine reliability, the phenomenon of generator compressor bracket fracture appears and leads the generator compressor crankshaft belt rupture. It seriously affects the vehicle's operation performance. The article carries through engine test rig test and analysis, using frequency and spectrum technology to identify the bad vibration source combining FEA. It also researches vibration's occurrence, formation, propaganda and fracture mechanism. Based on this, the authors put forward countermeasure, which improves the dynamic characteristic of the system, decreases the vibration intensity and avoides the fracture of bracket and belt.  相似文献

The fatigue life of cement stabilized macadam specimen beams was analyzed through coupling fracture and failure mechanics. The fracture toughness of specimen beams was calculated by finite element method(FEM). And the damage evolution equation controlled by tension stress was given, in which coefficients were back calculated based on the fracture toughness control index using partial fatigue tests data. The life prediction precision of this equation was verified using residual fatigue tests data. It was shown that FEM is effective to calculate the fracture toughness of specimen beams. And the damage evolution equation based on the fracture toughness control index had better life prediction ability comparing with the S N equation. The proposed method can provide a calculation model to predict the service life of practical road structure.  相似文献

In order to design the reduction furnace reasonably, the heat convection coefficient between the cooling water and the water pipe in the cooling module, and the comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the exterior furnace shell were calculated using engineering heat transfer analysis. Based on the workflow of a reduction furnace, three work conditions were defined. Using finite element software ANSYS, the furnace shell temperature field and the thermal structure coupled stress field in high temperature working conditions were calculated using a thermal structure coupled method. The result indicates that the maximum Von mises stress of each region of the furnace shell is significantly less than the yield limit of the material under the workload. The static strength of the furnace shell satisfies the practical requirements. The Goodman Smith fatigue limit figure was used to evaluate each node. It was found that the fatigue strength also meets the corresponding requirements.  相似文献

A forecasting model for logistics demand was presented to overcome the limitations of single goal forecasts of logistics demand and forecast data complexity. Based on the forecasting evaluation index and pretreatment of rough set theory, a multi input and multi output wavelet network (MMWNN) model for forecasting multi element regional logistics demand was studied. The network configuration was confirmed using the stepwise checkout and iterative gradient descent methods. After rough set reduction, the evaluation index was used to forecast the multi element regional logistics demand. The results of the numerical example indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.  相似文献

We established the plasticity limit analysis reliability limit state equation and the reliability calculating formula for gangue hills using the JC method. This work was based on the plasticity mechanics limit analysis upper bound theory and traditional slice methods. A reliability index of gangue hill stability was derived using this equation. It was found that the safety coefficient of gangue hills derived by the limit state equation risks failure if the variability of cohesion and internal friction angle are not considered. When the variability of the strength parameters rises, the reliability theory more consistently projects practicality than the limit state equation for gangue hill stability assessment.  相似文献

High strain and low cycle fatigue(HSLCF)life of anti-seismic behaviors of rebars was investigaoted. Reliable theoretical basis was provided for data analysis on high strain and low cycle fatigue life of anti-seismic behaviors of rebars. The low cycle fatigue life of the HRB400 anti-seismic behaviors of rebars by quenching and self tempering (QST) process was tested. Because the low cycle fatigue life data was disperse, some kinds of mathematical statistics methods, such as Weibull double parameters probability function, normal distribution, lognormal distribution function and t-distribution function were used to statistically analyze the low cycle fatigue life data. The results indicate that in all of the probability functions, the low cycle fatigue life has the highest reliability by the t-distribution function method; the low cycle fatigue life has the lowest reliability by the normal distribution method; and the low cycle fatigue life has the highest safety by Weibull maximum likelihood method.  相似文献

Through study of the rule of the air current between the metro stations which had installed the safety door system and the tunnel, this text established a physics model and a mathematics model, gained the mix coefficient which can marks the degree of the influence stopcock wind in metro inflict to the heat environment, exerting reasonable assumption and simplification, making use of the CFD imitation, adopting tracer air. The text elected three kinds of safety door system with different height to simulate and compare, gained the exact value of the mix coefficient, and simulated the energy consumption of subway air conditioning in different height of safety door by the mix coefficient.  相似文献

This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis on the structural factors and environmental condition factors that influence the long term safety of the tunnels,and designs a long term monitoring scheme of tunnels according to relevant norms.The long term tunnel safety evaluation model based is dcve loped on the tunnel monitoring scheme. For the tunnel structure, this study evaluates the safety ratings with a single index, and develops the multi index comprehensive evaluation model. As an integrated score, a quinary digit which contains six digits is inducted. Together with the evaluation of safety ratings, it can detailedly reveal the actual safety condition of tunnel structure. As to the tunnel operation, the weight of indexes is confirmed using AHP, and the membership degree of indexes was calculated by trapezoidal distribution membership functions. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of safety is built. This model is applied to evaluate the safety of Jiahua Tunnel, which has achieved a good result.  相似文献

The dynamic model of the shift process of wet dual clutch transmission (DCT) is set up. Aiming at the characteristics of wet dual clutch transmission, such as being highly nonlinear and difficult to establish its math model, etc., a multiple rule weighting factor fuzzy controller is designed. Then the control scheme of shift process is built, which completes the transfer of engine torque through a combination of a manipulation of engine control and clutch pressure. Dynamic simulation model of wet DCT power train is implemented by using Matlab/Simulink software, the control scheme of shift process is simulated based on this dynamic model. The simulation results show that the control scheme can meet the needs of DCT shift process, and the tracking performance of controller is good. Finally, influencing factors of transmission shift control is discussed.  相似文献

A finite element model of a piston and a block surface was established. After boundary and work conditions were applied, an initial transient analysis of the model was carried out. The simulation result of vibration acceleration on the block surface conformed well with the experiment, thus validating the model. Based on the model, the motion law of pistons in blocks was studied. The variation trend of the piston slap force, piston clearance on the piston slap force, and the effect of piston pin offset on the piston slap force at different crankshaft speeds were analyzed. Results show that suitable piston pin offset and smaller piston clearance reduce the piston slap force quite well; and the contribution of the piston force at the point when gas breaks out is dominant at low speed, which is not obvious at high speed. The findings provide evidence for the performance improvement of internal combustion engine development.   相似文献

Based on the control mode and characteristics of engine of vehicle equipped with AMT, the control goals of engine revolution speed of starting control and shift control were proposed. Automatic control of engine revolution speed was implemented through equipping a electronic throttle in terms of mechanic throttle. Fuzzy controller of engine revolution speed was developed and implemented in the AMT control system. Good performance of the electronic throttle was shown by the rig test data. The control requirements of engine revolution speed were satisfied well by the fuzzy controller.  相似文献

Random-amplitude fatigue load spectrum for experiments is made according to the ubiquitous three-parameter Weibull distribution in gear transmission. Gear bending fatigue test under the random load is carried out on a MTS electro-hydraulic servo material fatigue tester by using group testing method,and the S-N curve of gear bending strength under three-parameter Weibull distribution with specific variation coefficients is obtained. The fatigue test results show the gear’s endurance life under random load is far less than that under constant load when the load submits to three-parameter Weibull distribution random load spectrum. The theoretical value of fatigue limit for gear under random load is predicated and compared with test results. The theoretical value is in accordance with the test results. Therefore,the fatigue strength of gear bending under random load can be deduced according to the load ratio coefficient of random load spectrum.  相似文献

The finite element or finite difference method and the limit equilibrium method, with their respective merits, were used to analyze soil slope stability in detail. On the basis of the slice and gravity increase methods, a fundamental principle of couple analysis, and a procedure for calculating the slope safety factor were put forward. ANSYS finite element software and finite difference software FLAC were used to determine the most dangerous sliding face and the stress-stain in slopes. The slope safety factor was determined using the slices limit equilibrium method. The calculation shows that the result obtained using couple analysis is close to the results produced using other methods in the example, and the analysis of the effects of the intensity indices is more precise. The results can provide a basis for consolidating design of the sliding slope.  相似文献

The advantages and shortcomings of traditional method and Finite Difference Method (FDM) for the calculation of cantilever slab model with void beneath cement concrete slab corner and analysis on the results were carried out. The traditional method assumes that the cement concrete slab with void below was a cantilever slab with constant sections. The influence of loading eccentricity was not considered while more than two wheel loads were exerted on the concrete pavement, which can be overcome by using Finite Difference Method. With FDM, the stress and displacement distributions of any parts of the cement concrete slab can be easily achieved. The results indicate that when the concrete slab with void beneath the slab corner was assumed to be a cantilever slab, regardless of calculation by traditional method or by FDM, the cement concrete pavement will be destroyed even under the condition of minimum traffic grade. The fatigue stress and road deflection obtained by FDM are bigger than that obtained by the traditional formula, so bigger safety factor should be employed in the road design.  相似文献

Steady state heat transfer performance is an important indicator for wood wall to assess its energy efficiency performance. Based on the introduction of foreign advanced technology of wood residence, 13 different wall specimens were manufactured using domestic materials in this study, and the effective heat transfer coefficient were measured by hot box heat flow meter test method. With the results from theoretical calculation, it was found that the effective heat transfer coefficient of walls were between 0.226~0.529 W/(m2· K). The thermal level was IIt for specimen 1,2,3, and 6, and level It was for the others, which could be appropriate for the severe cold areas and meet the requirements of 65% Energy efficiency standard in China. The calculation results were in good agreement with the measured ones.  相似文献

Based on a study of the time process of individual evacuees in high rise building fires, we found that the low security influencing factor will affect the possibility of successful evacuation severely. The traditional grey relational grade cannot reflect the effect of the grey relational coefficient fluctuation. Moreover, the single weight calculation with a subjective or objective weight will also directly affect the evaluation result of safe evacuation during high rise building fires. Based on these analyses, the grey Euclid relative grade was applied to indicate the effect of the grey relational coefficient fluctuation. The Spearman correlative rating coefficient was used to combine the subjective and objective weights to eliminate the deficiency of the single weight case. We discuss the possibility of applying the improved grey relational evaluation. Comparing the evaluation results, we found that the weight combination and grey Euclid relation applied in a safety evaluation model can improve evaluation result accuracy. The evaluation model thus corresponds to the characteristics of high rise building fires and the weight set substantially affects the evaluation result.  相似文献
